The BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an obligor bank to a recipient bank to pay a specified amount under the condition of a successful electronic matching of data or acceptance of mismatches. The BPO enables the participating banks to provide sellers and buyers with enhanced financing services. Therefore, BPO gives banks the tools to provide them with guarantees and other multi-banking services. All the participating banks must use the same Transaction Matching Application(TMA) for BPO business. In order to exchange BPO-related data, banks must be subscribed to the same TMA scheme. Participation in the TMA scheme is limited to banks only. The TMA is matching and workflow application as instrument to determine whether to pay the BPO or not. Therefore, TMA will have an important role to play in the business of the BPO. So, This paper is to review the mechanism of a TMA and the major business scenarios in Banking Payment Obligation Transactions. In Particular, it has been included the exchange and matching of data messages, the disposal of discrepancies, document payment and others based on URBPO. This study will be based on documentary research including swift com and icc.org and so on.

The purpose of study was to survey the indoor noise of apartment houses, residents, attitudes and their adaptation behavior in order to offer the information helpful to apartment designers and residents, in their housing policy. Documentary research and questionnaire survey methods were used in this research. The sample was taken from 187 housewives living in apartments in Seoul. Data were analyzed with the SPSS program. The results were as follow : 1. It was found that apartment residents pointed out washing machine noise inside the home, piano and other musical instruments noise outside the home. 2. Piano and other musical instrument noise were heard at 3 to 6 pp.m. when residents heard the noise, and water supply and drainage noise in bathrooms were found most noisy. 3. Apartment residents were discontent with noise outside the home, and they displayed positive adaptation behavior at a reduced noise level. 4. Attitudes arising from indoor noise in apartment houses and human noise, water supply and drainage noise, doorway opening and closing noise were found to be significant in sampled apartment groups. 5. The youngest child's age was a significant variable on the residents' attitudes and adaptation behavior of indoor noise in apartment houses. 6. Between the resident' attitudes and adaptation behavior involving indoor noise in apartment houses. 6. Between the resident' attitueds and adaptation behavior involving indoor noise apartment houses, the more they became discontented, the more quickly they adapted in a postive manner.

The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristic of Chanel style between modern and postmodern period. The documentary research method was used for this study. The modem period was limited from around 1920 through 1939 and the postmodern period from 1990 through present for this research. The results were summarized as follows: The characteristics of clothing style in modem period were 1) the preference of slim & straight body figure as ideal one and slim & straight clothing silhouette, 2) the high fashion image for the elite by simple & basic design, 3) the emphasis on the harmony by the unity, 4) the tendency of eliminating ornaments on clothing, 5) the discontinuation of traditional way of dress code & style, and 6) the modern style. The characteristics of clothing style in postmodern period were 1) the emphasis on erotic aspects of female body and sexy design, 2) the popularization of high fashion and certain social group's fashion, 3) the tendency of harmony by mix-match, 4) the preference of ornaments in clothing, 5) the preference of retro-fashion, and 6) the continuation of modem style.

Safflower is a world-wide plant for multiple uses. flower of safflower is honghwa(紅花) which has been used for heart disease in oriental medicine. but its seed was not used in oriental medicine. after the publication of "Shinyak(神藥)" - the late 1980s, its seed(紅花子, hongwhassi) was known as good for bone fracture, osteoporosis and menopausal disorders. so many researchers studied hongwhassi and delivered lots of papers. the concern of each paper is different. this paper is a review paper. this paper studied documentary records about hongwhassi, and analyzed hongwhassi research trend. the trend consists of cultivation, ingredient analysis, osteoporosis, atherosclerosis, periodontal ligament and phytoestrogen. many papers lack of information about plant origin. so this paper supplements the standard form of plant origin(when sowing, where grow up, which direction, what kind etc).

The purposes of the study were (1) to analysis Korean traditional wedding costumes through families's wedding photographs from 1940 to 2000, and (2) to categorize bride and groom's costumes according to the wedding time by means of a time series analysis. (3) to find out functional relationship among changes in garment types, garment details, embellishments and colors. The study was a documentary research and data were collected from 390 family wedding photographs by a convenient sampling. The data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative method and the statistic used were frequency, content analysis, and cross-tab analysis. The results were as follows; First, the garments of wedding couples were categorized into 5 period according to garment's characteristics. 1. The period between 1940～1959 : Korean traditional wedding costumes and western style wedding costumes were existed together in Korean wedding culture. 2. The period between 1960～early 1970's western wedding costumes were dominated. 3. The period of late 1970's : wedding couple's costumes became more formal and decorative. 4. The period of 1980's : introducing see-through materials for brides and tuxedo suit for grooms. 5. The period of 1990's : extravagance in shapes and exposure. Second, there were significant relationships among brides's dress types and neckline, glove length, embellishments and transparency of materials and among groom's garment types and necktie types, types and color of shirts, vests. Third, the time series analysis of bride and groom's outfit produced 5 schematic expressions of wedding outfits according to the period.

Increasing the old and the senile disability, it is increased that the demand of barrier-free house for the disabled, the senior, the pregnant and the young is strongly increasing recently. In this reason, this study focuses the problems of the house which is used by the Blind through the investigation of current status and tries to find out the differences between disability's demand and current design of their house. As well, through the research and analysis some cases of the residential alterations this study verifies what the demand is on each room and their need is committed correctly during the residential alterations. It is the purposes of this study finding the problems through these research and analysis. Thus this study investigates houses of the Blind and finds out their house type, scale and daily life through the statistical data and documentary survey and also, investigates current status of their house. The basic standard for the current status and the demand analysis is researched by the barrier factors which are deducted from the former study.

Trade finance promotes export performance, and every small- and medium-sized export business has the right to use policy finance. The credit line is also stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. However, trade finance has repeatedly been misused, so these matters can lead to substantial financial loss and damage to the related financial institutions. The lack of expertise of K-SURE and the backwardness of banks represent even bigger problems in the follow-up management. The existing trade finance system should be improved in the following ways from the institutional and legal perspectives. Firstly, follow-up management of beneficiary companies should be reinforced and systematized through examining business tendencies, financial status, and other important factors. There is also a need for advancement of following up management. An effective and streamlined financing system must be established by abolishing the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation. This study presents improvements and their implications by looking into the main issues under the current trade finance system. This study is based on documentary research and practical cases.

본 연구는 중등 학교도서관 북큐레이션 사례 조사와 담당자의 북큐레이션에 대한 인식 분석을 통해 중등 학교도서관 북큐레이션 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 문헌조사와 함께, 인천광역시교육청 중등 학교 중 상시 운영이 이루어지는 전수 192개 학교도서관 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사, 인천 중등 사서교사 4명과 문헌정보학과 교수 1명을 대상으로 인터뷰, 학교도서관 방문 관찰을 병행하였다. 이를 통해 북큐레이션 활성화 방안으로 학교도서관 담당자의 증원, 교과교사와의 협력과 정보 공유, 북큐레이션 운영을 위한 매뉴얼 확립, 주제 선정 사례집 출판을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 BPO의 제도적 운용과 금융지원 차원에서 검토하였다. BPO는 시스템화, 지급확약, 비즈니스의 효율성 개선, 위험완화, 금융지원 등의 제도적 이점을 제공한다. 이와 같은 제도적 이점으로 시대적 패러다임에 부합하는 새로운 결제제도로 발전할 것으로 보인다. 그 운용에 있어서 데이터 중심의 시스템적·전자적으로 이행된다는 점에서 그 효율성과 안전성을 높인다. 따라서 BPO는 전통적인 금융무역결제시스템의 대안으로 발전·정착할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 SWIFT 및 ICC 등의 자료를 포함한 문헌을 중심으로 연구하였다.

본 연구는 국제상업회의소(ICC)가 제정한 "BPO 고객약정을 위한 ICC 가이드라인"을 BPO의 활성화 차원에서 소개하였다. 본 ICC 가이드라인은 은행과 그 거래고객 간에 BPO의 약정과정에 필요한 가이드라인을 지원하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 ICC 가이드라인을 소개함으로써 BPO에 대한 많은 관심과 이해를 증진시키고 BPO의 발전과 정착에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구는 본 가이드라인의 내용을 중심으로 이미 발표된 BPO 관련 선행 연구와 자료 등을 통하여 문헌 연구하였다.
