This paper aims to analyze the result of SE Process Implementation on Light Rail Transit(LRT) Project. Currently the Light Rail Transit Project of Korea applies SE to the intermediate phase, that is, E&M phase which is a manufacturing and designing procedure. More seriously, the application effect of SE is not remarkable because it applies to some specific engineering fields like RAMS and it depends on superficial consulting of foreign companies with low SE support capability and investment capital. This study points out that the "Requirement Analysis" and "System Alternative Review" has not been conducted from the initial phase (basic plan and basic design) of the LRT projects. Several projects indicate that the amount of investments for SE activities through the Korea LRT project is relatively very small in comparison with the global capital which is about 10% of total project budget. Furthermore, Korea LRT projects have very few SE professionals and weak SE organization with no government directions and guide book for the efficient implementation of SE for the LRT projects.

데이터 동기화를 위한 표준 프로토콜인 SyncML은 현재 주소록, 일정 관리와 같은 다양한 응용 서비스 타입에 대한 클라이언트 디바이스와 서버간 동기화를 지원한다. 비록 표준 프로토콜은 제정되었지만, SyncML 응용 서비스 개발자들은 자 응용 서비스의 구체적인 로직을 구현하기 위해서 많은 개발 시간과 노력을 들여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 SyncML 서버 개발자들이 응용 서비스를 신속 정확하게 구현할 수 있도록 SDE(Service Development Environment)라는 통합 개발 환경을 설계하고 구현하였다. SDE는 Sync Library와 SEG(Sync Engine Generator) 툴로 구성된다. 또한 본 연구 결과의 실용성을 입증하기 위해 SDE를 이용하여 SyncML 서버를 구현하였으며, 여러 가지 동기화 시험과 성능평가론 수행하였다. 본 연구가 SyncML 개발자들이 모바일 응용 서버를 개발하거나 응용 서비스를 추가하는데 보다 쉽고 효과적으로 완수하도록 지원할 것으로 기대된다.

1. In the recohnition of cosmos true form, It is compared to the Boundless(無極) the Great Absolute(太極),Yin and Yang(兩儀) throungh the fertilazation process of spermatozoon and ovum. 2. It is explained that principle of unchange through the Form and Action(體 用) relation of the outer appearances and Number (象數) with matching the number of nine and ten to HaDoo(河圖) and RakSye(洛書). 3. Eigth divinations(八卦) being compared to the human body, Care presevation of pregnancy(養胎) is explained that head forms firstly(Gun-I 1乾一), secondly lung(Tae-E 兌二), heart(E-Sam 離三), liver(Jin-Sa 震四), gall bladder(Son-Oo 巽五), kidney(Gam-Yuk 坎六), intestines and stomach(Gan-Chill 艮七), lastly flesh forms(Gon-Pal 坤八). 4. It is explained that form of the human-body and the relationship of the Heart - the Kidney through the Gam(坎) Li(離) - divination 7. The effort of interpretating time and space of the Twelve Horary signs is explanined by season, direction, Five elements(五行), rise and decline, the Three Sum(三合), the Six Sum (六合), the six crash(六衡)'s relation. 8. the process of change from apriority(先天) to postery(後天) in the book of Changes(周易) is explanined by comparing to the phenomenum of nature and the human body. 9. The Energy Satus(氣位) are different from the direction of Eight-divination(八卦) and the properties of the good or bad of herb-drugs are differnt from the place of production. 10. The rightness of realizating the Overlapping-divinations(重卦) are compared to the phenomenum of nature through the Divination Virture(卦德). 11. Ho-divination(互卦) applicate Jxa Sa(佐使) herb drug match of Kun Sin Jwa Sa() theory. 15. According to the Hyo-position(爻位) match the ages, body form and drug by matching Ehight-divination(八卦) to the human body form and function in medicine and the book of Changes(周易) application emphasize the human body Ehight-divination(人身八卦). 16. Throgh the Order-divination(序卦) explain the rightness of Divination Image(卦象) arrangement and all things take shape by cosmo-energy conseusus(宇宙氣交). 17. Throgh the Mixing-divination(難卦) supply the vacancy of medicine and the book of Changes(周易) relationship in the foreword explian the human energy movements, sleep, vomitting, the energy arrival(逮氣), heart pericardium(心包), lung membrane(肺膜) etc.... Like the above sentence medicine and the book of Changes(周易) theory of scholar Tang on the viewpoint of easten-the way Western appliance(東道西器) researching abyss of medicine impart to descendants, so I think that the achievement of medicine and the book of Changes(周易) study is very excellant and I expect that the study Korean Oriental Medicine(韓醫學) theory by means of medicine the book of Changes(周易) reference, will be accelarated.

OSMU가 미디어 산업의 키워드로 떠오르고 있지만 정작 어떻게 전문 인력을 교육해야 할지에 대한 대응은 미흡하다. 본 연구는 기존의 OSMU를 바라보는 두 개의 큰 흐름인 경제적 시각과 스토리텔링적 시각의 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 대학 차원의 새로운 OSMU형 교육모델을 제안하였다. 새로운 OSMU 교육 프로그램은 미디어위키를 이용하여 협업으로 지역 콘텐츠를 생산하도록 한다. 이후 만들어진 콘텐츠를 미디어위키, 스마트폰용 앱, 웹디자인과 멀티미디어형 e-매거진의 소스로 활용하고, 출판과 신문 등의 멀티소스로 활용하도록 설계되었다. 디지털콘텐츠전공이 있는 지역의 한 대학에서 새로운 교육모델을 실제 OSMU 교육에 적용한 결과 큰 무리없이 진행될 수 있었다. 먼저 미디어위키는 교수와 학생들이 협업으로 지역 콘텐츠를 개발하는데 효과적이었고 그 자체로 온라인 위키 서비스를 제공한다. 안드로이드용 스마트폰 앱은 T스토어를 통해 공식 출시되어 높은 이용자 평점을 받고 있다. 또 개발된 지역 콘텐츠을 활용한 실제적인 웹 디자인이 이루어졌다. 한편 출판을 위한 과정의 과도기로 지역 콘텐츠는 각종 신문의 연재 콘텐츠로 활용되고 있다. 궁극적으로 지역 콘텐츠는 향후 멀티미디어형 e-매거진과 책의 형태로 출판될 예정이다. 콘텐츠의 개발과 동시에 멀티유스 전략을 실행하는 것은 단기간에 성과물을 얻을 수 있는 기회를 제공하였고 이는 학생들의 긍정적인 피드백으로 나타났다. 학생들의 성취감은 소중한 교육적 효과로써 앞으로 더욱 적극적인 참여를 유인하는 동기부여가 될 것이다. 본 논문에서 제안된 교육 프로그램은 향후 더 발전하여 대학 레벨에서 콘텐츠와 미디어 실무 제작능력 배양에 기여할 수 있을 것이라는 가능성을 보여준다. 하지만 지금까지의 경험과 보다 교육학적 이론에 바탕을 둔 발전된 정규 OSMU 교육과정을 개발하는 것은 앞으로의 과제이다.

현재 무선 인터넷 접속 서비스는 3G 이동 통신 네트워크, mobile WiMAX, WiFi 등을 통해 언제 어디서든 이루어지고 있다. 다양한 무선 네트워크가 혼재해 있는 환경에서 사용자는 상황에 따라 네트워크를 선택할 수 있어야 하며 또한 동종 또는 이기종 네트워크간 이동성 지원도 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 이유로, 서비스 지역이 가장 넓은 3G 네트워크를 주축으로 3G-mobile WiMAX(IEEE 802.16e)와 3G-WiFi(IEEE 802.11)에 대한 연동 방안들이 많이 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 최근 넷북, 전자책, 스마트폰 등의 등장과 함께 무선 인터넷 사용이 늘면서 mobile WiMAX와 WiFi 서비스 지역이 급속히 증가하고 있으며 특히 인터넷 전화 서비스와 같은 실시간 애플리케이션 사용이 가능해 짐에 따라 전통적인 음성 서비스를 하는 3G 이동 통신 네트워크의 비중은 점차 줄고 무선 인터넷 접속네트워크인 mobile WiMAX나 WiFi는 그 비중이 점차 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 mobile WiMAX와 WiFi간 이동성 지원과 핸드오버 지연을 최소화 하는 PMIPv6(Proxy Mobile IPv6) 기반의 핸드오버 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안에서 이동 노드(MN)는 WiFi와 mobile WiMAX 두 개의 인터페이스를 갖는 이중 스택 구조이며 WiFi가 이동성 지원을 하지 않으므로 기존 동종 네트워크간 핸드오버시 게이트웨이간 핸드오버 시그널링을 처리하는 기능을 이동 노드에 두도록 제안하고 있다. 동종 네트워크간 핸드오버와 비교해 제안된 핸드오버 방안은 해석적 평가를 통해 핸드오버 지연 및 전송 지연과 시그널링 오버헤드가 감소함을 보여준다.

정보통신기술이 빠른 속도로 발전하면서 교육 분야에서의 정보기술 활용이 변화를 가져오고 있으며 또한 스마트 폰의 교육적 활용이 긍정적인 효과를 보이면서 많은 사람들로부터 관심을 모으고 있다. 이제까지 개발된 전자 교과서 및 웹 기반의 학습 콘텐츠들은 학교 교육현장에서 주교재로 활용하는 데에는 한계점을 지니고 있기에 본 연구에서는 그 한계점을 집어보고, 모바일과 QR코드 기술을 기존의 교과서에 융합시켜 새로운 서책형 전자교과서 모델을 구현하여 전문계교육의 새로운 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 전문교과를 접하는 학생들에게 열린교육의 환경을 조성하고 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 새로운 교수-학습의 방법을 적용하여, 학습의 동기부여와 쉽고 재미있게 수업에 참여시키는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 물론 이러한 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 전문교과의 학습능력을 높이고 나아가서는 수업 흥미도를 향상시켜 자기주도적 학습능력을 증대하는데 있었고, 본 모델을 운영해 본 결과 서책형 전자교과서를 활용한 학습이 학업 성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Stock price multiple is one of the most well-known equity valuation technique used to forecast equity price. It measures by multiplying "the ratio of stock price to a value driver" by a value driver. The value driver can be earning per share (EPS), sales or other financial measurements. The objective of price multiple technique is to evaluate the value of assets and compare how similar assets are priced in the market. Although stock price multiple technique is common in financial filed, studies on the application of the technique in Thailand is still limited. The present study is conducted to serve three major objectives. The first objective is to apply the technique to measure value of firms in banking sector in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The second objective is to develop composite price multiple index to forecast equity prices. The third objective is to compare valuation accuracy of different value drivers of price multiple (i.e. EPS, Earnings Growth, Earnings Before Interest Taxes Depreciation and Amortization, Sales, Book Value and Composite Index) in forecasting equity prices. Results indicated that EPS is the most accurate value drivers of price multiple used to forecast equity price of firms in baking sector.

본 논문에서는 개인화 서비스를 제공하기 위해 책, 음악, 영화 등과 같이 단일 항목을 추천하는 기존 방법의 한계를 극복하고, 패션, 요리 등과 같이 연관성에 따른 항목의 조합, 즉 그룹을 추천하는 방법을 다룬다. 협업 필터링은 사용자 간의 유사도를 측정하여 비슷한 성향의 사용자들이 선택한 항목을 추천하는 방법이며, 사용자의 성향을 예측할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 협업 필터링과 연관 규칙을 바탕으로 빈발 항목 집합을 생성하고, 그룹 간의 유사도에 따라 그룹을 추천하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 의류 전자상거래에서 4개월 동안 소비자가 구매한 목록 데이터로 실험을 수행하였다.

Education environment of modern society is rapidly changing along the usage of various device and development of contents. Learners of diverse age groups and genders are exposed in smart education environment. Thus in order to investigate effective smart education contents production, this study classified interactive types that affect learning satisfaction into CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) based , NCS (Network Communication System) based , and NTS (New Technology System) based . Then we investigated how each interactive types affect immersion, utility, self-efficacy, practicality, and stimulation. The effects were measured according to the learner's gender and age. As the result, interactive types do affect smart education, where male had higher learning satisfaction for CAI based, game type, and wiki type while female had higher satisfaction for relationship establishment type and experience type. Also, for age group, the 10s preferred NTS based, 20~30s NCS based, and 40s and over CAI based interactive type. Thus, if satisfaction levels according to gender and age are considered when producing smart education contents, it may be possible to create educative contents that meet the dispositions of the learners.

The CMI Rules for Electronic Bills of Lading were drafted by the Comite Maritime International(CMI) and related specifically to EDI transfers of negotiable bills of lading. The CMI Rules are contractual in nature and the application of the CMI Rules is strictly voluntary. The method adopted in the CMI Rules to enable negotiation of the rights to cargo in a controlled method is based on the introduction of the ‘Private Key’. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users. The Title Registry and Bolero Bill of Lading provide a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading can be created, transferred, amended, and surrendered by way of designating to order party, blank endorsement, refusal by the transferee etc. In Japan, through TEDI Project, the RSP Model is introduced as e-trade solution like Bolero's Solution. The RSP Model Solution will be furnished through TC(Trade Chain) Server and RSP(Repository Service Provider) Server. The purpose of this paper is to analyze comparatively the CMI Rules and Bolero Bill of Lading and RSP Model of TEDI and to find the implications in this case study for quick introduction of electronic Bill of Lading.
