보다 효과적으로 디지털 아카이브를 구축하고 디지털 아카이브간의 상호운영과 자원의 공용을 수월하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 표준적인 아카이브 모형과 이에 따른 정책 및 방법을 제안하는 OAIS 참조모형이 권고되었다. OAIS 참조 모형은 개념적으로 최상위 차원에서 정의한 것으로 현재 개발된 디지털 아카이브는 적용시키려는 모 기관의 목적, 시스템 환경 및 제반환경과 같은 다양한 요소들을 고려하여 개발되고 있다. 이에 현재 구축되어진 디지털 아카이브 아키텍처를 조사하여 앞으로 구축될 디지털 아카이브가 갖추어야 할 지녀야 할 기술적 전략을 제시하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구는 OAIS 참조모형이 권고한 기본개념과 기능, 환경을 근간으로 하나 보다 신뢰성과 보안성이 높고 정보기술 관리기능이 영구적으로 유지될 수 있는 디지털 아카이브의 개념적 모형을 제시하였다.

The 8-VSB modulation technology developed by ATSC was adapted for national terrestrial DTV broadcasting. It uses same bandwidth of 6㎒ as the one of NTSC TV broadcasting. The simulcast on the both of analog and digital is mandated for some period, some shortage within the limited frequency resource . ATSC transmission technology is excellent in long distance broadcasting, but it is even poorer than other transmission technology In mobile receiving. The design of transmission system in the ATSC broadcasting is food enough with the provision of wide area service without Interference from adjacent channel. KORMARC used in library bibliographic information, had been pointed several weaknesses such as inflexibility lack of link information and compatibility. In addition, a sudden increase in digital information associated with development of internet is demanding an integration of web resources metadata as the resource of library information. This study mentioned XML/KORMARC system or adaption of XML standard format turned out to be the most efficient way to use KORMARC formats and to expand the range of those information service such as bibliographic information, factual information, referral information and full-text.

창조경제 새로운 패러다임의 변화는 사회적 관계의 변화에 영향을 끼치고 있으며, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등의 발전에 따라 나타나는 새로운 관계의 공간적 특성에도 영향을 끼치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 변화에 영향을 미치는 동력을 '소셜 네트워크 리소스(social network resource)'로 명명하고, 그에 따라 나타나는 제반 특징과 경제지리학적 관점에서의 공간적 특성을 설명하고자 하였다. '소셜 네트워크 리소스'는 개방성과 공유, 참여, 협력의 특징을 보여주는 동시에, 공간적으로는 로컬과 글로벌의 특징을 모두 아우르는 소위 '트랜스 로컬리티'의 특성을 보이고 있는데, 서울시의 사회적 지식공유 웹 플랫폼인 '위키서울닷컴'의 사례를 통해 그러한 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 물리적자원, 인적자원, 정보자원의 특성과 함께 관계자원으로서의 특징이 모두 나타나고 있으며, 이러한 특징에 공간이 투영되어, 사회적 관계가 공간에 표출되는 질적 공간의 특성 또한 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of recently discovered non-coding small RNA molecules, on average approximately 21 nucleotides in length, which underlie numerous important biological roles in gene regulation in various organisms. The miRNA database (release 18) has 18,226 miRNAs, which have been deposited from different species. Although miRNAs have been identified and validated in many plant species, no studies have been reported on discovering miRNAs in Panax ginseng Meyer, which is a traditionally known medicinal plant in oriental medicine, also known as Korean ginseng. It has triterpene ginseng saponins called ginsenosides, which are responsible for its various pharmacological activities. Predicting conserved miRNAs by homology-based analysis with available expressed sequence tag (EST) sequences can be powerful, if the species lacks whole genome sequence information. In this study by using the EST based computational approach, 69 conserved miRNAs belonging to 44 miRNA families were identified in Korean ginseng. The digital gene expression patterns of predicted conserved miRNAs were analyzed by deep sequencing using small RNA sequences of flower buds, leaves, and lateral roots. We have found that many of the identified miRNAs showed tissue specific expressions. Using the insilico method, 346 potential targets were identified for the predicted 69 conserved miRNAs by searching the ginseng EST database, and the predicted targets were mainly involved in secondary metabolic processes, responses to biotic and abiotic stress, and transcription regulator activities, as well as a variety of other metabolic processes.

기관은 모든 인적, 물적 자원을 비즈니스 경쟁력으로 변환하기 위한 노력과 디지털 지식정보화 환경의 대응에 따라 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)을 도입 하였고 여러 성공 요인으로 열거된 요인 중에는 인적자원관리가 존재 한다. 하지만 ERP의 인적자원관리 모듈은 기능적 인사관리 역할에 머물러 있다. 인적자원을 어떻게 활용할 것인가는 인재를 탐색하고 인식하는 것으로 출발하는 것으로 시작한다. 제안한 API Gateway 기법은 ERP의 인적자원관리 모듈의 확장의 가능성을 시작으로 첫 번째, 블록체인 네트워크를 활용해 인적자원의 공유와 탐색을 위한 API의 설계와 구현을 하였고 두 번째로 정보의 위변조 방지를 위해 API와 같이 동작하는 스마트 컨트랙트(Smart Contract)를 함께 설계 및 구현 하였다. 제안한 기법은 인적자원을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 도구로 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 빅 데이터 기술을 활용하기 위한 완벽한 자원이 될 것이다.

Recently the attention on digital hologram that is regarded as to be the final goal of the 3-dimensional video technology has been increased. Digital hologram is calculated by modeling the interference phenomenon between an object wave and a reference wave. The modeling for digital holograms is called by computer generated hologram (CGH) Generally, CGH requires a very large amount of calculation. So if holograms are generated in real time, high-speed method should be needed. In this paper, we analyzed CGH equation, optimized it for mapping general purpose graphic processing unit (GPGPU), and proposed a optimized CGH calculation technique for GPGPU by resource allocation and various experiments which include block size changing, memory selection, and hologram tiling. The implemented results showed that a digital hologram that has $1,024{\times}1,024$ resolution can be generated during approximately 24ms, using 1K point clouds. In the experiment, we used two GTX 580 GPGPU of nVidia Inc.

참고서비스는 도서관 업무의 중심이다. 정보통신 기술의 발달과 정보의 양적 팽창으로 인해 이용자 중심의 중요성은 과거에 비해 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 디지털 시대에 양질의 참고서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 모델을 제안하려고 한다. 이를 위해 디지털 참고서비스의 개념과 유형을 조사하였으며, 현재 디지털 참고서비스를 운영하고 있는 주요 대학교와 'Aska' 서비스를 운영하고 있는 해외 주요 사이트의 특성 등을 조사하였다. 끝으로 이러한 조사 자료에 근거하여 도서관의 인적 및 물적 자원 공유형 디지털 참고서비스 모델을 제안하였다.

The paper aims to analyze the factors influencing the digital technology readiness of the governmental agency in Thailand, namely the Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teachers and Educational Personnel (OTEP). This paper discusses challenges regarding the technology readiness of OTEP, which is taken as a case study for Thai governmental agencies. Data is collected through questionnaires distributed from October to December 2020. With a population of 777 OTEP staff, 534 employees are the respondents of this study. The study employs correlation, multiple linear regression, and structural equation modeling to analyze the data. The dependent variable is the digital technology readiness, while the independent variables are age, technology literacy, technology experience, attitude, organizational culture, leadership, and learning facilities. One of the principal findings is that the digital technology readiness of OTEP is at a moderate level. In addition, learning facilities, technology literacy, leadership, and organizational culture are found to be statistically significant for digital technology readiness. The findings highlight the issues and obstacles associated with encouraging human resource development, notably in the field of digital technology. Adopting digital technology to give better services to a large scale of customers is challenging for most large governmental enterprises, considering OTEP as a wonderful example for organizations under government oversight.

이 연구의 목적은 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원이 '문화원형 디지털화 사업'을 통해 구축한 문화원형콘텐츠 중에서 디지털 소리자료의 장기보존 전략을 수립하는데 필요한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 소리자료의 장기보존을 위한 디지털화의 필요성과 제한점, 디지털 소리자료의 장기보존을 위한 아카이빙 모델(OAIS 참조모델과 AHDS모델), 보존메타데이터 기술적 원칙들, 저장매체에 대하여 논의하였다. 그리고 문화원형콘텐츠의 장기보존기관으로서 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원이 RLG와 NARA의 인준기준을 준수할 것과 유사한 책임을 가진 다른 기관들과의 협력을 고려할 것을 주장하였다.
