병원행정직의 전자메일 사용의 영향요인 및 조직효과성 관계 연구 (The Determinants of E-mail Use and it's Effects on the Organizational Effectiveness of Hospital Administrative Workers)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the determinants of e-mail use and its effects on the organizational effectiveness of hospital administrative workers. Data were collected from 147 administrative workers at 2 university hospitals in Seoul using self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in the use of e-mail for business purpose in terms of the gender, age, status, and education level. Workers who are men, over 30s, high status, and highly educated were more likely to use the e-mail. As for the private use, there are significant differences only in terms of the age level. 2. The more job characteristics need to use e-mail, the more workers have computer skills, and the more favorable the organizational culture is to using the e-mail, the more frequently the workers use the e-mail for both business and private purposes. 3. Job characteristics and personal computer skills have significant positive effects on the use of e-mail for business purpose. However, for the private purpose, only personal computer skills have a significant effect on the use of e-mail. 4. The level of the e-mail use for the business purpose has a significant effect on the work productivity, communication, and job satisfaction, while the level of the e-mail use for the private purpose has a significant effect only on the communication and job satisfaction. The implications for hospital administrators and suggestions for further research are discussed.

  • Global Electronic Commerce (EC) is currently being pursued by most of the developed countries. Domestically, EC has just started and still has lots of problems to solve in terms of both technology and institutions. EC has a great potential to affect a country's competitive advantage. For EC to be adopted and diffused early, it is necessary to analyze the current status of EC and to establish the strategies to strengthen the competitive position. Therefore, the major objectives of the study are to review the current status of EC in Korea and to propose for both public and private sectors the strategies to strengthen the competitive advantage.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the application sphere of BPM(Business Process Management) to e-trade process using BPM technology and its service architecture in order to expand the usage of e-trade platform which is developing. After close reviewing the current status of trade process, the possibility of BPM application by e-trade process will be analyzed. The result of analysis is that BPM application to local L/C and purchasing confirmation process could be implemented because those processes are very suitable to apply standardized process and can minimize the risk and confusion of users. BPM application to remaining trade process have to be considered by mid-term and long-term project with the reflection of pilot project performance. Also this study suggests a business management model of e-trade process based on BPM technology which is the new IT technology and integrated interface in view of trade community.

국내 패션산업의 Quick Response System 추진 현황과 문제점 (Implementation Issues to Quick Response System in Korean Fashion Industry)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of Quick Response adoption, and to recognize the implementation problems of QR system in the Korean fashion industry. We reviewed the theoretical background of QR system, analyzed the current status of QR adoption, and identified critical issues to implement the system in our fashion business environment. Previous literatures and information gained from communication service organizations were used for this study The major problems recognized are lack of inter-organizational information network, closed supply channels, non-standardization of QR implementation, and low level of information technology usage including KAN, POS, and EDI. Strong mutual partnership between streams for shared common goals and clear QR mind setting of top management with commitment to information sharing are considered needed for the successful adoption of QR system in domestic fashion industry.

  • B2B 마켓플레이스(Marketplace)를 연동하기 위해서는 각 마켓플레이스의 비즈니스 프로세스에 관한 연동 방안이 수립되어 물적 이동을 위한 물류 정보의 연동이 가능하게 되어야 한다. 특히 국제간 마켓플레이스의 연동은 물류정보와 국가정보와의 연계가 이루어져야만 완전한 마켓간의 연동이 가능하므로 이에 대해서는 심도 있는 연구가 필요하다 본 연구에서는 국내외의 물류 체계 및 조세, 통관 프로세스에 대하여 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 마켓플레이스-레파지토리(Marketplace-Repository) 모델에 기반한 물류 및 국가 정보 연계 방안을 제시하였다.

But the Enterprises have been too inactive in their willingness and readiness to adopt e-business models and processes owing to the lack of the directions of e-business, the insufficient network infrastructures and capitals, etc., In this circumstance, as part of this research, This Papers have conducted a survey on the e-business and information conditions and status among the Enterprises. In Conclusions, this study Study on the Informationalization of the Enterprises and Knowledge-based Service Industry Enlarge Strategics for building competition of Enterprises. This study has suggested potential plans to reinforce based in the Knowledge-based Service.

  • 기업간 전자상거래를 위한 국제표준인 ebXML 은 ebBPSS(ebXML Business Process Specification Schema)와 CPA(Collaboration Protocol Profile)에 기반하여 거래 당사자들이 협업 형태의 업무 처리 절차에 따라 문서 및 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있도록 해 준다. 거래 당사자들의 내부 업무처리 시스템에 연동되어 B2B 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 해주는 시스템을 BSI(Business Service Interface)라 하며, 이는 트랜잭션 관리, 업무 프로세스의 코레오그래피(Choreography), 문서 관리, 보안 관리 등 협업과 관련된 대부분의 역할을 수행하게 된다. 기업간 협업에 있어 가장 중요한 사항 중 하나는 어떤 상황에서도 양쪽의 협업상태 정보는 일관성을 유지해야 한다는 것이다. 이는 거래의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위한 필수사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 프로토콜에 따라 거래행위시 협업상태 정보가 양측 거래파트너에서 각기 다르게 나타날 수 있는 상황을 살펴 보고 이에 따른 BSI 시스템의 대처방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 이러닝이 기존의 면대면 교육을 대체하는 중요한 기회의 시대에 있으며, 이러닝이 교육적으로 성공적인 효과를 창출하기 위해서는 이러닝 산업의 건전한 유통구조가 필수적임에도 불구하고 우리의 현실은 그렇지 아니하다. 본 연구는 이러닝 시장의 건전한 유통구조 확립을 위한 현황 분석과 제도적 합리화 방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 따라서 이러닝 유통의 개념 및 범위를 정하고, 이러닝 유통의 유형과 단계, 유통주체 등을 정의하였다. 또한 국내외 이러닝 시장에 대한 영역별, 거래별 비즈니스 모델과 유통구조 모델의 연구와, 이러한 모델을 기준으로 사업자들이 어떤 구조로 거래가 이루어지는지에 대하여 설문조사를 통해 이러닝 유통구조 모델링을 하였다. 이러한 유통구조 모델링 과정에서 설문조사의 결과분석을 통해 유통구조에서 나타난 현황과 문제점 분석을 하였고 이에 대한 정책적인 합리화 방안을 제시하였다.

A Study on Association between Type of E-commerce and Demographic variables

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the recent status of domestic e-commerce market and provide useful information for the revitalization of domestic on-line economy. This study looks over the association between type of e-commerce and demographic variables for each purchase ordering and sales order business. The demographics under consideration is administrative district, occupation and business organization type and type of e-commerce is B2B, B2C and B2G to deal with. Research design, data, and methodology - From January 2017 to December 2017, about 14000 samples are extracted from all businesses with experience in purchasing or selling products or services through e-commerce. The association between the two categorical variables considered by using two major statistical techniques such as chi-square test and correspondence analysis can be quantitatively and visually detected. Result - This study shows the association between the type of e-commerce with the administrative district and the occupation is completely different, but B2B and B2C are identical for organization type, with respect to both purchase and sales orders.
