Purpose: This research aimed to suggest retailing companies some ways to enhance customer satisfaction with service recovery and recommendation intention towards these companies. For this purpose, current study examined the relationships among service recovery justice, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction and intention to recommend and the moderating role of ego-resilience. Research design, data and methodology: Current study developed a structural equation model in which perceived service recovery justice is a predictor, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction are mediators, intention to recommend is a dependent variable and the ego-resilience is a moderator between the perceived service recovery justice and the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction. Data were collected from customers who experienced service failures from retailers. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected and 365 samples were used for analysis after deleting data having missing value. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to test the validity, reliability, and structural equation modeling. Results: Empirical results showed that the perceived service recovery justice had a negative influence on the perceived service failure severity and a positive influence on the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction. These results indicate that when customers perceive the service recovery justice more highly, they perceive the service failure less severe but they perceive the retailer more trustworthy and are satisfied with service recovery. In addition, the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction had a positive influence on the intention to recommend. These results indicate that when customers perceive the retailer more trustworthy and are satisfied with service recovery, they are more intend to recommend the retailer. Moreover, the influence of the perceived service recovery justice on the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction was moderated by the ego-resilience. Conclusions: This study contributed to the service recovery literature by proving the relationship among service recovery justice, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction and intention to recommend. Moreover, current research introduced the ego-resilience into service recovery research area and revealed the moderation role of the ego-resilience. Managerially, this research suggested retailing companies some ways to effectively recover from service failure.

The goal of the research is to identify the relationship between organizational justice, job satisfaction, and work attitudes in the context of job rotation. The competence and loyalty of the employees of an organization are critical to the organization's success. Therefore, organization should invest in developing their employees, including creating effective procedures and human resource management policies. A job rotation program is one of the critical policies in developing employees, as through this program employees can develop and actualize their abilities. However, there are some challenges in practice regarding implementing the procedures of job rotation. One of the challenges is related to the concept of organizational justice, which then impacts on employees' job satisfaction and work attitudes. This study was conducted in focused group discussions. The sample is 272 of a state-owned organization. In this study, the concept of organizational justice, with the dimensions of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, were used along with the discussion of job satisfaction and other work attitudes. The results were issues of fairness in perceiving organizational justice in the job rotation context, and the most significant response lies in procedural justice.
Study results on the perception of organization justice and organization member behavior of private security are as below. Primarily, organization justice showed variation according to socio-demographic characteristics which include age, the period the person has stayed in the current workplace, total period of working and monthly income. As for age, in aspect of the perception of distribution justice, the 36 or older age group prevailed, and the 31 to 35 age group prevailed in the perception of procedure justice. So, perception of organization justice increased accordingly with age. According to the period the person has stayed in the current workplace category, showed high levels in the perception of distribution justice and perception of procedure justice in the $3\;{\sim}\;5$ years group. As for total period of working, both perception of distribution justice and the perception of procedure justice proved greatest in the 5 years or more group and according to monthly income, the KRW 1800,000 or more group showed high levels of perception of distribution justice and the perception of procedure justice. Secondly, organization member behavior showed variation according to sociodemographic characteristics. In organization member behavior, loyal behavior increased along with age and inter-personal relationship behavior and altruistic behavior prevailed in the age group 31-35 According to period the person has worked at the current workplace and in case of total period of working, loyal behavior, inter-personal relationship behavior and altruistic behavior proved to be high. As for monthly income, an increase in monthly income resulted in a high figure in loyal behavior, inter-personal relationship behavior and altruistic behavior. Thirdly, after regression analysis of the relationship of the perception of organization justice and organization member behavior, perception of procedure justice was analyzed to have relatively high influence. Therefore, the hypothesis presented in this study was all chosen after the regression analysis results. This shows that the enhancement of organization member behavior can be improved. by enhancing the perception of organization justice. Thus, it can be concluded that if a private guard recognizes his justice, organization member behavior can be enhanced.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the maximum organizational effectiveness of compensation systems in the distribution industry. It is to identify the relationship between structural compensation and organizational effectiveness. It also aims to clarify whether distributive justice plays as a controlling variable between two variables. Research design, data and methodology: This study was conducted on distribution industry employees. The questionnaire was collected through self-subscription. A total of 209 questionnaires were collected during the month of April 2021, of which 203 were used as valid samples. Results: Structural compensation have been shown to have a positive impact on two sub-factors of organizational effectiveness. In the verification of the controlling effect of distributive justice, perceived fairness has a control effect on the relationship between extrinsic compensation and organizational effectiveness but it does not show a controlling effect on the relationship between intrinsic compensation and organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: Structural compensation has a positive effect on organizational effectiveness. The distribution industry should aware of the compensation and the perceived fairness. The fairness of distribution plays a role in identifying the recognition of compensation and organizational feasibility, identifying motivations of employees, and mediating proper strategies to enhance job satisfaction.

This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational justice and social loafing of organizations in Ho Chi Minh City through quantitative analysis from the survey data for the 228 employees are working at the Organizations in Ho Chi Minh City. The instrument of collecting data was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 and employing exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Cronbach's alpha, multiple regression analysis. The results showed that only two factors are Distributive justice and Procedural justice is to have the reverse effect on social loafing of employee. From the results of the study showed, Distributive justice and Procedural justice has the opposite effect of social loafing, which demonstrates that when individuals feel that their work is spent on Perform tasks in a clearly divided and they will receive a worthwhile result in the group when performing the task then the individual's collective indifference to the organization will decrease. And motivate the employee to make more efforts to work and contribute for the organization. In addition, the factor of Procedural justice also has the opposite effect of collective redundancy, which demonstrates that employees are more concerned about fairness in official policies and organizational procedures.
In a power-asymmetry relationship like franchise system, a high dependent franchisee must often rely on its powerful partner. Therefore, in order to build up 'win-win' systems, therefore channel members should increase trust and commitment each other to enhance the relationship quality to sustain long-term cooperative relationships. First of all, to increase the relationship quality in franchise system, franchisor should increase franchisee's perception of the powerful franchisor's justice. The point of this research, I established basic hypotheses and comparative hypotheses to examine franchisor's behavior what franchisee expected which influences on franchisee's attitude and behavior in power - asymmetry relationship in franchise system. For the purpose of the empirical testing, managers of franchisee in the food service industry of Korea had been selected and analyzed, and major findings in this study as follow: First, the relational norm between franchisor and franchisee increased both distributive justice and procedural justice, especially relational norm had more effect on procedural justice than distributive justice. Second, distributive justice increased both economic commitment and social commitment while procedural justice just increased social commitment only but economic commitment. So, on the relational commitment, distributive justice was more important element than procedural justice. On the other hand, procedural justice had indirect effect on economic commitment through distributive and social commitment.
This research is focused on the effects of salesmen's service-justice and using the IT devices on customer response. Specially, I want to know for the response when our customer take the service from the salesmen. From analysis of the resulting data, using the IT devices are increased the quality of salesmen's service-justice. Salesmen's distributive-justice affects to positive the relationship quality. But procedural justice and interactional justice cannot affect to positive the relationship quality. Maybe, I think that the reason will be a feature of insurance goods. And relationship quality affect to positive the customer's response. There are limitations on generalization due to the results based on only insurance industry, but this study will be a useful exploratory step before designing a future survey.
Setting organization justice and executive characteristics as independent variables, job satisfaction as dependent variable and trust as mediating variable for small and medium enterprise, this study intended to corroboratively identify the mutual impact between independent variables and dependent variables. The study shows that the distribution justice, procedure justice and interaction justice of organization justice wholly have positive(+) impact on job satisfaction and leadership characteristics, impact characteristics and psychological characteristics of executive characteristics wholly have positive(+) impact on job satisfaction, thereby having mediating effects through trust perceived by employees. Namely, if the job efficiency and moment is enhanced by increasing employees' job satisfaction, the productivity of enterprise will be heightened after all and its profitability will be improved in the long run.

Today, politics, economy and technique in the world are rapidly changed. To respond to these changes public institutions as well as government and corporate try to change themselves and to adapt these situation and environment. Total payroll costs system which is one of critical methods to adapt changing world began to introduce in 2004 for public services in Korea. After exhibition and enforcement, all education administration in Korea adopted this system in 2013. This study focus on how total payroll costs system can be successfully controled and utilized, and who this system increase organizational effectiveness and efficacy in public services. Organizational members' effort, perspective, attitude and behavior are most important factors for organizational change and new option. Organizational change and adaptation always involve members' change and adaptation, so this study emphasizes on members' perspective and attitude on total payroll costs system. As a result, distribution justice, procedure justice, and receptivity about total payroll costs system are related to organizational performance such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This means organizational members' perspective(distribution justice and procedure justice) and attitude(receptivity) are most crucial factors for effectiveness and efficacy of total payroll costs system. Furthermore with distribution justice, procedure justice and receptivity, total payroll costs system would increase members' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To sum up, members' perspective and attitude are most important factors for change, thus for success of total payroll costs system, we should understand how people are critical, especially their distribution justice, procedure justice, and receptivity; and also how total payroll costs system are valuable system; and how we can control and handle this system.
