  • With the rapid growth of IT technology and development of online shopping, e-commerce activity through online environment is going to grow in various forms. And then the intense competition also more deepen in the companies within the online market. The study on the various contents production and environment configuration for sale strategies has been made. Among online market products, it is needed to develop marketing strategies for online sales related to rings products. In this paper, through the analysis of online content and components of companies, it has obtained the appropriate components in the ring industry. In particular, aiming to young customers, we looked about components suitable for them and built site. As a result based on the above analysis, we anticipate that it will be able to see forward to a competitive ring marketing.

A Study on the Change of Tourism Marketing Trends through Big Data

  • Recently, there has been an increasing trend in the role of social media in tourism marketing. We analyze changes in tourism marketing trends using tourism marketing keywords through social media networks. The aim is to understand marketing trends based on the analyzed data and effectively create, maintain, and manage customers, as well as efficiently supply tourism products. Data was collected using web data from platforms such as Naver, Google, and Daum through TexTom. The data collection period was set for one year, from December 1, 2022, to December 1, 2023. The collected data, after undergoing refinement, was analyzed as keyword networks based on frequency analysis results. Network visualization and CONCOR analysis were conducted using the Ucinet program. The top words in frequency were 'tourists,' 'promotion,' 'travel,' and 'research.' Clusters were categorized into four: tourism field, tourism products, marketing, and motivation for visits. Through this, it was confirmed that tourism marketing is being conducted in various tourism sectors such as MICE, medical tourism, and conventions. Utilizing digital marketing via online platforms, tourism products are promoted to tourists, and unique tourism products are developed to increase city branding and tourism demand through integrated tourism content. We identify trends in tourism marketing, providing tourists with a positive image and contributing to the activation of local tourism.

  • A study on the influence of technology acceptance model to marketing performance and based on an expanded characteristics of smart phone. the result of this study are flows: 1) Perceived usefulness of smart phone are related to word-of-mouth intention and repurchase intention. 2) Social influence are related to word-of-mouth intention but repurchase intention are not related to repurchase intention.

  • In this paper, we propose and implement VVVV base interactive advertisement. It has now expanded from the traditional marketing methods of television, radio, newspapers and magazines to become a digital marketing era. However, it is still in the form of infusion-type advertising, similar to traditional marketing techniques. For more innovative we put story and design elements into digital technology. Consumers will feel fresh excitement as they experience advertising. Emotional stories and image will also provide an element for customers to talk to each other. The propose advertisement is design to recognize the movement of people in the corridor by using Arduino and ultrasonic sensor installed in the passageway where many people pass. Arduino and VVVV takes people's movements for a values. This values change the advertising image. In this case, we applied the mask in VVVV so that the image to be reproduced and the image of the background role are displayed when the person passes the sensor. By realizing this interactive advertisement, the objective is to increase the buyer's purchasing power by approaching the buyer more effectively than the existing advertisement.

Understanding the Continuance Intention to Use Chatbot Services

  • Chatbot services have become an essential communication tool for interacting with consumers in e-commerce. To understand consumer behavior in the context of chatbot services, we apply the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to analyze continuance intention to use and additional predictors to explain behavioral intention. An analysis of data collected from 300 digital shopping users who had experienced chatbot services revealed that an extended TPB model holds for the continuous use of chatbot services, driven by both interaction and information quality. Accordingly, these ndings provide a better understanding of consumer behavior toward chatbot services and valuable insights into digital customer relationship management.

  • Maniac consumers have a ripple effect on marketing because they are the main body of trends and consumer economy. So It is very important that we should first read needs and wants - in other words, psychological motives. And then we should find maniac consumer segments. This is an exploratory study that was done to obtain an insight for the new maniac consumer market segmentation. It examined the definition and characteristics of digital maniacs in Korea, and it carried out a literature study on consumers who have a similar consumption trend as the maniac users as a pre-study. Also, it looked into the trends and values of the maniac community in Korea, using the previous study's scale for innovative consumers. Next, the study interviewed maniac users using the first data and focused on discovering and grouping the new maniac segments based on the results. The study analyzed the purchase behaviors, decision-making, attitude for involvement and potential needs of the digital maniacs in Korea, and it discovered the segments for the segmentation of maniacs so it could find out the disposition and status of the digital maniacs. Such approach can be used as a strategical due for maniac target marketing and design(customer-oriented marketing and design) in the future.

The Effect of Hospital Internal Marketing and Organizational Communication Perceived by Nurses on Organizational Performance (간호사가 인식하는 내부마케팅과 조직의사소통이 간호조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study tried to identify hospital internal marketing, organizational communication, and the degree of organizational performance targeted at nurses working in university hospitals, and apprehend factors affecting organizational performance. A structured questionnaire, where 239 nurses answered, was used to figure out general features, hospital internal marketing, organizational communication, and organizational performance. Descriptive statistics, Indepented t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were used to analyze the data. The analyzing tool was IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The result of this study was as follows: hospital internal marketing 3.13±0.58 points, organizational communication 3.23±0.48 points, and organizational performance 3.34±0.51 points. Organizational performance showed a positive correlation with hospital internal marketing and organizational communication, and those two explained 61.0% of organizational performance. Therefore, hospital internal marketing strategy - encouraging nurses in individual aspect - and integrated strategy - establishing various communication channels in organizational aspect - are required to increase the organizational performance of nurses.

Use of Emoji as a Marketing Tool: An Exploratory Content Analysis

  • The purpose of this exploratory study was to enhance the understanding of how brands tilize emojis in their marketing practices. A content analysis was conducted utilizing Google News as a search tool to access articles containing information pertaining to the use of emojis by brands. The combination of keywords used for the search were "emoji", "business", and "marketing". The search was narrowed down to the period of January $1^{st}$, 2014 - November $29^{th}$, 2017. This method generated a total of 604 trade publications with 55 of them providing information pertaining to specific brands and their use of emojis in their marketing strategies. A content analysis of trade publications has revealed that a variety of marketers have utilized emojis in their brand marketing practices. The entertainment, service, and food/drink industries have predominantly utilized emojis in their marketing practices, and their primary purpose for using emojis was to increase consumer engagement. Brands applied most of these emoji marketing strategies to an online or digital setting, whether it was social media pages, mobile applications, or any other form of computer-based marketing. Although there are limitations to this exploratory research in terms of its methodology, the findings of this study provide interesting insights into the potential of emojis as a marketing tool.

A Study on the Factors Influencing SMEs' internet marketing Adoption (중소기업 인터넷마케팅 도입 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines the key factors which influence the strategic consideration and intention of adoption of internet marketing of small-and-medium sized companies, based on theoretical consideration of innovation diffusion theory and previous studies related. The result of analysis shows that the degree of market competitiveness, customer dependency, the level of internet marketing knowledge and experience have significant effects on both of strategic consideration and adoption intention for internet marketing. Also, learning commitment has negative influence on strategic consideration only, while environmental dynamism does on adoption intention. Comprehensively, the findings implies that firms consider selection of internet marketing to reduce the severity of competitiveness and that firms which has more knowledge or experience about internet marketing seems to consider selection of internet marketing through the perception of the effects of internet marketing or possible access to internet marketing. Based on the findings that the level of internet marketing knowledge and experience have much significant effects on both of strategic consideration.

  • Seoul City has been operating 17 public libraries to bridge the digital gap in the information society. Digital collection that has used recently, is providing various information services and information sources such as Internet. DVDs, satellite broadcasts and plan to offer service with more contents in the near future. In an attempt to facilitate the use of digital archives in public libraries in Seoul, this study thus applies marketing strategy to Electronic Information Center in the S Library and techniques can contribute a dynamic approach to total strategy development for library professionals that will ensure effective management and the achievement for their goals.
