차량 급가속시 운전성 향상을 위한 제어로직 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Control Logic Development of Driveability Improvement in Vehicle Acceleration Mode)

  • Modern vehicles require a high degree of refinement, including good driveability to meet customer demands. Vehicle driveability, which becomes a key decisive factor for marketability, is affected by many parameters such as engine control and the dynamic characteristics in drive lines. Therefore, Engine and drive train characteristics should be considered to achieve a well balanced vehicle response simultaneously. This paper describes analysis procedures using a mathematical model which has been developed to simulate spark timing control logic. Inertia mass moment, stiffness and damping coefficient of engine and drive train were simulated to analyze the effect of parameters which were related vehicle dynamic behavior. Inertia mass moment of engine and stiffness of drive line were shown key factors for the shuffle characteristics. It was found that torque increase rate, torque reduction rate and torque recovery timing and rate influenced the shuffle characteristics at the tip-in condition for the given system in this study.

  • To reach high areal density, less track pitch is expected and more servo bandwidth is required. One approach to overcoming the problem is by using dual stage servo system. In this system, a voice coil motor (VCM) is used as the primary stage while a milliactuator is used as the secondary stage. We have suggested new milliactuator based on the shear mode of piezoelectric elements to drive the head suspension assembly. In this paper, we introduce controller design method, PQ method. PQ method reduces the controller design problem for DISO(dual-input/single-output) systems to two standard controller design problems for SISO(single-input/single-output) problems. The first part of PQ method directly address the issue of actuator output contribution, and the second part allows the use of traditional loop shaping to achieve the overall system performance. This paper shows how to employ the PQ method to meet aggressive close-loop performance specifications for a disk drive system with a VCM and piezoelectric milliactuator.

비대칭 Doherty 구조를 이용한 전력 증폭기의 선형성 개선과 효율 보상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Linearity and Efficiency Compensation in a Power Amplifier Using Asymmetical Doherty Structure)

  • 본 논문은 높은 선형성을 얻기 위하여 기존의 Doherty 구조에서 주 증폭기와 피킹 증폭기를 비대칭적으로 구성하고, 증폭기의 바이어스 점을 변화시켜 선형성을 개선하는 방법을 제안하였다. 주 증폭기와 피킹 증폭기의 구동 전력을 비대칭으로 주입하기 위하여 비균등 wilkinson 분배기를 추가하였다. 또한 전체적으로는 3-stage 구조를 이룸으로써 선형성에 따른 효율 감소를 보상하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 바탕으로 비대칭 Doherty 전력 증폭기와 비대칭 3-stage Doherty 전력 증폭기를 제작하였으며, 측정 결과 약 -55 dBc의 IMD 특성을 보였으며, 13%의 효율 특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents an intuitive and powerful way to study and design motor drive control. The control of induction motors, as most widely used machines, is discussed. Thanks to ultra low latency and high fidelity Hardware-in-the-Loop systems, different aspects of up-to-date drive regulation are examined. A power stage, comprised of a grid voltage source, a rectifier, a VSC inverter and an induction motor, is emulated on the HIL platform in real time. A digital signal controller is plugged into the interface board and connected to the HIL emulation platform, without any hardware modifications. For motor control and power electronics applications, a dedicated Texas Instruments TMS320F2808 DSP is chosen. The same controller can drive an emulation platform and a real device with no modifications. Current and speed control loop test results are presented and discussed.

  • 본 논문은 단상 SRM의 고역률 구동에 관한 연구이다. 단상 SRM은 구조가 단순하고, 견고하며, 전력회로가 간단하고, 고속운전특성이 우수하다. 다이오드 정류기와 필터용 링크 커패시터로 구성된 종래의 단상 SRM 구동방식은 대용량 커패시터의 충 방전 전류에 의해 역률이 크게 저하되는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 부가적인 능동회로가 없는 1단방식의 고역률 SRM 구동드라이브와 스위칭 토플로지를 제안한다. 제안한 구동드라이브와 스위칭 토플로지는 다양한 수치시뮬레이션과 마이크로 콘트롤러기반의 단상 SRM의 구동실험을 통해 그 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • This paper covers the technology developmental stage work for the automatic ammunition loading system mainly focusing on the controller design of the electro-hydranlic type direct drive multi-axis manipulator. Mathematical model of the plant derived and PIDM servo-controller structured. Comparative study between the analytical and experimental work has been carried out to help understand the response property of the direct dine multi-axis robot. In the direct drive robot, non-negligible amount of disturbance and load Induced dynamics variation are transmitted to the drive axis and nonlinearity is highly observed. Thereupon a robust controller Implementing time-delay control law is proposed, and computer simulation confirms the possibility for the time-delay control application against the unpredictable disturbance and load-Induced dynamics variation.

  • This paper presents a design and characteristics analysis of a SRM drive for EPS application. A rack mounted EPS system is considered in this paper. A conventional driving room space and mechanical structure are suggested in design stage. In the restricted design conditions, motor parameters are determined for sufficient torque and speed. For the smooth torque generation and simple circuit of power system, 12/8 motor drive is considered. With FEM and magnetic circuit analysis, designed motor is simulated to meet the requirement of specifications. Effectiveness of the suggested SRM drive for EPS application is verified by the manufactured prototype motor drive tests.

  • The customers who used the hydroulic system desire the product that has more detailed specification quickly during the industrial technology is developed. Every researcher try to reduce the developed period and to satisfy the customers' desire. Lot's of simulation software and hardware already was used to be satisfied those purpose. But these kind of equipment need a lot of cost to set up and technical knowledge to drive that system. This paper concerns about analog PID controller that can be assembled with a few resistor, condenser and optional amplifier and doesn't need technical knowledge to drive. At the first, the plant was modeled mathematically to design the analog PID controller's circuit. After that, PID controller's parameter was selected by customers' desire. Finally, the analog PID controller's circuit was assembled from the control law. The circuit's availability was confirmed by step response test in the controlled system.

  • We present a micro-positioning stage that has minimized geometrical error and can drive in the 4-axis. This stage divided into two parts: $Z\theta_x$ $\theta_y$, motion stage and$\theta_z$ motion stage. These stages are constructed in flexure hinges, piezoelectric actuators and displacement scnsors. The dynamic model for each stage is obtained and their FE (finite element) models are made. Using the Lagrange's equation, the motion of equation is found. Through the parametric analysis and FE analysis, sensitiv~ty of the design parameters is executed. Finally, fundamental frequencies, maximum stress, and displacement sensitivity for each stage are obtained. We expect that this micro-positioning stage be a useful micro-alignment device for various applications.
