Guillain-$Barr{\'{e}}$ Syndrome 은 하지로부터 서서히 상행하는 이완성 운동불능증을 특징으로 하는 급성염증후성 탈수초성 다발성 신경염으로, 자율신경계를 침범하는 예에서는 사망까지도 이를 수 있으므로 발병 초기의 감별이 중요하다. 두 증례에서 각각 허로(虛勞)와 비위기허(脾胃氣虛)로 변증(辨證)하여 육미지황원(六味地黃元)과 보중익기탕(補中益氣湯)을 처방하고, 비정격(脾正格)의 자침(刺鍼), 구치료(灸治療)를 통하여 객관적인 평가를 통한 주증상의 호전 등 유의한 결과를 얻었기에 이에 보고하는 바이다.

Social media is becoming more and more important in social movements. This study, adopting the web mining approach, attempts to investigate how social media, Facebook in particular, functioned in the "May 25 Protest" and the "May 27 Protest", two movements which broke out in Macao on 25 and 27 May 2014, respectively, against the Retirement Package Bill. In the two protests, Macao residents deployed Facebook to share information and motivated people's participation. Twelve events (181,106 people invited) and 36 groups/pages (41,266 members) related on Facebook were examined. Results showed that the information flow on Facebook fluctuated in accordance with the event development in reality. Multiple patterns of manifestation, such as video of adopted news or songs, designed profile (protest icon), original ironic pictures, self-organized clubs by undergraduates and white T-shirts as a symbol, among others, appeared online and interacted with offline actions. It was also found that social media assisted the information diffusion and provided persuasive reasons for netizens to join the movement. Social media helped to expand movement influence in providing a platform for diversified performances for actions taken in a protest, which could express and develop core and consistent movement repertoire.

A prosal contains internationally recogniyed general term & conditions of Standard Contract form for Engineering jobs, construction works includings of plant exportation as for additional new basic knowledge for roling of business promotion & finalization in urging of more current jobs internationally to be increment of technological cooperation.

본 연구는 테크놀로지를 활용하여 PBL의 적용가능성을 확대한 e-PBL의 교육적 효과를 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 C교육대학교의 전공 선택 교과목의 한 학기 수업활동 중 4주 분량의 활동을 체계적 설계 절차에 따라 e-PBL 활동으로 재구성하여 운영하였다. e-PBL 운영 기간 동안 참여 수강생의 반응 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 참여 수강생들은 초기의 어려움과 혼란스러움을 극복하고 점진적으로 e-PBL 활동에 동화되는 모습을 보여주었으며 전반적으로 e-PBL 활동 경험에 대하여 만족스러워했다. 참여 수강생들은 e-PBL을 통해 이루어진 실제적인 문제해결을 통해 주인의식을 갖고 활동에 참여하였고, 팀 구성원들과의 빈번한 소통과 협력을 통해 문제해결을 효율적이고 효과적으로 수행할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 e-PBL을 활용한 교원양성대학의 교육혁신 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 성과를 바탕으로 e-PBL 적용 수업을 확대하여 분석하고 이를 통해 e-PBL의 교육적 효과를 추가적으로 검증하기 위한 후속연구가 수행될 필요가 있다.

e-AIRS는 e-Aerospace Integrated Research System의 약어로, e-Science 인프라를 기반으로 한 항공우주 통합연구 환경을 말한다. 이러한 항공우주 통합연구 환경구축을 위한 첫 단계로, 공력분야의 통합연구를 위한 환경을 구축하였으며, 현재 e-AIRS 시스템을 통하여, 수치적 및 실험적 연구를 모두 수행할 수 있다. 사용자는 e-AIRS 웹 포털을 통하여 수치해석 연구의 전 과정을 수행할 수 있으며, 풍동실험의 요청 및 수치해석결과와 실험결과의 비교 연구, 그리고 협업 시스템을 이용한 연구자간의 협력 연구를 수행할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 e-AIRS 시스템의 구조와 기능 및 활용에 대해 설명한다.

e-Marketplace는 B2B 거래의 한 종류로서 인터넷상에서 불특정 다수의 공급자와 수요자(N:N)간 비즈니스 거래를 유발시켜 주는 가상의 시장인데 전세계적으로 특정 산업에 한정된 수직적인 e-Marketplace와 특정 산업과 관계없는 수평적인 e-Marketplace형태로 발전되고 있다. e-marketplace는 구매자와 판매자에게 제공하는 이점들 때문에 놀라운 속도로 증가하고 있다. 구매자입장에 e-marketplace는 새로운 공급업체를 물색하는 과정에서 들어가는 구매비용을 낮출 수 있다. 공급업체의 경우 e-Marketplace는 판매비용을 낮추고 새로운 고객에게 물품을 납품할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 이에 e-marketplace 기업들도 분명한 비즈니스모델로서 경쟁력 있는 업체만이 생존할 것이다. 이러한 생존에서 살아남기 위해서는 치열한 경쟁을 이겨내야 한다. 이에 대한 구매자와 판매자의 역할이 무엇인지를 살펴 보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

B2C e-commerce is now sufficiently stable. Judging from its success, we can expect B2B to similarly improve business processes for a better return on investment. To achieve B2B e-commerce, many consortia have been trying to develop a B2B framework. As a result, the ebXML is started as an international standard for B2B e- commerce based on XML. The exchange of information between two parties requires each party to know the other party's supported business collaborations, the other party's role in the business collaboration, and the technology details about how the other party sends and receive messages. In some cases, it is necessary for the two parties to reach agreement on some of the details. The ebXML CPP and CPA specification defines how to describe these. In this paper, we'll describe our design and implementation of an ebXML CPP and CPA editor which enables each party to create and edit his profiles and which automatically composites two CPPs. Although it is possible to create and edit CPP and CPA documents with general-purpose XML editor, it is not easy to create and edit CPP and CPA documents with a general-purpose XML editor. Moreover, the detailed procedures for CPA formation from CPPs are currently not provided in the specification. Therefore, we propose two approaches for a CPA formation in addition to easy-to-use user interface.

본 연구는 조직특성요인이 전자정부성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 파악하고자하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 조직특성과 전자정부성과에 대한 문헌연구를 심도 있게 수행하였으며, A 정부기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 조직특성(최고관리자의 지원과 관심, 정보지향적 조직문화 및 기관 부서 개인간 협업) 모두가 전자정부 성과(고객서비스증대, 업무효율성 향상, 비용절감)에 유의미한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 조직특성요인 모두가 고객서비스 증대에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
