For the evaluation algebra $F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M\;if\;M=\{{\partial}\}$, then $$Der_{non}(F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M)$$ of the evaluation algebra $(F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M)$ is found in the paper [15]. For $M=\{{\partial},\;{\partial}^2\}$, we find $Der_{non}(F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M))$ of the evaluation algebra $F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M$ in this paper. We show that there is a non-associative algebra which is the direct sum of derivation invariant subspaces.

Let M be an n-dimensional compact connected and oriented Riemannian manifold isometrically immersed in an (n+2)-dimensional Euclidean space $R^{n+2}$. Moore [5] proved that if M is of positive curvature, then M is a homotopy sphere. This result is generalized by Baldin and Mercuri [2], Baik and Shin [1] to the case of non-negative curvature, which is stated as follows: If M of non-negative curvature, then M is either a homotopy sphere or diffeomorphic to a product of two spheres. In particular, if there is a point at which the curvature operator is positive, then M is homeomorphic to a sphere.e.

Cephem ring의 C-7위치에 aminothiazoly lmethoxyimino기를 가진 화합물들이 항균활성을 증가시키고, G(-)균의 외막투과성을 촉진시킬뿐 아니라 광범위항균 spectrum을 갖게 하고 $\beta$-lactamase에 안정하며 PBP(penicillin binding protein)에 대한 결합친화성을 증가시킨다는 보고에 따라 본 저자는 C-7위치에 cefotaxime구조와 같이 aminothiazolylmethoxyimino acetamido moiety를 고정시키고 항균활성을 증가시키기 위하여 약리활성이 기대되는 5-(substituted)-2H-tetrazole유도체들을 합성하여 C-3 위치에 도입시킨 새로운 화합물 7$\beta$-〔(z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2_(methoxyimino)acetamido〕-3-〔5-(substituted)tetrazol-2-yl〕 methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid 유도체를 합성하여 B. subtilis ATCC 6633, M. luteus ATCC 1004, E. coli KCTC 1039, E. coli ESS, K. pncumonia KCTC 1560, P. aeruginosa IF0 13130, S. typhimurium KCTC 1925, S. typhimurium SL 1102, 및 C. albicans ATCC 10231 등의 균과 fungus에 대하여 기존의 cefotaxime과 cefazoline을 대조물질로 사용하여 항균력을 비교하였다. 이들 화합물들은 대체적으로 M. luteus ATCC 6633, E. coli ESS, S. typhimurium SL 1102 균에 대해서는 cefotaxime보다 항균력이 우수하였으나 P. aeruginosa IF0 13130에 대해서는 항균력이 저하되었고 cefazolin보다는 대체적으로 항균력이 우수하였다.

Objectives: This study was designed to examine the effects of extracts of Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) on the lipid lowering, anti-oxidation and concentration of proinflammatory cytokines and was investigated on hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Male rats weighing $182.39{\pm}4.71g$ were fed high fat diet for 8 weeks and 36 rats(above 400 g) were divided into 4 groups. Each of 9 rats was divided a control group and experimental groups. We fed a control group of rats a basal diet and administered normal saline(100 mg/kg, 1 time/1 day) for 4 weeks. And we fed each experimental group of rats basal diet and administered an extract of Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) extracts(100 mg/kg, 200mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 1 time/1 day) for 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed to determine their chemical composition. We measured lipid of plasma and liver, concentration of proinflmmatory cytokines, anti-oxidative activity and $TNF-{\alpha}$, Apo-B, Apo-E and leptin gene expression. Results: 1. Concentration of plasma free fatty(FFA) showed no significant difference in all the treatment groups. Concentration of plasma triglyceride(TG) showed a significant decrement in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. 2. Concentration of plasma total cholesterol showed a significant decrement in the 200 and 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. Concentration of plasma low density lipoprotein(LDL)-cholesterol showed a Significant decrement in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. Concentration of plasma high density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol showed a significant increment in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) group. 3. Concentration of liver total cholesterol showed a tendence to decrease in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups. Concentration of liver TG showed a significant decrement in all Ojeoksangamibang groups than that of control group. 4. Concentration of plasma and liver thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS) showed a tendence to decrease in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups. 5. The values of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activity showed a significant increment in all Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. 6. The values of plasma aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) activity showed no significant different in all treatment group. 7. Concentration of plasma $interleukin(IL)-1{beta}$ showed no significant difference in all the treatment groups. Concentration of plasma IL-6 showed a significant decrement in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) group than that of control group. Concentration of plasma tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}(TNF-{\alpha})$ a siginifant decrement in the 200 and 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) group than that of control group. However the concentration of plasma IL-10 in the 300 mg/kg Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups showed a significant increment than that of control group. 9. In the analysis of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), gene expression of $TNF-{\alpha}$, Apo-B and Apo-E in the Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups showed a lower expression than that of control group. However the gene expression of leptin showed no difference in the treatment groups. 10. The ratio of $TNF-{\alpha}$, Apo-B, and Apo-E per ${\beta}-actin$ expression in the Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups showed a significant decrement than that of control group. However The ratio of leptin expression per ${\beta}-actin$ expression showed no significant difference among all the treatment groups. Conclusions: According to above results, in lowering lipid effect, anti-oxidation and control of pro-inflammatory cytokines production, Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) gives effect.

Let $k$ be a real abelian field and $k_{\infty}={\bigcup}_{n{\geq}0}k_n$ be its $\mathbb{Z}_p$-extension for an odd prime $p$. For each $n{\geq}0$, we denote the class number of $k_n$ by $h_n$. The following is a well known theorem: Theorem. Suppose $p$ remains inert in $k$ and the prime ideal of $k$ above $p$ totally ramifies in $k_{\infty}$. Then $p{\nmid}h_0$ if and only if $p{\nmid}h_n$ for all $n{\geq}0$. The aim of this paper is to generalize above theorem: Theorem 1. Suppose $H^1(G_n,E_n){\simeq}(\mathbb{Z}/p^n\mathbb{Z})^l$, where $l$ is the number of prime ideals of $k$ above $p$. Then $p{\nmid}h_0$ if and only if $p{\nmid}h_n$. Theorem 2. Let $k$ be a real quadratic field. Suppose that $H^1(G_1,E_1){\simeq}(\mathbb{Z}/p\mathbb{Z})^l$. Then $p{\nmid}h_0$ if and only if $p{\nmid}h_n$ for all $n{\geq}0$.

In this article, I have reviewed the definition of international mercantile customs, their preferential application, the developing status of the credit practice, the effectiveness and relationship of the international standard banking practices, e.g. UCP 600 and ISBP 2007, ISP98, URR 725, eUCP 1.1. and the like, established by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). It is important to emphasize that the autonomous agreements between the credit parties and the international practice on the credit transaction are respected above all because of the special nature of its transaction. When we want to apply to a letter of credit by the international rules - UCP 600, ISP98, URDG, URR 725 and eUCP 1.1, we must indicate expressly in the text of the credit that it is subject to the respective rule. But the International Standard Banking Practice, 2007 revised by the ICC is applicable to without its indication in case of the UCP 600 credit. On the other hand, the UN Convention on Guarantees and Standby Credits applies to an international undertaking referred to in its article 2, (a) if the guarantor/issuer is in a Contracting State, or (b) if the rules of private international law lead to the application of the law of a Contracting State, unless the undertaking excludes the application of the Convention. And this Convention applies also to an international credit not falling within its article 2, if it expressly states that it is subject to this Convention.

Let h be a meromorphic function with few poles and zeros. By Nevanlinna's value distribution theory we prove some new properties on the polynomials in h with the coefficients being small functions of h. We prove that if f is a meromorphic function and if $f^m$ is identically a polynomial in h with the constant term not vanish identically, then f is a polynomial in h. As an application, we are able to find the entire solutions of the differential equation of the type $$f^n+P(f)=be^{sz}+Q(e^z)$$, where P(f) is a differential polynomial in f of degree at most n-1, and Q($e^z$) is a polynomial in $e^z$ of degree k $\leqslant$ max {n-1, s(n-1)/n} with small functions of $e^z$ as its coefficients.

We consider $Y=X{\lambda}Z,\;{\lambda}>0$, where X and Z are independent random variables, and Y is the length biased distribution or the equilibrium distribution of X. The purpose of this paper is to consider the distribution of X or Y when the distribution of Z is given and the distribution of Z when the distribution of X or Y is given, In particular, we obtain that the necessary and sufficient conditions for X to be $X^{2}({\upsilon})\;is\;Z{\sim}X^{2}(2)\;and\;for\;Z\;to\;be\;X^{2}(1)\;is\;X{\sim}IG({\mu},\;{\mu}^{2}/{\lambda})$, where $IG({\mu},\;{\mu}^{2}/{\lambda})$ is two-parameter inverse Gaussian distribution. Also we show that X is smaller than Y in the reverse Laplace transform ratio order if and only if $X_{e}$ is smaller than $Y_{e}$ in the Laplace transform ratio order. Finally, we can get the results that if X is smaller than Y in the Laplace transform ratio order, then $Y_{L}$ is smaller than $X_{L}$ in the Laplace transform order, and that if X is smaller than Y in the reverse Laplace transform ratio order, then $_{\mu}X_{L}$ is smaller than $_{\nu}Y_{L}$ in the Laplace transform order.

In this paper, a class of more general delayed viral infection model with lytic immune response is proposed by Song et al.[1] ([Journal of Mathematical Analysis Application 373 (2011), 345-355). We derive the basic reproduction numbers $R_0$ and $R_0^*$ 0 for the viral infection, and establish that the global dynamics are completely determined by the values of $R_0$ and $R_0^*$. If $R_0{\leq}1$, the viral-free equilibrium $E_0$ is globally asymptotically stable; if $R_0^*{\leq}1$ < $R_0$, the immune-free equilibrium $E_1$ is globally asymptotically stable; if $R_0^*$ > 1, the chronic-infection equilibrium $E_2$ is globally asymptotically stable by using the method of Lyapunov function.

Plant, civil engineering and construction equipment data of overseas construction are obtained and then analyzed, classified and integrated by experts. With those refined data set, we built classification system and defined property information with reference to international standard (ISO 15926, IRDL). If class in ISO 15926 is predefined for equipment of interest, we used the class as is. If not, we created and defined new classes on the basis of ISO 15926 classes. If there is similar class for equipment of interest, extension or inheritance methods were used. As a result, classification system of five levels and 637 classes were built and construction equipment information were expressed in open structure of XML such as tree structure of classification system and detailed information with number equipments for each specific equipment. We also developed the electronic catalog system which is basically equipment information management system providing various product search functions.
