샌드위치와 적층판을 접착한 단일겹침 체결부의 고온습도 강도특성 연구 (Strength of sandwich-to-laminate single-lap bonded joints in elevated temperature and wet condition)

  • 본 논문에서는 샌드위치-적층판 단일겹침 접착 조인트의 정적강도를 시험을 통해 연구하였다. 접착제의 두께(3종류 : 0.2, 2, 4 mm)와 환경조건(2가지 : 상온, 고온흡습)을 변화시키면서 총 38개의 시편을 제작하여 시험을 수행하였다. 시험 결과, 접착제의 두께가 0.2mm에서 2 mm 와 4 mm로 증가함에 따라 체결부의 파손강도가 각각 16% 와 30% 정도 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 고온흡습 환경에서의 파손강도는, 접착제의 두께가 0.2mm인 경우를 제외하면, 접착제의 열화현상이 적층판과 샌드위치 면재의 층간분리 혹은 층내분리 파손을 지연시켜, 상온건조 환경에 비해 약 12% 가량 높게 나타났다. 접착제의 두께가 얇은 0.2 mm의 경우 시험환경의 효과는 나타나지 않았다.

보행 지면 상태에 따른 노인의 운동학적 보행 메카니즘 (Kinematic Mechanism of Gait on Different Road Conditions in Older Women)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate kinematic mechanism of gait different road conditions(dry vs. oil) in order women. For this study, twenty older women and ten young women participated in this research. twelve infrared cameras were used to collect data. It appeared that the gait strategies of older women were slower velocity and higher CoM than young women. Depending on road conditions, gait velocities of dominant muscle older women on dry surface were faster than dominant sense older women, but those of them were inverse on oil surface. The slip displacement of dominant muscle older women was less than young women, but the slip displacement of dominant sense older women was greater than young women. In case of blind during stance phase on oil surface, the rotational motion of the ankle and knee joints were increased. In conclusion, older women were subjected to self-organization theory and phase shift in dynamic theory.

  • 이 연구에서는 건식 프리캐스트 콘크리트 공법을 이용해 소형 건축물을 시공 효율을 높이기 위해서 솔리드 슬래브의 연결장치를 개발하였다. 프리캐스트 콘크리트 바닥에 대한 내진설계 요구사항 등을 조사하였고, 3층 소형 건축물의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 바닥 구조의 연결부에 작용하는 부재력을 해석적으로 평가하였다. 개발한 반원형 연결장치의 면내 및 면외 보유 내력을 실험적으로 평가하여 결과를 제시하였다. 단층 프리캐스트 콘크리트 골조를 대상으로 시험 적용을 통해 반원형과 평판형 연결장치의 시공성을 비교하였다.

  • Mechanical surface treatment is an excellent approach widely used to modulate and improve the performance and service life of bearings, gears, and frictional joints. The main purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the effect of ultrasonic nanocrystal surface modification (UNSM) and wonder process craft (WPC) on the surface and tribological properties of SUJ2 bearing steel. The surface roughness and hardness of the untreated and treated (UNSM- and WPC-treated) specimens were measured and compared. Their tribological properties were evaluated using a micro-tribometer under grease-lubricated and dry conditions against itself. Surface hardness measurement results revealed that both the UNSM- and WPC-treated specimens had a higher hardness than that of the untreated specimen. The surface roughness of the untreated specimen was reduced after UNSM and WPC treatments. Abrasive wear mode was observed on the surface of the specimens worn under grease-lubricated conditions, while adhesive wear mode was found on the surface of the specimens worn in dry conditions. According to the tribological test results, the friction coefficient and wear rate of the untreated specimens were reduced by the application of both the UNSM and WPC treatments under grease-lubricated and dry conditions.

류마티스 관절염의 수중치료 (Hydrotherapy in Rheumatoid Arthritis)

  • Hydrotherapy is aimed at evoking short-term and long-term adaptation-mechanisms of patients. This means that a patient should be able to adapt to the changed environment. both mentally and physically. Hydrotherapy is widely used to treat patients with generalised rheumatic discases. Hydrotherapy may be applied as a single therapy. in combination with other therapeutic interventions or as one pan of a complex series of stimuli as e.g. during spa therapy. A treatment regimen in water is constructed according to the same rules as dry land exercise. However, methods specifically designed or adjusted for hydrotherapy can be used. The Halliwick is suitale in particular to facilitate arthrokinetic reactions as a part of training postural stability. The Bad Ragaz Ring is a hydortherapy modification of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Patterns of arms. logs and trunk are used to increase muscle function and flexibility. Other techniques are applicable in water too: mobilization and manipulation techniques of the joints can be integrated in hydrotherapeutic methods. The continuous research is needed for many interesting issues of hydrotherapy in new future.

  • Although the application period of hot weather concrete in our country is two months of July~August which is relatively short, many problems in various aspects such as generation of plastic/dry contraction cracks and cold joints can be caused unless proper quality control measures are established at this time. Therefore, this study compared the temperature history of the placed concrete by applying a mono white and aluminum-deposited bubble sheet developed with surface coating curing materials for surface exposure and summer to an actually constructed apartment slab. The analysis result showed that the mono white bubble sheet is the best method.

  • Many problems in various aspects such as generation of plastic/dry contraction cracks and cold joints can be caused unless proper quality control measures are established in hot weather circumstances. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the crack patterns of concrete by applying a change in 3 surface curing methods such as a mono aluminum-deposited bubble sheet developed to reduce the temperature and cracks through reflection of heat in summer and a PE film and a surface exposure used generally to an actually constructed apartment slab. The study result confirmed that the best concrete crack reduction effect can be obtained with a mono aluminum-deposited bubble sheet.

  • Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)의 접착력 및 가공성을 향상시키기 위한 연구를 하였다. 최상의 조건을 선별하기 위해서 NBR의 acrylonitrile(ACN) 함량에 따른 접착물성 및 가공성을 관찰하였다. 무늬 점도, 충전제, 가소제 및 가교제가 접착력에 미치는 영향도 조사하였다. NBR의 ACN 함량은 NBR sealing에서 접착거동 및 가공성에 큰 영향을 미침을 알 수가 있었다. 최상의 혼합 조건을 알기 위해서 분산도를 조사하였다. 분산도는 혼합순서, 시간 및 온도 등의 많은 인자들에 의해 영향을 받는 것이 확인되었다. 가교시스템은 황 가교시스템, 과산화물 가교시스템, 가교밀도 및 구조 등의 관찰로 연구하였다. 접착제의 변화는 건조 상태와 hexamine 함량 등과 같은 것으로부터 NBR과 접착제 사이의 관계를 연구하였다. 이 결과 접착 물성과 가공성은 ACN 함량 및 가교시스템에 따라 차이를 보였다.

Creating damage tolerant intersections in composite structures using tufting and 3D woven connectors

  • As the industrial desire for a step change in productivity within the manufacture of composite structures increases, so does the interest in Through-Thickness Reinforcement technologies. As manufacturers look to increase the production rate, whilst reducing cost, Through-Thickness Reinforcement technologies represent valid methods to reinforce structural joints, as well as providing a potential alternative to mechanical fastening and bolting. The use of tufting promises to resolve the typically low delamination resistance, which is necessary when it comes to creating intersections within complex composite structures. Emerging methods include the use of 3D woven connectors, and orthogonally intersecting fibre packs, with the components secured by the selective insertion of microfasteners in the form of tufts. Intersections of this type are prevalent in aeronautical applications, as a typical connection to be found in aircraft wing structures, and their intersections with the composite skin and other structural elements. The common practice is to create back-to-back composite "L's", or to utilise a machined metallic connector, mechanically fastened to the remainder of the structure. 3D woven connectors and selective Through-Thickness Reinforcement promise to increase the ultimate load that the structure can bear, whilst reducing manufacturing complexity, increasing the load carrying capability and facilitating the automated production of parts of the composite structure. This paper provides an overview of the currently available methods for creating intersections within composite structures and compares them to alternatives involving the use of 3D woven connectors, and the application of selective Through-Thickness Reinforcement for enhanced damage tolerance. The use of tufts is investigated, and their effect on the load carrying ability of the structure is examined. The results of mechanical tests are presented for each of the methods described, and their failure characteristics examined.

지질단면을 이용한 교량 접속도로 퇴적암 비탈면의 안정성 검토 연구 (Slope Stability for Bridge Access Road on Sedimentary Rocks using Geological Cross Sections)

  • 연구 대상은 교량 접속도로 절취비탈면으로서 파괴 위험 가능성이 큰 중생대 경상누층군 퇴적암 비탈면이다. 비탈면의 구성 암석은 사암, 미사암 및 암맥이며, 불연속면은 층리와 전단절리, 인장절리 및 암맥 접촉면이 발달한다. 구간별로 파괴의 유형과 규모는 암석의 종류와 불연속면의 배향에 따라 다양하나 평면파괴가 우세하고, 파괴암체의 크기는 대부분 1m3 이하이다. face-mapping 자료, SMR, 암석의 물성·역학시험, 구간별 지질횡단면도 분석 및 한계평형해석으로 종합·검토한 결과, 대표적 단면 모두 건기 시와 우기 시의 허용안전율에 크게 미달하여 대책공법이 필요 하였다. 따라서 경제성, 효율성, 현장 특성, 등을 고려하여 비탈면 내 구간과 위치에 따라 대책공법 안을 제안하였고 대책공법을 적용한 후 비탈면의 건기 및 우기 시의 안전율은 모두 허용안전율을 상회 하였다. 특히, 법면 face-mapping 자료와 법면에 수직인 여러 대표 구간의 지질횡단면도, 그를 기본도면으로 사용한 한계평형해석 및 대책공법 제시는 비탈면의 객관적인 해석 및 안정성 검토의 합리적인 도구가 될 것으로 예상한다.
