지하 매설 교차 관망 내 강.연성관의 상호작용에 관한 연구 (Study for Rigid and Flexible Pipe Interaction at the Crossing Point of Underground Pipeline Network)

  • 본 연구는 지중에서 배관이 교차할 때 상부 강성관이 하부 연성관에 영향을 미치는 유효 깊이와 유효 길이에 대한 개념을 이용하여 두 매설 배관의 교차 정도와 배관 사이의 거리에 따른 하부 매설 배관의 영향범위를 파악 하고자한다. 이를 위하여 상부 배관과 하부 배관을 각각 원심력 철근콘크리트관과 가스수송용 강관으로 구현하였다. 이때 1.0m에 매설된 상부 배관으로부터 하부 배관은 각각 0.5m에서 5m의 매설심도를 가지며 두 배관의 교차각을 0, 30, 60, $90^{\circ}$로 변화하여 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 유효깊이는 두 매설 배관의 교차각이 증가함에 따라 증가하며, 두 매설관 사이의 거리가 증가함에 따라 감소하다 일정 값으로 수렴하게 된다. 또한 두 교차 배관의 교차 각 증가에 따른 유효길이와 휨응력 합의 관계를 정리하였다.

매설 배관 피복 결함 탐상 정확도에 미치는 인접 정류기 및 접지 구리망 간섭의 영향 (Effects of Rectifier and Copper Grid Interference on the Detection Reliability of Coating Flaws on Buried Pipes)

  • The external corrosion of buried piping can be controlled using both coating and cathodic protection. Several factors are involved in the damage and deterioration of the coating on pipes. There are many detection methods for coating defects on pipes and the direct current voltage gradient (DCVG) method is one of the most powerful methods. However, the detection reliability of DCVG can be affected by interferences such as stray current, metal objects connected to rectifiers, and copper grids. Therefore, this study focused on the interference effects of rectifiers and a copper grid on the reliability of coating flaw detection. As the length of the interference pipe connected to the rectifier increased, the reliability decreased. In contrast, as the distance between the pipe and the copper grid increased, the reliability of the coating flaw detection increased. The detection results produced by the DCVG method were discussed using current and potential simulations for a pipe with a rectifier and copper grid interference in the soil.

한강수계 광역상수도 원수관의 지열 영향 조사 (Geothermal Effects on the Underground Water Conveyance Pipe System from Han River)

  • Geothermal effects on the underground water conveyance pipe system have been investigated through the multiregional water supply system from Paldang water intake station. To make an investigation of raw water thermal energy, temperature sensors are installed the surface of the pipes of metropolitan area water supply system. In 2009 winter and early spring seasons, the monthly averaged temperatures at Paldang 2 intake stations are $1.94^{\circ}C$ in February, $4.96^{\circ}C$ in March, and $10.56^{\circ}C$ in April. After the transfer in 26.0 km distance of tunnel and buried pipe, the raw water temperatures are raised to $3.13^{\circ}C$, $6.04^{\circ}C$, and $11.39^{\circ}C$ respectively. As the temperature difference between the raw water and the air reduces, the temperature increasement is reduced by $1.19^{\circ}C$ in Feb., $1.08^{\circ}C$ in Mar., and $0.83^{\circ}C$ in Apr. Since the flowrate is over 1,150,000 $m^3$/day, it is estimated that the water exchanges a huge amount of heat over 1.0 Tcal a day with the ground.
