UCI (Universal Content Identifier) as a national digital content identification system for identifying digital content and ICN (Integrated Copyright Number) for copyright management are operated by Korea copyright commission. However, They are not interoperable with international standard identification system such as ISRC (International Standard Recording Code), ISWC (International Standard Works Code), and ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) due to lack of linkage system. Hence, extra works with international standard identification system are needed for international market entry and integrated management of statistical information including content settlement in international market is impossible. In this paper, the domestic/international identification systems are surveyed, and by metadata analysis of identification systems, linkage method with UCI/ICN is proposed. And also by developing the prototype model, research direction to UCI/ICN with international standard identification system is proposed.

As of an international standard in e-business domains, ebXML solutions are required to be tested and authenticated whether they can satisfy the conformance and interoperability requirements. In this paper, we design and implement the ebXML conformance and interoperability testing tools that observe the standard specification in conformity with ebXML Message Service v2.0, ebXML Registry Service v2.0 and ebXML CPP/A Y2.0. With this regard, our research would serve in building the verification and authentication service infrastructure for fitting standard ebXML e-business solutions with ebXML conformance and interoperability testing tools.

Purpose: The study aims to delineate Shariah Governance Framework (SGF) by applying the components of New Institutional Theory (NIT) to provide an understanding of how Islamic banks theoretically influence Shariah Governance (SG) practice, structure, and process. Design/methodology/approach: As it is a conceptual paper, this paper has prepared based on an analytical approach to show how such institutions could provide a more effective system concerning the contents, procedures, and practices for the multiple users in the SG process of Islamic banks. Findings: The paper critically explores the adoption of NIT to develop SGF with its existing practice, structure, and procedure. Utilizing NIT, a proposed theoretical framework has developed for exploring the SG through its major components, i.e., 'isomorphism' and 'legitimacy'. It is stated that NIT can offer a useful framework by which homogenous structures, comprising guidelines, standards, and practices become recognized and authorized as a satisfactory standard corporate exercise. Thus, the proposed theoretical framework would be beneficial in understanding and exploring the SGF. Conclusion: The application of this SGF could help to justify the key dimensions of NIT with its overall formation, function, and practices that might also help to attain legitimacy.

AS EC is expanded and activated, many message standards, EDI, XML, UDF, etc are defined and is used at various business part. But the existed translator supports only one mapping translation, for example, EDI-to-UDF, UDF-to-EDI. So many user must be introduced a new translation when new business(message standard) is beginning, To solve this problem, we propose XConverter System as registering mapping information which is able to transform to user requested format using same translator even though it is transferred any formatted message in this paper. Also, We design and implement this system which is capable to integrate with existed legacy system, including DB transformation functionality. The .XConverter System supports changing the business message format to the common user used message format. And this system easily migrates with existed legacy system because DB transform module is component. Therefore, The proposed System is more various and flexible than the other translation system that provide just one mapping transformation.

Dynamic changes of the recent business environment draw more attention to Business Process Management (BPM). In this research, we derive a comprehensive BPM framework, define the functional and technical requirements, and classify the requirements into the framework. Based on the framework we suggest a standard procedure for BPM planning and implementation along with critical considerations. In addition, we propose an evaluation framework, which includes a comprehensive checklist and the evaluation method. The proposed evaluation framework can be used as an evaluator's useful reference.

This study was carried out to examine the e-Business status of Korea Forest Product Industries and to propose the development. The use level of e-Business in korea forest product industries have stayed in internal company information network integration stages. But lots of companies located in the insufficient of e-Business models, the lack of qualified staffs, and the shortage of e-Business operating technology and implementation. As the result of this study, the followings must be considered; 1. For the promotion of e-Business use, it is needed to maintain price competitiveness, quality competitiveness, and market correspondence capacity. 2. For the settlement of e-Business models, it is important to connect information network among cooperation companies as like forest products standardize, common database, and standard electronic catalogue. Also, it needed developing program to strengthen the competitiveness of forest product industries, expanding to outsourcing and affiliated companies.

Despite the social interest in eBook and its advantages, as a result of each industry using different document formats, it is difficult to exchange or share eBook contents. And this hindered the activation of eBook market. The U.S. and Japan have realized the importance of setting a standard for eBook document format and have established eBook standard with government agencies and related industries and in Korea, also, through Working Group for Standardization Committee of EBK, eBook industry standard, EBKS, was established. EBKS provides more advantages than HTML or PDF and the basic format is XML. The objective of EBKS is exact exchange of eBook content, reflection of characteristics of Korean publication environment, simplicity in creating, and convertibility with other standards. Meanwhile, in the DTD aspect, EBKS includes static document structure, extension mechanism, vertical writing, multi-column editing and reflection on the characteristics of Korean and proverbs. For exchanging style, content and style are separated using XSL-FO and XSL-FO is recommended for printing. Also, EBKS metadata is composed of do-metadata that does not use qualifier and x-metadata for extension to provide easiness in usage and ability to exchange and convert.

B2C e-commerce is now sufficiently stable. Judging from its success, we can expect B2B to similarly improve business processes for a better return on investment. To achieve B2B e-commerce, many consortia have been trying to develop a B2B framework. As a result, the ebXML is started as an international standard for B2B e- commerce based on XML. The exchange of information between two parties requires each party to know the other party's supported business collaborations, the other party's role in the business collaboration, and the technology details about how the other party sends and receive messages. In some cases, it is necessary for the two parties to reach agreement on some of the details. The ebXML CPP and CPA specification defines how to describe these. In this paper, we'll describe our design and implementation of an ebXML CPP and CPA editor which enables each party to create and edit his profiles and which automatically composites two CPPs. Although it is possible to create and edit CPP and CPA documents with general-purpose XML editor, it is not easy to create and edit CPP and CPA documents with a general-purpose XML editor. Moreover, the detailed procedures for CPA formation from CPPs are currently not provided in the specification. Therefore, we propose two approaches for a CPA formation in addition to easy-to-use user interface.

The most fundamental method in IT innovation up to today is the SOA which has been accepted as the standard for the system integration and makes the business more flexible. Although it is important to classify the workflow of enterprise into the unit of services, there is no systematical research on this topic yet. This paper proposes a SOA deployment methodology, which composed of 6 steps. By utilizing this methodology, an enterprise can build up the SOA applied environment easily to achieve its business objectives and to make a linkage between services and business processes more effectively and efficiently, which is proved through Analytic Hierarchy Process. It is considered that Service Oriented Architecture can be the future standard for the IT integration beyond the individual application.

A variety of BPM (Business Process Management) standards to achieve interoperability among heterogeneous systems have been released. Areas of BPM standards include business process modeling, process execution and management, and monitoring and controlling. The purpose of this research is to develop an adoption strategy and guideline for implementing BPM standards. We suggest a strategy for implementing BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), BPEL (Business Process Execution Language), and BPQL (Business Process Query Language) and provide a specific implementation guideline for developing BPM solutions using each standard. We expect that BPM vendors can establish their own strategy for adopting BPM standards and implement BPM solutions efficiently and effectively with the help of the strategy and guideline described in this paper.
