경남지역 고등학교시설의 생태환경 실태에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Actual Conditions of Ecological Environment of the High School Facilities in Gyeongnam Area)

  • This study is to clarify the actual conditions of high school of environment friendly architecture per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment friendly architecture. As the method of the study, First, certification as an examination on certification system of environment-friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment friendly architecture and certification high school, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Second, actual condition of ecological environment elements per non-certification high school by collecting actual data of certification schools environment friendly architecture were analyzed and the results are as the follows. The average of ecological area ratio was 17.8 percent in case of non-certification school facilities it was analyzed that the natural based green area ratio was 17.5 percent, continuous green axis length ratio was 19.0 percent and roof green garden area ratio was 0 percent.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of certification standards of environment friendly architecture in ecological environment field by surveying and analyzing actual status of actual certification schools of environment friendly architecture per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment friendly architecture. As contents of the study, first, certification as an examination on certification system of environment friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment friendly architecture, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Second, actual status of ecological environment elements per school grade, region, and population increase by collecting actual data of certification schools of environment friendly architecture. Third, using analysis data of ecological environment elements, ecological area ratio of certification schools of environment friendly architecture per weighted values of space types was calculated and the results were analyzed as the follows. (1) In case of preliminary certification out of total objects of investigation schools was average 34.06% but in this case of certification, it was reduced to 33.07%. However, it is difficult to make judgment as actual evidence data since ecological area ratio of actual preliminary certification is data based on drawing planes. Therefore, in case of this certification, elementary schools was investigated at average 33.11%, middle schools 34.81%, and high schools 31.28% and middle school showed the highest relatively. (2) Besides, average composition ratio of ecological area ratio was 63.04% in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that about 70% of ecological area ratio is composed of the natural based green area including pure natural based green land and 6.89% of ecological learning institute.

The average of ecological area ratio was 24.5 percent in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that the natural based green area ratio was 22.9 percent, bio-tope area ratio was 0.60 percent and ecological learning places area ratio was 0.39 percent.

Second, actual condition of ecological environment elements per school grade(middle school of environment-friendly architecture and general middle school) by collecting actual data of certification schools environment friendly architecture were analyzed and the results are as the follows. The average of ecological area ratio was 28.3 percent in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that the natural based green area ratio was 26.5 percent, bio-tope area ratio was 0.4 percent and ecological learning places area ratio was 0.45 percent.

공동주택단지 생태면적 적용 특성 분석 : 생태면적률, 생태면적 다양성, 생태면적 연계성을 중심으로 (Analysis of Eco-Area Application Characteristics of Apartment Complexes : Focusing on Eco-Area Ratio, Eco-Area Diversity, and Eco-Area Connectivity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국외와 국내 생태면적 관련 제도의 평가지표 항목 차이를 고찰하고 분석지표를 도출한 후 준공된 공동주택단지를 대상으로 생태면적률이 전체 적용되기 전과 후, 최근 준공 공동주택단지의 생태면적 분석지표로 구분하여 생태면적 특성 적용 차이점을 분석하고 그 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 준공이 완료된 수도권과 비수도권 공동주택단지를 대상으로 하였다. 준공된 공동주택단지 36개소를 분석 대상지로 선정, 생태면적 기초자료를 구축 후 그 자료를 활용하여 생태면적률, 생태면적 다양성, 생태면적 연계성의 세가지 분석지표로 구분하여 수도권 지역, 비수도권 지역의 지역별, 분양주택단지・임대주택단지 등의 공동주택단지 유형별, 대규모・중규모・소규모의 단지 규모별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 생태면적률과 생태면적 공간유형 다양성은 비수도권 지역보다 수도권 지역이, 임대주택단지보다 분양주택단지가 더 높고 다양한 것으로 나타났다. 공동주택단지 규모가 소규모보다는 중규모, 대규모일 경우가 생태면적률이 더 높고 생태면적 다양성도 더 다양하게 반영되었다. 생태면적 연계성의 경우 수도권 지역이 비수도권 지역보다 생태면적 연계 개소와 연계 유형이 더 많고 다양하게 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 생태면적률과 생태면적 다양성을 확보하기 위해 공동주택단지 개발시 중규모, 대규모 개발을 고려할 필요가 있다. 생물다양성 향상을 위해 공동주택단지 내부와 외부의 생태면적 네트워크 연계가 필요하다. 향후 단지내부의 생태면적 네트워크 연계 후속연구가 필요하다.

시가화지역 생태적 유형구분을 위한 관련지표 특성 연구 - 서울시 강동구를 사례로 - (A Study on the Criteria for Demarcating Ecological Types of Urban Areas by the Affection of Ecosystems - Case Study in Gangdong-Gu, Seoul -)

  • 도시의 생태적 유형화에 대한 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있음에도 불구하고 시가화지역에서 행해지는 생태적 측면의 공간구분은 지금까지 인위적 토지이용 특성에 의존하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 시가화지역을 대상으로 도시생태계 특성을 대표하는 요인들을 조사하여 이들 요인간 상관관계 분석을 통해 도시생태계 특성을 설명할 수 있는 요인을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 도시를 토지이용유형에 의해 구분한 후 공간별 생태적 속성을 조사하였다. 생태적 속성으로는 에너지 이용측면에서 건폐율과 용적율, 지표면온도를, 물순환 측면에서 생태면적율과 불투수포장율을, 생물다양성 측면에서 야생조류 출현현황과 녹지율을 각각 조사하여 이들의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 도시 지표면온도는 생태면적율에 의해 온도가 높은 지역과 낮은 지역, 중간인 지역으로 구분되었으며, 야생조류 출현개체수는 녹지율을 기준으로 출현개체가 많은 지역과 적은 지역으로 구분되었다. 이에 시가화지역을 대상으로 한 생태적 측면에서의 유형화는 생태면적율과 녹지율의 적용이 적합한 것으로 판단되었다.

생태적가치 기반의 오대산국립공원 보전지구 재설정 방안 연구 (Re-establishment of a Conservation Area in Odaesan(Mt.) National Park based on Ecological Values)

  • This study aimed to re-establish the conservation area reflecting landscape ecological value through scenario program, targeting Odaesan National Park. The basic data were mapped in watershed planning units, which were set considering topographical and ecological values. The framework of Marxan with Zones, using an indexation process, was using the mapped indicators. Each best solution according to the scenarios was assessed through sensitivity analysis, and a final solution was selected among the best solutions, considering criteria including area ratio of conservation area and grouping. Lastly, the final solution was verified in the overlap analysis with recent zonation. As a result, through the framework of Marxan with Zones, the best solution of scenario 1, which was set by the highest conservation criteria was selected as the final solution, and the area ratio of conservation area and grouping was excellent. As for the overlap analysis, the suggested conservation area was improved compared to recent zonation in terms of the area ratio (39.4%), biotope grade I (35.6%) and the distribution points (7 places) of legally protected species.

공동주택의 외부공간 시공 후 평가를 통한 생태면적률 개선 방안도출을 위한 기초 연구 - 현장시공시 생태면적률 공간유형 반영을 중심으로 - (A basic study on Improvement for Biotops Area Ratio through the Post Evaluation Plan for Outdoor Space of Apartment Housings)

  • The problem of urban climate change and destruction of wildlife habitats space which is becoming more serious day by day, has to do with the impervious area(surface area) in urban space. The destruction of natural ground and indiscreet soil covering due to compact development is causing urban desertification in urban residential areas. With biotops area ratio being variously used and extended as a pre planning index, this study aims to analyze the elements of biotop area ratio that need to be supplemented in order to emerge as a realistic planning index for post evaluation measure and not act only as a examining tool in the planning stage. In particular, this study aims to examine the possibility of biotops area ratio to be used as a system to evaluate the outer space of apartment housings, in which biotops area ratio is most actively used, as a tool to secure ecological soundness of the development area after construction is finished.
