[ $\circ$ ] Enterprise architecture is essential for ROI of e-Enterprise. $\circ$ An architecture is described from business, application, data and technical views and these must be complete and consistent. $\circ$ UML-based CBD is currently the best approach to obtaining architecture-centric, flexible and interoperable systems. $\circt$ Reuse of architecture, components, shared services and app frameworks is key to achieving both quality and productivity. $\circ$ Web service, the NBT, cannot be tapped without the architecting capability. $\circ$ Architects with world-class domain as well as software engineering knowledge are key to success of Korean software industry.

최근 서비스지향 아키텍처(SOA, Service-Oriented Architecture)가 IT 인프라의 복잡성 및 유지비용을 최소화하고, 기업의 생산성과 유연성을 극대화 할 수 있는 새로운 IT전략으로 대두되고 있다. SOA는 느슨한 연결(Loosely coupling)을 통해 융통성을 증가시키고, 서비스 공급자, 서비스 요청자, 서비스 저장소라는 세 요소가 유기적으로 연계되어 있는 특징을 갖는다. 이는 SOA를 구현하는데 있어 기존의 개발 방법론의 적용을 어렵게 한다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 공급자와 서비스 요청자의 관점을 반영하여, SOA를 위한 서비스 지향 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 6개의 단계를 가진 전체 프로세스는 개발 계획 수립 활동을 통해 목적에 따라 프로세스 유형을 선택할 수 있다.

전자상거래 또는 e-Business에 대한 정부 등 각계 기관과 기업들의 관심이 매우 고조되고 있다. 현실적으로 e-Business를 도입하려는 일반 중소기업들은 매우 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 수많은 솔루션과 다양한 방법론 그리고 경영전략 등을 체계적으로 수립해야하고 다양한 정책을 활용하는 과정을 필요로 하기 때문이다. 본 연구는 중소기업을 위한 전자상거래 또는 e-Business 환경구축에 대한 eSCM과 eCRM의 핵심기능을 포함한 eSCS(eSCM+eCRM)통합시스템 모델과 설계에 관하여 다루고 있다.

As the most widely used media of BtoB e-business, the e-Marketplace (EM) can play an important role in the age of c-commerce (collaborative commerce). In supply chain management (SCM) area, the relationship-based collaboration among partners has shown great efficiency. Although the collaboration is important in both areas of EM and SCM there has been a critical difference in the selection of trade partners between them. In this paper, the EM's collaborative stages for integration with its customer system are reviewed and a system architecture is proposed for EM's electronic functional role within the perspective of collaborative commerce and buyer-supplier relationship. The relationship-based BtoB commerce through EM is reviewed to explain that it can be more beneficial than the commerce based on the price competitive selection of trade partners. With the proposed system architecture, an EM can be the functional medium for the collaborative IOIS system architecture.

When we conduct development of a large-size SI project, it is highly necessary to utilize an appropriate application framework which helps to build a qualified software with high productivity in a short period of time. In this paper, we propose the architecture of a dynamically reconfigurable CBD application integration framework that has been used for developing large-scale e-business applications to achieve high development productivity and maintainability. This Integration framework can easily extend its functionalities, and dynamically change its configuration during run time according to the business category, such as applying interaction patterns among main components in software architecture, rules, policies, and environmental parameters. Dynamic reconfiguration has the feature to make applications be easily customized for changeable requirements. Through our application integration framework, huge sizes of contents can be managed according to the business category as well, by keeping configuration informations and huge volumes of source codes. In order to evaluate out application integration framework in terms of performance criteria, we present experimental results of throughputs from the framework by yielding dynamic configuration without any performance degradation.

은행 등과 같이 고객의 서비스를 중요시하는 산업에서는 고객 만족도 향상을 위하여 eCRM(e-Customer Relationship Management)의 개념 도입이 촉진되고 있다. 이러한 고객의 만족도 향상을 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 은행의 금융상품 추천업무를 대상으로 전문가시스템을 이용한 eCRM 구축에 대하여 검토를 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 전문가시스템을 활용한 eCRM 시스템의 아키텍처를 제시하였고, 고객에게 금융상품 추천을 위한 전문가시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 금융상품추천 전문가시스템을 활용한 e-CRM시스템은 고객에게는 보다 양질의 금융 서비스를 제공하게 되며, 은행에서는 고객에 대한 보다 정확한 정보 수집이 용이하게 된다.

'협업 네트워크'는 가상기업, 동태적 공급망, 전문가 가상 커뮤니티 등을 포함하는 새로운연구 분야로서 협업 네트워크 조직(CNO)의 생성과 운영에 초점을 둔 모델링 언어가 필요한상황이다. 본 논문은 모델 자체의 표현력과 정보시스템의 구현 용이성을 모두 높인, CNO 대 상의 아키텍처 모델링 언어(CAML)를 제안하기 위한 것이다. CAML은 모델 기반 아키텍처 (MDA)에 입각해서 메타 모델과 도메인 모델을 통합하고 자크만 프레임워크에 입각해서 데이터, 프로세스, 링크, 참여자, 사건, 목적 등의 여러 초점을 통합할 수 있게 한 것이다. 공급망 문제의 모델링과 모델 변경 영향 분석을 통해 CAML의 유효성을 검토하였다.

Networked enterprise (NE) is an organization of independent companies that collaborate with each other temporary or permanently for accomplishing common goals. The USA and EU have been developing principal concepts, techniques, and solutions to enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries including small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs). In Korea, however, implementation as well as R&D of NE is very few, which we believe comes from lack of understanding on Its meaning and lack of effective information systems for it. This paper is to suggest an Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework or reference model of NE and an Information Technology Architecture (ITA) of NE. The EA framework will help stakeholder of NE (e,g., policy makers, members of NE, IT solution providers, and researchers) understand structural and behavioral characteristics of NE. The ITA will be used as a guideline of developing information systems for NE that is essential for spreading networked business models, The focus of this paper is not on logical-level design but on conceptual-level modeling of NE. As verification of the suggested framework and architecture is still required, so we'll apply them to various manifestations of NE, e.g., dynamic supply chain, vertical integration of extended enterprises, and P2P-style virtual enterprises.

There have been several approaches to integrating heterogeneous database systems in enterprises. Due to their inherent limitations, however, it has been difficult to apply them to actual situations in enterprises. In this paper, we propose EasyConnection, a system that is based on the flexible and extensible architecture and overcomes the limitations of the previous approaches, EasyConnection consists of Wrappers, Sharing Manager, and Clients, and the connections among these components are based on CORBA. It can also be used as the information management mechanism for such application systems as ERP, PDM, and EAI.
