조선시대 규방문화와 침선소품에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Kyubang Culture and Sewing Craft-works in the Chosun Dynasty)

  • Recently, we consist in the crucial juncture have to develope culture goods which is worth standing for our nation's endemism. In this vein, this study tried to reproduce and apply it to the present time by the consideration of various elements such as the kind, the use and the fabrication of sewing craft-works was beloved in women's quarter called Kyubang in the Chosun dynasty. With this, this study was designed to develope craft-works which can make an appeal to foreigners with the merits between contemporary factor and traditional factor. The findings of this study were as follows; First, since economic system in the Chosun dynasty was based on home handicrafts and self-sufficiency, it was a commonplace of the Chosun dynasty that home industry such as sewing, spinning and sericulture was thriving among all the women without social ladder. And also, since women of the day were governed by confucian tradition and moral obligation, they mainly have to live in women's quarter called Kyubang restricted to visitors. For the reasons, Wives of the time have no choice but to spend their time by sewing in the promotion of virtues for woman. In additions, they made an effort to pray for the longevity, the wealthy and the fertility of their family members. Second, the sewing instruments is necessary for women's sewing. And also, since sewing instruments was considerably scientific, efficient in those shape and structure, this instruments could save wives a lot of trouble. Third, since many people were convinced of the functions as practicality as well as fanciness, the sewing craft-works were very useful to them in leading their daily life. Fourth, the reappeared works were a total of 22, and the applied works were a total of 17.

일제강점기 삼례지역 공간변화와 조성 주체에 관한 연구 - 삼례리, 후정리를 중심으로 - (A Study on Spatial Changes and the Main Agent of Space Creation in Samrye Area during the Japanese Occupation Period - Focusing on Samnye-ri and Hujeong-ri -)

  • This study aims to identify the Spatial Changes and the main agent of space creation in Samrye Area during the Japanese Occupation Period. As for the urban space in the Samrye area, the urban space was expanded to the Hujeong-ri area from the construction of the Jeonbuk light railway. Before 1914, the urban space of Samrye was formed around Samrye Station in Samrye-ri, which oversees Samrye-do from the Goryeo Dynasty to the Joseon Dynasty, but when Samrye Station of Jeonbuk light railway was established in Hujeong-ri in 1914, the foundation of a ladder-type street network visible from the central space of the current Samrye area was formed until the 1930s. And it was the Japanese and Korean landowners who took the lead in the construction of the Jeonbuk light railway, not the government, who expanded the urban space of Samnye from Samrye-ri to Hujeong-ri. The background of the establishment of Jeonbuk light railway is the reason why Dongsan Farm has difficulty in transporting rice to the Honam Line during the rice harvest. At that time, Park Ki-soon, famous as the land king, took charge of the established chairman of the railroad installation and established it, and with the establishment of Samrye Station, the access road was connected to his farm. In addition, a new road was built on the farm land that owned the Hujeong-ri area to the Seoul-Mokpo Interroad in Samrye-ri, thereby expanding the urban space. In other words, unlike Gunsan and Iksan, which were built under the leadership of the Japanese colonial eran government, the urban space in Samrye area was expanded by a farmer who grew up as a large landowner based on agriculture, which was the economic base at the time.

Exploring the customer perceived value of online grocery shopping: a cross-sectional study of Korean and Chinese consumers using Means-End Chain theory

  • Objectives: Despite the growing market share of online grocery shopping, there is a need to understand customer perceived value due to the ongoing advancements in information technology. This study explores the connections between attributes, consequences, and values. Additionally, it conducts a cross-country comparison of consumers' online grocery shopping behaviors to gain a deeper understanding of consumer market segments and any potential variations among them. Methods: Data was collected through an online questionnaire survey conducted from May 1 to 15, 2024, targeting 400 consumers in Seoul, Korea, and Shanghai, China, who have experience with online grocery shopping. The survey utilized the Means-End Chain theory and association pattern technique hard laddering. Data collation and analysis were conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0 program. The LadderUX software was employed to analyze the links between attributes, consequences, and values and create the consumer purchasing process's implication matrix and hierarchical value map (HVM). Results: The study identified key attributes that influence online grocery shopping decisions, including delivery service, price, freshness, and quality. Korean consumers demonstrated a higher sensitivity to price (19.0%) and delivery service (17.0%). In contrast, Chinese consumers prioritized delivery service (15.0%) and after-sales service (14.8%). Commonly cited consequences included time saving (12.6% for Koreans, 11.3% for Chinese), whereas prevalent values encompassed convenience (36.8% for Koreans, 19.6% for Chinese) and economic value (26.6% for Koreans, 14.7% for Chinese). The HVM underscored these insights, highlighting diverse consumer preferences and country-specific nuances. Conclusions: The findings highlight the current state of online food consumption and consumers' value systems, revealing variations among countries. These findings offer empirical insights that can be used to create customized global marketing strategies that resonate with various consumer preferences and market dynamics.

지역의 소득수준이 계층인식 불일치와 삶의 만족감에 미치는 영향 - 준거집단효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on Effects of Regional Income Level on Subjective Income Status, and impact on Subjective Well-being - Focused on Reference Group Effects -)

  • 본 연구는 사람들이 생활을 영위하는 최소 공간단위라 할 수 있는 읍면동 수준에서 지역의 소득수준이 계층인식의 불일치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고, 소득 분배에 대한 정확한 정보가 주어진다고 가정할 때, 개인의 삶의 만족감은 어떻게 달라질 것인지 분석하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 지역의 경제적 수준이 높을수록 객관적 소득수준보다 계층인식은 낮아지는 하향불일치 현상이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소득이 높은 지역보다 낮은 지역에서 저소득층의 삶의 만족감이 더 크게 감소하였다. 정책결정자의 입장에서 정책의 대상이 되는 이들의 요구는 중요한 고려사항 중 하나이다. 셋째, 계층인식 불일치 감소에 의한 삶의 만족감 변화는 지역의 소득수준에 따라 그 정도가 다르게 나타났다. 특히, 평균적인 소득수준이 낮은 지역에서 삶의 만족감 변화가 더 큰 양상을 보였다. 그러나 소득계층에 대한 인식이 객관적 수준과 다른 상황에서 나타나는 정책적 요구는 그들의 상황을 정확하게 반영하지 못할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구결과에 의의가 있다.

팝 아트와 텍스타일 디자인의 상호관계 (The Interrelationship between Pop Art and Textile Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to show the textile designers how to be creative and how to accept other ideas which are not necessarily of their own, and to show what exactly creating anything means. During the 1950's and'60s. America and Europe reached their peak in developing their consumption culture. After World War II, America achieved an astonished feat in developing its thechnology and industry to cause the economy to a rapid ascendence. The U.S. government adopted the Keynsian theory in its economic policy. The Keynsian theory advocates the consumer spending. And during this time period the American public developed consumption habit. Mass production and mass media went in hand to induce the public to buy. The public became an important target for the advertising stratages of the industry. In order for the industry to advertise the mass produced products, it had to utilize the mass media such as television, newspaper, and magazine. And mass media came into play an important role not to advertise the products, but to imform and educate the public about the products. This corporate stratege is further enhanced by the desire of the American public to climb up the ladder by way of material possession. Pop Art was born not only in reflecting the ideology of the consumption culture, but acted as a catalyst for more spending. The subjects of Pop Art are cars, foods, comics, Hollywood actors and movie scenes, the famous singers or persons. Andy Warhol specifically used the chosen image repeatedly to emphasize the redundacy of the image. The common factors which exist between Andy Warhol's Pop Art and textile design is the repetition in form, and the way of transferring an image to a canvas - Warhol used the frotttage technique to transfer an image to a canvas and textile design is transferred to a paper by way of transferring technique. Also the way Warhol thought of his paintings as a decorative elements and made a couple of his paintings into wallpapers or exhibits his painstings wall to wall demonstrates his close alliance with the textile design, let alone his comercial design background. In this study, I examined the inter-relationship between textile design and Pop Art. To carry out this study, I examined the comsumption culture: and the biomorphic relationship of culture and art: and Pop art and its transience stage. The major finding of this study is there exists a common denomenator between textile design and Pop Art, especially of Andy Warhol's.

E. coli에서 Pseudoalteromonas carageenovora 유래 Arylsulfatase의 구성적 발현과 Agarose 제조에의 응용 (Constitutive Expression of Arylsulfatase from Pseudoalteromonas carageenovora in E. coli and Its Application to Preparation of Agarose)

  • Pseudoalteromonas carrageenovora 유래의 arylsulfatase 유전자는 PCR로 증폭한 후 Geobacillus toebii의 D-amino acid aminotransferase(D-ATT) 유전자 유래의 구성적 발현 promoter를 함유하는 pHCE-IA vector로 subcloning 하였다. 4-Methylumbelliferyl sulfate가 포함된 LB 평판배지 상에서 자란 형질전환체 Escherichia coli BL2l (DE3)/pHCE-AST는 360 nm상에서 4-methylumbellifrrone에 의한 강한 형광을 보였고, 이는 대장균에서 arylsulfatase가 활성형으로 생산되었음을 의미하였다. E. coli BL21 (DE3)/pHCE-AST를 0.4% glycerol 또는 0.4% glucose가 포함된 LB 배지로 배양했을 때 arylsulfatase활성은 glycerol이 포함된 배지에서 활성이 더 높게 나타났다. 2% glycerol이 포함된 LB배지에서 arylsulfatase 활성은 약 15.0 unit/ml에 달했으며, 이는 1% glycerol을 첨가해서 배양했을 때보다 2.6배 이상의 높은 발현 수준이였다. 재조합 arylsulfatase 효소로 제조된 agarose와 시판용 agarose를 DNA markers를 이용해서 전기영동 성능을 비교했을 때 우수한 이동성과 분리능을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과, E. coli에서 과발현 생산된 arylsulfatase 효소를 이용하여 전기영동용 고순도 agarose생산 공정에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Pseudoalteromonas carageenovora 유래 Arylsulfatase 유전자의 표층 발현 (Cell Surface Display of Arylsulfatase Gene from Pseudoalteromonas carageenovora in Saccharomyces cerevisiae)

  • P. carageenovora 유래 arylsulfatase 유전자(astA)의 효모표면발현 plasmid pCTAST(7.1 kb)를 구축하여 S. cerevisiae EBY100에 형질전환하였고, 선별된 형질전환체들을 YPDG 배지에서 배양했을 때 4-methylumbelliferyl sulfate를 분해하여 형광을 보였다. 이는 효모에서 arylsulfatase가 활성형으로 생산되었음을 의미하였다. S. cerevisiae EBY100/pCTAST를 플라스크 배양했을 때 arylsulfatase 활성은 galactose가 완전히 소모된 배양 48시간째 최대 활성인 1.2 unit/mL로 나타났으며 배양 상등액에서는 활성이 나타나지 않았다. 효모 S. cerevisiae의 세포표면에서 발현된 재조합 arylsulfatase로 제조된 agarose를 agar와 시판용 agarose와 함께 ${\lambda}DNA$ HindIII marker를 사용하여 DNA 전기영동 성능을 비교 실험한 결과, agar보다는 재조합 arylsulfatase 처리로 제조한 agarose가 이동성이나 분리능에서 우수하였으며, 시판용 agarose와 비교하여 이동성이나 분리능이 유사한 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과, 효모 S. cerevisiae의 세포표면에서 발현된 재조합 arylsulfatase 효소를 이용하여 한천으로부터 전기영동용 고순도 친환경적인 agarose 생물 생산 공정에 적용 가능함을 알 수 있었다.
