한반도 연안의 낫돌고래 혼획 특성 연구 (A study of bycatch characteristics of Pacific white-sided dolphins in Korean waters)

  • This study presents an analysis of bycatch data concerning Pacific white-sided dolphins (Lagenorhynchus obliquidens) along the Korean coast from 2016 to 2021. A total of 503 bycatches were examined, encompassing data on year, month, body length, sex, latitude (N), longitude (E), and fishing gear. Bycatch was the most frequent in waters with a longitude of less than 130°E, particularly in the southern coastal region at a latitude of 35.5°N, with a higher likelihood of bycatch in lower latitudes. Since 2017, a decreasing trend in bycatches has been observed. The sex distribution of bycaught dolphins showed a predominance of males (40%), followed by females (31%), with an unclassified category at 29%, though no statistically significant differences were found (p > 0.05). Seasonal analysis indicated that bycatch predominantly occurred during the winter months, with significant monthly variations (p < 0.01). Pacific white-sided dolphins were primarily ensnared in gill nets and, to a lesser extent, in stationary nets. Statistical analysis by gear type revealed a significant preference for gill nets (p < 0.001). Considering body length composition in relation to latitude, it is suggested that Pacific white-sided dolphins may utilize the southern waters of the East Sea as a potential nursery ground, though this was not confirmed at a significant level, emphasizing the need for further in-depth monitoring and ecological investigations. Given that there are approximately 27 different types of gill nets associated with the majority of bycatches, more detailed research is warranted to divide these gear types into finer subcategories for estimating bycatch relationships, ultimately leading to the development of effective conservation and management strategies.

  • A electromagnetic waves are used for sensing in insulation diagnosis at electric machine or equipment. When it a method, waves are transformed into the FFT(Fast Fourier Transform); a kind of the process for data transformation. In a general way, a scientist use frequncy band 30[㎒]~l[㎓] to applied field. If we are measured high frequency band, we will need to a high capacity hardware. Also a antenna has a fault on atmospheric phenomena, outside environment and the like. In this paper We proposed new method for detecting electric equipment faulty state using only electric voltage which is generally measured in the electric and electronic field. It is called the Partition-FFT The analytic method is this first divide measured voltage waves into equal parts, second each deal with give effect to the FFT, finally each results deal with a graphic method and gather graphic. We are compare Partition-FFT with discharge form by tracking tester. As the result it demonstrated that the Partition-FFT is applicable.

엘리트 여자 축구선수의 철분보충이 체내 철분상태와 면역 및 항산화에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Iron Supplementation on Iron Status and Immunity Status of Elite Female Soccer Players)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the effect of iron supplement for 4 weeks on iron status, immunity, and antioxidant status of national female soccer players (n = 25). This study was performed at summer hard training period right before competition. A single blind design was used to divide the subjects into iron-supplement (IS) or placebo group (P). Iron-supplement group was supplemented with iron (40 mg/d) for 4 weeks. The mean age of the subjects was 23.3 $\pm$ 2.5 years old. Mean height and body weight of the subjects were 164.4 $\pm$ 5.7 em and 57.4 $\pm$ 4.6 kg, respectively. The mean carrier as soccer player was 11.0 $\pm$ 2.6 years and mean training time was 7.0 $\pm$ 1.3 hr/day. The mean hemoglobin, hematocrit, total iron binding capacity and ferritin concentrations before iron supplementation were not different between two groups. After 4 weeks of summer training and iron supplementation, serum ferritin level was significantly increased only in IS group after supplementation. Mean corpuscular volume and total iron binding capacity were significantly decreased in both groups. Meanwhile, hemoglobin and red blood cell count were significantly lowered only in placebo group. The IgM concentration increased significantly in both groups, but IgG concentration had increasing tendency only in IS group (p < 0.064). Therefore, iron supplementation during hard training period may be helpful to improve work capacity of the athletes by improving ferritin status and humoral immune responses.

불필요한 연산이 없는 카라슈바 알고리즘과 하드웨어 구조 (An Efficient Architecture for Modified Karatsuba-Ofman Algorithm)

  • Divide-and-Conquer방법은 병렬 곱셈기의 구성에 잘 적용되며 가장 대표적으로 카라슈바 방법이 있다. Leone은 최적 반복 회수를 카라슈바 알고리즘에 적용하였으며 Ernst는 다중 분할 카라슈바 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 카라슈바 알고리즘에서 불필요한 연산이 제거된 불필요한 연산이 없는 카라슈바 알고리즘과 효율적인 하드웨어 구조를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 기존의 카라슈바 알고리즘에 비교하여 같은 시간 복잡도를 가지나 공간 복잡도를 효율적으로 감소시킨다. 특히 확장체의 차수 n이 홀수 및 소수일 때 더 효율적이며 최대 43%까지 공간 복잡도를 줄일 수 있다.

벼 현탁배양을 통하여 분리된 원형질체로부터 식물체 재분화 (Plant Regeneration from Protoplasts Isolated through Embryogenic Cell suspension Culture in Rice)

  • Plant regeneration was accomplished from protoplast culture of rice (Oryza sativa L. cv. Taebaeg). Embryogenic callus was induced from mature seed on MS medium containing 5 mM proline, 2.5 mg/L 2,4-D, 30 g/L sucrose in the dark at 28$^{\circ}C$ and used to establish embryogenic cell suspension culture. Suspension cells were subcultured every one week in N6 medium supplemented with 5 mM proline, 200 mg/L casein hydrolysate, 2.5 mg/L 2,4-D and amino acids of AA medium. Suspension cultures were composed of cells that were densely cytoplasmic, potentially embryogenic and were at least maintained for more than 6 months in liquid medium. Protoplasts were isolated from fast-growing suspension culture cells and cultured in a slightly modified KpR medium by mixed nurse culture. Isolated protoplasts began to divide within 5~7 days and thereafter, protoplast-derived calli were sequentially transferred to callus proliferating medium that soft agar MS medium contained 2 mg/L 2,4-D and produced distinct embryogenic cells. Microcolonies were then transferred to solid medium which consisted of MS medium containing 5 mg/L kinetin, 1 mg/L NAA, 1 mg/L ABA, 30 g/L sucrose and 10 g/L sorbitol under fluorescent light. Mulitple shoots of 4~5 per callus emerged and were transferred to hormone-free MS medium for root initiation. Thereafter, The plantlets were transferred to pots of soil to mature in the culture room.

차량 통신 기술을 위한 MLMEX 설계 및 구현 (The MLMEX Design and Implemention for Vehicle Communication Technology)

  • WAVE system is a vehicle communication technology. The system provides the services to prevent vehicle accidents that might occur during driving. Also, it is used to provide various services such as monitoring vehicle management and system failure. In this paper, we divide module that manages WAVE MAC state into a WSMP base MLME module and IP base module and we design and implement a parameter environment between WME module to manage the state of the WAVE system and MLMEX module to mange IP base of WAVE MAC therefore the date to be processed.Also, in order to verify the validity, we have carried out experiments to compare the speed of data processing by dividing data of 5Mbyte, 10Mbyte, 20Mbyte into the packets of 2KByte and 4KByte. Therefore, in WAVE system, the Parameter environments and data processing speed between WME and MLMEX module can be utilized in the various service of vehicle communication technology depending on the speed of data processing.

퇴적물 내 유기물의 초기 속성 작용에 나타난 유기 질소의 선택적 분해 (Preferential Decomposition of Nitrogen during Early Diagenesis of Sedimentary Organic Matter)

  • 퇴적물과 해수가 충진된 수조에서 배양실험을 수행하여 해수중 용존산소, pH, 암모니아, 질산염, 철 및 망간 농도의 시간에 따른 변화를 측정하였다. 농도변화 자료를 초기속성작용의 화학 반응식에 적용시켜 퇴적물 내 유기물 분해 초기에 나타나는 유기탄소와 유기질소의 분해정도를 파악하였다. 배양실험은 237 hr 동안 진행되었으며 , 각 화학종의 농도변화 양상에 따라 모두 4개의 시간구간으로 나눌 수 있었다($0{\sim}9\;hr,\;9{\sim}45\;hr,\;45{\sim}141\;hr,\;141{\sim}237\;hr$). 각 시간구간의 농도변화로부터 계산된 유기탄소와 유기질소의 C/N비는 각각 6.63, 1.49, 0.81, 0.02로 시간경과에 따라 감소하였다. C/N비의 감소는 유기물분해 초기에 퇴적물중 유기질소가 유기탄소보다 먼저 선택적으로 분해되어 용출됨을 시사한다. 현장에서 채취한 퇴적물 시료와 배양실험 종료 후 수조에서 수거한 퇴적물중 유기탄소 및 유기질소, 공극수중 암모니아 및 유기탄소 등의 농도변화를 상호 비교한 결과도 유기질소의 선택적 분해를 시사하였다.

슈퍼피어를 이용한 모바일 P2P시스템을 위한 효율적인 플러딩 알고리즘 (Efficient Flooding Algorithm for Mobile P2P Systems using Super Peer)

  • 다양한 종류의 새로운 모바일 기기의 등장과 이들 기기들의 사용자의 증가에 따라 모바일 P2P 시스템과 관련된 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 double-layered 슈퍼 피어 시스템을 위한 새로운 검색 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 검색 알고리즘에서는 전체 실험 영역을 그리드 셀로 분할하며 셀들은 같은 크기를 가지고 있다. 그리드는 모바일 기기의 통신 반경과 피어들의 수를 고려하여 적절히 구성된다. 제안한 검색 알고리즘은 방향 분할 플러딩으로서 검색시 셀들의 검색 방향을 포함하는 방법을 기반으로 한다. 이 방법은 성공적으로 네트워크의 부하를 줄였으나 낮은 검색 성공률을 보여준다. 성공률을 보다 개선하기 위해 슈퍼 피어를 위한 bridge-peer table과 n-way 검색을 활용하였다. 그 실험결과 제안한 알고리즘은 기존의 double-layered 시스템에 비하여 평균 20~30%의 메시지 패킷수가 감소되었음을 보여주었다. 성공률 역시 double-layered 시스템에 비해 약2~5% 개선되었다.

커피 전문점 드라이브 스루에 대한 소비자의 인식 유형 연구 (A Study on the Consumer Awareness of the Drive-Thru in Coffee Shop)

  • 본 연구는 서비스 사업의 한 방법의 일환인 드라이브 스루에 대한 소비자의 인식 유형에 관한 주관성 연구를 통하여서 드라이브 스루라는 서비스의 방식이 업체 경영자의 관점에서 보다 이용자의 관점에서 어떤 효과가 있는지를 파악하고 보다 효율적인 운영을 위해서 드라이브 스루 업체 이용에 대한 이용자의 주관적 관점을 분석하고자 Q-방법론을 선택했고 탐색적 연구를 실행하였다. 이를 위해서 진술문 카드를 응답자가 직접 분류하는 방법으로 분석 작업이 실행되었고 Q 모집단을 선별하여 구성하며 이를 통해 진술문을 작성한 후에 P샘플을 선정하여 분류작업을 거쳐 얻어지는 Q-sort를 PC QUANL 프로그램을 통해서 Q요인분석을 통해서 분석하였다. 분석 결과 총 3가지의 유형으로써 분류가 되었는데, 제1유형[(N=14): 가격대비 편리추구형], 제2유형[(N=4): 시간대비 효율추구형], 제3유형[(N=2): 신속추구형] 등으로서 유형마다 각각의 특징이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 분석을 통하여 검출된 각각의 주관적 의견을 통해 추후에 다양한 연구의 밑거름이 될 것이라 믿으며 향후 드라이브 스루 마케팅 수립과 미진한 부분의 개선 방향에 있어 참고자료로 충분히 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

SOC 자본스톡 추계에 있어서 수익적 지출과 자본적 지출의 적합 분배 (An Appropriated Share between Revenue Expenditure and Capital Expenditure in Capital Stock Estimation for Infrastructure)

  • At the Bank of Korea, capital stock statistics were created by the PIM (perpetual inventory method) with fixed capital formation data. Asset classifications also included 2 categories in residential buildings, 4 non-residential buildings, 14 constructions, 9 transportation equipment, 28 machinery, and 2 intangible fixed assets. It is the Korean government accounting system which is developed much with the field of the national accounts including the valuation, but until 2008 it was consistent with single-entry bookkeeping. Many countries, including Korea, were single-entry bookkeeping, not double-entry bookkeeping which can be aggregated by government accounting standard account. There was no distinction in journaling between revenue and capital expenditure when it was consistent with single-entry bookkeeping. For example, we would like to appropriately divide the past budget accounts and the settlement accounts data that have been spent on dredging into capital expenditure and revenue expenditure. It, then, tries to add the capital expenditure calculated to FCF (fixed capital formation), because revenue expenditure is cost for maintenance etc. This could be a new direction, especially, in the estimation of capital stock by the perpetual inventory method for infrastructure (SOC, social overhead capital). It should also be noted that there are differences not only between capital and income expenditure but also by other factors. How long will this difference be covered by the difference between the 'new series' and 'old series' methodologies? In addition, there is no large difference between two series by the major asset classification level. If this is treated as a round-off error, this is a problem.
