객체식별아이디 기반의 개인 맞춤형 LBSNS 앱의 19대 총선 후보 지지율 효과 분석 (A study on the approval rating of 19th general election affected by LBSNS application S/W based on object identification)

  • 19대 총선에서 특정 후보를 홍보하기 위한 목적으로 개인 맞춤형 위치기반소셜네트워크서비스(LBSNS, Location Based Social Network Service) 앱(App)을 기획하여 개발하고 선거기간 동안 활용함으로써 선거 전후 해당 후보의 지지율 변화에 어느 정도 기여했는지 그 영향을 분석하였다. 대전광역시 6개 지역구 24명의 후보를 대상으로 개인 맞춤형 LBSNS 앱을 활용한 후보와 그렇지 않은 후보를 구분하여 선거운동 기간 동안 언론에 공개적으로 발표된 지지율과 개표 결과를 바탕으로 개인별 지지율 변화를 비교하였다. 해당 앱을 활용한 3명의 후보는 각각 12.6%, 11.4% 및 11.2%씩 두 자리 수의 지지율 상승이 있었지만 나머지 21명의 후보들은 지지율 변화는 모두 3% 이내로 머물러 개인맞춤형 스마트폰 앱을 활용함으로써 후보 지지율 상승에 상당한 효과가 있었음이 밝혀졌다.

반경험적인 계산에 의한 다환방향족탄화수소류의 라디칼 반응위치 예측 (Prediction of Radical Reaction Positions in PAHs by Semi-Empirical Calculation)

  • Each four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was reacted with OH radical at $1.5{\AA}$ distance by CAChe MOPAC 2000 program. These results were compared to those reported experimental results. Reaction positions of all four PAHs corresponded with predicted positions in which ${\Delta}$E(HOMO-LUMO) was approximately 4.7. Finally oxygen of OH radical combined with PAH and quinone form of products were produced. These results indicate that the proposed determining the ${\Delta}$E(HOMO-LUMO) can be effectively applied to predict reaction position of recalcitrant compounds such as dioxins, PCBs, POPs, and etc.

The Place of Articulation of Korean Affricates Observed in LPC Spectra

  • This paper attempts to acoustically examine the place of articulation of Korean affricates. In order to pursue an acoustic analysis of where Korean affricates are articulated, we resort to LPC spectra of the Korean plain affricate /c/ in intervocalic position, based on theoretical assumptions (e.g., Stevens 1993a), and compare the data to that of the Korean alveolar consonants /t, s/ in the same context. Our phonetic results show that in intervocalic position, the Korean plain affricate is alveolar just like the Korean alveolar consonants /t, s/, supporting the articulatory studies of $Skali{\check{c}}kov{\acute{a}}$ (1960) and Kim (1997).

동특성 변화로부터 구조물의 변경질량 위치 해석 (Analysis of Mass Position Detection Using the Change of the Structural Dynamic Characteristics)

  • This study proposed the analysis of mass position detection due to the change of the mass and strifeless of structure by using the original and modified dynamic characteristics. The method is applied to examples of the cantilevers beam and the 3 degrees of freedom system by modifying the mass. The predicted detection of the mass positions and magnitudes are in good agrement with the present study from the structural reanalysis using the modified mass.

  • There has been an increasing demand over the years for steels with lower[s] content. For the purpose of improving the efficiency of desulphrization in the powder injection process of ladle, experimental studies were carried out by using cold model to optimize the lance configuration, gas flow rate, immersion depth of lance nozzle, position of lance nozzle relative to the ladle and the effect with slag, etc. As the results of this study, it was made clear that 2-hole nozzle lance (C, E type) placed in an asymmetric position gives the shortest mixing times.

  • In the train position defection for the rail car, which is not able to obtain the short circuit between the track circuit and the wheel, the methods by the inductive radio of non-contact type are applicated. It is represented the principles and the methods of the inductive radio train detection on MLU, Transrapid, HSST, M-Bahn, and People Mover for MAGLEV, on Kobe system for the rubber-tired vehicle, and on ICE for wheel-on-rail.

Stereoscopic Operators and Their Application

  • Direct and inverse mathematical operators of stereo transformation (stereo operators) are studied in this paper. The stereo operators install a one-to-one correspondence between three dimensional coordinates of any point in space and the stereo coordinates which can be displayed on the screen under the given conditions, i.e. stereo vision base and the position of viewer. The stereo operators can be applied to the analyses of stereoscopic image distortions when the stereo vision base and the position of viewer are changed.

  • eLoran은 측위, 항법, 시각 분야에서 요구 정확도에 따라 GPS의 대체 또는 백업시스템으로 사용될 수 있다. eLoran 송신국들은 UTC에 동기 되어 있으므로 TOA를 근거로 한 all-in-view 수신이 가능하여 높은 정확도의 시각 동기와 항법이 가능하다. 또한 LDC를 통해 송신국 및 dLoran 보정 정보 등을 방송함으로써 향상된 PNT를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 eLoran을 이용한 정밀 시각비교 측정에 필수적인 eLoran 타이밍 수신기의 지연 시간에 관련된 것들을 측정하여 보정값으로 반영하는 기술을 제시하였다. 송신기 종단의 전류 결합기로부터 로란 신호를 추출하여 3 번째 사이클과 교차하는 지점에서 펄스를 생성하는 장치를 구성하고 그 펄스를 기준으로 지연 시간을 측정하는 장치를 구현하였다. 수신기 지연은 상용 eLoran 수신기와 능동형 자기장, 전기장 안테나와 수동형 루프 안테나를 사용하여 각각의 안테나를 연결하였을 때의 지연시간을 측정하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 교정된 eLoran 타이밍 수신기를 공통시계 비교법에 이용하면 GNSS 이용 시각비교의 백업 시스템으로서 정밀한 시각비교가 필요한 분야에 활용할 수 있다.

거리에 비례하는 오차를 고려한 eLoran 항법 알고리즘 (eLoran Navigation Algorithm Considering Errors Proportional to the Range)

  • eLoran is enhanced Loran-C and eLoran is researched for as GPS backup system because this system is resistant to signal interference and has high accuracy. TOA measurements of eLoran include errors proportional to the range such as PF, SF, ASF and EF. Therefore these error factors must be compensated for improved accuracy of position. Generally, error models or GPS aided compensation methods are used, but these methods are limited by lack of infrastructure or system performance. Therefore, this paper proposes new model of error factors included in eLoran TOA measurements and navigation algorithm using this model. Error factors in this model are sum of a certain size of error and error proportional to the range. And feasibility and performance of proposed navigation algorithm are verified by using raw measurements.

쌍곡면항법에 있어서 편위오차이 최소화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Minimizing Position Error in Hyperbolic Fix Determination.)

  • The Radio Navigation System(R. N. S.) has been progressed consistantly with the development of electric-electronic engineering techniques since the R. D. E had been developed in 1910. The R. N. S. mostly depends on either Hyperbolic Navigation System(H. N. S.) or Spherical Navigation System(S. N. S.) in the ocean, and on Rectangular Navigation System (R. N. S.) in the air near the airport or an a combinations of the above systems in both area. Another effective R. N. S may be the Ellipse-Hyperbola Navigation System(E-H N. S.), which is proposed and named such in this paper. The equations calculating GDOP are derived and the GDOP values are calculated in the case of H. N. S., S. N. S, and E-H. N. S., respectively, for the specified case that four transmitting stations are arranged on the apex of a square, Then the GDOP diagrams of above navigation systems are presented for qualitative comparison in this paper. To measure the distances from the receiver to the stations in S. N. S., and/or the sum of distances to two stations in E-H N. S., the time synchronization between the transmitter clocks and the receiver clock is a major premise. The author has proposed the algorithm for getting this synchronmization utilizing the by S. N. S. or E-H N. S while GDOPs of those are relatively good. Even though clock synchronization error is a voidable due to the fix error used, the simulated results shows that the position accuracy of S. N. S. and E-H N. S. by the proposed method is far upgraded compared with that determined by H. N. S. directly, as far as the outer region of transmitter arrangement is concerned.
