This study was executed to analyze the vegetational landscape structure and administration planning of Younguan Royal Tomb forest by the classification and DCA ordination were applied to the study are in order to classify them into several groups based on environmental variables. Also Younguan Royal Tomb forest comparison of a pair of photographs taken in 1920s and 1990. Sixteen sites were sampled with clumped sampling method in september 1990 and five quadrats were examined in each site. By classification and DCA, the plant community were divided into two groups(A. japonica community, P. densiflora, Quercus acutissima community) by the humus. Pinus densiflora community of actual vegetion covered 15.9%, Alnus japonica 6.5% and Quercus community 65.6% of the total area. And the afforested vegetation of P. koraiensis. P. rigida and Juglans mandshurica covered 13.2%. DCA ordination showed that successional trends of tree species seem to be from P. densiflora, Q. aliena to Q. acutissima in P. densiflora community and from A. japonica community of the upper layer. By the comparison of couple photographs between 1920s and 1990 we can recognize the change of historical landscape composed of P. densiflora community, A. japonaca and those community shall be conserved by the disclimax method, i.e. the broadleaf vegetation in the underlayer in the P. densiflora community should be cleared out. Otherwise the vegetational landscape sructure in Younguan Royal Tomb is successed to progress succession to Q. acutissima landscape.

온라인 공간에서의 정보 및 지식에 대한 공유활동은 매우 활발하기 진행되고 있으며, 많은 인터넷 이용자들이 자신이 필요한 정보나 지식을 카페, 블로그 등과 같은 온라인 전자공간에서 공유하며 이용하고 있다. 온라인 전자공간에서 자신이 필요한 정보나 지식을 공유하는 공간으로 사용되는 가상커뮤니티는 이용자간 온라인 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 사용될 뿐만 아니라 가상공간을 이용한 정보 및 지식공유의 장으로서 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 국내의 경우 다음, 네이버, 파란, 네이트 등 중요 포털사이트들은 사용자들의 편의제공목적은 물론이고, 주요 포털 사이트 이용자들이 가지고 있는 각종 정보 및 지식공유를 위한 수단으로 가상 커뮤니티를 이용하고 있으며, 실제로 많은 인터넷 이용자들이 자신의 관심사나 관심분야와 관련한 가상커뮤니티를 통해 많은 정보와 지식을 공유하고 있다. 가상 커뮤니티의 성공적 운영을 위한 연구들이 수행되어오고 있지만, 보다 세밀한 연구수행이 필요한 시점이며, 이에 본 연구에서는 가상 커뮤니티 이용자들이 지각한 특성들이 이용자 태도, 커뮤니티 신뢰, 만족을 경유하여 충성도에 미치는 영향력 과정을 여러 선행연구로부터 도출하고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 가상커뮤니티 유용성과 편리성 그리고 친숙성이 이용자 태도를 경유하여 만족과 충성도에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였으며, 구성원 신뢰와 커뮤니티 명성이 커뮤니티에 대한 신뢰, 만족, 충성도에 각각 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 추후 가상커뮤니티를 운영하는 기업의 전략수립에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 오대산국립공원 해발 1,000m 이상의 고지대인 중대사~비로봉 구간에 대한 산림식생현황 및 천이계열, 변화양상을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 중대사~비로봉 구간의 식물군집구조를 파악하기 위하여 $20m{\times}20m(400m^2)$의 방형구 17개소를 설정하였다. 설정된 조사구별 상대우점치, 흉고직경급별 분포, 표본목의 생장량 및 수령, 유사도지수, 종다양도지수 등을 분석하였다. DCA분석 결과, 군집 I(신갈나무-피나무군집), 군집 II(신갈나무-낙엽활엽수군집), 군집 III(신갈나무-잣나무군집), 군집 IV(전나무-신갈나무군집), 군집 V(전나무-낙엽활엽수군집) 등 5개 식물군집으로 분류되었다. 조사구별 상대우점치 분석결과, 신갈나무는 해발고가 높을수록, 전나무는 해발고가 낮을수록 군집내 상대 우점치가 높아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 군집 I, 군집 II, 군집 III은 현상태가 지속적으로 유지될 것으로 판단되었으며, 군집 IV, 군집V에서는 신갈나무의 세력이 약화될 것으로 파악되었다. 표본목의 수령은 85~161년(평균 123년)이었다. 유사도지수 분석결과 5개의 군집은 이질성이 강한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 높은 해발고의 군집 I과 낮은 해발고의 군집 IV, V간의 이질성이 높았다. 단위면적 $400m^2$당 샤논의 종다양도지수를 분석한 결과, 군집 III(1.1109) > 군집 II(1.0475) > 군집 I(1.0125) > 군집 IV(0.9918) > 군집 V(0.8686)의 순으로 높았다. 신갈나무가 우점하는 군집의 종다양도는 과거 연구 및 주변 지역 연구 결과와 비교하여 유사한 반면, 전나무가 우점하는 군집의 경우 다소 낮은 것으로 확인되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 한 고등학교 과학 교사(E 교사)가 약 1년 3개월간 교사공동체 탐구에 참여하며 어떻게 과학적 모델링에 관한 이해와 실행을 변화시켜나갔는지를 탐색하는 것이었다. 상황 학습 관점을 기반으로 본 연구에서는 E 교사의 사회적 상호작용들로부터 모델링에 관한 그녀의 프레임들을 탐색하였다. E 교사는 1년 3개월간 총 6회의 "스튜디오"라는 교사 연수에 참여해 같은 학교의 과학 교사들과 연구자들, 코치들과 협력하였다. 매 스튜디오에서 참여자들은 함께 모델링 기반 수업을 계획하고, 실행하고, 그에 관해 반성하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 E 교사가 수업을 진행한 2회차, 6회차 스튜디오에 초점을 맞추어, E 교사의 교사공동체 및 교실 상호작용으로부터 드러난 모델링에 관한 그녀의 프레임들을 질적으로 탐색하고, 그로부터 E 교사의 이해와 실행에 변화가 있었는지 탐색하였다. 다음으로, 교사공동체 탐구가 E 교사의 이해와 실행 변화에 어떻게 영향을 미쳤는지 탐색하기 위하여, 1-6회차 스튜디오에서 진행된 교사공동체 탐구가 질적으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 2회차 스튜디오에서 E 교사는 과학적 모델링을 학생들이 활동지에 정답을 채워 넣는 활동으로 보고 있었다. 반면 6회차 스튜디오에서 E 교사가 드러낸 과학적 모델링에 관한 프레임들은 그녀가 모델링을 학생들이 협력을 통해 증거를 사용하여 자연현상에 관한 설명을 구성하는 과정으로 보고 있었음을 보여주었다. E 교사가 속한 교사공동체는 모델링 기반 교수를 발전시키고자 하는 목표를 바탕으로, 매 스튜디오에서 학생들의 모델링을 돕고, 학생들의 설명과 추론을 분석하였다. 또한 그들은 여러 스튜디오들에 걸쳐 탐구 초점들과 교수 실행들을 구체화시키고 발전시켜나갔다. 이러한 공동체 탐구의 초점들은 E 교사의 과학적 모델링에 관한 이해와 실행 변화에 반영되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 교사공동체 탐구나 교사 전문성 발달을 지원하고자 하는 연구자, 실행가들에게 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

Although the internet community(IC) has been recognized as an increasingly important for better understanding and relationships with customers, few evidence has been accumulated what factors influence IC success. This study posits the characteristics and individual characteristics as key determinants of IC success, and related hypotheses were tested using 230 data. Using user loyalty as a surrogate of IC success, this study found that the three key characteristics of IC-focus, interactivity, and cohesion levels-significantly influence the community user's loyalty. In addition, individual characteristics including personal value propositions(e.g, challenge/ambitious value, economic/rational value) and absorption tendency(e.g., flow level) affect their loyalty levels. This study also found that the determinents of IC user's loyalty defer with different types of community such as entertainment, relationships, and information/opinion sharing communities. These findings are hopefully helpful for the successful and contingent management of IC buildings and operations.

We monitored antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli isolates from healthy volunteers of community and chicken butchers from February to July in 2006. From disc diffusion test on 473 E coli isolates from healthy volunteers of the community, the resistance rates of tetracycline, ampicillin, and ticarcillin were 44.8%, 40.8%, and 37.4%, respectively. In the disc diffusion test on 18 E coli isolates from chicken butchers, the resistance rates of tetracycline, nalidixic, streptomycin, and ampicillin were 94.4%, 61.1%, 55.6%, and 50.0%, respectively.

Sex ratio of a population is a key factor to determine reproductive rate of the population. If the population has skewed sex ratio to the male, the population size may decline gradually at an area which it inhabits, and, furthermore, if a species plays an ecologically important role in its community (e.g., a keystone species in Paine, 1966), its potential reproductive rate will be to form a characterized community because community structure is strongly influenced by the abundance of the ecologically important species (Hughes, 1986). A number of workers (e.g., Bryan et al., 1986 in Nucella lapillus; Spence et al., 1990 in Thais haemastoma) suggested that high frequency and/or late stage of imposex might affect the female mortality and normal reproduction adversely. Consequently, the imposex could affect sex ratio of natural population of some neogastropod including thaisid species. (omitted)

Recently, as growing number of consumers publish product and service reviews on the Internet, e-review has received attention from retailers and researchers. E-review, a form of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) which is typically shared between strangers whose identity and credibility are unknown, has become an important product information source as social media has facilitated information exchanges between more consumers. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of e-review attributes on purchase intention for fashion products, which is mediated by trust of e-review, as well as to explore the differences between consumer communities and cooperative communities. A questionnaire was developed based on previous researches. Data were gathered from adults living in Busan. The results were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, and regression using SPSS 18.0. The results showed that consumers tended to recognize e-reviews from consumer communities as exaggerated information, while they considered reviews from cooperative communities as reliable information, which gave the latter higher purchase intention. There were significant differences in e-review attributes for fashion products (e.g., Exaggeration, Entertainment, Innocence, and Agreement), purchase intention between consumer communities (e.g: Blog, Internet cafe) and cooperative communities (e.g: general malls and specialty malls). For both communities, purchase intention of fashion products was influenced by its entertainment attributes and perceived trust of e-reviews. These results suggest that e-retailers need to focus on understanding the causes of purchase intention with e-reviews for fashion products. Specifically, e-retailers should recognize that e-reviews of fashion products were associated primarily with entertaining and with consumers' trust. Based on these findings, managerial implications are presented.

연도에 분포하는 관속식물은 107과 312속 408종 2아종 51변종 5품종으로 총 466종류가 확인되었다. 이 중 소귀나무를 포함 39종류가 상록활엽수였으며, 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 I 등급에 53종류, II 등급에 1종류, III등급에 26종류, IV 등급에 3종류, V 등급에 애기등, 섬천남성 2종류가 확인되어 46과 70속 80종 5변종으로 85종류가 분포하는 것으로 조사되었다. 귀화식물은 13과 37속 40종 2변종으로 총 42분류군이 분포하였으며, 귀화율은 9.01%, 도시화지수는 14.63%로 분석되었다. 생활형조성은 H-Dl-R5-e type을 보였다. 연도의 식생은 곰솔군락(Pinus thunbergii community)과 구실잣밤나무군락(Castanopsis sieboldii community)이 분포되어 있고, 휴경지와 완경사 산지에 억새군락(Miscanthus sinesis var. purpurascens community)이 분포하였다.

The inhabitation environments and growth conditions of Machilus thunbergii community in the Pyonsanbando located at southwestern area in Korea were examined and analyzed to provide some practical data to be used to establish measures for long term succession monitoring, protection and sustainable management. The Machilus thunbergii community are located at Kyokpo-ri, Pyonsan-myon, Puan-gun(35$^{\circ}$35′24"N~35$^{\circ}$ 42′30"N, 126$^{\circ}$28′18"E~126$^{\circ}$40′40"E). Within the Pyonsanbando area the mean temperature is 12.4$^{\circ}C$, the warmth index 101.5$^{\circ}C$.month, the coldness index -12.3$^{\circ}C$ month and the annual precipitation 1,016mm. The soil within the community is silt loam or clay loam and so fertile. 30 species and 1 varieties of 21 families inhabited at the community. There were 18 grown trees and 131 saplings of Machilus thunbergii within the community. The mean basal diameter, mean height, and crown width of grown trees was measured to be 57.4cm, 7.4m and 9.0~9.8m respectively. And 9 trees were full flowering, 2 trees small flowering here and there, and 7 trees non flowering in 1998. The mean branch growth length was 8.3cm, mean leaf area 18.3$\textrm{cm}^2$, mean inflorecence length 9.3cm, mean fertilization 14.5％ and mean seed diameter 7.6mm. Further rich management measure and investigation were recommended such as sapling protection, signboard construction, soil erosion controlling and regular monitoring within the community.
