At the present, e-commerce takes the place of existing transaction form in structure in the world trade by advancement of Information Technology and diffusion of Internet. There is no exceptions of this tendency even in industry of maritime and logistics. So, global shipping lines and logistics companies try to construct the e-Business network system for increasing their competitiveness in an are of cyber. However, in Korea, most of companies prefer "final handshake" as the traditional way of transaction to "e-commerce", because they bear a distrust in mind about the outflow of transaction information and security of settlement. So, number of companies using e-commerce is very small, and this situation causes the limited factor for activating the transaction structure of it. The rate of using e-commerce in logistics industry is lower than other industries, even more higher effectiveness is expected when they use it. Especially, it is very necessary not only e-commerce but also e-Logistics which can serve information of freight cost on cargo flow, operation cost and schedule, and tracing information of cargo. Increasing the necessity of e-Logistics, this study research the rate rf using e-Logistics focused on maritime and logistics companies, and analyze the transaction form among members of these industries for improving them. In detail, this paper examine the drivers for activating e-Logistics, and present the effective factors for a successful development of these industries.

This study aims to propose an assessment tool of port service quality (PSQ) in the context of container transport logistics (CTLs), by taking the perspectives from port users. The CTLs defined in this study are the relevant activities of serving the physical flows of a container box from a point of origin via a container port to a point of destination. To address the ports' role in collaboration between its channel members in CTLs, the PSQ measures for all port user groups (i.e. common PSQ measures) are selected based on the relevant CTLs activities involved by port, and its users within terminal/port area as well as throughout the CTLs chain. An importance-performance analysis (IPA) is applied as a diagnostic tool to analyse the status quo of Busan Port in CTLs contexts, by comparing the importance and performance (IP ) scores against each individual CTLs criterion. The findings from the IPA reveal that port managers and policy makers at the Busan Port should concentrate on six PSQ measures (i.e. SR1, SR4, ITS1, VAS1, VAS4, ICI3) to enhance PSQ in CTLs. However, four measures (i.e. ITS2, ITS3, ITS4, VAS2) are identified as a possible overkill, indicating an area of inefficiency where a remedial action of the cost-cutting decision is necessary. On the other hand, the Busan port shows an outstanding performance on four measures such as SR2, SR3, ICI1 and ICI2. The measures are not only important but also high performance. The study findings provide managerial guidance to port managers in Busan Port, in view of searching for managerial and operational strategies for sustainable port growth.

TTA(한국정보통신기술협회)는 2002년 10월 8일 (주)이스텔시스템즈(www.eastelsystems.com)의 ATM(asynchronous transfer mode) Router (모델명 : EAR-155)에 대하여 성능 및 aging 시험을 수행하여 국내 최초 TTA Verified 인증서(번호: TTA-V-02-001)를 발급하였다. 본 고에서는 두 대의 EAR-155 ATM Routers를 이용하여 각 라우터의 확장 slot에 Fast Ethernet port, ATM OC3(155 Mbps) port, ATM DS3(44.736 Mbps) port, ATM E1(2.048 Mbps) port 및 TDM E1(2.048 Mbps) port를 장착하여 back-to-back으로 연결한 환경에 대한 no-loss UDP throughput 시험결과를 소개한다.

E-business로 대표되는 비즈니스의 공간시장(Marketspace)화는 대부분의 산업에 파급되어 새로운 비즈니스 패러다임으로 정착되어 가고 있으나, 해운 및 항만물류와 관련한 산업에는 그 파급속도가 매우 느린 실정이다. 이에 따라 항만물류산업의 e-business화를 위해, 여러 가지 정책과 연구가 적극적으로 추진되어 왔다. 그러나, 대부분의 연구는 해당 산업구조의 통찰없이 매우 일반적인 활성화 정책과 해당사례에만 의존하는 개별적 차원의 방안을 제시하는 정도에 머물러 있다. 게다가, 이러한 새로운 business와 관련한 이론적 근거에 바탕을 둔 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서, 항만물류산업의 e-business화와 관련한 연구는 당장의 활성화방안의 수립에 앞서 오히려, 기반 연구에 해당되는 기초작업이 요구되는 실정이다. 즉, 항만물류산업의 e-business와 관련한 연구는 공간시장화의 파급에 따른 산업계의 구조변화에 대한 면밀한 해석이 선행되어야 하고, 그러한 토대위에 해당 사업의 e-business를 고려하는 수순으로 진행될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 여기에 주목하여 공간시장화에 따른 항만물류산업 관련 산업구조의 변화에 주목하여, 이론적 근거를 가지고 해당산업계에서 존재할 수 있는 모든 비즈니스 유형들을 체계적으로 분류하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분류를 위한 이론으로써 본 연구에서는 비즈니스의 계층성과 업계의 가치사슬에 주목한 BL-VC모델을 대표적 항만물류산업중 하나인 선박 급유업에 적용하여, 선박급유업과 관련한 일반화된 분류체계를 수립하고자 한다.

최근 이동통신기술의 발전으로 급속히 보급되고 있는 스마트폰은 GPS, 무선인터넷, 내장카메라 등의 강력한 기능을 이용하여 다양한 분야에서 사용이 확산되고 있다. 특히 복잡한 도심지 등 상에서 사용하기 편리하게 개발된 스마트폰 증강현실 어플리케이션을 대상으로 이용방법 등을 조사 분석하여 해상에 응용함으로써 상대적 작은 선박이 해상에서 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 'e-Navigation' 개념의 항로표지 기반 스마트폰 어플리케이션 개발에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

본 연구는 울산항의 정박지 규모의 적정성을 평가하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 이를 통해 현재 뿐만 아니라 항만개발에 따른 미래의 정박지 규모의 적정성을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 울산항의 정박지 적정성 평가를 위한 정박지 가동률 개념을 제시하였다. 그리고 이 가동률 개념을 울산항의 2014년 정박지에 적용하여 가동률을 계산한 결과 모든 정박지에서 가동률이 100 %를 넘지 않는 것으로 도출되어, 추가 정박지 지정이 필요하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 울산항의 2020년 가동률을 추정한 결과 E1정박지가 168.3 %로 가장 높았으며, E3정박지가 131.1 %, E2정박지가 118.5 %, 그리고 M정박지가 108.7 %인 것으로 계산되어, 2020년에는 정박지가 부족할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 울산항의 항만개발에 따른 정박지 가동률을 100 % 수준으로 낮추기 위해서는 E1정박지는 11척, E2정박지는 1척, E3정박지는 2척, M정박지는 1척이 추가적으로 정박할 수 있는 수역이 필요할 것으로 분석되었다.

본 논문에서는 이네비게이션(E-Navigation)의 기반이 될 수 있는 정보 네트워크의 구현방안을 제시한다. 정보통신 기술을 이용하여 E-Navigation 정보네트워크의 기반이 되는 네트워크 체제를 구성하고, 해상교통지원시스템을 정비함과 동시에 종합적인 항만 정보네트워크를 구축한다. 그리고 항만관련 종사자에게 선박간, 선박과 육상간 무선 네트워크 이용을 권고하여 그 효율성을 확대할 것이다. E-Navigation을 위한 정보네트워크의 구축은 항만의 물류흐름과 교통안전을 위하여 초고속 무선인터넷 인프라를 구축하는 것으로서, 해상에서의 적용이 더욱 효과적인 무선 정보네트워크 인프라를 항만 내에 도입하는 것 다. 인터넷이 가지 고 있는 무한한 잠재성, 응용성, 공유성을 이용하므로 해상 교통 흐름 및 교통안전에 획기적 인 변화를 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

eLoran 신규송신국 구축 진행현황을 확인하고 eLoran 전국망 지상기반 PNT 서비스의 안정 제공을 위한 울릉도, 제주도 신규송신국 구축 가능한 해수부 부지를 사전 검토하고 부지 특성에 따른 안테나 설계 적합성 및 성능을 검토하여 적정한 안테나 배치안을 제시하였다.
