현대 디지털 예술작품의 복제성에 대한 고찰 (Review on the Duplication of Modern Digital Art Works)

  • 예술작품의 복제는 오래전부터 광범위한 유포와 이익을 위해 이루어져 왔다. 최근 디지털 복제 매체의 발달에 따라 물질적 복제화와 함께 예술작품 내에 그 개념이 개입되며 의미가 더욱 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 근래 두드러지고 있는 디지털 예술작품의 복제성이라는 개념을 현대 대중문화와 연관지어 고찰하고, 기계 매체 시대의 복제성과 비교하며, 또한 새롭게 정립할 수 있는 그것의 특성을 연구하였다.

문화콘텐츠개발을 위한 한국 전통신발의 2D데이터베이스 구축(1) (Construction of Two-Dimensional Database of Korean Traditional Shoes for the Development of Cultural Contents(1))

  • Research materials of Korean traditional shoes have so far been mainly literary explanations or plane pictures expressed on the basis of the explanations and photographs of incomplete forms of relics excavated and it makes us have difficulty in observing them visually and producing products with them by design application. This project is to establish database of literal data of Korean traditional shoes and visual data using 3D in order to make the foundation of developing culture industry contents using Korean traditional shoes. According to the initial research plan. first. it analyzed and arranged the Korean traditional shoes into period. sex and function as the research goals of the first year. categorized the form. composition. materials. patterns. and colors of traditional shoes and then database of the materials was performed with text. Second. visual image materials including forms. composition. materials. patterns. and colors of traditional shoes were established as database with scanner. digital camera and computer 2D. Results of such a database will be able to be used as important materials which can be the foundation of culture industry contents development of traditional shoes and be the materials for developing digital culture contents of traditional shoes and teaching Korean traditional culture.

사용자 인터랙션을 지원하는 교육용 앱북의 구현 및 평가 (Implementation and Evaluation of an Educational AppBook with User Interaction)

  • As e-books have been becoming common, the market for digital textbooks also has been expected to grow rapidly. In this paper, we introduce our experience of developing interactive e-books with Unity3D, and the result of user's experiment of using the books. The e-books are targeted to the lower grades in elementary schools, and they are a series of a fairy tale story with educational information on flat tide. They support rich user interactions such as dragging and clicking objects and rich media including 3D animations, videos, pictures, and augmented reality. We separate educational information from the main story in order to meet some incompatible issues among story, education, and user interaction. We conducted user experiments with twenty four 4th grade students and 95.8% (23 from 24) of them liked the e-books. They also thought the e-books would help them study about flat tide and sea creatures in there.

  • A smart phone is a multimedia device that is a necessity for modern people. It includes a wireless networking system to share information and pictures. However, numerous smart phones are discarded every year, since they have a very fast technology development cycle. This paper presents the development of a telemetry algorithm to measure displacement and strain with a discarded smart phone and digital image correlation methods. To implement the measurement algorithm, the LabVIEW 2010 program development platform was used. In order to verify reliability, an open hole tension test was conducted using a smart phone and a universal test machine. In addition, the measurement results from the smart phone were compared with FEM analysis results.

렌티큘러 기법을 활용한 패션일러스트레이션의 시뮬라크르적 표현 연구 (A Study of Simulacre Expression in Fashion Illustrations, Using Lenticular Technique)

  • The purpose of this study was to expand the expression of Fashion Illustration using Lenticular imaging process. In the 2-dimensional pictures, Lenticular imaging process can be effective to make multiple, virtual and variable images, which are assumed the main characteristics of modern Fashion Illustration. For this study, the main characteristics of digital based fashion trend and Fashion Illustration were analyzed. The main characteristics of digital based fashion were 'Interaction, Variableness, Virtuality, Multiples and Hyper-text' which were related with Simulacre thinking. The main characteristics of expression in Fashion Illustration were 'Virtuality and Multiples'. The image of 'Variableness' was an important factor in digital based fashion, but it was restricted within Fashion Illustration because of the 2-dimensional picture. Therefore, the Lenticular imaging process was proposed as an effective method to expand 2-dimensional limit, giving an effect of 'Variableness' in Fashion Illustration. Based on this study, 5 illustration works were proposed. The Lenticular imaging process was applied in making the images of 'Virtuality, Multiples and Variableness' in 5 works. The result of this study can be a basic material to understand the characteristics of modern Fashion Illustration as a meaningful sub-culture, and diverse expressions corresponding with the phases of the times.

퍼스널 스토리텔링의 온라인 협력 학습을 위한 인터페이스에 대한 연구 - CSCL을 통한 디지털 미디어 디자인의 학습 측면에서 - (Interface Design of Online Collaborative Learning Environment for Person Storytelling - From CSCL point of view for digital media design -)

  • 퍼스널 스토리텔링은 창의적 사고와 디지털 미디어를 학습하는 기회를 제공할 수 있는 디지털 미디어 디자인의 한 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 퍼스널 스토리텔링을 제작하는 일반인들이 동료 스토리텔러들이나 전문가들과 상호작용을 통하여 스토리텔링을 발전시켜 나갈 수 있는 온라인 사이트를 제안하고 이의 인터페이스를 디지털 미디어 디자인에 대한 협력학습의 관점에서 연구하였다. 협력학습 이론들에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 미디어 디자인의 협력학습을 지원하기 위한 요소들을 추출하고, 기존의 사진 및 필름 포럼(forum) 사이트들을 분석하여 디지털 미디어에 대한 온라인 상호작용의 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 디지털 미디어 디자인의 협력학습을 위한 인터페이스 디자인의 방향을 추출하여 퍼스널 스토리텔링을 위한 상호작용 사이트의 인터페이스에 적용하고 모의 평가를 실시하였다. 퍼스널 스토리텔러들의 협력학습을 돕기 위해서 인터페이스는 스토리텔러들 간의 관찰과 발전적인 상호작용을 촉진하고, 상호 주관성의 형성을 지원하며, 미디어에 대한 용이한 접근을 제공하도록 제시되었다.

모성간호학 실습 전자교과서 개발 - 산부간호편 - (Development of Digital Textbook for Maternity Nursing Practice for the Internet: Nursing Care of Women in Labor and Delivery)

  • This study was done to develop a digital textbook for students to use over the internet for maternity nursing practice. The textbook is not only for student nurses, but also for nurse midwives and nurses working in the maternity. The process used was as follows; 1. Existing educational media on maternity nursing were reviewed and examined. 2. Workshops and meetings were held to decide the most appropriate type of presentation. 3. The digital content including text, pictures, audios, and videos were developed using Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier. 4.Revisions were made recursively as the content was previewed and implemented over the internet by professionals and the end-users. 5. A database of members and a web survey module were developed and posted. The clinical implication of a digital textbook over the internet is the possibility of using it to educate many student nurses throughout the country and to disseminate the content for whoever needs it in practice settings and facilities. Another implication is that this site stressed interactivity by developing member database and web survey. In conclusion, the study found this first trial of digital textbook to be a unique educational media for nursing skills practice. Further refinement of this media is strongly recommended.

드론을 활용한 3차원 DSM추출을 위한 연구 (A Study of Three Dimensional DSM Development using Self-Developed Drone)

  • 이 논문은 자체 개발된 드론을 이용하여 사진측량기술을 적용하여 3차원 수치지표면모델(DSM)개발 연구를 수행하였다. 이 DSM을 개발하기 위하여 제주도 지역을 선정하여 24장의 사진을 개발된 드론으로 직접 촬영을 수행하였다. 촬영된 사진의 정확한 3차원 좌표를 부여하기 위하여, 10개의 지표기준점(GCP)점을 선정하여 상대측위 지구위치시스템(DGPS)측량을 실시하였다. 사진의 정확도를 평가하기 위하여 3개의 GCP점을 선정하여 사진상의 좌표와 지상점의 좌표의 정확도를 비교하였다. 사진좌표계과 지상좌표계의 정확도를 평가한 결과 수평오차는 8.8-14.7 cm로 나타났으며, 연직오차는 12.4 cm로 나타났다. 이 정확도는 국토지리정보원(NGII)이 인정하는 1/1,000 수치지도의 정확도를 가지는 측량결과이다. 이 연구를 통하여 본 연구에서 개발된 드론과 사진측량기법이 제주지역에서 우리가 원하는 DSM자료를 얻는데 유용한 기술임을 알 수 있었다.

녹 이미지를 응용한 의상디자인 - 디지털 텍스타일 프린팅 기법을 중심으로 - (Rusty Images Applied Fashion Design - For Digital Textile Printing Method -)

  • The purpose of this study is to reorganize any rusty image including natural modeling characteristic presented from the natural phenomenon to certain patterns in order to create the fashion design that are valued in the expansion of independently expressional area and modeling art. As a method for research, the author analyzed the concept and characteristic for rust with a base of theoretical background by the documental research and realistic consideration, analyzed its modeling characteristic through domestic and overseas pictures, and e-documents as data, inspected the modeling activities of various categories that various images were adapted related to rust, looked into the concept of Digital Textile Printing and its producing procedure as an expressional method, and analyzed the examples of modern dress and its ornament making use of Digital Textile Printing. The conclusions of this study are as below. First, the rust occurred due to the natural phenomenon is the bond with different material like metal, each unique modeling characteristic occurs and harmony of various patterns has abundant aesthetic value. Second, the author could endowed sensible characteristic and speciality with works and could produce creative fashion design that painting, abstractive pattern and harmony of unique sense of colors are significant by using the image of rust, Third, to emphasize natural feeling of rust, the author could develop creative design that simple silhouette and impressive pattern look significant by reorganizing and applying rust according to repetition, increment, rhythm, contract, emphasis and harmony. Fourth, Digital Textile Printing method is used to induce visual effect by the expression of feels of rust, and the author could express the natural patterns, delicate expression for the feels of a material and unique design of emotion.

디지털카메라를 이용한 굴뚝연기의 혼탁도 측정모듈의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Turbidity Measurement Module of Plume using a Digital Camera)

  • 공장 사업장 등에서 발생되는 매연은 대기오염의 원인이 될 뿐만 아니라 인체에도 나쁜 영향을 미친다. 굴뚝에서 발생되는 굴뚝연기의 혼탁도를 측정하는 가장 일반적인 방법은 자동시정측정기를 굴뚝 안에 장착하여 관찰하는 방법이나 미국환경보호청에서 제정한 고정오염원으로부터 방출되는 혼탁한 굴뚝연기의 시각적 결정 방법인 Method 9이 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 구축과 유지에 많은 비용이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 디지털카메라를 이용한 굴뚝연기 혼탁도 측정 모듈 프로그램을 구축한다. 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 굴뚝연기의 사진을 획득하고 DOM(Digital Optical Method)을 사용하여 굴뚝연기의 혼탁도를 측정하는 모듈을 설계하고 구현한다. 또한 구현된 모듈을 다른 방법과 비교 분석하여 우수성을 입증한다.
