본 연구는 한국에서의 산.학 e-Learning 운영 실태를 조사 분석하여 중국에서의 e-Learning 운영을 위한 발전 전략을 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법은 주로 문화 기술적 연구 방법인 문헌 조사법, 전문가 상담법과 자료 분석법을 이용하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국의 정책적 경험을 거울삼아, 중국 정부가 기업 e-Learning에 관련된 정책 (기업 e-Learning 제도, LMS, 표준화, 품질 보장 등)을 지속적으로 수정.보완하여야 하며 국제 교류와 합작 등은 중국의 기업e -Learning 운영에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 한국의 e-Learning은 LMS의 표준화 및 콘텐츠 개발 등과 같이 실제적인 발전을 중시하여 좋은 효과를 얻고 있다. 그러나 중국에서의 e-Learning은 외형적인 관리제도만을 중시하였다. 따라서 e-Learning의 확대일로 시점에 있는 중국은 한국 사례를 통해 LMS의 표준화 및 콘텐츠의 질 관리 등과 같이 실제적인 발전 전략을 도모하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 한국의 WBI, LMS, 팀워크 등의 학습 방법을 중국 e-Learning에 도입하면 개별화 학습과 협동학습이 적절히 혼합하여 발전할 수 있을 것이고 Blended Learning 등의 학습 방법을 중점적으로 다루어야 할 것이다.

융복합 시대로 들어서면서 정부가 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발용역 표준계약서를 제정 고시 후 1년 8개월이 지났다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여전히 관련 업계에서는 부당하고 불합리한 관행이 개선되지 않고 있다는 문제 제기가 지속되어 왔다. 본 연구는 이러닝 융합 콘텐츠 개발용역 현장에서의 표준계약서 적용 실태를 설문 등을 통해 조사하고 이의 개선방안을 제언하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과, 이 표준계약서가 콘텐츠 개발용역 수발주 현장에 전혀 뿌리를 내리지 못해 실효를 거두지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구는 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발용역 표준계약서가 정부의 의도와 목적대로 수발주 현장에서 착근됨과 동시에 관행으로 정착되도록 하기 위한 대안으로 표준계약서 적용 의무화, 교육 및 홍보 실시, 모니터링 체계 도입, 인증제도 시행, 기관 및 기관장 평가시의 가점 부여 등의 정책을 제언하였다.

Pig breeding management directly contributes to the profitability of pig farms, and pregnancy diagnosis is an important factor in breeding management. Therefore, the need to diagnose pregnancy in sows is emphasized, and various studies have been conducted in this area. We propose a computer-aided diagnosis system to assist livestock farmers to diagnose sow pregnancy through ultrasound. Methods for diagnosing pregnancy in sows through ultrasound include the Doppler method, which measures the heart rate and pulse status, and the echo method, which diagnoses by amplitude depth technique. We propose a method that uses deep learning algorithms on ultrasonography, which is part of the echo method. As deep learning-based classification algorithms, Inception-v4, Xception, and EfficientNetV2 were used and compared to find the optimal algorithm for pregnancy diagnosis in sows. Gaussian and speckle noises were added to the ultrasound images according to the characteristics of the ultrasonography, which is easily affected by noise from the surrounding environments. Both the original and noise added ultrasound images of sows were tested together to determine the suitability of the proposed method on farms. The pregnancy diagnosis performance on the original ultrasound images achieved 0.99 in accuracy in the highest case and on the ultrasound images with noises, the performance achieved 0.98 in accuracy. The diagnosis performance achieved 0.96 in accuracy even when the intensity of noise was strong, proving its robustness against noise.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic evidence to improve community health nursing practice education by analyzing the current status of actual operation, program outcomes and evaluation methods, and the level of achieving learning goals. Methods: Data were collected through an e-mail survey from 155 professors teaching community health nursing in April 2016. Out of 45 responses in total, 42 cases were used for analysis (response rate 29.0%). Results: Community health nursing practice was a 3-credit course in most of the schools (66.7%) and included a practice at public health centers without exception. The most common diagnosis classification system was OMAHA (81.0%). The core fundamental nursing skills evaluated during the practice were subcutaneous injection, vital signs, oral administration, and intradermal injection. Among the subjects of community health nursing practice, the area with the highest potential for achieving learning goals was primary health care provision (4.4/5) and the area with the lowest potential was disaster management (2.4/5). Conclusion: The results of this study show that there would be active efforts to complement and improve several problems of the community health nursing practice among the community health nursing practice instructors for more effective and qualitative community health nursing practice.

정보통신기술의 발달에 따라 IT 인력 채용 방식에도 많은 변화가 생겼다. 채용 담당자들은 이력서나 면접과 같은 전통적인 정보 이외에도 웹에서 구직자 정보를 검색할 수 있다. 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발(OSSD) 플랫폼은 개발자들이 자연스럽게 IT 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 곳이자, 채용 담당자들이 적합한 후보를 찾을 수 있는 장소가 되었다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 취업 시 OSSD 플랫폼의 개발자 정보(구직 활동 여부, 개인정보 게시 정도, 학습 활동 정도, 지식공헌 활동 정도)가 취업에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해 웹 크롤러를 개발하여 대표적인 OSSD 플랫폼인 깃허브의 개발자 4,005명을 대상으로 데이터를 수집했다. 구직 기간이 짧다는 것은 취업의 성공적인 결과를 의미하기 때문에 구직 기간에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보기 위해 생존분석법을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 구직 현황을 명시적으로 게시한 개발자가 그렇지 않은 개발자보다 구직 기간이 짧은 것으로 나타났다. 개인정보 게시 정도, 학습 활동 및 지식공헌 활동 정도 또한 구직기간 단축과 긍정적으로 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 채용 담당자의 성공적인 구인뿐만 아니라 개발자의 효과적인 구직을 위한 OSSD 플랫폼의 전략적인 활용 방안에 시사점을 제시해줄 것이다.

This study developed learning content and web pages providing information on Health/Functional Food (HFF) for consumers who come across information indiscriminately from a variety of advertising media such as the Internet and TV. After coming to an understanding of the current situation through literature review and fact-finding, we collected information and commercials on HFF that are exposed to consumers. Focusing on advanced countries such as the U.S. and Japan, we examined the current status of consumer education programs, especially in terms of HFF industry. Further, we referred to the guidelines for consumer education provided by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and monitored the information from a web site that sells dietary supplementary products in the U.S. In addition, we surveyed consumer information on foods for special health use provided by the Japanese National Institute of Health & Nutrition, and investigated a DB of raw materials of function food (functionality/safety documents). Upon a literature review, the 13 functions of HFF were classified. As a result of conducting interviews with consumers, we developed content that was fit for consumers' perspectives. Through this research, we established a web page to enable people to search for information by function and then by raw material. After searching for information by raw materials, searching products by raw materials can be done in cooperation with E-marketplace. Subsequently developed content and education programs were offered on an HFF web page, which has been in operation since 2005. Therefore, it is expected that appropriate information on HFF will be available.

최근 정보통신기술의 발전으로 스마트한 기술들이 확산되면서 이전과 다른 방법으로 소통하고 콘텐츠를 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 변화는 보다 다양한 학습방법을 가능하게 함으로써 교육산업에 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 한국은 e-러닝에 이어 스마트러닝 선도국으로 도약하기 위해 2011년 스마트교육 추진 정책 수립을 시작으로 공교육에 스마트러닝 도입을 적극 추진해왔다. 그러나 아직까지 스마트러닝의 추진 성과는 미미한 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 현 시점에서 공교육의 스마트러닝 추진 문제점을 파악하고 개선안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 스마트러닝이 공교육에 정착하기 위한 성공전략을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 공교육과 스마트러닝 환경을 종합적으로 검토하고, SWOT 분석과 AHP 기법을 통해 전략 요인과 우선순위를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 공교육 환경에 스마트러닝을 성공적으로 정착시키기 위해서는 약점을 보완하여 위협을 극복하는 WT전략에 초점을 맞춰야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 세부 요인으로는 미흡한 스마트러닝 관련 교사 연수 제도(W2), 제도차원 교육환경기반 및 추진역량(S4), 스마트러닝 추진에 대한 제한적 정부지원(T4) 순으로 나타났다. 특히 정부의 제도적 기반이 우선적으로 검토되어야 한다는 시사점이 도출되었다. 이 연구는 향후 스마트러닝 추진을 위한 정책과 지원제도 수립 과정에 전략적 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

오늘날 치열한 경쟁과 환경변화로 인해 많은 기업들은 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship Management, 이하 CRM)를 경영혁신의 도구로 인식하고 많은 투자 및 노력을 기울이고 있다. CRM 시스템의 개선 및 전략적 보완을 위한 지속적 노력과 더불어 이에 대한 이론적 연구가 활발하게 실시되었지만, 시스템 도입이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구는 포괄적으로 다루어지지 않았다. 최근 국내 금융업, 호텔, 항공 등의 분야에서 고객관계관리 도입으로 인한 기업성과에 대한 실증연구가 실시되었고, 외국에서는 병원관리학을 중심으로 균형성과표의 활용에 대한 연구가 실시되었지만, 국내 제약산업에 대해서는 이러한 연구들이 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제약회사 고객관리 시스템의 수준이 Kaplan and Norton에 의해 제안된 균형성과표의 이론적 틀에 따라 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구해 보고자 하였다. 실증분석결과, CRM 시스템 수준은 기업성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 시스템이 제공하는 유용한 분석자료들이 고객유지, 고객만족 및 고객수익성 개선에 유의적인 영향을 주어 결과적으로 기업의 수익성, 성장성 및 주주가치 증대에 폭 넓게 기여하며, 효율적 내부 프로세스로 뒷받침되는 바람직한 선순환구조를 제시하고 있다고 생각된다. 그러나 세부분석결과, 영업사원실적평가 시스템은 단기수익성 증대에만 유의적 영향을 주었고, 고객 분석시스템은 기업성과에 미치는 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 제약회사 구성원들의 전통적 업무방식 고수, 단기목표 지향성 및 장기적 기업성과지표에 대한 인식 부족에서 기인한다고 생각된다. 연구결과, 제약기업에 보다 적합한 CRM 시스템의 개발과 보완, 인식률과 활용도 제고의 필요성이 제안되며, 표본 확대 및 대표성 개선을 통해 보다 의미 있는 연구결과가 제시될 수 있을 것이다.
