천연망간광석 SCR 반응에서 수분의 영향 (The effect of moisture on SCR reaction of NMO (Natural Manganese Ore))

  • 천연망간광석을 이용한 질소산화물의 선택적촉매환원 반응에서 배가스 내에 포함된 수분의 영향을 연구하였다. 실험은 천연망간광석 촉매상에서 NO와 $NH_3$의 반응을 독립 또는 동시에 반응시켰다. 천연망간광석 촉매의 격자산소를 통하여 저온에서 $NH_3$가 산화될 수 있으며, $NH_3$의 산화로 인하여 생긴 NO 및 $NO_2$의 농도는 수분이 없을 때보다 수분이 존재할 때에 $300^{\circ}C$ 이상 고온에서 더 높게 나타났다. 수분은 천연망간광석 촉매상에서 NO 및 $NH_3$와 경쟁흡착하며, 이것은 고온 및 저온에서의 선택적촉매환원 반응을 저해하는 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 촉매제조시 dipping한 수분도 $NH_3$와 경쟁흡착을 하여 $250^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 NOx 전환율이 감소하였다. NMO는 소성온도별로 활성특성이 달라지고 수분의 유무에 관계없이 $400^{\circ}C$의 최적소성온도를 갖는다.

포스포늄 염을 가진 고분자 습도센서의 감습 특성 및 신뢰성 (Humidity-Sensitive Characteristics and Reliabilities of Polymeric Humidity Sensor Containing Phosphonium Salts)

  • 포스포늄 염을 포함하는 감습성 전해질 고분자 결로센서를 vinylbenzyl triphenyl phosphonium chloride(VTPC)/styrene=3/7의 공중합체로부터 제조하였다. 감습막은 금/알루미나 전극에 침적법에 의하여 도포하였으며 $25^{\circ}C$의 70%RH, 80%RH, 90%RH, 그리고 95% RH에서 임피던스는 $11M{\Omega}$, $980k{\Omega}$, $50k{\Omega}$, 그리고 $11k{\Omega}$를 각각 보여 주어 감습 특성은 결로 센서로서의 특성에 매우 적합하였으며 $15{\sim}35^{\circ}C$에서 온도 의존성 계수는 $-0.25%RH/^{\circ}C$이었으며 히스테리시스는 ${\pm}2%RH$ 이내에 존재하였다. 응답 속도는 70%RH에서 98%RH로 변화할 때 45초이었다. 신뢰성 시험으로서 온도 사이클, 습도 사이클, 고온 고습 저항성, 전기 인가, 장기 방치, 그리고 내수성을 측정하여 결로 센서로서의 적합성을 평가하였다.

졸-겔법으로 제조된 비정질의 텅스텐 산화물 박막과 황산 전해질 계면에서 일어나는 수소의 층간 반응에 대한 전기화학적 특성 (Electrochemical Characteristic on Hydrogen Intercalation into the Interface between Electrolyte of the 0.1N H2SO4and Amorphous Tungsten Oxides Thin Film Fabricated by Sol-Gel Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 W-IPA(peroxo-polytungstic acid)를 출발 물질로 하는 졸 용액을 ITO(indium tin oxide)가 입혀진 유리판 위에 침적 도포(dip-coating) 방법으로 침적시키고, 이것을 겔화시킨 후에 열처리하여 전기 발색 소자 (electrochromic device, ECD)의 텅스텐 산화물 박막 전극을 만들어 이의 전기화학적인 특성을 고찰하였다. 가장 좋은 전기 화학적 특성을 나타내는 조건은 $2g/10mL(W-IPA/H_2O)$졸 용액에 15회 침적 도포하여 $230{\sim}240^{\circ}C$의 온도로 최종 열처리 한 텅스텐 산화물 박막 전극이었으며, 침적 횟수의 증가에 따라 산화 텅스텐 박막의 두께는 비례하여 증가하였고, 5회 침적 도포 이후에는 1회 침적 도포시 약 $60{\AA}$ 두께로 막이 생성됨을 알 수 있었다. 졸-겔법으로 제조된 텅스텐 산화물 박막 전극은 X-선 회절 분석에 의하여 비정질 구조, 주사 전자 현미경에 의하여 박막 표면은 균일한 것으로 조사되었다. 다중 순환 전류-전위 주사법에 의하여 작성된 전류-전위 곡선에 의하면 순환 횟수가 수백회 이상임에도 불구하고 소 발색은 뚜렷하게 나타났으나, 더욱 많은 순환 횟수에서는 전해질인 황산 수용액 중에서 텅스텐 산화물 박막의 박리 현상이 일어나 소 발색의 전류 밀도는 차츰 감소하였다. 전위 주사 속도를 변화시키면서 순환 전류-전위 주사법에 의하여 작성된 전류-전위 곡선으로부터 구한 전기화학적 특성 값을 이용하여 반응에 참여하는 수소 이온의 확산 계수를 구할 수 있었다.

박막형 습도센서의 전기적 특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Electrical Properties of Thin Film Type Humidity Sensor)

  • [ $TiO_2-V_2O_5$ ] sol was fabricated using sol-gel method and $TiO_2-V_2O_5$ thin films were fabricated using dip-coating method. $V_2O_5$ sol was added 0.01mole, 0.03mole, 0.05mole into $TiO_2$ sol. As a results of crystalline properties, $V_2O_5$ peaks were not found in spite of $V_2O_5$ additive. Thickness of thin films increased $0.1{\sim}0.25{\mu}m$ every a dipping. Capacitance of thin films increased with increasing heat treatment temperature and it increased largest at $700^{\circ}C$. Capacitance of thin films decreased with increasing $V_2O_5$ additive and it increased largest at 0.01mole. Because adsorption time and desorption time of thin films was about 2 minutes 40 seconds and about 3 minutes 40 seconds respectively, adsorption time was faster about 1 minutes than desorption time.

습식공정 기반 ITO 기판 위 산화아연 나노로드 모폴로지 제어 (Morphology Control of ZnO Nanorods on ITO Substrates in Solution Processes)

  • We report growth of vertically well-aligned zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods on indium-tin oxide (ITO)/glass substrates using a simple aqueous solution method at low temperature via control of the ZnO seed layer morphology. ZnO nanoparticles acting as seeds are pre-coated on ITO-coated glass substrates. by spin coating to control distribution and density of the ZnO seed nanoparticles. ZnO nanorods were synthesized on the seed-coated substrates in a dipping process into a main growth solution. It was found that the alignment of ZnO nanorods can be effectively manipulated by the spin-coating speed of the seed layer. A grazing incidence X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the ZnO seed layer prepared using the higher spin-coating speed is of uniform seed distribution and a flat surface, resulting in the vertical growth of ZnO nanorods aligned toward the [0001] direction in the main growth process.

Local Back Contact Formed by Screen Printing and Atomic Layer Deposited Al2O3 for Silicon Solar Cell

  • In rearpoint contact solar cell and the PERC (passivated emitter rear contact) type cell, surfaces were passivated by SiO2 or Al2O3 to increase solar cell efficiency. Therefore, we have investigated the effect of surface passivation for crystalline silicon solarcell using mass-production atomic layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3. The patttern which consists of cylinders with 100um diameter and 5um height was formed by PR patterning on Si (100) substrate and then Al2O3 of about 10nm and 20nm thickness was deposited by ALD. The pattern in 10 nm Al2O3 film was removed by dipping in aceton solution for about 10 min but the pattern in 20 nm Al2O3 film was not. The influences of process temperature and heat treatment were investigated using microwave photoconductance decay (PCD) and Quasi-Steady-State photoconductance (QSSPC). The solar cell process used in this work combines the advantage of using the applicability of a selective deposition associated with a ALD passivation and the use of low-cost screen print for the contacts formation.

Plastic Coating에 의(依)한 사과의 저장연구(貯藏硏究) (Studies on the Preservation of Apples by Plastic Film Coating)

  • A new method of plastic film coating has been investigated to extend storage life of apples. The film coating was effected by dipping fresh apples in a plastic emulsion. The effect of plastic film coating on the preservation of freshness, respiratory activities and chemical components during storage, has been investigated on four leading varieties of apples. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The effect of film coating on storage life of apples was apparent, resulting in delay of after-ripening, shriveling, softening or physiological impediment as well as reducing consumption of reserve materials and waste fruits. 2. Change in the partial pressure of gas, i.e., increase in carbon dioxide and decrease in oxygen in apple tissue was resulted by the plastic film coating, suggesting that the film deposited on the fruit interfered with the diffusion of gases formed therein. 3. The effects of plastic film coating on the fruit storage varied with the type of plastic emulsions, coating temperature, varieties of apples and degree of fruit ripening. As regard to apple varieties, good results were obtained with PVA 217 for both American Summer Pearmain and Jonathan, and PVC 443 for McIntosh. 4. Reduction in the diminution rates of L-malic acid, ascorbic acid and soluble pectin etc. during storage of apples may account for the improved storage life of the fruits treated with plastic films.

$\pi$-A Isotherms and Electrical Properties of Polyamic acid Alkylamine salts(PAAS) Langmuir-Blodgett Films

  • Deposition conditions, surface morphology, and electrical properties of polyamic acid alkylamine salts (PAAS) Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films have been investigated through a study of surface pressure-area $\pi$-A isotherms, AFM (atomic force microscopy), and current-voltage characteristics. To obtain the optimum conditions of film deposition, the $\pi$-A isotherms were examined by varying temperature, barrier moving speed, dipping speed, spreading amount of solution etc. The Z-type LB films were made at the surface pressure of 5 mN m-1 and 25 mN m-1 for the AFM study; the former surface pressure forms the gas phase and the latter one forms the solid phase. The LB film made in the gas phase show domains with a size of about 200 A diameter and 70 A height. However, the LB films made in the solid phase show a very smooth surface with 2 A surface roughness. In the current-voltage characteristics measured along the perpendicular direction of the films, ohmic conduction has been observed below 105 V cm-1 and the calculated electrical conductivity is about 10-13 S cm-1. Nonohmic conduction has been observed above = 10-11 V cm and the conduction mechanism can be explained by the Schottky effect.

Interfacial Properties of Electrodeposited Carbon Fibers Reinforced Epoxy Composites Using Fragmentation Technique and Acoustic Emission

  • Carbon fiber/epoxy composites using electrodeposited monomeric and polymeric coupling agents were compared with the dipping and the untreated cases. Treating conditions such as time, concentration and temperature were optimized. Four-fibers embedded micro-composites were prepared for fragmentation test. Interfacial properties of four-fiber composites with different surface treatments were investigated with simultaneous acoustic emission (AE) monitoring. The microfailure mechanisms occurring from fiber break, matrix and interlayer crackings were examined by AE parameters and an optical microscope. It was found that interfacial shear strength (IFSS) of electrodeposited carbon fibers was much higher than the other cases under dry and wet conditions. Well separated and different-shaped AE groups occurs for the untreated and ED treated case, respectively.

  • 본 연구는 우렁쉥이(Halocynthia roretzi)의 가공 및 저장 수단을 모색하기 위하여 냉동품으로서의 가능성과 동결저장 중 이에 수반되어 일어나는 흑변방지를 목적으로 실시하였으며, 흑변현상은 저장온도가 낮고, Polyethylene film으로 밀착포장한 것은 그렇지 않은 것보다 진행속도가 완만하였다. 식품첨가물 중 식염수와 구연산이 흑변방지 효과가 우수하였으며 3%식염수에 0.3% 구연산 함유용액을 조제하여 $3{\sim}5$분간 침지한 다음 수지 필름에 밀착포장하여 $-45^{\circ}C$에서 5시간동안 동결한 것을 $-20^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 것은 저장 200일까지도 색조 및 품질 변화가 거의 없었다.
