The purpose of this study is to research the similarity and difference of color application in the culture of Korea and Japan. The subject of this research is the costume color of Changgeuk and Kabuki. This survey analyzes Munsell's 3 attributes(Hue, Value, Chroma), tone, and 3D color analysis by extracted color data. And representative color according to Obangsaek is proposed. The results of this study are as follows: 1. High chroma red in Kabuki costume is more used as symbolic color(passion and luxurious) in order to show character's personality than that in Changguek costume. 2. Low chroma YR color(no-dyeing color) in Changgeuk costume much more used because of Korean white robe preference and eco-friendly thinking. But high chroma yellow is restrictive color for symbolic color of emperor in Korea and Japan. 3. Blue is most frequently used in both costumes because blue is encouraging color by the theory of exponents of the five elements doctrine. 4. White in Korean Changguek costume is more used for white robe preference thinking, but black in Kabuki costume is much more used for symbol of power in Japan. The similarity of Korean and Japanese cultural color is to use much Obangsaek, less Ogansaek by the theory of exponents of the five elements doctrine, but the difference of Korean and Japanese cultural color is to use color differently according to preference thinking system.

Change of circumstances subsequent to formation of international business contract raises two issues on both parties' obligation to perform business transaction concerned. One is impossibility of performance due to events beyond control of parties and the other is adaption of contract. In Anglo-American Law such an impossibility of performance is provided by the doctrine of Frustration and the doctrine of Practicability(UCC 2-615). In practice a "force majeure" clause should be included in contract defining the parties' mutual rights and duties if certain events beyond their control occur to safeguard themselves against possible impossibility. On the other hand the tendency of international trade is that alongside sales contracts, there are contract for supplies, for furnishing raw materials, for building industrial complexes, and transferring technology. One characteristic of these agreements is their duration. For in order to carry out these agreements, it is necessary to complete a series of closely interrelated operations which, in the normal course of events, take place over a number of years. It is often difficult for the parties, when finalizing their contract, to have a full grasp of all of the factors governing their relations. With a view to resolving difficulties such as compromise the continuous performance of a contract, parties may insert a regulatory clause in their contract providing for intervention by a third person after stating in specific and detailed fashion the circumstances in which their contract may be adapted.

Objectives : Assuming That the Characteristic of Meridian System Has Been Similar to This of Electric Potentials in Human Body and That Measurements of Electric Potential at Well and Sea Points in Branches of the Twelve Meridians Will Be Representative of Measurements of the Twelve Meridians, to Measure the Electric Potentials in Healthy Volunteers(HG), Patients Diagnosed As a Cerebral Infarction(CG), a Arrhythmia(AG), a Other Intervertebral Disc Disorder(IG), and a Joint Disorder(JG), and Then to Find Out the Characteristic of Biophysical Meridian System, Finally to Compare with the Results of the Electric Potential in Those Groups. Methods : We Selected Who HG Were Diagnosed by a Blood Test, Urine Examination and Differentiation of Syndromes by Five Viscera among Volunteers, CG by CT and Wind-Syndrome Caused by Hyperactivity of the Liver-Yang, AG by EKG, CT, and Deficiency or the Heart Blood, IG by X-ray or CT and Pain in Waist, and JG by X-ray and Knee Pain. Their Electric Potential of Well and Sea Points in the Meridians Were Measured by hysiograph. Results and Conclusions : Measurements Were Analyzed by Factor Analysis, Analysis of Variance, and Logistic Regression Model, We Obtained That Most of the Results, In Conclusion, Hold Good for the Classical Meridian Doctrine.

Today's world is generation of Transformation. The Term "Transformation" is widely used in many nations and international organizations such as U.S. and NATO to describe the course of change undertaken by militaries to respond to the new and emerging security environment. Transformation involves all elements of the defense enterprise including Operational Environment, Operational Concepts, Doctrine, Structure and Technologies, within a supportive Cultures context. An Operational Environment is defined as "a composite of conditions, circumstances, and influences that affect the employment of military forces and bear on the decisions of the unit commander." The context for developing future military concept and capability lies essentially within the anticipated boundaries of the operational environment in a collective sense. The joint operational environment is essential to the nation's defense. It describes volatile, complex, and dangerous environment in which the military personnel. organizations, and material will operate. Implications coming forth from joint Operational Environment are but a starting point - many others exist. More and better Implications will come forth as people think about massages of Operational Environment, experiment its characteristics, learn to deal with its threats and scenarios, apply their experience and judgement, and then consider what is required of Korean military doctrine, organizations, training and education, material development, and leadership for operations in the joint Operational Environment.

Objectives : Actually Wongi did not exist in "Neijing(內經)" as a word. Wongi is one of specific features that distinguish "Nanjing" from "Neijing". I have researched for the foundation of history and thought. Methods : I have looked into cognitive variation for Heaven (天), that is from Chinese ancient times through the period of the Han (漢) Dynasty. Results : 1. Before the period of the Yin (殷) Dynasty : There was some worship. 2. The period of the Yin Dynasty : The Lord (上帝) was respected and idolized. 3. The period of the Zhou (周) Dynasty : That the origin of existence is also in human was recognized through Doctrine of Heaven (天命思想). 4. The period of the Han Dynasty : Doctrine of Heaven was transfigured as ideological instrument for politics. The spiritual and physical human's independence was flowed into even though it was not separated from Heaven. Conclusions : As concerned above, the variation shows that consideration for the origin of existence flowed from the outside of human being, like the progenitor of human race, nature, and Heaven, through inside gradually. In the other words, the origin of existence was come to inquire inside of human being. As an aspect of medical science, it can be showed that the term of Wongi was influenced of these process.

Korea's laws regarding ICT must follow the Void for vagueness doctrine, the Principle of forbidden general delegation, the Principle of justification of system and the Principle of balancing test in the Constitution. The Act for the Promotion and Convergence and so on of Information and Communication in the Future should be improved as follows. It is desirable to improve the part where the principle of system justification of the Constitution is problematic in relation to existing laws. It is desirable to improve the ICT's policies on industry and convergence technologies so that they are well balanced between promotion and regulation of ICT's industries. It is desirable to improve the information service policy and legislative makeup relationship between various government agencies related to ICT. It is therefore desirable to improve the institutional complement to the post-regulatory framework for the protection of users of ICT in the future. It is desirable to create a device to replace the functions of the Information Service Budget Council in the special law of ICT.

Climate change is a man-made disaster that has become a major global concern today. With increasingly visible symptoms of climate change in recent years, it has become evident that climate action can no longer be dismissed as a mere matter of choice, but as a matter of survival for the human being. To address the impending climate change crisis in a collaborative and sustainable manner, the international community has been taking various measures including Kyoto protocol and the Paris Agreement. With respect to the private investor's project investment in line with international agreements on climate change, recently we have seen multiple legal judgments which clearly indicate the subject of judicial responsibility for investment in climate change related projects. However, in order to hold judicial responsibility occurring during the implementation of climate change related projects, a causal relationship between the responsible entities and clear responsibility must be demonstrated, and applicable institutional arrangements need to be arranged. It may be the right time for global community to consider shifting not only to human ethical obligations but also legal obligations. In this regard, concerned governments should consider legislating arbitration laws, regulations, and institutional arrangements in more specific and applicable manner.

Duan Fang's doctrine of constitutional monarchy went forward from monarchy to constitutional government based on that an establishment of constitution political structure is superior to a arbitrary rule political structure. And Duan Fang's doctrine featured limitation of monarch's authority protection of subjects' rights. He thought constitution government should be based on the establishment of constitution preparation. He believed that China need to take merit equally in the process of establishment of constitution preparation. In spite of this flexible recognition, there was not enough consideration about an ideological, social and economical basis that can make possible constitutional government operation. He had understood constitutional government system from angle of monarch's safety and the wealth and power of nation. The view was that a responsible Cabinet was for monarch's safety and the nation assembly judicature local autonomous is a system for safety of nation showed us. In his opinion, neither main task of congress is legislation, cabinet nor is the high ranking executive agency, however, he expected to constitutionalism system to become a buffing role instead of monarch. A little pure and simple thinking that open nation assembly and execute constitutional monarchy could make China powerful and wealthy might reflected urgent situation at that time.

This paper analysis Daesoon thoughts of three essence Sung, Kyoung, Sin in the traditional confucianism emphasis in the distinct ethical implications of religious meaning. Daesoon thoughts basically background on the supreme god sangje of religious faith. Here's sangje is as Daesoonjinrihoe religious order of the supreme god, to achieve the human religious daeyeoksa come world ingyeoksin which means gangjeungsan. Thus, Daesunjinri start come world gangjeungsan which is believe sangje, as Tenet. Faith and purpose degree all around having religious denomination, see based on the attitude of religious faith. So Daesunjinri of tenet doctrine that corresponds to the three essence which is Sung, Kyoung, Sin of understand also need to explanation is based on religious attitude. Three essence is three important truth or meaning of three important clause, to possess all the religious attitude of Christian said. Always said to hearty funeral of hearts (誠), the fear of spirits and honor the Emperor(敬), one strong gangjeungsan do not doubt believed that the Emperor(信) is that.
