본 논문에서는 능동적 응급 호출 서비스 지원 ACE시스템을 설계, 구현한다. ACE(Active Emergency call service system) 시스템은 의사전달이 가능한 경증 장애인, 독거노인 및 어린이 등이 사용가능한 E-단말(Emergency Mobile Device), E-단말 실시간 모니터링 관리 기능 및 E-단말의 제어 기능을 가진 E-서버(Emergency Server)로 물리적인 구성을 이루고 있다. E-단말은 저가, 경량으로 개발하고 경증 장애인, 독거노인, 어린이 등이 손쉽게 휴대할 수 있는 크기로 개발한다. E-단말을 통하여 응급 상황을 응급 기관 혹은 E-단말 사용자의 보호자에게 인터넷 및 CDMA 네트워크를 통하여 응급 상황을 알린다. E-서버는 기본적으로 E-단말 관리를 위한 종합적인 관제 시스템으로 개발한다. E-단말의 응급 호출에 대한 실시간 위치 추적기능을 제공하며, 효율적인 E-단말 관리와 양질의 응급 서비스를 위한 실시간 모니터링 기능을 제공한다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically verify an ePortfolio success model which shows the structural causal relationships among the basic modeling constructs. We developed the success model based on DeLone and Mclean(2003) from IS perspective and on Balaban et al(2013) from ePortfolio perspective. And we are focused on the success of ePortfolio system designed for college students and professors. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modeling techniques were applied to data collected 375 users of the ePortfolio system, K-Folio, at least one semester during one academic year. The structural model was analyzed using a Lisrel 8.54 statistical program. Findings The followings are the findings of the study. First, the constructs of IS success model are well applied to ePortfolio for college education. Second, the proposed model which has direct causal relationships from ePortfolio's quality to performance is more significant than the D&M and Balaban's model(2013). Third, the information quality among ePortfolio quality constructs does not have effect on system usability and performance. It means that information contents' quality issued by professor or system manager is not satisfied with the students yet. Finally, by using indirect analysis of structural equation model, we found that the ePortfolio operation manager should focus on ensuring system maintenance activities and providing fast and accurate services for improving ePortfolio performance.

Nowadays, internet or web is popularized in society. So, intranet or inside computation environment of business has been changed a web based open system. Client and Server system that has been used core technique for enterprise information system several years is developing e-business system that perform a business in web based. Because, internet is extension of a whole field like business or information technology Therefore we understand a meaning of e-business and ERP system that a form of e-business system. Then we realize problem of existing system and study a technology for complement of system. Finally, we propose a proper model for e-business system and develop an example.

The increase of image spam, a kind of spam in which the text message is embedded into attached image to defeat spam filtering technique, is a major problem of the current e-mail system. For nearly a decade, content based filtering using text classification or machine learning has been a major trend of anti-spam filtering system. Recently, spammers try to defeat anti-spam filter by many techniques. Text embedding into attached image is one of them. We proposed an ontology spam filters. However, the proposed system handles only text e-mail and the percentage of attached images is increasing sharply. The contribution of the paper is that we add image e-mail handling capability into the anti-spam filtering system keeping the advantages of the previous text based spam e-mail filtering system. Also, the proposed system gives a low false negative value, which means that user's valuable e-mail is rarely regarded as a spam e-mail.

Because XML is a W3C standard and has characteristics like platform-independent, it has a critical role in e-commerce. Business rules and procedures should be standardized for efficient B2B integration. But a lot of companies has its own XML documents instead of standard documents. Therefore many organizations try to make standards for e-commerce based on framework. In this paper, n messaging system is designed and implemented. Client request service in a XML and server return response in XML in this system. So we can more easily and efficiently build e-Procurement system based on this XML messaging system.

In this paper, we propose an e-Learning process control model that aims to graphically describe and automatically generate the manifest of sequencing prerequisites in packaging SCORM's content aggregation models. In specifying the e-Learning activity sequencing, SCORM provides the concept of sequencing prerequisites to be manifested on each e-Learning activity of the corresponding tree-structured content organization model. However, the course developer is required to completely understand the SCORM's complicated sequencing prerequisites and other extensions. So, it is necessary to achieve an efficient way of packaging for the e-Learning content organization models. The e-Learning process control model proposed in this paper ought to be an impeccable solution for this problem. Consequently, this paper aims to realize a new concept of process-driven e-Learning content aggregating approach supporting the e-Learning process control model and to implement its e-Learning process modeling system graphically describing and automatically generating the SCORM's sequencing prerequisites. Eventually, the proposed model becomes a theoretical basis for implementing a SCORM-based e-Learning process management system satisfying the SCORM's sequencing prerequisite specifications. We strongly believe that the e-Learning process control model and its modeling system achieve convenient packaging in SCORM's content organization models and in implementing an e-Learning management system as well.

e-러닝 시스템에서 사용자가 원하는 교수-학습 기능의 지원 정도는 학습효과 향상을 위한 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 e-러닝의 기획, 개발, 운영, 평가 등에 있어서 시스템이 지원하는 기능에 기반 한 명세화된 참조 모델에 관한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 e-러닝 시스템에서 효과적인 교수-학습 기능 지원을 위한 명세화된 참조 모형을 제안한다 제안한 명세화된 참조 모형의 유효성은 e-러닝을 수강한 학생을 대상으로 설문조사에 의해서 검증한 결과, 이전의 e-러닝 시스템보다 $11%{\sim}23%$의 효율성 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 또한 제안 모델의 활용성 검증을 위해서 기존의 e-러닝 시스템을 참조 모형에서 제시된 교수-학습 기능의 지원 정도에 따라서 사전 평가한 결과, 실제 해당 사이트를 경험한 수요자들의 서비스 요구도에 의한 만족도와 부합하는 결과를 보였다.

E.164와 IP주소가 지원되는 070-VOIP 서비스가 시작되었다. 유${\cdot}$무선통합의 멀티미디어컨버젼스 서비스에서 EPC와 IP 주소를 E.164 주소로 융합하는 주소체계를 제안하였다. 향후 BcN네트워크에서 엔드유저는 E.164를 기반으로 하는 통합된 주소체계를 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 유비쿼터스 주소체계는 IP기반의 E.164 주소체계를 이용하여 통합된 하나의 주소체계를 적용함으로서 모든 사물에 지능화시에 확장성이 용이할 것이다.

Estimating optimum hardware capacity of an e-learning system is very important process to grasp reasonable size of designing technique architecture and budget during step of ISP(information strategic planning) and development. It hugely influences cost and quality of the whole project. While investment on information system hardware has been continuously increased, there was no certified hardware capacity estimating method in e-learning system development. A guideline for hardware sizing of information systems was established by Telecommunication Technology Association in 2008. However, the guideline is not appropriate for estimating optimum hardware capacity of an e-learning system because it was designed to provide general standards for estimating hardware capacity of various types of projects. The purpose of this paper is to provide a methodology for estimating optimum hardware capacity in e-learning system development. To develop the methodology, this study, first of all, analyzes two e-learning development projects, in which the guideline was applied to estimate optimum hardware capacity. Then, this study finds out several key factors influencing on hardware capacity. Finally, this study suggests a methodology for estimating optimum hardware capacity of an e-learning system, in which weights for the factors are determined through AHP analysis.

Product catalog information is the most important factor to make customers purchase the product for various B2B or B2C businesses provided on the Internet. As catalog information differs from company by company, it cannot provide common criteria standard to customers to make decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a platform independent system, which integrates incompatible data from each company' catalogs and manages its database. This paper describes the integrated E-catalog system made up DB module, catalog management module, and interface module. This system allows customers to view standardized product catalog information from different companies with real -time updates, and also provides extensibility, flexibility, and interoperability for the effective E-Business management.
