  • In this paper proposed to neural network PI self-tuning direct controller using Error back propagation algorithm. Proposed controller applies to speed controller and current controller. Also, this built up the interface environment to drive it simply and exactly in any kind of reference, environment fluent and parameter transaction of PMSM. Neural network PI self-tuning simulator using Visual C++ and Matlab Simulation is organized to construct this environment, Built up interface has it's own purpose that even the user who don't have the accurate knowledge of Neural network can embody operation characteristic rapidly and easily.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인해 데이터 전송 시 발생하는 공간상의 제약을 쉽게 극복 할 수 있게 되어 전 세계 어디서든지 데이터를 주고받을 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 인터넷 웹기반의 장점을 살려서 그동안 실험 연구용으로 사용하던 서보시스템의 PID 제어방법을 인터넷을 기반으로 한 원격제어 시스템으로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 DC 서보 모터와 모터 제어 보드, NI사의 DAQ, PC로 시스템을 구현 하였다. UI(User Interface)는 LabVIEW 프로그램을 이용하여 GUI(Graphical User Interface)로 DC 서보 모터의 제어와 작동상태의 모니터링이 용이하도록 하였고, 최적의 PID 이득값을 설정하여 원하는 속도 응답 특성이 양호한 제어를 할 수 있게 하였다. 더 나아가 PID 제어 방법을 원격 실시간의 가상 실습이 가능한 e-Learning에 적용 할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 현재, 해양 레저 스포츠 산업이 발달로 인하여 해양 레저용 보트 산업도 발달해 나가고 있다. 그러나 세계적으로 친환경 기술 개발 관련 정책이 강화되고 있으며, 미국 및 유럽의 경우는 가솔린 엔진으로부터 배출되는 대기 오염 물질에 대한 환경규제를 점점 강화해 나가고 있다. 이러한 원인으로 인하여 친환경 배터리 충전식 전기모터시스템을 도입하고 있으며, 충전식 전기모터시스템에 사용되는 소형 모터 및 충전용 배터리에 대한 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 배터리 충전식 전기모터시스템에 사용되는 직류 24[V] 환경에서 2.5[HP] 용량의 고출력 고효율의 선외기용 BLDC(Brushless Direct Current) 모터 제어기 및 모터 드라이브, 홀(Hall) 센서를 통한 BLDC 모터의 상태 파악 및 모터의 정/역 제어 및 속도제어에 대한 설계 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The diffusion cell method is the main technique employed for the in vitro diffusion test of transdermal drug delivery preparations. Most existing transdermal diffusion devices use a water bath heating structure and direct current motor magnetic stirrer. However, these devices are confronted with problems, such as large volume, incompatible vertical and horizontal diffusion cells, few diffusion cell sets, and poor reliability. To overcome these deficiencies, the system adopts a dry heating method and uses a rotating magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic stirrer to drive the magnetic stirrer. Accordingly, the resulting device is characterized by a simple structure and small volume, convenient operation, compatible vertical and horizontal diffusion cells, and numerous diffusion cell sets. The reliability and practicability of the system is verified by the in vitro percutaneous permeability test of the bisoprolol patch.

  • X-ray device used in the diagnosis has made possible to have more effective and accurate diagnosis, powered by the development of various devices. Based on this, X-ray device has become the most basic and essential diagnostic equipment in clinical medicine. At present, in the image acquisition field using X-ray, the use of Digital radiography which is useful in the acquisition time reduction and transfer of images and is possible to have the dose reduction has expanded. With the structure using one detector, this DR device has disadvantages in that it needs structural changes unlike existing X-ray and the detector should be moved to the desired position depending on the shooting location. Therefore, in this study, using BLDC(Brushless direct current) motor and PID(Proportional integral differential) control method, the automatic control system of 3-axis which is upward and downward, left and right and rotation of detector where having the most movement in DR was designed and produced and its performance was evaluated.

  • Switched reluctance motor(SRM) has simple magnetic structure, and requires simple power electronic driving circuit. It is very useful for wide range adjustable speed drive system. But, SRM drive generates large vibration and acoustic noise because it is commutated individually by step pulse m.m.f of each phase pole. In the vibration and acoustic noise characteristics. The considerable vibration and noise is induced by radial deforming of stator, so the frequency of dominant vibration and noise is coincident with the frequency of natural mode frequency of mechanical structure. This radial vibration force is generated in the phase commutation region. This paper suggests the new electromagnetic structure of SRM with auxiliary commutation winding which is excited by direct current. This phase and commutation winding are coupled magnetically between one phase winding and the other. Therefore, the switch-off phase current is absorbed by the another phase winding. By this interaction of phase and commutation winding in commutation mechanism, vibration and noise is reduced. And this reduction effect is examined by the test of prototype machine. As a result, SRM with DC exciting commutation winding is very useful to reduce vibration and acoustic noise.

  • The electromechanical energy conversion conditioning and processing implementation in USM direct motion control system is generally divided into two power stages: the two-phase high-frequency ac power inversion stage for driving piezoelectric ceramic PZT transducer array off the USM stator and the mechanical thrust power conversion stage based on the frictional force between the piezo electric stator array and the rotary slider of the USM. However, the dynamic and steady-state mathematical modeling of the USM is extremely default from a theoretical point of view because it contains many complicated an nonlinear characteristics dependant on operation temperature. In +2$0^{\circ}C$~3$0^{\circ}C$, the operating characteristics of the USM has represented normal condition. But the other temperature, it has abnormal condition so that driving frequency, current and motor speed will be down. The recent USM has controller without temperature compensation. This study represents the fuzzy controller for speed compensation according to operating temperature by driving frequency.

  • This paper presents a calculating method for inductance of the Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) for torque characteristics and driving by analytical model. The torque generating characteristics of the SRM depend on the phase current and the inductance variation features, but Its nonlinear magnetic characteristics make it difficult to calculating inductance. Recently, The approaches for calculating inductance have taken vary from detailed finite element method(FEM) and Fitting method in magnetization curves using complex nonlinear magnetic circuit models. But those methods have not satisfactory approach for machine performance calculations, because of having a long time and remodeling for analyses, therefore thus an alternative approach is required. So it is suggested simply calculating method of the inductance based on designed data of machinery by analytical model in unaligned and aligned rotor. In order to prove the calculating, there are compare with analytical FEM. direct measurement, this method, and simulation. The compared result is shown to obtain good accuracy.

  • In order to implement the direct vector control type sensorless vector control, the rotor flux and the angular speed of the rotor can only be estimated through the measurement of the stationary voltage and current states. To estimate the rotor flux, the use of the rotor flux observer(RFO) has been proposed. It is known that the RFO is relatively insensitive to parameter variations. Using the rotor flux value obtained from the RFO, the rotor flux vector can be estimated. The angular speed of the rotor is estimated by the difference between the synchronous angular speed and the slip angular speed, both of which are derived from the rotor flux vector. However unwanted high order frequency waves become incorporated into the synchronous angular speed during calculations. Thus we propose the use of digital filters that will eliminate these high frequency waves. We have demonstrated through computer simulations that the use of filters results in stable system activity over a wide speed range and good response to load variations.

A Study on the Low Force Estimation of Skeletal Muscle by using ICA and Neuro-transmission Model (독립성분 분석과 신전달 모델을 이용한 근육의 미세한 힘의 추정에 관한 연구)

  • The low force estimation method of skeletal muscle was proposed by using ICA(independent component analysis) and neuro-transmission model. An EMG decomposition is the procedure by which the signal is classified into its constituent MUAP(motor unit action potential). The force index of electromyography was due to the generation of MUAP. To estimate low force, current analysis technique, such as RMS(root mean square) and MAV(mean absolute value), have not been shown to provide direct measures of the number and timing of motoneurons firing or their firing frequencies, but are used due to lack of other options. In this paper, the method based on ICA and chemical signal transmission mechanism from neuron to muscle was proposed. The force generation model consists of two linear, first-order low pass filters separated by a static non-linearity. The model takes a modulated IPI(inter pulse interval) as input and produces isometric force as output. Both the step and random train were applied to the neuro-transmission model. As a results, the ICA has shown remarkable enhancement by finding a hidden MAUP from the original superimposed EMG signal and estimating accurate IPI. And the proposed estimation technique shows good agreements with the low force measured comparing with RMS and MAV method to the input patterns.
