중장년층의 노후준비가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향연구 (A Study on the Effects of Preparation for the Old Aged on the satisfaction of the life)

  • 본 연구에서는 중장년층을 대상으로 노후준비가 현재의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기주변의 수도권에 거주하는 중장년층을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 450부의 설문지를 회수하여 결측치가 많은 8부를 제외한 442부가 분석에 활용되었다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 정서적 노후준비, 경제적 노후준비가 정서적 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 신체적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 학력, 기술/노무직, 정서적 노후준비, 신체적 노후준비가 신체적 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 경제적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 가계소득, 정서적 노후준비, 경제적 노후준비가 경제적 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회관계 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 성별, 정서적 노후준비가 사회관계 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 노년기 삶의 만족도는 노년기의 수준에서 향상되기는 매우 어렵기 때문에 중장년층 시절부터 노후준비가 잘되어 있어야 함을 시사해 주는 것이라 할 수 있다.

농촌지역 여성 노인의 가족형태와 삶의 질 (The Quality of Life with family structure among the aged women who living in rural areas)

  • This study aims at identifying any difference in the quality of life according to the patterns of living together in the family for the aged women who live in the rural areas. The findings of this study can be summarized in brief. First, those aged women who live alone showed a higher ratio of works like farming with less average income and less perception of living standards but better ADL than those of the aged women who live together with their family. Second, as a result of logistic regression analyses to identify factors to predict the patterns of living together in the family for the aged women in the rural areas, those aged women who live alone showed more cases of farming, higher ADL level, higher degree of economical preparations and more perception of intimacy with their offspring than those of aged women who live together with their family. Unlike these results, those aged women who live together with their family have less average income, more phone calls with their neighbor and higher quality of life that those of aged women who live alone. Third, as a result of impact variables in the quality of life by the pattern of living together in the family for the aged women in the rural areas, those aged women who live together their family showed higher quality of life with better preparations for the health, emotion and economy for their aged life, and with less number of offspring and more frequency of phone calls with their neighbor. In addition, those aged women who live along in the rural areas showed higher quality of life with better emotional preparations, better economic preparations, more number of offspring, more friendly with their neighbor and more emotional supports.

중년층의 성공적 노화인식과 노후준비와의 관계에 관한 연구 (Relations between the Middle Aged's Perception of Successful Aging and their Preparations for the Old Age)

  • 본 연구는 중년층의 성공적 노화인식이 노후준비에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울 경기지역의 35-65세 미만 중년층 350명을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였고 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 중년층의 노후준비도는 평균 보통보다 약간 높은 수준으로 정서적 준비도가 가장 높았고 가장 준비도가 낮은 변인은 경제적 준비로 나타났다. 성공적 노화 인식수준은 상당히 긍정적인 인식수준을 보였으며 일상의 안녕에 대한 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 노후준비에 영향을 주는 개인적 특성은 성별, 연령, 결혼상태, 종교유무, 직업, 월 가구소득, 건강상태, 노후계획정도, 사회활동 정도로 나타났다. 셋째, 성공적 노화인식은 노후준비에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 성공적 노화 인식수준이 높을수록 성공적인 노후를 위한 준비를 보다 적극적으로 함을 알 수 있다. 성공적 노화의 하위변인 중 심리사회적 안녕과 자기효능감이 높을수록 신체적 준비를 잘 하고 있으며 심리사회적 안녕, 일상의 안녕, 자기효능감의 순으로 정서적 준비에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 성공적 노화에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 성공적 노화의 개념을 명확히 하고, 이를 위해서 어떻게 노후를 준비하여야 하는가를 밝히고자 하였다. 근로자의 노후준비에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사하고 그 요인들이 노후준비에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 확인하기 위해 경기도에 위치하는 반월공단과 시화공단에 근무하고 있는 40세 이상의 근로자를 대상으로 조사하였다. 조사기간은 2011년 10월 10일부터 10월 31일까지였으며, 수집된 자료는 총 280부였고, 이중 결측값이 있는 자료를 제외한 총 261부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 차이검정, 그리고 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성이 노후 준비도에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과 건강상태가 전반적인 노후준비에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 연령, 학력, 월 평균수입, 종교, 그리고 자녀수가 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 업무특성이 노후준비에 미치는 영향관계에 관한 분석에서 직무만족은 신체적 노후준비와 경제적 노후준비에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 직업몰입은 경제적 노후준비에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 노후준비도의 차이분석에서 연령, 학력, 배우자 유무, 종교유무, 건강상태, 그리고 자녀수에서 차이가 나타났다.

귀농인의 영농 어려움에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구 (Factors Influencing Urban to Rural Migration for Farming)

  • For the purpose, this study examines to identify factors influencing urban to rrual migration for farming. This study analyzed 217 urban to rural migrant farmers. The result of this study were as follows: the influence of the main variables on the agricultural challenges of the urban to rural migrant farmers were observed as the relationship of the level of financial preparations, the motivations of urban to rural migration, the agricultural income, the annual of urban to rural migration, the size of agricultural, gender, and age. This study result show that urban to rural migrant farmers' agricultural challenges is influenced by almost economical factors. Therefore, for the successful agricultural activities of the urban to rural migrant farmers show significant impact to need on the composite effort of all such as the individual, the family, the rural society, local autonomous entity, the government.

Biotechnological Approaches in Sericultural Science and Technology of Uzbekistan

  • Biotechnological researches in Central Asian Research Institute of Sericulture were developed since 1981 when laboratory of artificial diets for mulberry silk­worm was created. The researches were directed not only to creation of accessible artificial diets (AD) for off-season mass rearing of economical beneficial insect and for industrialization of sericulture but also to obtaining of easy reproducible source of animal proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, enzymes, enzymes inhibitors and other metabolites - bioresource for manufacture of oriental medicine preparations. Space experiments with silkworms became possible with use of AD. These experiments used mulberry silkworm as high effective board test organism with outstanding developmental, reproductive and transgenic properties having impor­tant significance in future of cosmonautics. Introduction to practice of bioprotective and ecologically pure method of drying and sterilizing of green cocoons and by-products of silk manufacture allows to increase efficiency of cocoons reeling technology as well as to preserve nativity of biological active substances in mulberry silkworm pupae that is unachievable by traditional methods of raw material processing. New spheres of application of two important silk proteins - fibroin and sericin in medicine, cosmetics, for bio- and nanotechnology are opening with use of biotechnological approaches. At present the achievements and experience of R & D in these fields are used in creation of modern pests biocontrol agents. 오일제제, 유황제제를 활용한 고추, 토마토 해충방제 효과 (Effect of Agricultural Organic Materials Using Sulfur and Oil on Insect Control in Pepper and Tomato)

  • This experiment was carried out to determine the optimal concentration of agricultural organic materials using sulfur and oil for the insect pest control in pepper and cherry tomato cultivation. The control value of aphids and Oriental tobacco budworm (OTB) was examined one day after spraying with sulfur preparation (SP) (0.33~0.17%), oil preparations (OP) (2.00~0.33%), SP+OP, OP+ginkgo leaf extracts (GLE), SP+OP+GLE on the "Super Manidaa"pepper. The aphid control in pepper was complete by applications of SP+OP (0.25+1.00%) in the early growth stage and the control value was above 98.1% by the application of OP+GLE (1.00+1.00 %), SP+OP+GLE (0.25+1.0+1%), SP+OP+GLE (0.25+1.0+0.5%) in the middle to late growth stage while showing 0% in the control treatment. The OTB was completely controlled by the 3 times application with the high concentration of SP+OP (0.25+1.00%) in pepper cultivation. This result indicates that the oil and the sulfur preparations should be applied at low concentration before insect pests do not appeared, and then sprayed at the high concentration after they appear at pepper plant. The greenhouse whitefly in 'Minichal' tomatoes was completely controlled by three times application of SP (0.25~0.33), OP (1.0~2.00%). and all the treatment of SP+OP. However, continuous control with intervals of 1~3 days was considered favorable in the tomato plant. By the periodical control with agricultural organic materials using sulfur and oil, the greenhouse whitefly, which is a high-temperature insect pest, several moths of OTB did not occur at all. In conclusion, SP+OP (0.17%+0.33%) treatment was the most economical combination to control the aphid, OTB, and greenhouse whitefly in pepper and tomato cultivation when considering operating cost. In addition, we recommend that SP should not be sprayed on the plant shoots during the day time from July to August because of high temperature.

Production and Characterization of Multi-Polysaccharide Degrading Enzymes from Aspergillus aculeatus BCC199 for Saccharification of Agricultural Residues

  • Enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass into fermentable sugars is a key step in the conversion of agricultural by-products to biofuels and value-added chemicals. Utilization of a robust microorganism for on-site production of biomass-degrading enzymes has gained increasing interest as an economical approach for supplying enzymes to biorefinery processes. In this study, production of multi-polysaccharide-degrading enzymes from Aspergillus aculeatus BCC199 by solid-state fermentation was improved through the statistical design approach. Among the operational parameters, yeast extract and soybean meal as well as the nonionic surfactant Tween 20 and initial pH were found as key parameters for maximizing production of cellulolytic and hemicellulolytic enzymes. Under the optimized condition, the production of FPase, endoglucanase, ${\beta}$-glucosidase, xylanase, and ${\beta}$-xylosidase was achieved at 23, 663, 88, 1,633, and 90 units/g of dry substrate, respectively. The multi-enzyme extract was highly efficient in the saccharification of alkaline-pretreated rice straw, corn cob, and corn stover. In comparison with commercial cellulase preparations, the BCC199 enzyme mixture was able to produce remarkable yields of glucose and xylose, as it contained higher relative activities of ${\beta}$-glucosidase and core hemicellulases (xylanase and ${\beta}$-xylosidase). These results suggested that the crude enzyme extract from A. aculeatus BCC199 possesses balanced cellulolytic and xylanolytic activities required for the efficient saccharification of lignocellulosic biomass feedstocks, and supplementation of external ${\beta}$-glucosidase or xylanase was dispensable. The work thus demonstrates the high potential of A. aculeatus BCC199 as a promising producer of lignocellulose-degrading enzymes for the biomass conversion industry.

한국음식의 조리법 표준화를 위한 연구(I) -탕반류- (Standardization of the Recipe for Preparation of Korean Foods (I) -For the Focus on Soups-)

  • This study attempted to standardize recipe for preparation of Korean foods such as Kalbi tang (beef rib soup), Yukgaejang (Hot meat soup), and Seolnong tang (meat soup). We examined food amount included in recipes which were used by 3 groups such as cookbooks, food service institutions, and restaurants. 1. The first step in standardizing recipe, we analyzed cooking methods from 3 sources, then investigated to them about soups. Kalbi tang was investigated from 10 kinds of cookbooks, 9 places of food service institutions, and 3 places of restaurants. Yukgaejang was investigated from 13 kinds of cookbooks, and 18 places of food service institutions, and Seolnong tang was examined from 7 kinds of cookbooks, 5 places of food service institutions, and 2 places of restaurants. 2. The product which was made by standardized recipe was evaluated suitable for using by sensory panels, the recipe adjusted to the quantities and modified. When the testing was compeletly, the total yield volumn and portions by ten persons were determined as well as material weights and procedures, and the recipe was ready to be set up. For examples, standardized recipes for preparations of Kalbitang, Yukgaejang, and Seolnong tang were as followed; Yield volumn after cooking was 6.5 kg, optimum service temperature was 70$^{\circ}C$, preparation time was 6 or 10 hours for 10 persons, and service volumn per one person was 650 g, and it was presented weight of food materials, procedures, as well as references and cautions. We have in hand try to standardize recipe for preparation about several foods, for the sake of setting up it about Korean foods especially on the focus of soups. We expect that it will be general use of education for cooks as well as application in food service institutions, and does us good of cooking, saving times, economical benefits by regulating materials.

남북한의 심리적 통일을 위한 심리학적 고찰 (A Psychological Consideration for Psychological Unification of North and South Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 남북한의 심리적 통일방안의 중요성과 그 구체적 실현 방법, 남북한 정신건강의 현황과 문제점에 대해 살펴보았다. 지금까지 남북통일에 대해 김대중의 남북연방제와 3단계 통일론 등 여러 주장과 연구들이 제시되었다. 본 연구에서는 남북한의 이질성과 동질성, 북한주민의 심리사회적 특성과 정신건강, 남북한의 심리학적 통일에 대한 기존의 심리학적 방안과 연구, 한국의 정신보건 현황 등을 개관했다. 남북한 통일의 문제는 점진적으로든 갑작스럽든 우리민족에게 필연적으로 다가올 수 밖에 없는 역사의 과정이라 할 수 있다. 남북한 통일에 대한 정치경제적 준비도 중요하지만, 분단 60여년의 심리적 상처와 고통을 치유할 수 있는 심리적 차원의 대비와 연구도 매우 중요하다. 향후 남북한 통일에 대비한 정신보건 정책 마련과 제도개선, 탈원화와 지역사회 통합을 강조하는 세계적인 정신보건 기준이나 OECD 권고에 부응하기 위한 각고의 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구의 의의와 한계점, 향후 연구방향이 논의되었다.
