This paper presents how it is effective to use many features for improving the speed and the accuracy of the visual servo systems. Some rank conditions which relate the image Jacobian and the control performance are derived. It is also proven that the accuracy is improved by increasing the number of features. Effectiveness of the redundant features is evaluated by the smallest singular value of the image Jacobian which is closely related to the accuracy with respect to the world coordinate system. Usefulness of the redundant features is verified by the real time experiments on a Dual-Arm Robot manipulator made in Samsung Electronic Co. Ltd.

홈 네트워크 서비스의 활성화와 더불어 홈 네트워크 제어를 포함하는 다양한 서비스가 홈 게이트웨이를 중심으로 제공되고 있는데, 이러한 다양한 서비스의 지속적인 제공과 업그레이드 등을 위해서는 개방성 및 확장성을 갖춘 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼 (Service Delivery & Management Platform)이 필수 요소가 된다. 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼은 홈 게이트웨이를 관리하는 기능 뿐아니라. 홈 게이트웨이상에 다운로드된 서비스의 라이프 사이클을 관리하는 방법을 제공한다. 서비스 제공자는 개발한 서비스 응용을 서비스 플랫폼에 등록하고, 서비스 분배라는 행위를 거쳐 홈게이트웨이의 프레임워크상에 다운로드되며, 해당 서비스 응용은 설치와 동시에 구동되면서 서비스 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 본 고에서는 홈네트워크 서비스 분배관리를 제공하는데 있어서, 서비스 사용자의 요구에 의한 pull 방식의 서비스 제공 방법과 시스템 관리자에 의한 push 방식의 서비스 제공 방법을 지원하는 서비스 분배관리 시스템의 구조 및 시나리오에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

Inner product encryption (IPE) scheme is a cryptographic primitive that provides fine grained relations between secret keys and ciphertexts. This paper proposes a new IPE scheme which achieves fully attribute hiding security. Our IPE scheme is based on bilinear groups of a composite order. We prove the fully attribute hiding security of our IPE by using dual encryption system framework. In performance analysis, we compare the computation cost and memory requirement of our proposed IPE to other existing IPE schemes.

This paper proposes a point of common coupling (PCC) voltage compensation algorithm using a current limitation strategy for use in distributed generation (DG). The proposed strategy maintains the PCC voltage by prioritizing currents when an output current reference is larger than the current capacity of the power condition system (PCS) of the DG. With this strategy, the DG outputs the active current, reactive current, and the negative sequence current. The DG uses the reactive current for maintaining the PCC voltage within a normal range; the negative sequence current is used for reducing the PCC voltage unbalance. The proposed method was verified using PSIM simulation and experimental results.

차세대 DVD system의 audio 규격인 Dolby AC-3를 구현하는 방법으로 DSP 프로세서인 TMSC80을 사용하여 실시간 처리 가능한 하드웨어 바탕의 firmware 소프트웨어를 개발하는 방법으로 구현하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 TMS320C80을 바탕으로 한 하드웨어 구현에 관해 논의한다. 하드웨어의 구조는 TMS320C80과 시스템 메모리로의 DRAM, 오디오 입력부인 ADC, 입력 데이터를 효과적으로 사용하기 위한 FIFO menory, 오디오 출력용인 dac, 디버깅 및 통신포트로 USB, RS-232,LPT와 MPEG-2 encoding보드 등 다른 보드와 연계를 위한 local-bus를 위한 dual port ram으로 구성된다. 오디오 입력은 최대 24bit 48kHz sampling까지 받을 수 있다.

An efficient solution algorithm of the optimal load distribution problem with joint torque constraints is presented. Multiple robot system where each robot is rigidly grasping a common object is considered. The optimality criteria used is the sum of weighted norm of the joint torque vectors. The maximum and minimum bounds of each joint torque in arbitrary form are considered as constraints, and the solution that reduces the internal force to zero is obtained. The optimal load distribution problem is formulated as a quadratic optimization problem in R, where I is the number of robots. The general solution can be obtained using any efficient numerial method for quadratic programming, and for dual robot case, the optimal solution is given in a simple analytical form.

Alcoholic distillery wastes are utilized as dual purposes to produce PHB in lower production cost and to reduce the amount of waste to be treated. In this study, various attempts were made to increase PHB production under various conditions by Actinobacillus sp. EL-9 in a shaker culture. The addition of glucose, NH$_{4}$NO$_{3}$ to alcoholic distillery wastes slightly promoted cell mass and PHB production. Enzyme hydrolysis of alcoholic distillery wastes increased the production of PHB than that of untreated waste and acid hydrolysis treatment. The PHB weight in alcoholic distillery wastes was 1.91 g/l. Fermentation process of PHB production reduced the amount of COD value up to 54%, which reduced organic loading rate and capacity of activated sludge system.

"The Child culture" is defined as a children's life style in which they interpret their life-situations, using their comprehension system and living out their lives based on those interpretations. Although the current Korean culture of "studying (or learning)" which is referred to as a social phenomenon restraining lively childhood of children, the ideal child culture surely exists. For this research, the total number of 1,049 articles and dissertations published around the year 2000 were analyzed from dual perspectives : value and life of both children and adults. The research literature was reviewed in respect to the following categories : 1) the dimension of how children deal with home life including food, clothing, and shelter, 2) the domain within the boundary of elementary school to understand how they spend their important time, and 3) the domain out of elementary school to understand how they spend their leisure time.

This study examined the time allocation pattern of husbands and wives. This study investigated i)the pattern of time allocation in the light of the extent of time spent in housework child care and leisure among husbands and wives living in urban area ii) the differences in extent of time spent in such activities between wives and husbands and iii) the determinants of time spent in such activities. A system of time allocation equations based on household production theory and several hypotheses explaining the distribution of domestic work among couples were employed. According to the results the pattern of time allocation was different between wives and husbands. Regardless of women's employment status wives were more likely to have dual responsibilities than were husbands. The time equation employed in this study had more explanatory power in the pattern of time allocation of wives than of husbands and of employed wives than of non-employed wives. The sex-role ideology hypothesis was supported for non-employed wives but not for employed wives. The time availability hypothesis was supported for the time allocation of employed wives and husbands. The economic efficiency hypothesis was supported for employed wives' time allocation.

In this paper, we evaluate performances of dual-hop decode-and-forward relaying systems with the $N^{th}$ best-relay selection scheme. In some schemes, such as scheduling or load balancing schemes, the best relay is unavailable and hence the system must resort the second best, third best, or generally the $N^{th}$ best relay. We derive the expressions of the outage probability and symbol error rate (SER) for this scenario over Rayleigh fading channels. Monte-Carlo simulations are presented to verify the analytical results.
