BOLERO project and TradeCard System are attracted public attention as new settlement method that is able to substitute for documentary letter of credit. BOLERO is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions. TradeCard aim to make international business-to-business e-Commerce easy, fast, inexpensive and secure while innovating current documentary compliance and financial settlement mechanisms. The main purpose of this paper is to search the possibility of paperless trade. Since, this paper examine the international legal feasibility of these systems and compare the strength and weakness.

Until July 1, 1996, no international rules, other than the simple practices contained in the UCP 500 have existed for the processing of bank-to-bank reimbursements. At last, ICC Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits(Pub. No. 525) have been published on July 1, 1996. Our country have adopted the URR 525 on August 1996. But in view of the present number of countries adopted the URR 525, I think our country is very impetuous. In order to comprehend the URR 525 correctly, this study is carrying out to clarify the legal principles on reimbursements among issuing banks, nominated banks, unauthorized banks. Secondly, this study is carrying out indicate the background of establishing, the main contents, the approval and the criticism of URR 525. Finally, this study is carrying out to point out the matters that demand special attention about the operation of URR 525

Since the end of World War II, the standby letters of credit have been used as a surety device, serving as a performance bond and guarantee in the world. In Korea, the standby letters of credit have been also being used in international transactions. But there have been a few studies on the standby letters of credit. This study is carrying out to reveal the characteristics of the standby letters of credit and the documentary letters of credit and also between the standby letters of credit and guarantees. Secondly, this study is carrying out to indicate types of practical use of standby letters of credit in international transactions, i.e. bid bonds, performance bonds, advanced payment guarantees etc.. Finally, this study is carrying out to indicate governig rules regarding standby letters of credit, i.e. URCG, URDG, UCP, UN Convention on Independent Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit, ISP etc..

Objective : In March 2004, the second Informal Consultation Meeting on Development of International Standard of Acupuncture Point Locations was held in Beijing, China. Methods: Thirteen experts from WHO, Korea, China, and Japan attended the meeting, and they discussed the problems to establish an international standard of acupuncture point locations for education, research and quality of acupuncture treatment. Results and Conclusions : Based on the fundamental principles of respecting and reality, they recommended to determined the location of acupuncture points in the way of combining documentary analysis, clinical practices and factual measurements.

This study is about interdisciplinary education model of using Davis Guggenheim's documentary film on global warming which is a big concern in climate change issues, An Inconvenient Truth. It based on Al Gore's slide speech. Through a course student analyzed the cause and phenomenon of global warming resulted from increase of $CO_2$ by using fossil fuel and its environmental science effects-heat wave, desertification, tornado, hurricane, sea level rise caused by melting glaciers, destroying ecosystem like habitat degradation of wild animals, for example polar bear, extreme cold wave caused by change of ocean currents- of global warming. After, student discussed of efforts to prevent global warming. This educational model is appropriate for lower grade student of environmental engineering and also available for converged majors or general education class.

이 연구는 한부모가족 담론이 TV 다큐멘터리에서 재현되는 양상을 확인한다. 정상가족 신화가 한계를 드러내는 현 상황에서, 다양한 분석대상으로 한부모가족 연구를 확장할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 싱글대디와 미혼모 이야기를 동시에 다룬 KBS1의 다큐 공감 <아이가 행복입니다> (2015)의 서사분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 싱글대디와 미혼모는 공통적으로 '결핍된 상황'을 극복하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 싱글대디는 어머니의 역할까지 모두 수행하는 반면, 미혼모는 어머니의 역할조차 완수하지 못하는 비대칭적 묘사가 두드러졌다. 또한, 다큐멘터리의 서사는 결손가족과 정상가족을 대비시키고 고정된 성역할을 재생산하며, 해당 사안을 개인의 영역으로 소급하는 모습을 보였다. 이러한 묘사는 한부모가족을 변형된 정상가족 신화로 편입시키는 과정이라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 이는 결국, 새로운 담론의 부재에서 오는 근본적인 문제인바, 중요한 것은 충돌하는 가족 담론을 재현하고 확장하는 미디어의 역할일 것이다.

This study is to review "on board notation" on a bill of lading under letter of credit transactions. A bill of lading is a type of document that is used to acknowledge the receipt of a shipment of goods. However, UCP 600Article 20 (a)(ii) requires the bill of lading to indicate that the goods have been shipped on board a named vessel at the port of loading stated in the credit by pre-printed wording, or an on board notation indicating the date on which the goods have been shipped on board. The shipped on board statement should relate to loading on board the named vessel at the port of loading stated in the credit. But it doesn't seem that the on board notation clause in the UCP 600 reflect current shipping practice fully because of the various kinds of on board notation and the confusion surrounding their use. There is a need to understand accurately the meanings and requirements of "on board notation" under UCP 600 and the related regulations. So, This paper will be studied the requirements and indication method of "on board notation" on the bill of lading and presented the practical implications under the bill of lading transactions. This study was based on documentary research including preceding research.

This paper proposes a convergence education method that combines architecture and communication through a documentary film entitled the Talking Architecture. The purpose of this program is to propose a new teaching and learning method for architecture education and investigates what would be an effective method of communication for architects. As mentioned above, this paper proposes a teaching method and a model applicable to actual classes based on the Talking Architect. It is proved that the method can be used for various types of classes and fields such as architectural expression, architectural planning and designing, housing theory, building structure, building materials, and other subject matters. In addition, this paper explores how architects communicate as described in the film. The findings show the potential of integrity, negotiating capability, and the convergent method of thinking and communication between the humanities and architecture as a positive communication model for architects. This paper opens up the possibilities for convergence education in the field of engineering education through three key words: film, architecture, and communication. And this paper is worth in that it is a useful method for developing convergence courses and team-teaching courses.

이 소논문은 시각적 민족지학의 기반의 실습/실행 기반 연구(Practice-led Research)로써 가상공간 속 게임 캐릭터 혹은 아바타, 그리고 대규모 다중 사용자 온라인 롤플레잉 게임(MMORPGs)과 관련하여 한국 청소년들은 어떻게 자신들의 정체성과 게임 문화를 애니메이션 미디어를 통해 형성하는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 실습/실행기반 연구는 영국 빅토리아 시대의 로버트 루이스 스티븐슨의 소설 '지킬 앤 하이드'의 주제, 이중적 자아 정체성 혹은 정체성 혼란이라는 개념을 바탕으로 한국의 청소년들의 온라인 아바타 생성과 게임문화를 탐구한다. 이를 위한 문헌조사와 관련하여, 본인은 조심스럽게 한국의 빠른 근대화는 영국 빅토리아 시대와 평행을 이룬다고 주장한다. 예를들어, 경제적 압박과 변동 (예: 한국의 1997 IMF 사건), 그리고 그에 따른 심리적 불안과 우울증과 연관된다. 이러한 면에서, 본인의 애니메이션 실습 (애니메이션 다큐멘터리, '지킬의 레터' 2014 - 사례연구 소개)은 소설,'지킬 앤 하이드'와 실제 한국인 소년의 살인사건 사이의 연관 관계를 조사한다. 이와 관련해서 본인은 이러한 비극적 사건의 근본적인 문제들을 밝혀내기 위해 한국의 청소년들이 어떻게 온라인 게임을 그들의 일상의 삶에서 활용하는지 또한 그들의 정체성 형성에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지를 알기위해 이와 같은 '실습/실행 기반 연구'를 구성하였다. 이는 1차적 자료를 얻기 위해 효과적이며, 이를 위해 온라인과 오프라인 조사방법을 병행한 민속지학적 접근방식을 차용하였다. 이러한 실습/실행 연구의 목적은 온라인 게임 속 유저들과 그들의 실제 삶을 비교함으로써 한국 청소년들의 문화와 정체성의 의미를 이해하며, 한국적인 특정 사례로 볼 수 있는지 알아보는 데 있다. 따라서 이 소논문에서는 한국적 특정 사례와 관련한 연구 결과에 대해 설명하기보다는 이와 같은 의문점을 답하기 위한 연구과정, 전략 그리고 애니메이션 실습 활용 방법에 대해 그 초점을 맞추려고 한다. 이를 위해 온라인과 오프라인 연구방법과 관련하여 어떻게 애니메이션 실습을 활용하는지를 4가지 성격의 애니메이션 리얼리티 혹은 다큐멘터리를 소개한다. 결국 서로 다른 성격의 애니메이션 다큐멘터리 실습방법에 의해 어떻게 한국 청소년들의 이중적 정제성과 나아가 한국적 특정사례를 효과적으로 전달하고 시각화 할 수 있는지 알아본다.
