Natural gas is one of the most promising alternatives to gasoline and diesel fuels because of its lower harmful emissions, including $CO_2$, and high thermal efficiency. In particular, natural gas is seen as an alternative fuel for heavy-duty Diesel Engines because of the lower resulting emissions of PM, $CO_2$ and $NO_x$. Almost all CNG vehicles use the PFI-type Engine. However, PFI-type CNG Engines have a lower brake horse power, because of reduced volumetric efficiency and lower burning speed. This is a result of gaseous charge and the time losses increase as compared with the DI-type. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of injection conditions (early injection mode, late injection mode) on the combustion phenomena and performances in the or CNG Engine. A DI Diesel Engine with the same specifications used in a previous study was modified to a DI CNG Engine, and injection pressure was constantly kept at 60bar by a two-stage pressure-reducing type regulator. In this study, excess air ratios were varied from 1.0 to the lean limit, at the load conditions 50% throttle open rate and 1700rpm. The combustion characteristics of the or CNG Engine - such as in-cylinder pressure, indicated thermal efficiency, cycle-by-cycle variation, combustion duration and emissions - were investigated. Through this method, it was possible to verify that the combustion duration, the lean limit and the emissions were improved by control of injection timing and the stratified mixture conditions. And combustion duration is affected by not only excess air ratio, injection timing and position of piston but gas flow condition.
Background: Unleaded petrol contains significant amounts of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene, and xylenes (BTX). Toxic responses following occupational exposure to unleaded petrol have been evaluated only in limited studies. The main purpose of this study was to ascertain whether (or not) exposure to unleaded petrol, under normal working conditions, is associated with any hepatotoxic or nephrotoxic response. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study in which 200 employees of Shiraz petrol stations with current exposure to unleaded petrol, as well as 200 unexposed employees, were investigated. Atmospheric concentrations of BTX were measured using standard methods. Additionally, urine and fasting blood samples were taken from individuals for urinalysis and routine biochemical tests of kidney and liver function. Results: The geometric means of airborne concentrations of BTX were found to be $0.8mg\;m^{-3}$, $1.4mg\;m^{-3}$, and $2.8mg\;m^{-3}$, respectively. Additionally, means of direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, blood urea and plasma creatinine were significantly higher in exposed individuals than in unexposed employees. Conversely, serum albumin, total protein, and serum concentrations of calcium and sodium were significantly lower in petrol station workers than in their unexposed counterparts. Conclusion: The average exposure of petrol station workers to BTX did not exceed the current threshold limit values (TLVs) for these chemicals. However, evidence of subtle, subclinical and prepathologic early liver and kidney dysfunction was evident in exposed individuals.
In the present research, a simple electrochemical sensor based on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with ZnO-Zn2SnO4-SnO2 and graphene (ZnO-Zn2SnO4-SnO2/Gr/CPE) was developed for the direct, simultaneous and individual electrochemical measurement of Acetaminophen (AC), Caffeine (Caf) and Ascorbic acid (AA). The synthesized nano-materials were investigated using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray Diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were applied for electrochemical investigation ZnO-Zn2SnO4-SnO2/Gr/CPE, and the impact of scan rate and the concentration of H+ on the electrode's responses were investigated. The voltammograms showed a linear relationship between the response of the electrode for individual oxidation of AA, AC and, Caf in the range of 0.021-120, 0.018-85.3, and 0.02-97.51 μM with the detection limit of 8.94, 6.66 and 7.09 nM (S/N = 3), respectively. Also, the amperometric technique was applied for the measuring of the target molecules in the range of 0.013-16, 0.008-12 and, 0.01-14 μM for AA, AC and, Caf with the detection limit of 6.28, 3.64 and 3.85 nM, respectively. Besides, the ZnO-Zn2SnO4-SnO2/Gr/CPE shows an excellent selectivity, stability, repeatability, and reproducibility for the determination of AA, AC and, Caf. Finally, the proposed sensor was successfully used to show the amount of AA, AC and, Caf in urine, blood serum samples with recoveries ranging between 95.8% and 104.06%.
This study compares and analyzes the legal systems of Korea, the European Union, China, and the United States based on the disclosure principles and processing policies for personal data processing and provides references for seeking improvements in our legal system. Furthermore, this research aims to suggest institutional implications to overcome data transfer limitations in the upcoming digital economy. Findings on a comparative analysis of the relevant legal systems for disclosing privacy policies in four countries showed that Korea's privacy policy is under the eight principles of privacy proposed by the OECD. However, there are limitations in the current situation where personal information is increasingly transferred overseas due to direct international trade e-commerce. On the other hand, the European Union enacted the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in 2016 and emphasized the transfer of personal information under the Privacy Policy. China also showed differences in the inclusion of required items in its privacy policy based on its values and principles regarding transferring personal information and handling sensitive information. The U.S. CPRA amended §1798.135 of the CCPA to add a section on the processing of sensitive information, requiring companies to disclose how they limit the use of sensitive information and limit the use of such data, thereby strengthening the protection of data providers' rights to sensitive information. Thus, we should review our privacy policies to specify detailed standards for the privacy policy items required by data providers in the era of digital economy and digital commerce. In addition, privacy-related organizations and stakeholders should analyze the legal systems and items related to the principles of personal data disclosure and privacy policies in major countries so that personal data providers can be more conveniently and accurately informed about processing their personal information.

Aminoglycoside antibiotics, also known as aminoglycosides (AGs), are veterinary drugs effective against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. Owing to their recent use in cultured meats, it has become essential to establish an analytical method for safety management. AGs are highly polar compounds, and ion-pair reagents (IPRs) are used to ensure component separation. Owing to the high possibility of potential mechanical problems resulting from IPR addition to the mobile phase, an analytical method in which IPRs are added directly to the vial was explored. In this study, methods for analyzing 10 AGs via liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with the addition of two IPRs were validated for selectivity, detection limit, quantitation limit, recovery, and precision. The detection limit was 0.0001-0.0038 mg/kg, the quantification limit was 0.004-0.011 mg/kg, and the linearity (R2) within the concentration range of 0.01-0.5 mg/kg was over 0.99. Recovery and precision (expressed as relative standard deviation) evaluated in the two matrices (beef and cell culture media) ranged from 70.7% to 120.6% and 0.2% to 24.7%, respectively. The validated AG analytical method was then applied to 15 meats prepared from chicken, beef, and pork, and 6 culture media and additives used in cultured meat. No AGs were detected in any of the 15 meats distributed in Korea; however, streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin were detected at levels ranging from 695.85 to 1152.71 mg/kg and 6.35 to 11.11 mg/kg, respectively, in the culture media additives. The LC-MS/MS method coupled with direct addition of IPRs to the vial can provide useful basic data for AG analysis and safety evaluation of meats as well as culture media and additives for cultured meats.

In this study, an experimental study on the tensile properties of steel fiber-reinforced ultra high strength concrete(UHSC) with a standard compressive strength of 180MPa was performed. Steel fibers with a volume ratio of 1% were mixed to prepare direct tensile strength specimens and prism specimens for the three-point bending test. The fabricated specimens were set up in the middle section of the specimen to induce cracks, and the test was carried out according to each evaluation method. First, the stress-strain curves were analyzed by performing direct tensile strength tests to investigate the behavior characteristics of concrete after cracking. In addition, the load-CMOD curve was obtained through the three-point bending test, and the inverse analysis was performed to evaluate the stress-strain curve. Tensile behavior characteristics of the direct tensile test and the three-point bending test of the indirect test were similar. In addition, the tensile stress-strain curve modeling presented in the SC structural design guidelines was performed, and the comparative analysis of the measured and predicted values was performed. When the material reduction factor of 1.0 was applied, the predicted value was similar to the measured value up to the strain of 0.02, but when the material reduction factor of 0.8 was applied, the predicted value was close to the lower limit of the measured value. In addition, when the strain was greater than 0.02, the predicted value by SC structural design guideline to underestimated the measured value.

This study was conducted to comprehend the spatial distribution characteristics, habitats and appearances of Hydropotes inermis by using the biotope mapping in Daebudo Island, Ansan-si. The result is base data to understand status and manage potential inhabitation of Hydropotes inermis in Daebudo Island through the Maximum Entropy model. The study used 105 traces from the primary investigation and 452 traces in the secondary investigation. The biotope types were distinquished Hydropotes inermis habitats largest from the order of natural forest (15.1%), natural coast (13.7%), marshy cultivated land (12.6%), and dry cultivated land (11.7%), and from the inhabitation trace results. Hydropotes inermis appearanced biotope types were the greatest in the order of cultivated land (49.73%) > forest (18.85%) > coast (7.00%) > grassland (6.28%). Since forests in Daebudo Island have low slope and altitude, it was concluded that Hydropotes inermis would live in most of the forests. A high number of Hydropotes inermis was found to appear in areas where the grassland is formed including cultivated lands (include unused paddies and fields) and marshy grasslands, which would result in direct damage of crops. According to the Maxent modeling analysis that used location information of Hydropotes inermis, the AUC value was 0.635 based on the ROC curve. In Daebudo Island, areas with over 0.635 potential inhabitation value are distributed all over the place, and it was concluded that each population would have a different scope of influence and home range. Hydropotes inermis living in Daebudo Island have high habitat suitability mainly around the cultivated lands near the roads, but due to the bare lands and roads, it is expected that their habitats would be fragmented and damaged, which would have a direct and indirect effect in maintaining the Hydropotes inermis population. Also, considering habitat disturbance, diverse methods for reducing damage including capturing some individuals within the limit that does not disperse Hydropotes inermis population in Daebudo Island must be carried out.

In 21 century information age, teachers have to help students' learning activities can be more self- directed learning. The web with diverse audio-visual materials and a great deal of interactions among contents shows lots of possibilities as one of the methods to provide self-directed learning environment for students. It allows learning environment for students to study more self-directed way by following individual learning styles, need, ability, etc. Although the best instructional method is personal field experience in the view of the characteristic of Practical Arts education. a web courseware can be a great substitutional method for improving learning effectiveness in relation to cost, safety, time limit for direct personal field experience. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a web courseware for the unit 'Raising Animals' in Elementary school 6th grade Practical Art which is very difficult unit for teachers to provide direct experience environment for students. The researchers also applied the web courseware in 6th grade classrooms and described the results briefly. However, the researchers did not intend to conduct a full field implementation of the program to evaluate the program. That will be conducted in a following.
In many drinking water treatment plants, chlorination process is one of the main techniques used for the disinfection of water. This disinfecting treatment leads to the formation of haloacetic acid (HAAs). In this study, headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) was studied as a possible alternative to liquid-liquid extraction for the analysis of HAAs in drinking water. The method involves direct derivatization of the acids to their methyl esters without methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) extraction, followed by HS-SPME with a $2cm-50/30{\mu}m$ divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane fiber. The effects of experimental parameters such as selection of SPME fiber, the volume of sulphuric acid and methanol, derivatization temperature and time, the addition of salts, extraction temperature and time, and desorption time on the analysis were investigated. Analytical parameters such as linearity, repeatability and limit of detection were also evaluated. The $2cm-50/30{\mu}m$-divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane fiber, sulphuric acid of 1ml, methanol of 3ml, derivatization temperature of $50^{\circ}C$ derivatization time of 2hrs, sodium chloride salt of 10g, extraction time of 30 minutes, extraction temperature of $20^{\circ}C$ and desorption time of 1 minute at $260^{\circ}C$ were selected as the optimal experimental conditions for the analysis of HAAs. The linearities ($r^2$), relative standard deviations (%RSD) and limits of detection (LOD) for HAAs were 0.9978~0.9991, 1.1~9.8% and $0.05{\sim}0.2{\mu}g/l$, respectively.
