This paper also suggests the Digital Evidence Transmission System for E-Discovery which is suited to domestic environments in order to solve these problems and promote safe and convenient transmission of the electronic evidences. The suggested Digital Evidence Transmission System for E-Discovery is the system that submit digital evidences to Court's Sever through the Internet using Public Key Infrastructure and Virtual Private Network, and solves the problems - such as privileged and privacy data, trade secret of company, etc.
The network architecture and analysis model for evaluating the information security are presented to distribute the reliable and secure multimedia digital contents. Using the firewall and IDS, the function of the proposed model includes the security range, related data collection/analysis, level evaluation and strategy proposal. To develop efficient automatic analysis tool, the inter-distribution algorithm and network design based on the traffic analysis between web-server and user are needed. Furthermore, the efficient algorithm and design of DRM/PKI also should be presented before the development of the automatic information security model.
The emergence of Security Token has revolutionized the way assets are traded, bringing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility to the market. However, the Real Estate Security Token market faces challenges, particularly in terms of liquidity. The CMTO(Collateralized Mortgage Token Obligation) model addresses this issue by introducing a novel approach that combines the benefits of NFT(Non-Fungible Token), STO(Security Token Offering), and CMO(Collateralized Mortgage Obligation) techniques to enhance liquidity and promote investment in Real Estate Security Token. The CMTO framework functions by allowing DABS token investors to leverage their tokens as collateral for loans. These token-collateralized loans are pooled together and form the basis for issuing Sequential CMO named CMTO. The CMTO represent a diversified portfolio of token-collateralized loans, providing investors with options based on their financial goals and risk preferences. By implementing CMTO, the Real Estate Security Token market can overcome liquidity challenges, attract a broader range of investors, and unlock the full potential of digital assets in the real estate industry.
In the case of unauthorized individuals, systems and entities or process threatening the instrumentation and control systems of nuclear facilities using the intrinsic vulnerabilities of digital based technologies, those systems may lose their own required functions. The loss of required functions of the critical systems of nuclear facilities may seriously affect the safety of nuclear facilities. Consequently, digital instrumentation and control systems, which perform functions important to safety, should be designed and operated to respond to cyber threats capitalizing on the vulnerabilities of digital based technologies. To make it possible, the developers and licensees of nuclear facilities should perform appropriate cyber security program throughout the whole life cycle of digital instrumentation and control systems. Under the goal of securing the safety of nuclear facilities, this paper presents the KINS' regulatory position on cyber security program to remove the cyber threats that exploit the vulnerabilities of digital instrumentation and control systems and to mitigate the effect of such threats. Presented regulatory position includes establishing the cyber security policy and plan, analyzing and classifying the cyber threats and cyber security assessment of digital instrumentation and control systems.

With an increasing demand of powerful electronic goods, smart TV containing network module with digital TV gets more popular. These change are meaningful from a digital forensics perspective because smart TV store more user's data than digital TV. In this paper, we suggest smart TV forensics as a branch of digital forensics. With smart TV forensics, investigator can trace more wide age group's activities than existing digital forensics analysis.

Nowadays, digital-images are widely used at Web, industrial and medical applications. There have been many studies on online and Web copyright. But there are a few studies on industrial digital-image. In this paper, we propose the image encryption scheme for digital image in the industrial film. We implement and verify the proposed digital image encryption scheme for prevention of industrial secrets and intellectual property right outflow.

The security of data and information using encryption algorithms is becoming increasingly important in today's world of digital data transmission over unsecured wired and wireless communication channels. Hybrid encryption techniques combine both symmetric and asymmetric encryption methods and provide more security than public or private key encryption models. Currently, there are many techniques on the market that use a combination of cryptographic algorithms and claim to provide higher data security. Many hybrid algorithms have failed to satisfy customers in securing data and cannot prevent all types of security threats. To improve the security of digital data, it is essential to develop novel and resilient security systems as it is inevitable in the digital era. The proposed hybrid algorithm is a combination of the well-known RSA algorithm and a simple symmetric key (SSK) algorithm. The aim of this study is to develop a better encryption method using RSA and a newly proposed symmetric SSK algorithm. We believe that the proposed hybrid cryptographic algorithm provides more security and privacy.

Lack of knowledge and digital skills is a threat to the information security of the state and society, so the formation and development of organizational culture of information security is extremely important to manage this threat. The purpose of the article is to assess the state of information security of the state and society. The research methodology is based on a quantitative statistical analysis of the information security culture according to the EU-27 2019. The theoretical basis of the study is the theory of defense motivation (PMT), which involves predicting the individual negative consequences of certain events and the desire to minimize them, which determines the motive for protection. The results show the passive behavior of EU citizens in ensuring information security, which is confirmed by the low level of participation in trainings for the development of digital skills and mastery of basic or above basic overall digital skills 56% of the EU population with a deviation of 16%. High risks to information security in the context of damage to information assets, including software and databases, have been identified. Passive behavior of the population also involves the use of standard identification procedures when using the Internet (login, password, SMS). At the same time, 69% of EU citizens are aware of methods of tracking Internet activity and access control capabilities (denial of permission to use personal data, access to geographical location, profile or content on social networking sites or shared online storage, site security checks). Phishing and illegal acquisition of personal data are the biggest threats to EU citizens. It have been identified problems related to information security: restrictions on the purchase of products, Internet banking, provision of personal information, communication, etc. The practical value of this research is the possibility of applying the results in the development of programs of education, training and public awareness of security issues.

Industrial control system was designed mainly in the form of analog in early days. However, necessity of digital system engineering is increasing recently because systems become complicated. Consequently, stability of digital systems is improved so most industrial control systems are designed with digital. Because Using digital design of Industrial control system is expanded, various threatening possibilities such as penetration or destruction of systems are increasing enormously. Domestic and overseas researchers accordingly make a multilateral effort into risk analysis and preparing countermeasures. In this paper, this report chooses common security requirement in industrial control system and nuclear control system through relevant guidelines analysis. In addition, this report suggests the development plan of nuclear cyber security system which will be an essential ingredient of planning approvals.

The majority of financial and general business organizations have had individual damage from hacking, worms, viruses, cyber attacks, internet fraud, technology and information leaks due to criminal damage. Therefore privacy has become an important issue in the community. This paper examines various elements of the information security management system and discuss about Information Security Management System Models by using the analysis of the financial statue and its level of information security assessment. These analyses were based on the Information Security Management System (ISMS) of Korea Information Security Agency, British's ISO27001, GMITS, ISO/IEC 17799/2005, and COBIT's information security architecture. This model will allow users to manage and secure information safely. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to use the security management plan to improve the companies' financial and information security and to prevent from any risk of exposing the companies' information.
