초고층 주상복합 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물의 경제성 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on the economic analysis of high-rise residential-commercial building that is made by precast concrete)

  • The increase of hish-rise residential-commercial buildings is required to cut down a term of works and the cost of construction. Reinforced concrete structures and steel framed reinforcement concrete that are commonly used have the difficulty in reducing them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a new precast concrete complex system and to analyze its economical feasibility. The economic analysis is performed through comparing the cost of a high-rise reinforced building that was already constructed with that of the new proposed precast concrete system, which is limited to structural frame work of typical floors. This study shows that the proposed precast concrete complex system is economical. Further research should be directed at including the influence of a term of works.

  • The solar cells and fuel cells power are being encouraged to reduce the environmental pollution and combat the global warming. And the electric generation hybrid system is usually more reliable and less costly than the systems that use a single source of energy. HOMER provides a platform to design and simulate the power system and then to choose the optimization results. Based on the electricity demand conditions during a year, this paper simulates with the HOMER and performs the monthly average electrical production and the most feasible economical case includes the net present costs and the annualized costs of the hybrid system components.

  • Indonesia is well-known as biggest producer of seaweed especially for Eucheuma and Gracilaria and also has huge potential resources and capability to develop seaweed cultivation and product. There are several provinces which have potential resources and have been contributing on seaweed production. The next challenge about seaweed production is using integrated system on brackishwater and marine aquaculture. Furthermore, about 2,000,000 ton of potential seaweed production is not explored yet. This article also tries to figure out some related aspects which are technical, economical and forecasting aspect. There is a disease which named "ice-ice" is one of the main problem and giving a new challenge in developing of problem solving for seaweed cultivation method. Economical parameters are also main important key to find out the feasibility of seaweed cultivation industry. In addition, the seaweed cultivation and production in Indonesia also have potential performance on biofuel resources as a part for solving the world problem on energy demand.

  • Although there are many applications with gypsum board because of its economical and construction advantages, four-layer construction technique, (hollow area between two-layer panel sets) is the general case to achieve the insulation, and resistance of horizontally applied force. Since this construction method has many problems such as complicate construction steps and increased cost, it is needed that the two-layer panel for improved construction and economical advantage for lightweight pane: thick panel with favorable performances. Therefore, in this research, based on the ALC panel with 10 to 30mm depth, feasibility of the paper reinforced panel as a lightweight wall material. As a result, favorable performance with increased flexural strength were achieved with paper reinforcement.

농업용 저수지 준설토의 처리 공법에 따른 경제성 분석 (Economical Feasibility of the Treatment Methods of the Dredged Sediments from Contaminated Agricultural Reservoirs)

  • 농업용 저수지의 수질과 저서환경을 개선하기 위해 저수지로부터 제거된 퇴적물의 친환경적 처리 방안을 모색하기 위해 실시된 퇴적물처리 시범사업의 경제성을 분석하였다. 비용은 집행된 사업비로 산출하였으며, 편익은 퇴적물 재활용으로 인한 폐기물 처리비용의 절감, 퇴적물 제거로 인한 침강지 건설비용의 절감, 저수지 내용적 증가로 인한 용수 확보 등의 3가지 요소로 설정하였으며, 이를 대체비용법을 이용하여 화폐화하고 현재가치화하였다. 편익 비용 비율(B/C)을 구하였을 때, 대상저수지에 따라 달랐으나 전체 사업의 B/C 값은 1.32로 경제성이 높은 것으로 평가되었다. 준설토 처리 공법에 따른 경제성을 분석한 결과, 응집침전 공법, 기계탈수공법, 열반응안정화공법, 토양개량안정화공법의 순으로 경제성이 높았다. 기계탈수공법의 경우 타 공법에 비해 처리토의 재활용이 쉬우며, 2차 오염을 발생하지 않고, 경제성이 뛰어나기 때문에, 저수지로부터 제거된 퇴적물을 처리하기에 가장 적합한 방법인 것으로 평가되었다.

GHG를 고려한 수소연료전지 자동차의 경제성 분석 (An Economic Feasibility Analysis of a Hydrogen Fuel-Cell Vehicle Considering GHG)

  • This paper deals with the economic feasibility model and analysis of a hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle [FCV] against two similar types of non-business vehicles fueled with gasoline [GV] and diesel [DV] considering greenhouse gas [GHG]. Considering the price of vehicles and annual operating cost, we build a classical economic feasibility model. Since the economic feasibility could be affected by many input factors such as the prices of vehicles, the price of fuels, annual driving distance and so on, we estimate the average future values of input factors, which is defined as "the average case". Based on the average case, we assess the representative economic feasibility of a FCV with/without GHG, and by changing various annual driving distances, we assess its economy in terms of net-present value, internal rate of return, and payback period. In addition, we make some sensitivity analysis of its economic feasibility by changing the values of the critical input factors one at time. Based on the average case, it turns out that the consumer of a FCV could save 25,000 won/year for a GV, but the consumer could pay 120,000 won/year more for a DV. This indicates that gasoline vehicles could be replaced gradually by FCVs in Korean market which might be formed by those consumers driving annually more than approximately 14,800 km. As the results of our sensitivity analysis, it turns out that a FCV is no more economical if the difference of the prices between FCV and GV is more than 10,130,000 won or the price of hydrogen fuel could be more than 5,136 won/kg.

  • 최근 유비쿼터스 기술에 대한 개발이 유비쿼터스 상거래라고 하는 진보된 전자상거래를 실용화할 수 있는 단계로 접어들고 있다. 따라서 유비쿼터스 기술의 실제 시스템 적용에 대한 타당성 분석이 필요한 시점이며, 이를 위해서는 유비쿼터스 기술과 같은 진행 중인 기술에 대해 가치를 측정하는 방법에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 재무적 관점에서의 유비쿼터스 기술 개발 타당성을 분석하는 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존의 기술가치 평가를 위해 진행되어 왔던 평가 기법들 중 선물옵션이론의 블랙-숄즈 모형을 채택한 한 평가 모형을 개발하였다. 또한 유비쿼터스 기술 관련 과제 참여 전문가 인터뷰를 통한 실제 사례 분석도 아울러 실시하였다. 그 결과, 콜옵션 가격과 변동성, 유사 기술 과의 변동성 대비 등을 통한 유비쿼터스 기술 개발 타당성 평가에 블랙숄즈 모형의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • This paper deals with the after-tax economic feasibility analysis of the hydrogen fueling station considering dynamic utilization. We selected an off-site hydrogen station in which the hydrogen is supplied by a central by-product hydrogen plant as a case study. Also, we made some sensitivity analysis by changing input factors such as the discount rate, the hydrogen station construction cost, the hydrogen demand and the hydrogen sale price. As a result, the hydrogen station will not be economical in 2020 due to the relatively high price of the hydrogen station construction cost and the low price of hydrogen sale price. In order to realize the economic feasibility of the hydrogen station in the early stage of the hydrogen economy, the subsidies on the annual operating cost as well as the construction cost are needed.

  • Railway is superior to the other land transportation systems in aspects of energy efficiency and environmental problems. Energy efficiency and environmental problems are not considered during a preliminary feasibility study. Investment for railway is low because of low B/C in the economical efficiency analysis during the preliminary feasibility study. The body of this paper studies the data which can reflect environmental problems an assessment of environmental impact. Investment for railway would be higher when main environmental elements are considered before the choice of the railway lines.

A Study on the Optimum Design Flowrate for Tunnel-Type Small Hydro Power Plants

  • This study represents the methodology for feasibility analysis of small hydro power SHP plant. Cumulative density function of Weibull distribution and Thiessen method were adopted to decide flow duration curve at SHP candidate site. The perfomance prediction model and construction cost estimation model for tunnel-type SHP plant were developed. Eight tunnel -type SHP candidate sites existing on Han-river were selected and surveyed for actual site reconnaissance. The performance characteristics and economical feasibility for these sites were analyzed by using developed models. As a result, it was found that the optimum design flowrate with the lowest unit generation cost for tunel-type SHP candidate site were the flowrate concerming with between 20% and 30% of time ratio on the flow duration curve. Additionally, primary design specifications such as design flowrate, effective head, capacity, annual averageload factor, annual electricity production were estimated and discussed for eight surveyed SHP candidate sites.
