태양광 반사율을 이용한 벼 군락의 건물량 추정 (Estimation of Rice Dry Matter Production by Spectral Reflectance of Solar Radiation in Paddy Field)

  • 벼 군락에서 건물생산량을 태양광의 반사스펙트럼 특성을 이용하여 추정하고자 1993년 4월부터 10월까지 경기도 소재 수원기상대 구내 포장에서 조생종 진부벼와 중만생종 대청벼, 일품벼를 공시 품종으로 하고 생육시기별 태양광 반사스펙트럼과 건물중을 조사한 결과 다음과 같다. 1. 출수전에 근적외광 파장대(720∼l,100nm)의 반사율을 가시광 파장대 (400∼700nm)의 반사율로 나눈 비율이 건물생산량과 상관이 높았으며, 가시광 파장대 중에서도 녹색, 적색파장보다 청색파장(400∼500nm)의 반사율로 나눈 비율이 건물생산량과의 상관이 높았다. 2. 적외광 파장의 반사율을 청색파장의 반사율로 나눈 비율 중에서 특히 R910 /R460 비율이 건물생산량과 가장 높은 정의 상관을 보였다. 3. 출수이전에 R910/R460 비율과 건물생산과의 회귀식을 이용한 추정식 Y=21.24284 X-212.734는 실측치와의 상관관계는 매우 높았다. 4. 출수이후엔 근적외광 파장(720∼l,100nm)의 반사율을 적색파장(600∼700nm)의 반사율로 나눈 비율이 청색이나 녹색파장의 반사율로 나눈 비율보다 건물생산량과의 상관이 더 높았다.

Cyclic variations of gonad development of an air-breathing fish, Channa striata in the lentic and lotic environments

  • The study was conducted to know the cyclic changes in gonadal maturation and to investigate the developmental stages of oocytes and testicular germ cells of an air-breathing fish, Channa striata. Fish were sampled monthly from lentic and lotic environments of three geographical locations of Bangladesh from December to November and the histological analysis of their gonad was done to evaluate the objectives. The highest mean GSI was $5.95{\pm}0.20$ for female in July and $0.14{\pm}0.01$ for male also in July showing that the gonadal development reached its peak during this month. The highest mean oocyte diameter was $1257.50{\pm}24.17{\mu}m$ observed in July implying that the oocyte reached maturity in this month. Histological study of ovary revealed the evidence of early yolk granule stage and late yolk granule stage from April to July. In case of male four stages of spermatogenesis were distinguished and spermatozoa were highly abundant in June and July. So the monthly pooled values of GSI and the analysis of gonadal histology indicated that the peak breeding season of C. striata occurred in July in the lentic and lotic environments. Samples collected from lentic and lotic habitats are suggestive of no difference in the development of the gonad. The results of the present study will be useful for selective breeding programme, conservation and sustainable fishery management of C. striata in its natural habitat.

THE STRUCTURE, STRATIGRAPHY AND PETROLEUM GEOLOGY OF THE MURZUK BASIN, SOUTHWEST LIBYA

  • The Murzuk Basin covers an area in excess of $350,000{\cal}km^2$, and is one of several intra-cratonic sag basins located on the Saharan Platform of North Africa. Compared with some of these basins, the Murzuk Basin has a relatively simple structure and stratigraphy, probably as a result of it's location on a the East Saharan Craton. The basin contains a sedimentary fill which reaches a thickness of about $4,000{\cal}m$ in the basin centre. This fill can be divided into a predominantly marine Paleozoic section, and a continental Mesozoic section. The principal hydrocarbon play consists of a glacial-marine sandstone reservoir of Cambro-Ordovician age, sourced and sealed by overlying Silurian shales. The present day borders of the basin are defined by tectonic uplifts, each of multi-phase generation, and the present day basin geometry bears little relation to the more extensive Early Palaeozoic sedimentary basin within which the reservoir and source rocks were deposited. The key to the understanding of the Cambro-Ordovician play is the relative timing of oil generation compared to the Cretaceous and Tertiary inversion tectonics which influenced source burial depth, reactivated faults and reorganised migration pathways. At the present day only a limited area of the basin centre remains within the oil generating window. Modelling of the timing and distribution of source rock maturity uses input data from AFTA and fluid inclusion studies to define palaeo temperatures, shale velocity work to estimate maximum burial depth and source rock geochemistry to define kinetics and pseudo-Ro. Migration pathways are investigated through structural analysis. The majority of the discovered fields and identified exploration prospects in the Murzuk Basin involve traps associated with high angle reverse faults. Extensional faulting occurred in the Cambro-Ordovician and this was followed by repeated compressional movements during Late Silurian, Late Carboniferous, Mid Cretaceous and Tertiary, each associated with regional uplift and erosion.

풋콩의 생육시기별 베노밀 처리가 미이라 감염율 및 수량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Benomyl Applications on Phomopsis Infection and Yields in Vegetable Soybean)

  • 풋콩에서 문제시되는 미이라병의 꼬투리 리병 및 종실감염을 줄이기 위해 포장에서 베노밀을 생육 시기별로 처리한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 베노밀 처리에 따라 미이라병반이 없는 풋콩의 건전 꼬투리비율은 R5기 1회처리와 R4+R5기 2회처리에서 가장 높았다. 2. 건전 꼬투리비율은 주경보다 분지에서, 그리고 상위부가 하위부보다 높았다. 3. 종실의 미이라리병입율은 베노밀 처리에 따라 감소되었고, R6기 1회처리와 R4.+R6기 2회처리에서 낮았다. 4. 베노밀 처리에 다라 건전 꼬투리 및 종실비율이 높아져서 건전 꼬투리수량은 34∼76% 그리고 종실수량은 51∼98% 증수하였다.

  • 과거에는 영화 흥행을 좌우하는 요소로 감독, 스타 배우, 개봉 스크린 수, 온라인 평점, 배급사 등을 들었다. 그러나 구전 효과의 등장으로 이러한 공식에도 변화가 초래되었는데, 인터넷과 스마트폰이 널리 보급된 현 시점에서는 구전 효과의 영향력이 점점 더 강해지고 있다. 저자는 구전 효과가 이루어지는 매개체 중 하나인 SNS에 주목하여, SNS가 영화 흥행에 영향을 미친 실제 사례에 대하여 조명해 보려 한다. 작년에 크게 흥행했던 영화 중에서 SNS의 효과를 톡톡히 보았다고 일컬어지는 <써니>의 제작 및 상영 과정에 동반되었던 SNS 활동을 분석해 보는 것이다. 개봉 전, 개봉 초기, 성숙기로 시기를 구분하여 SNS를 통한 구전 활동을 살펴봄으로써, SNS 활동의 성공 사례를 통해 영화 흥행과 관련된 하나의 이정표를 제시하는데 이 글의 의의가 있다.

이중 버블시트 및 수화발열량차 공법에 의한 한중매스콘크리트의 현장적용 연구 (A Case Study on Field Construction of Cold Weather Mass Concreting Using Double Bubble Sheets and Hydration Heat Difference Method)

  • The test result of mat concrete applying both hydration heat difference and insulation curing method on new construction of Cheongju university educational building are summarized as following. Both fresh concrete and compressive strength properties were satisfied In aimed value. Setting time of concrete incorporating 15% of fly ash(FA) retarded 1.2 hour than control concrete. Temperature history of mali concrete indicated that the highest temperature of center was exhibited at $126^{\circ}C$ after 51 hours while the highest temperature of upper section was $10.6^{\circ}C$ after 46 hours. Temperature Difference between center and surface was managed at less than $6^{\circ}C$ during whole curing period. In addition the temperature of upper section secured more than $3.3^{\circ}C$ while the temperature of outside was indicated at less than $-10^{\circ}C$. Maturity by parts of construction secured more than $30^{\circ}C$ DD higher than outside at 3 days. The more number of times, applying insulation curing method by double bubble sheets, increased, the higher economic effect was secured. Overall it was clear that applying both double bubble sheets and hydration heat difference method on this new construction can resist hydration heat crack, early frost demage and strength decrease. It also significantly contributed quality improvement of cold weather concreting

르 꼬르뷔제의 '성장하는 미술관' 개념의 전시공간디자인 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Exhibition Space Design of the 'Museum of Unlimited Growth' by Le Corbusier)

  • Le Corbusier (1887-1965) is known as a great architect ranking with such master architects as Frank Lloyd Wright and Mies van der Rohe who produced great architectural achievements in an era from the dawning to the maturity of the modem architecture. His works are marked for their peculiarity in expressing his architectural concept as perceived through his artistic sensibility. He has brought the form of his architecture to perfect through the influence of Purism. His architectural concept has instigated him to construct the relations between structure, form and the notion of space through the 'Dom-ino' structural system and the 'Five Principles of the Modem Architecture.' As a result, he has become such an architect as has ripened his works by adopting the 'Modulor' for human measurement. During the decade from 1929 to 1939, he made public the 'Museum of Unlimited Growth' programs in an attempt to give a concrete form to his concept of 'unlimited space' spreading to all directions, which was actually visualized by the constructions of three art museums, located Ahmedabad and Chandigarh in India and Tokyo in Japan. Although a number of researches have so far been publicized on the works and the architectural ideas of Le Corbusier, no systematic research has yet been released on the idea of 'Museum of Unlimited Growth' as a matter of fact. Therefore, this study has set its purpose to grasp the peculiarities of his exhibition space design through an analysis on the characteristics of the 'Museum of Unlimited Growth' so designed as to reflect the concept of a space, which is centrifugally growing. With this purpose in mind, this research is also to suggest how the design of the 'Museum of Unlimited Growth' would influence the modem museum exhibit space. The contents of this study comprise the consideration on the early ideas of Le Corbusier, the typical features of the growing museum and the analysis as well as the integration of his works.

채취 시기가 다른 표고버섯의 급여가 KK 당뇨 마우스의 혈당과 혈청 지질 수준에 미치는 영향 (Supplementary Effect by Harvest period of Lentinus edodes on the levels of Blood glucose and Serum lipid in Diabetic KK mice)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Lentinus edodes which were harvested at different times of maturity on blood glucose and lipid levels in diabetic mice. The diabetic KK mice were fed diets supplemented with Lentinus edodes harvested early (LE) or late (LL) for eight weeks, and control (CO) mice were fed regular diet without Lentinus edodes. Diet intake, body weight, organ weight, blood glucose and serum lipid levels were measured. The mice which were fed diets supplemented with LE and LL showed significantly lower body weights compared to the CO group. There were no significant differences in the diet intake and the weights of different organs including liver, heart, kidneys, and epididymal fat pad among three different groups. Furthermore, the concentrations of serum triglycerides and total cholesterol were significantly lower in LE and LL groups compared to the CO group. These results clearly demonstrate that Lentinus edodes, regardless of their harvested period reduced body weight and serum lipid without affecting blood glucose level in diabetic mice.

  • 시험은 흰빛잎마름병의 품종별 감수성과 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명코자 시비량을 보비재배와 다비재배로 구분하여 전남지역에서 수행 되었다. 흰빛잎마름병은 발생은 다비조건에서 심했으며 심한 발병은 수도 품종들의 등숙에 영향을 주어 수량 감수를 초래하였고 청미율은 품질을 저하 시켰다. 또한 조생계품종에서는 지엽과 차엽이 발병되었지만 중, 만생계품종에서는 지, 차, 삼엽이 발병되었다. 이러한 차이는 보비조건에서 보다 다비조건에서 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 이 병에 대한 저항성품종은 태백벼, 백운찰벼, 팔공벼, 밀양 42호이었고 밀양 30호, 금강벼, 낙동벼, 진주벼는 감수성이었으며 이러한 경향은 시비 수준간에 같은 경향이었다.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 경(硬), 연질(軟質) 소맥(小麥)의 성숙과정(成熟過程)에 따른 탄수화물(炭水化物) 특성(特性)의 변화(變化)에 대하여 검토하였다. 종실(種實)의 수분함량(水分含量)이 감소(減少)함에 따라 천립중(千粒重)과 용적중(容積重)은 증가(增加)되었다. 배유(胚乳)의 전분함량(澱粉含量)은 출적후(出積後) $35{\sim}40$일까지 급격히 증가(增加)하였으며, 특히 조숙종(早熟種)인 조광(早光)은 B-type 전분(澱粉)의 합성(合成)이 억제되었다. Amylose와 amylopectin 함양(含量)은 성숙기간(成熟期間)에 따라 증가(增加)되었으며, pentosan의 함량(含量)도 계속증가되었다. Amylograph break-down은 성숙기간중(成熟期間中) 계속 감소(減少)되었으며. 배유(胚乳)의 전분함량(澱紛含量)과 고도(高度)의 부동법(負桐關)이 있었다.
