Purpose of this study is studying direction that change of design by development of new digital technology. And with new technology, find direction of architectural design. Digital technology for architectural design demonstrates hightechnology or is not limit. Must recognize change for our idea and necessity. We can know change in relation of photography and impressionism. Idea and hitting on a thought which is arts by new technology changed. Finally, we must develop techniques of design on the basis of technology and look for possibility of new expression. Digital medium expands communication with designer and customer because there is special quality of nonlinearity, interactivity and audiovisuality unlike old medium. Digital medium can take advantage of techniques of new design. Can construct R&D and database of design and improve quality of design. Designer must master use skill to take advantage of digital technology in design. Because quality of design becomes different according to degree that use. Also, developer of digital technology must supply design tool such as previous design method. Creativity that architectural design that allow fetters in digital technology can understand design in new viewpoint is required. Architectural design may be magnified by architectural design that allow fetters in multimedia. We may see experience between new time and space of architectural design and reappearance space reappeared in cyberspace. Architect is going to run role as developer of culture. Value and technology of digital design may offer more more possibility and an opportunity since Intustrial-Revolution.

All around tile world there has been great human and economical damage continuously by disasters like the earthquakes and storms(Tsunami) in eastern asia which recently occurred, and like the New Orleams hurricane in USA. The situation is our countries damage from natural disasters due to heavy snow, storms, forest fires have been increasing In this research we obtained GSIS data of the 05' Yang-yang forest fire disaster area using multi-sensors like airborne laser data, GPS/INS, aerial photograph surveying. In result we produced digital topographical maps, digital elevation models, digital external models, digital images, infrared images. By, analyzing and comparing with past aerial photography we obtained the exact damage area, amount of damage, estimated tile areas where a landslide might occur, and we analyzed vegetations amount of damage and possibility of recovery.

Digital imaging is emerging as a standard method for patient documentation in clinical setting. Managing patient expectations before aesthetic surgery can greatly improve patient satisfaction after surgery. The patient who visited for plastic surgery wants a predicted figure after the operation. A virtual plastic surgery software is necessary in order to satisfy the desire of patients. Adobe $Photoshop^{(R)}$ is the professional standard in desktop digital imaging, offers indispensable new features for graphic and web design, photography, and video. Using imaging technology, it takes just minutes to realistically simulate the results of double eyelid operation, liposuction, rhinoplasty or any other aesthetic procedure. The aim of this study is to analyze the significance of the digital image processing and to introduce the virtual plastic surgery using Adobe $Photoshop^{(R)}$.

A digital image usually has 8 bits of depth basically representing pixel intensity ranging for [0 255]. These pixel range allow 256 step levels of pixel values in the image. Thus the greyscale value for a given image is an integer. When we carry out interpolation of a given image for resizing we have to round the interpolated value to integer which can result in loss of quality on perceived color values. This paper proposes a new method for recovering this loss of information during interpolation process. By using the proposed method the pixels tend to regain more original values which yields better looking images on resizing.

미디어 융합과 포화의 문화에서 미디어의 전경과 미디어를 매개로한 문화는 과거와 다른 새롭고 다양한 양상으로 전개되고 있다. 하나의 미디어는 고립되어 존재하지 않으며, 다른 미디어들과의 관계 속에서 형성되고 이용자 수준에서는 다양한 미디어들과 연계를 통해 새로운 경험과 문화를 형성한다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 디지털 카메라와 디지털 사진 이미지를 미디어와 미디어 이용의 차원에서 이론적으로 또 경험적으로 접근하고 설명하려는 한 시도이다. 디지털 카메라는 미디어로서 과거와 동시대의 다른 미디어들과의 관계 속에서 미디어 및 관련기술들의 발달에 따른 영향을 주고받으며 더 나은 카메라로 개선되고 카메라 이상의 또 다른 미디어로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이용자 수준에서 디지털 카메라로 생산된 디지털 사진 이미지는 미디어들의 연계를 통해 관리, 유포, 감상, 소비되면서 다양한 유형의 경험과 새로운 이미지 문화를 형성하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 카메라의 변화에 대한 이론적 분석과 디지털 카메라 이용자들에 대한 미디어 이용 조사를 통해 하나의 미디어로서 디지털 카메라가 다른 미디어들과 어떤 관계를 맺고 있으며, 이용자 수준에서 디지털 사진을 매개로한 미디어 연계를 분석했다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 미디어 융합과 포화의 문화에서 미디어 변화와 미디어 연계의 한 사례를 설명하고자 한다.

This study aims to establish the quality management method for spatial data construction process. Total 17 regulations related to spatial database construction and major aerial survey firms were analyzed in terms of working process, equipments, accuracy of results. It is standardized the process of making new digital maps using aerial photography, revising existing digital maps, producing digital elevation models and developing imagery maps. Quality checking factors for spatial data construction process are also established.

본 연구는 비비안 마이어의의 셀프포트레이트 창작 방식에 대해 탐구했다. 비비안 마이어는 셀프포트레이트 촬영을 통해 자신의 모습을 사진의 피사체로 적극적으로 활용했다. 특히 거울이나 유리 등에 비친 자신의 모습을 정방향의 프레임인 롤라이플렉스 카메라로 촬영함으로써 내면적 자아의 모습을 정직하게 담아내고 있다. 또한, 주변 배경에 대한 자신의 정서가 반영됨으로써 그 시대의 생활상이 상징적으로 나타나고 있다.

오래전부터 적외선은 문서감정 분야에서 사용했으나, 대부분 필기구의 분광반사 차이를 이용한 문서의 위변조에 집중되었을 뿐, 문서를 작성한 필기구들의 사용 순서에 대한 분석에는 이용하지 않았다. 문서작성의 순서를 분석하기 위해서는 보통 현미경으로 필적을 확대하여 분석하지만, 상황에 따라 분명치 않은 경우도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 필기구들의 분광반사 차이를 이용하여 필기구들이 겹친 영역을 분석함으로서 문서작성에 사용한 필기구들의 사용 순서를 쉽게 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 이 방법은 필기구 사용 순서에 따라 법적인 해석에 대한 논쟁이 있을 수 있는 보험계약서 등에 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 다큐멘터리 사진의 의미구조와 특성을 스티브 맥커리(Steve Mcccury)의 작품을 통해서 사진이 내포하고 있는 의미구조와 텍스트의 이중적 구조의 전달 방식에 대한 특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 다큐멘터리 사진이 갖고 있는 시각적 믿음의 생산에 따른 이미지의 진실성은 다양한 양식과 표현 기법을 통해서 전달되고 있는 점을 살펴볼 수 있다. 결국, 다큐멘터리 사진이 갖고 있는 우리 사회의 모습은 단순한 기록매체로의 수단이 아니라는 점을 인식하여야 할 것이다.

In case of the Dental X-ray apparatus, the diameter (or the field size) of the tip of the cone should be less than 7 cm according to the Diagnosis Radiation Equipment Safety Management. However, deviation from the field is not expected to be big as photography is made at close range from the skin. Also, as the size of film or digital detector used in intra-oral photography is $3\times4cm^2$, the size mentioned above can be considered to be much bigger. Furthermore, the patient dose by short-distance photography can not be ignored. Therefore, effect on the patient dose, resolution and image qualty was examined by reducing the cone diameter by 0.5 cm interval. The result showed that the patient dose was reduced and a partial improvement in picture contrast was observed. Therefore, it can be concluded from these results that further investigation may be worthwhile in terms of policy.
