현재 정상적인 학생의 교육 규칙으로만 되어있는 학교체제에 대한 장애 학생에 대한 교육적인 환경의 대안을 제시한다. 신체장애가 있는 학생들을 위한 연구로, 특히 손사용이 어려운 신체장애인이 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 장애자학습 화상 e-러닝 시스템의 개발 목적은 장애학생의 자기주도적 학습이 가능할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이러닝 시스템의 구성은 웹 기반의 멀티미디어 시스템으로 화상회의시스템과 음성을 글자로 바꾸어주는 시스템을 이용해 청각장애 학생이 채팅 시스템을 통해서 1:1통신함으로써 교사와 양방향 통신할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 장애자학습 이러닝 시스템은 교사와 장애학생 사이의 1:1양방향 통신 알고리즘을 이용하여 교육이 진행된다.

ERP 시스템은 기업의 기간 시스템으로서 기업이 e-business에 참여하기 위해서는 시스템의 성공적인 운영이 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 대부분의 ERP 도입 기업들은 ERP 운영에 많은 문제점과 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이는 ERP 시스템에 의해 관리되는 데이터가 부정확하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 핵심 데이터인 물품마스터의 정확성 유지와 물품과 관련된 지식자원을 통합 관리하기 위해 물품 온톨로지의 모델 및 구축 프로세스를 제시하고 이 온톨로지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 온톨로지 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안된 모델과 구축 프로세스에 따라 물품 온톨로지를 구축하고 이를 관리하는 온톨로지 관리 시스템을 기업의 기간시스템과 연계함으로써 중소기업의 e-business로의 전이가 용이하리라 본다.

본 논문은 실시간 임베디드 OS인 TMO-eCos의 데드라인 기반 CPU 저전력 관리 기법을 다루고 있다. 해당 저전력 관리 기법은 경성 실시간 시스템인 TMO 시스템을 위한 태스크 순차화 기법에서 도출된 스케줄링 시나리오를 사용한다. 본 연구팀에서 개발한 스케줄링 사전 분석기는 주기적으로 동작하는 태스크의 주기, 데드라인, WCET를 기반으로 오프라인 분석을 실시한다. 최종적으로 TMO-eCos 커널은 CPU의 전력 소모를 줄이기 위하여 주기적인 태스크의 데드라인을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 CPU의 속도를 조절하여 시스템에서 사용하는 소비전력은 줄이게 된다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 과정과 실제 실험결과를 기술한다.

Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) has developed an administration system for architectural information management for completing the electronic application organization of the Architectural administrative information. The main purpose of this study is to suggest legislation system improvement for activation of e-AIS(internet Architectural administration Information System). To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated the problems of current legislation and soliciting forms for civil affairs applicable to the e-AIS. To handle the current problems of the e-AIS legislation system, legislation and various soliciting forms for civil affairs such as building permission, usage approval, temporary building report are refined. In addition, the authors have suggested possible solutions of current legislation and soliciting forms for civil affairs problems by testing various types of building permission service examples.

본 연구에서는 연안 선박과 소형 어선의 안전관리 개선을 위해 한국형 e-navigation을 활용하여 기존의 해상교통관리체계를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 시스템적인 측면과 기능적인 측면에서 기존 해상교통관제(VTS)의 고도화방안을 제시하였고, 해양안전종합정보시스템(GICOMS)를 기반으로 한 통합 e-navigation 운영시스템의 구성도와 해역별 해상교통관리체계의 운영방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 연안에서의 소형 선박과 어선에 대한 해상교통관리 강화를 위하여 해사클라우드 기반의 선박-선박/육상 간 데이터통신방안과 지역별 해사안전지원센터의 설치를 제안하였다. 본 연구가 연안선박과 소형어선에 중점을 둔 한국형 e-navigation의 추진에 도움이 될것으로 보며, 향후 e-navigation을 활용한 해양사고예방시스템의 개발과 운영 등에 관한 후속연구가 필요하다고 본다.

This paper investigates changing business transaction under the e-commerce environment and their implications on freight transport industry with some case studies. It shows that an efficient and reliable delivery system is essential for e-commerce as business industries are faced with the stricter and more diversified demands of customer. In addition, many aspects of business practices such as small batch, customized production and just-in-time distribution in the e-commerce environment, in turn, bring about a number of changes in the volume and service patterns of freight transport. E-commerce requires longer transport distances and often higher delivery frequencies. It also entails to a certain extent a modal shift towards truck and air freight transport modes. On the one hand, the logistical requirements of e-commerce goods may stimulate greater complexity in existing supply chain management, causing higher costs. However it is true that the increased visibility of goods through more efficient information flow allows more efficient and effective transport management in the logistics system.

본 연구는 도서관에서의 비도서자료의 활용과 비도서자료에 대한 사서들의 인식 및 의견을 조사하였다. 설문지를 사용하여 129개의 데이터를 한국사회과학정보자료기관협의회의 31개 회원도서관과 98명의 사서로부터 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 도서관에서의 비도서자료의 활용은 매우 중요하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 비도서자료의 활용은 좀더 활성화하기 위한 서지통정을 제안하였다.

In 2001, e-Credit guarantee system was introduced by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KCGF) to extends the credit guarantee services for the purchasing amount on credit in the B2B e-Marketplace. It combines both the merits of bill of exchange and credit card and eliminates the uneasiness related to the unpaid accounts due to the non-facial e - Marketplace. The purpose of this paper is to empirically analyze both the causal relationship and influences among theoretical variables by the structural equation model(SEM). e-Credit guarantee system can be a good strategy for promoting B2B e-Marketplace. The level of application of e-Credit guarantee system is attributable to both the characteristics of B2B e-Marketplace and products. The cost reduction or saving in purchasing procedures, production and stockpiling will be possible through e-Credit guarantee system. The close linkage of financial institutions with the enterprises based on e-Credit guarantee system will further promote B2B e-Marketplace in Korea.

The online retail market continues to grow, especially in China, as e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years in many countries. Meanwhile, the development and use of new network information technology provides consumers with various contact and experience environments for online shopping. Based on the theory of media weakness, the study began to focus consumer experience on the nature of commercial transactions. The study proposed and designed an initial measure of the consumer information evaluation index, which combines previous findings with implications. Finally, the five-dimensional B2C system was established to evaluate consumers' information experience providing information display, information interaction, information support and information personalization. We researched on evaluation index system for information experience of B2C e-commerce consumers based on samples of Chinese consumers.

많은 사용자가 편집한 파일을 분실하여 큰 고통을 받고 있다. 매우 심각한 시간과 비용의 손실이다. 이런 문제는 전자 메일첨부 파일을 '받은메일함'에서 편집하고 곧바로 '저장하기'로 컴퓨터를 종료하기 때문에 발생한다. 임시 폴더에 '저장하기' 한 것을 안전한 하드디스크에 저장했다고 착각하기 때문에 발생한다. 본 논문은 전자 메일첨부 파일의 안전한 저장과 폴더 관리를 위한 분실 방지 시스템 WatchDog을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 첨부 파일의 '열기(O)'와 '저장하기'할 때 경고창 팝업을 동작한다. 또한, 안전한 복사 및 이동을 위한 편리한 폴더 관리방안을 프로그램 예시를 통해 실증적으로 보인다.
