본 연구는, 문헌조사를 바탕으로 대한민국의 업무참조모델(BRM)인 '정부기능분류체계'의 도입에서 개발 적용에 이르기까지의 행정연혁을 통하여, 정부기능분류체계의 본래 개발목적과 의도를 밝혀내고, 현재 정부기능분류체계에서 관찰되는 문제점과의 관계를 밝힘으로써 현행에서 드러나는 정부기능분류체계의 문제에 대한 원인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 정부기능분류체계의 현황조사는 정책영역 '문화재' 영역(대기능 9개, 중기능 59개, 소기능 297개와 단위과제 1,287개)을 대상으로 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능분류체계를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능 간에 분절된 현상과 그밖에 문제점들을 발견하였고, 이를 대표하는 '문화재 지정' 등의 4가지 사례를 통해 개선모형을 제안하였다. 또한, '정부기능분류체계'의 재정비를 위하여, 업무재현성을 갖춘 업무기능의 설계, 업무기능의 일관성유지를 위한 관리와 운영에 있어서의 제도마련, 이용자의 사용촉진을 위한 교육, 지속적인 유지관리와 개선이 필요함을 제안하였다.

The ebXML (Electronic Business using eXtensible Markup Language) Specification Schema is to provide nominal set of specification elements necessary to specify a collaboration between business partners based on XML. As a part of ebXML Specification Schema, BPSS (Business Process Specification Schema) has been provided to support the direct specification of the set of elements required to configure a runtime system in order to execute a set of ebXML business transactions. The BPSS is available in two stand-alone representations, a UML version and an XML version. Due to the limitations of UML notations and XML syntax, however, current ebXML BPSS specification is insufficient to specify formal semantic constraints of modeling elements completely. In this study, we propose a classification schema for the BPSS semantic constraints and describe how to represent those semantic constraints formally using OCL (Object Constraint Language). As a way to verify a Business Process Specification (BPS) with the formal semantic constraint modeling, we suggest a rule-based approach to represent the formal constraints and to use the rule-based constraints specification to verify BPSs in a CLIPS prototype implementation.

Semantic Web and its related technologies have been opening the era of information sharing via Web. In the meantime, there are several huddles to overcome toward the new era and one of the major huddles is information integration issue unless we build and use a single unified but huge ontology which address everything in the world. Particularly in e-business area, information integration problem must be a great concern in search and comparison of products from various internet shopping sites and e-marketplaces. To overcome such an information integration problem, we propose an ontology driven mapping algorithm between heterogeneous product classification and description frameworks. We also perform comparative evaluation of the proposed mapping algorithm against a well-known ontology mapping tool, PROMPT.

This study is to classify the typology of e-business model based on the practical strategic model for successful e-business implementation. For that purpose, we review the conceptual framework of e-business and collected the data from 127 companies implementing e-business. The study is conducted in three phases as follows. First, six factors consisted of 22 items are derived through factor analysis. Second, Cluster analysis is employed to group the firms into different strategic patterns. A five-cluster solution is found to maximize the distances between cluster means across the six factor patterns. The models are named as 'ascendancy and convergence', 'expansion and moderate price', 'expansion and improvement of quality', 'ascendancy and process', and 'improvement of quality' respectively. Third, ANOVA is used to examine the impact on the performance differences attributable to the models. The results of the study are; (1) the 'ascendancy and process', 'expansion and improvement of quality' and 'expansion and moderate price' models were associated with significantly higher performance levels than the 'improvement of quality' model, and (2) the hybrid strategies are needed to implement e-business successfully based on the 'ascendancy and process' model.

This paper considers a classification of the 88 islands located at Kyong-nam area in Korea, using by examples of 12 components of the islands. By means of principal component analysis 2 principle components were extracted, which explained a total of 73.7% of the variance. Using an eigen variable criterion (λ>1), no further principle components were discussed. Principal component 1 and 2 explained 63.4% and 10.3% of the total variance respectively, The representation of the unrelated factor scores along the first and second principal axes produced a new information with respect to the classification of the islands. Based upon the representation, 88 islands were classified into 6 groups i. e. A, B, C, D, E, and F according to similarity of the components among them in this paper. The "Group F" belongs to a miscellaneous assortment that does not fit into the logical category. category.

Currently, it is not popular to use the STEP based product information in the construction drawing files, in spite of the importance and possibility of using various product data in drawing files on the CALS/EC environment. This paper aims to demonstrate a construction drawing information management system based on ISO 10303/STEP. To achieve this aim, the authors have analyzed the current construction drawing information classification hierarchy widely used for domestic and international, and examined the material data connection mechanism within CAD drawing data, and finally investigated the management systems for construction documentations and drawings in a public companies. Therefore, the expected benefit of the proposed system is that STEP drawing information management will be done standardization and the information of STEP construction drawing can be managed, shared and supported design business through materials data connection.

5세대 통신기술(5G)의 등장에 따라 4차 산업혁명 관련 첨단기술과 융합한 다양한 통신 서비스가 나타나고 있다. 그 중, 5G 기술의 효과적 실용적 활용을 위해 본 논문에서는 IT 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 그 결과 5G 기술과 융합하여 가장 많은 서비스 활성화를 이끌 수 있는 4차 산업혁명 분야로서 자율주행차가 선정되었다. 이를 기반으로, 5G 기반 자율주행차 활용 산업 및 서비스 분류체계를 개발함으로써 자율주행차를 활용한 신사업 개발 및 새로운 비즈니스 모델개발을 지원하는 기틀을 제공하였다. 이와 더불어, 개발된 새로운 자율주행자동차 산업-서비스 분류체계를 통해 연계 Matrix를 작성하여 향후 차세대 자율 주행차가 활용될 수 있는 분야에 대한 실용적인 산업-서비스 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 제공하고자 한다.

E-business가 상용화됨에 따라 많은 기업들이 인터넷을 통해 B2B, B2C 등의 상거래를 하고 있다. 이러한 웹 기반 전자상거래를 지원하려면 그 회사의 이미지를 고객에게 홍보할 수 있는 홈페이지나 쇼핑몰을 구축해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 관련 홈페이지 및 쇼핑몰 구축시에 공통으로 사용되는 컴포넌트들을 기능에 따라 분류하고, 이 컴포넌트들의 정보, 검색, 편집 둥의 환경을 지원하는 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 그리고 적용사례로서 상품의 구매과정을 도메인 분석하여 필요한 컴포넌트들을 추출하여 보았다. 설계된 프로토타입은 웹 기반 컴포넌트 관리 시스템 개발에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

정보화는 기업의 외부환경요인과 내부환경요인들이 복합적으로 영향을 미치는 과정이며, 이런 과정을 거쳐 나타나는 현상이다. 모든 조직원들의 정보화 능력이 우수하거나 혹은 기반시설이 잘 구축되어 있다는 등의 단지 표면적인 몇몇 요인들로 정보화 수준이 높다거나, 정보화가 잘 추진되었다고 평가하기는 어렵고 극히 위험한 일이 될 수 있다. 따라서 기업의 외부환경과 내부환경을 통합적으로 고려한 업종별 기업정보화수준평가 체계와 이를 통한 객관적인 평가가 기업과 더 나아가서는 국가적 차원에서 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 다양한 업종별 특성을 반영할 수 있도록 기업의 제품과 제품 생산 프로세스를 중심으로 업종을 분류한 EIII Korea 2001의 업종분류를 사용하여 업종을 분류한 후 우리나라 전체기업을 제조, 건설, 유통, 서비스, 금융 5가지업종으로 나누어 연구하였다. 분류된 업종을 일관된 관점에서 바라보기 위해 기획, 재무 등의 지원업무를 제외한 본원적 업무들을 중심으로 구매, 운영, 물류, 마케팅 및 판매, 서비스 등의 새로운 프레임웍 속에서 바라보았다. 각 업종의 본원적 업무로부터 업무중심의 특성을 도출하기 위해서 기업의 경영전략과 정보화 전략을 계획할 때 중심에 있는 업종별 Key Capability를 도출하고 이와 관련된 업종별 핵심생산업무를 도출하였으며, 기업의 업무를 직접 설명해 줄 수 있는 세부업무영역으로까지 세분화하여 연구하였다. 마지막으로, 도출된 업무들을 중심으로 정보화 해석관점에서 기업정보화수준평가 항목을 도출한 후에 제조업의 특성을 고려한 기업정보화수준평가 설문서를 작성하여 사례연구를 하였으며, 업종별 특성을 고려한 정보화수준 평가결과 다양한 지표들을 통해서 기업의 구매, 생산, 물류 등의 제조업의 핵심영역에 대해 포괄적이면서도 상세하게 설명해주고 있음을 알 수 있었다.dy. specitications and test methods for interferon alfa concentrated solution can be established according to the monograph of EP suggesting the revision of Minimum requirements for biological productss of e-procurement, e-placement, e-payment are also investigated.. monocytogenes, E. coli 및 S. enteritidis에 대한 키토산의 최소저해농도는 각각 0.1461 mg/mL, 0.2419 mg/mL, 0.0980 mg/mL 및 0.0490 mg/mL로 측정되었다. 또한 2%(v/v) 초산 자체의 최소저해농도를 측정한 결과, B. cereus, L. mosocytogenes, E. eoli에 대해서는 control과 비교시 유의적인 항균효과는 나타나지 않았다. 반면에 S. enteritidis의 경우는 배양시간 4시간까지는 항균활성을 나타내었지만, 8시간 이후부터는 S. enteritidis의 성장이 control 보다 높아져 배양시간 20시간에서는 control 보다 약 2배 이상 균주의 성장을 촉진시켰다.차에 따른 개별화 학습을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 능동적인 참여를 유도하여 학습효율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.향은 패션마케팅의 정의와 적용범위를 축소시킬 수 있는 위험을 내재한 것으로 보여진다. 그런가 하면, 많이 다루어진 주제라 할지라도 개념이나 용어가 통일되지 않고 사용되며 검증되어 통용되는 측정도구의 부재로 인하여 연구결과의 축적이 미비한 상태이다. 따라서, 이에 대한 재고와 새로운 방향 모색이 필요하다고 사료된다.로 사료되며, 임신관련 cytokine에 대한
