  • We investigated whether human could perceive the heading direction from the optic flow made from random dots and real images simulating the motion of the observer and objects. When an object moves across the focus of expansion(FOE) in random dot simulation. the observer perceived the focus of expansion biased toward the motion direction of the object. supporting the hypothesis that the direction repulsion is produced between the expansional and the horizontal planar motion components. With real image display observers tended to perceive one's heading direction biased toward the c center of the scene regardless of the direction and position of moving 0bcts. And it was observed that the deeper the depth of the background was the larger the judgment error was. These results suggest it is more likely that human depends on different cues than the optic flow when they perceive or judge one's heading direction in the real environment.

  • This paper shows an experimental magnetic levitation table using one degree-of-freedom active control. The magnetic levitation table using repulsions of permanent magnets was theoretically presented already. Thus the objective of this paper is to prove stable levitation with only one degree-of-freedom active control experimentally. For the design of the system, at first, permanent magnets are selected. Secondly, the spring constants of the virtual spring are obtained by simulation. Thirdly, the moving magnets are arranged using a stable layout relation. Fourthly, a linear voice coil motor is designed. Finally, the magnetic levitation system is manufactured. The phenomenon of stable levitation in the manufactured table is proven by means of dynamic time and frequency responses. The differences between the theoretical natural frequencies and experimental ones are analyzed. Also, stable range in the control direction is shown experimentally.

  • We fabricated an anode-type ion source driven by a charge repulsion mechanism and investigated its beam shape controlled by a Whenelt mask integrated at the front face of the source. The ion beam shape was observed to vary by changing the geometry of the Whenelt mask. As the angle of inclination of the Whenelt mask was varied from $40^{\circ}$ to $60^{\circ}$, the etched area at a thin film was reduced from 20 mm to 7.5 mm at the working distance of 286 mm, and the light transmittance through the etched surface was increased from 78% to 80%, respectively. In addition, for the step height difference, ${\Delta}$ between the inner mask and the outer mask of ${\Delta}=0$, -1 mm, and +1 mm, we observed the ion beam shape was formed to be collimated, diverged, and focused, respectively. The focal length of the focused beam was 269 mm. We approved experimentally a simple way of controlling the electric field of the ion beam by changing the geometry of the Whenelt mask such that the initial direction of the ion beam in the plasma region was manipulated effectively.

  • Government is willing to abolish half of whole administration regulations and put emphasis to improve them. There was criticism that taper by bureaucracies' form and interest group's repulsion does not reach here upon in spite of these result. Therefore, need to ready diversified regulation adaptation administration countermeasure so that can observe because propel regulation innovation until now continuously and people, corporation, public official understand definitely contents of regulation. Contents of question regulation awareness about regulation adaptation and degree. On the basis of Question investigation about persons concerned of leisure safety law and wish to grasp observance degree, and produce synthetic Contents and field conformity degree, and draw solution plan of reformable item in leisure safety law and present development direction of leisure safety law.

  • Abstract In this paper, we propose a method of cooperative control based on artifical intelligent system in distributed autonomous robotic system. In general, multi-agent behavior algorithm is simple and effective for small number of robots. And multi-robot behavior control is a simple reactive navigation strategy by combining repulsion from obstacles with attraction to a goal. However when the number of robot goes on increasing, this becomes difficult to be realized because multi-robot behavior algorithm provide on multiple constraints and goals in mobile robot navigation problems. As the solution of above problem, we propose an architecture of fuzzy system for each multi-robot speed control and fuzzy-neural network for obstacle avoidance. Here, we propose an architecture of fuzzy system for each multi-robot speed control and fuzzy-neural network for their direction to avoid obstacle. Our focus is on system of cooperative autonomous robots in environment with obstacle. For simulation, we divide experiment into two method. One method is motor schema-based formation control in previous and the other method is proposed by this paper. Simulation results are given in an obstacle environment and in an dynamic environment.

  • Through this thesis, I intended to analyze Hollywood animation through that achieved in box office by directing viewpoint. of Chris Sanders and Dean Deblois not only shows standard narrative structure of adventure, comedy, fantasy, but also express message of story and thorough visual. Analysis of directing classify contents and form. In contents, constitution of narrative and set up of character, irony of plot, characterization and popularity are embossed. In form, lighting and special effect, design and layout, 3D technology and stereoscopic camera technique based on the capital strength are outstanding. The high evaluation for film is possessed of box offic, remained within value and popularity, and delivered metaphysical theme without repulsion. The director's direction make success even if the pre-production manage by huge system approach.
