  • The person who realize e-business must understand Information Technology(IT) and business process. Current policy and system should be attained new change for domestic e-business manpower training. Divided for manpower training in new dimension justice about present e-business manpower and manpower classification. The capacity about course of study of e-business manpower and program development classified in a new comer, expert, administrator, manager's process. And the process divided ten details job according to business and functions that achieve in enterprise and major in university. Present capacity that needs in details line of duty by ASK(Attitude, Skill, Knowledge) model and focused for program development.

Suggestions of E-business Education to Promote Direct Sales of Agricultural Products (농산물 직거래 활성화를 위한 e-비즈니스 교육 방향)

  • The direct sale of agricultural products is an alternative distributional channel which can provide satisfactions to both producers and consumers by reducing marketing cost through a direct connection between them. Due to this role, there has been rising interest in farmers' direct selling of agricultural products. However, the direct selling by farmers expose many problems and obstacles, because farmers should take a role as a middleman when they directly sell their products. This study tries to identify the obstacles from farmers who started the direct sales, and suggested a direction of e-business education programs being in place by RDA for the purpose of promoting farmers' direct sales. Suggestions of e-business education is needed to enhance education programs such as improving personal capability, cooperative work between farmers, expending programs what farms want.

  • 본 연구에서는 개 방, 참여, 공유를 기 본 가치로 하는 Web 2.0의 대표적 트렌드인 UCC(User Created Contents)를 e-Learning에 접목하여 비즈니스 모델 설계시 고려해야 할 사항들을 분석하였다. 현재 초중등은 물론 대학, 직장, 평생교육의 주류를 형성하고 있는 것은 e-Learning이다. 그러나 기존 e-Learning 모델들은 콘텐츠의 다양성 미흡, 감성의 부재, 흥미 부족 등 해결하기 어려운 문제들을 가지고 있다. 이에 기존 e-Learning 모델의 단점들을 보완해 줄 수 있는 UCC의 개념을 통합함으로써 교육효과를 극대화하고 교육 주체자들의 교육활동을 보다 편리하게 도와줄 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 주체자들이 제작한 콘텐츠를 Web2.0 플랫폼에 적용하여 참여와 공유를 이끌어 내고 궁극적으로 교육효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 설계시 고려해야 할 사항을 분석하여 제시하였다.

  • In this paper, we studied on the e-learning impact on the employees in the convention business, focusing on the employees' learning attitudes and emotion. Since the convention business is getting more attention especially in the culture and tourism industry, the employees in this convention setting are needed to reeducated periodically. We collect and test 126 employees who have studied some conventional education in e-learning. The findings of this research are that an employees' attitude and emotion have a significant positive effect on the achievement or success of the e-learning program. Based on this study, we discuss and suggests managerial implications for building e-learning context, with the consideration of the attitudes and emotion of the participants.

  • Rapidly changing business environment demands proactive management strategies. Display technology market in 21st century of digital economy era is not in exception. Samsung SDI is a manufacturing company which has been producing display related products. This case study investigates how Samsung SDI has been transforming itself from traditional manufacturing firm into a strong net-enabled company. There are several critical success factors to implement e-business systems. First of all, top management has been firmly supporting digital management concept. As the enabling tools, change management and knowledge management activities have been actively executed. In addition, various educational programs were provided to enhance employees' management innovation capabilities. Samsung SDI's efforts resulted in improving process efficiency as well as customer satisfaction, and finally in outstanding financial performance.

  • In business training, the biggest change through training plan, choosing trainees and conducting the training has been on education environment by information system. These changes are to attain effective learning based on the customer not the supplier. However there are still passive operation on the companies' strategic training course. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to offer alternatives for the difficulties on educational training operation and to find the way for effective operation.

  • The development of information technologies has contributed on-line training as one of important education methods. On-line training in firms, which is similar to e-learning or virtual education, provides trainees with more education opportunities in diverse ways. It has developed a range of innovative services with a one-stop solution of education within the electronic sector. Also under the on-line training environment, trainees can undertake customized training packages at anytime and any places. Moreover, information technology allows both the trainers and other trainees to be decoupled in any of the elements of tune, place, and space. Two research questions are investigated : what are the determinants affecting the on-line training effectiveness and how those variables affect the two aspects of training effectiveness: learning performance and transfer performance. Based on the previous literature conducted on the traditional training environment, the determinants of training effectiveness are derived. Eight hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by questionnaires survey data. The collected data have been analyzed by LISREL. It is found that the relationship between individual, organizational and on-line site design variables and training effectiveness (learning and transfer) are significant. The contribution and limitations of this research are also discussed with future studies.

  • In 2013, the small retailer organized support service, which commenced in 2009, has been expanding its place in the policy by transforming into a small retailer cooperating support service. This support service supports two main sides. One of them is strengthening the financial aspects of the scale by organizing the small retailers in order to make the distribution efficient. The second is improving the management and enhancing the efficiency through visitation education. This research focuses on studying the effects of the visitation education which is one of the two aspects of small retailers support service. Empirical analysis on the effects of the visitation education's quality on the loyalty of support service and business performance was performed in detail by dividing the structure of the companies into chain form and combined form of small retailers. According to the results of the analysis, the visitation education's quality positively affected the support service's loyalty without any restrictions on the structures of the retailers. However in the business performances, the visitation education's quality only showed positive effects on the combined form of small retailers. Therefore, it is implied that in order to continuously receive support program by increasing the loyalty of the retailers, the quality of the visitation education must be increased and the retailer support service need to be considering the structure of the companies in order to improve small retailer's business performance.

  • 본 논문에서는 기업교육에 있어서 e-Learning을 효과적으로 실현하기 위해 Information Filtering을 제안하고자 한다. 사용자 profile에 기반하여 지식 경영상 시스템을 기업교육에 도입함으로써 정보 검색 시 term space에서 모든 단어를 vector로 나타내어, 사용자 profile과 비교 측정하여 다음 유사한 측정을 통해서 원하는 정보 문서를 사용자에게 제공한다. Information Filtering의 도입으로 사용자의 흥미 변화에 맞춰 다이나믹하게 공급되는 학습 문서속에서 기업을 위한 e-Learning으로 경영성과를 높이는 하나의 전력을 제시한다.
