This study presents a web log analysis model for e-CRM, which combines the on-line customer's purchasing pattern data and transaction data between companies in B2B environment of make-to-order company. With this study, the customer evaluation and the customer subdivision are available. We can forecast the estimate demands with periodical products sales records. Also, the purchasing rate per each product, the purchasing intention rate, and the purchasing rate per companies can be used as the basic data for the strategy for receiving the orders in future. These measures are used to evaluate the business strategy, the quality ability on products, the customer's demands, the benefits of customer and the customer's loyalty. And it is used to evaluate the customer's purchasing patterns, the response analysis, the customer's secession rate, the earning rate, and the customer's needs. With this, we can satisfy various customers' demands, therefore, we can multiply the company's benefits. And we presents case of the 'H' company, which has the make-to-order manufacture environment, in order to verify the effect of the proposal system.

This study examined the Quality of Accounting Earning of Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) Corporate from the vantage point of Accounting Conservatism. This study used 2,993 sample data from 2011 to 2016. In short, the result of this study's is as followed. Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) have a positive relevance with Accounting Conservatism. Therefore, this study can support that the firm has a high level of Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) will have the better the Quality of Accounting Earnings according to this study. This study contributes as follow. This study verified the Accounting Earnings's Quality of Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) Corporate from a Accounting Conservatism vantage point and extended precedent study on Socially Responsible Investment(SRI). We hope that this study can be helped development of capital market.

It is generally believed that the medical profession in Korea is an well-paid field along with legal profession. In this vein, the nursing is regarded one of well-paid profession. The actual data, however, reveals that nurses belong to low income bracket. We carefully compare the nurse's earnings with those of other professions. We selected 58 professions, which are similar in vocational characteristics and education background to nurses and conduct a regression analysis to estimate earning functions. Using the estimated coefficients, we project an optimum salary level for nurse, and compare it with the actual salary level. The estimated results show that the nurses are underpaid : their actual salary is less than the optimum level. We provide several explanations for this phenomenon : a tradition based on Confucian value, wage discrimination for women, and wage inequality among hospitals. Undercompensation will result either ratard professional development, or block the motivation for high quality of nursing care. If the current underpaying situation is not improved, a shortage of nurses along with an noticeable decline in the quality of medical services are expected. Therefore an adequate compensation for nurses must be properly assessed and addresed not only be health care authorities but also by legislators. Further research is needed to explain why there is such as wide salary inequality among nurses, and to find what cause it.

The maturity structure of corporate debt is one of the significant financing choices that a firm must make simultaneously while deciding how to finance its operational and investment decisions. Even though the capital structure is one of the scrutinized topics of interest in the corporate finance literature, scarce studies have investigated corporate debt maturity, even less so in the context of emerging markets. The choice of a suitable debt maturity structure is exceptionally relevant for firms. It can enable them to avoid mismatch by aligning assets in line with liabilities, addressing agency-related problems, sidestep the ill effects of cost of capital, and signaling the firms' earning quality and value. The study investigates the firm-specific and macroeconomic determinants significant for the debt maturity structure of Vietnamese corporate firms. A sample of 722 non-financial firms listed on the Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi Stock Exchange in Vietnam from 2007 to 2018 was taken to test the hypothesis. The study's methods fixed effects panel data analysis provides empirical evidence that firm size, firms' quality, liquidity, leverage, asset maturity, tax impact, and macro variables are significantly related to the debt maturity structure.

The goal of women's health education can be defined as improvement of the quality of their life during entire life cycle. In Korean society, women's well-being is very important to themselves as well as their families, communities. and country. Thus it is important to systematize information on women's health education. These systematized information can be used in preparation of coming 21st century called information era. Unfortunately there have been few studies in women's health education research in Korea especially distance education for women's health related with korean socio-cultural background, etc. Distance education has been internationally used in a variety of settings as a means of providing health education information. The objective of this study was to apply and evaluate a multimedia videoconferencing on women's health distance teaching-learning process. In this study I'd like to design multimedia digital educational material used in the distance teaching-learning process for women's health, and to practice a multimedia videoconferencing on women's health distance teaching-learning processs. The procedures of this study were summarized as follows ; 1. Analysis of subjects' characteristics and education contents and for women's health. 2. Design of a multimedia videoconferencing on women's health distance teaching-learning process. 3. Development of women's health distance teaching-1earning process. 4. Evaluation of developed digital multimedia and distance teaching-learning process related with women's health These results will be used in development of the distance-learning education program for improving Korean women's health. Findings su99est that the advanced methodologies for designing and evaluating the women's health distance teaching-learning programs be obtained through the collaboration with other field's staffs.

Changes in the business environment in which intense and sustained growth and survival must meet a variety of customer needs (Q, C, D) and business side of the enterprise for profit structure reformation is absolutely necessary for innovation activities. So far, management of innovation in method BPR, PI, OVA, 6 Sigma, Strategic Purchasing, PPM, SCM etc. are being introduced. However, they have a limit of partial optimization and improvement-oriented techniques. So this paper studied the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) application in order to derive empirical methodology to maximize profitability for the domestic S foundry factory. To this end, long-term gains through structural analysis and intensity analysis to ensure continued growth and profitability strategy are devised through management Innovation analysis. And improvement projects was presented to solve main issues of five categories(Inventory, Sales Mix, Cost, Quality Cost, Skill and Work-load) We will expect the office productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

On the basis of a brief introduction of the mechanized dry farming in Heilongjiang Province, the author states the developing process from the combination of single technics of farm machinery and agronomy to the technical assembly of high yield cultivation technics and its mathematical expression. According to the main temperature accumulated zones, 5 typical comprehensive technical assembly models for the mechanized cultivation technics and their agricultural machinery systems have been listed. They are, the Heihe " 261" wheat and soybean model : the Yi'an big ridge double row film mulching corn model : the Yongchang high yield mechanized soybean and other grain crops six year rotation model for Keshan state farms. The author conclude that the application of mechanized high yield cultivation technical assembly is the key point to transform the Heilongjiang province from big agriculture to strong agriculture, we have to take " high yield , high quality , high efficiency , s stain -ability and earning foreign currency" as the general target and carry out the corresponding policy and measures for the further development of agricuture.

The production type of foundry industry is a small quantity batch production methods that require the highly skilled technology in the global competition in the variety of customer needs and directly under the influence of fluctuations characteristic. Therefore suitability for small quantity batch production and flexible production capacity and price competitiveness is needed more than anything. To do this, we need transcription and comprehensive innovation activities to maximize the revenue structure of the organization and field survival foundation should be developed the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) process in all aspects of the organization and all employees are involved in order to create a cost, quality, time, and service part of the overall aim how to achieve those effects within a short period of time. We applied the TPI process for S company in the foundry business innovation and productivity through cost reduction. We will expect the productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

The purpose of this study is to present the basic material for the competitive, high-quality products by analyzing employees' attitude toward their job and some factors which influence the enhancement of productivity, education of workers, and facilities. This project was mainly conducted the conditions of women's wear manufacturing industries in Taegu by interviewing 143 employees in the sewing department. The result of this dissertation can be summarized as follows; 1. When it comes to the division of task in the sewing department, one team is composed of chairpersons (33.5%), assistant members (27.4%) and sub-assistant members (26.6%). The inspection of commodities as well as the enhancement of work on ironing for elaboration was divided as completion (12.6%) and finally the forms of task were made up of design sampling team (49%) and contracting team (51%). 2. Among the needle workers, as many as 60% employees had received technical education, which was by means of being passed down from the predecessors (81.6%). In terms of the period of education, from 2 to 5 years topped the list. The contents of education comprise patterning, sewing (65.2%) and ironing (20.3%). 3. The department of design takes charge of the report on working directions up to 88.2% and the working directions were used by 69.9 % of technicians. The directors of working conditions and methods were chiefs of designing department (37.7%) and those of sewing department (30.8%). The factors of defective goods were low-quality materials (50.0%), the deficiency in skills of workers. In terms of methods for preventing defects, technical education of workers, standardization of task and investment for factory automation were suggested. 4. As for their perception of present work, most of employees (80%) look upon it as a way of earning a living and 11% of them wanted to derive many things from their work. 59.2% of workers were satisfied with the product. When it comes to the incentive system provided by company, 67.0% responsed that it was not bad, and 23.9% evaluated it as 'satisfactory'.
