A lucid dream is defined as a dream during which a dreamer is aware that she/he is dreaming. The existence of lucid dream has long been known in the literature, but it hasn't been long before it has received attention in sleep medicine. Although many studies have been conducted since validation of the lucid dream in polysomnography by Steven LaBerge in the 1980s, the neuroscience of lucid dreams is still not fully understood. Here the neuroscientific literature on lucid dreaming, including electroencephalographic, neuroimaging, pharmacological and brain stimulation studies, are reviewed. Also this review gives an overview on how lucid dreams are used in clinical and nonclinical areas, ranging from nightmare therapy to research on consciousness and creative problem solving.

Orchid Dream Wonderful Biography(蘭花夢奇傳), whose author was Yimmeishanren(吟梅山人), is a Xia-Yi-Ai-Qing(俠義愛情) novel in the late Qing Dynasty. The work published in 1905 when Emperor Guangxu(光緖) governed China. The novel was reprinted for several times to its excellent art feature as well as its public praise. Orchid Dream Wonderful Biography narratives the life story of the heroin, Songbaozhu(松寶珠). Songbaozhu disguises herself as a man, takes the imperial examination, and takes part in the war. However, she is abused after marring Xuwenqing(許文卿), finally, she dies in misery. Songbaozhu's tragic fate show that although a woman may disguise as a man and makes great contributions in novel, it would never come true in reality. Songbaolin(松寶林) is also home to female hero. She has a younger brother and sister were strictly education. She is a female hero of the pitch. The writer creates her, had to satisfy a social reality male. Orchid Dream Wonderful Biography, this work has had a tragic or a reality. This work represents the limits of consciousness and the writers. Orchid Dream Wonderful Biography did not transcend male-oriented notions.

'Dream Pink', a cultivar of Gypsophila paniculata was newly developed for cut flowers by Jeollabuk-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services. It has morphological characteristics of the intermediate plant type, double florets with many petal and two pistils, emarginate petal tip and campanulate calyx shape. Also 'Dream Pink' had several other traits such as strong flower stalk, deep pink flower color, resistance to powdery mildew and pest injury. Furthermore, 'Dream Pink' produced higher number of nodes, primary branches, longer flower stalk length with long intermodal length. In subalpine area, 'Dream Pink' cultivar showed narrow branching angle as compare to 'My Pink', during the summer cultivation. Blooming in 'Dream Pink' was delayed by 5 days, its florets were broader with more number of petals as compare to 'My Pink'.

This article sees the core characteristics of the elderly movies, which have become active in the 2000s, as the structure of fantastic dream. And I analyze the aspect and significance of the structure of fantastic dream .of 'reality-dream-reality', which is centered on . The structure of fantastic dream. is a traditional form handed down from the Silla era, and it is well-known in "Gumoshinwha" and "Guunmong". In , the aspect of the structure of fantastic dream is summarized as 1)the duality of person and space, 2)the boundary between reality and unrealism. In this film, heroine is suffering from a disagreement with daughter-in-law, hospitalized in a nursing home. After heroine passed the world of dreams, becomes a new person. expresses the process of solving the conflict of the characters, realizing the hope, and the process of mental rebirth through a structure of fantastic dream. The elderly movies accept the universality of the structure of fantastic dream and the special characteristics of an aging society.

A new poinsettia cultivar 'Green Dream' was bred by the National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science (NIHHS) in 2009. A cross was made between 'Lemon Snow', a variety with dark green leaves and light yellow-green bracts, and 'Freedom Rose', a variety with vigorously growing deep pink bracts in 2006. 'Green Dream' was finally selected in 2009 after the investigation of the growth and flowering characteristics from 2007 to 2009. 'Green Dream' has light yellow-green ovate bracts and medium intensity of rugosity between bract veins. Leaf blade is ovate and dark green. Petiole length is long, and stem color is greenish. 'Green Dream' has medium free-branching ability and long plant height. 'Green Dream's bracts and transitional leaves are fully colored 7 weeks after short day commencement.

A new cultivar Dendranthema grandiflourm 'Dream Round' was developed at Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services (GARES), Korea in 2010. The variety 'Dream Round' was initially derived from a cross in 2006 between 'Hebo' a seed parent, a spray chrysanthemum cultivar with white anemone type, and 'Samos' as a pollen parent, a spray chrysanthemum variety with white anemone type. The cultivar has anemone type with white petals. Trial evaluation was conducted from 2008 to 2010 for the selection of that cultivar, including a shading culture in spring and a retarding culture in summer. The flowering time of 'Dream Round' was October 24th, and year-round flowering was possible by shading or lighting treatment. The diameter of flower of 'Dream Round' was 34.1 mm. Numbers of flowers per stem and petals per flower of 'Dream Round' were 12.8 and 26.1, respectively. Its leaf color was green (Green Group 147A) and plant height was 92.4 cm. Days to flowering of 'Dream Round' under the short day treatment was about 54 in spring, and diameter of flower of 'Dream Round' was 34.2 mm in the summer. The vase life of 'Dream Round' was 21.7 days in autumn.

The effects of seed soaking (8 and 24 hours) and foliar spray of plant growth retardants (daminozide, chlormequat and uniconazole) on growth control in zinnia were investigated. For seed soaking of 'Dream Land Rose', the changes in plant height was not affected by seed soaking time (8 and 24 hours), while it was severely suppressed by high concentration of chemicals tested. An application of $125mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ uniconazole was most effective for plant height suppression. Flowering was promoted by all treatments of chemicals. However, for 'Dream Land Scarlet', plant height control at 24 hours seed soaking showed more effective than 8 hours, and all treatments of chemicals decreased plant height. Uniconazole gave the best result for plant height control. Flowering tended to be hastened by the treatment of chemicals. For foliar spray, plant height was remarkably decreased at high concentration of uniconazole. Flowering was promoted by chlormequat and uniconazole in both 'Dream Land Rose' and 'Dream Land Scarlet'. Also, daminozide decreased number of petals.

For the past hundred years, since many films have only been focusing on expressing suppressed desire and obsession, there have been few films in which unconsciousness desire is expressed and pursuing dream comes true as Freud says. Well known for a convoluted and dreamy structure and plot, David Lynch successfully represents a real dream sequence with his own way of image presentation form in his representative film "Mulholland Drive (2001)". In this study, I attempt to analyze how he expresses the realistic dream sequence with a strange film structure based on Freud's psychoanalysis. In general, dream world is known as completely visual matter, but the feeling of things is more important for making a realistic dream and it is the main reason that we can have more realistic experiences in a dream.

Although trisomy 16 is commonly detected in spontaneous abortions and accounts for over 30% of cases of autosomal trisomy detected after spontaneous abortion, trisomy 16 mosaicism is rarely detected by amniocentesis in the second trimester. Here, we report a case of level III trisomy 16 mosaicism (47,XX,+16[8]/46,XX[31]) diagnosed by cytogenetic analysis of independently cultured amniotic fluid cells. The female baby was delivered at full term with low birth weight and intrauterine growth retardation, and interestingly, her karyotype was normal (46,XX). Given the difficulty in predicting the outcomes of fetuses with this mosaicism, it is recommended to inform the possibility of mosaicisms including this trisomy 16 mosaicism during prenatal genetic diagnosis and genetic counseling for parents.

This article is an analysis of the tale Munhŭi who bought a dream which has been reported, with few variants, both in Samguk sagi and Samguk yusa. As the tale narrates a very particular and old dream, in which a urine flood forecasts kingship and royalty, it has not been investigated here on the basis of a modern psycho-analytical approach, but within eastern and western ancient cultural patterns regarding humans' consideration for excreta and criteria of dreams interpretation. The research led the author to propose for Munhŭi's dream an archaic (and today lost) archetype of interpretation, whose origin is perhaps to be found in the Ancient Middle-East.
