수치사진측량을 위한 영상정합의 허용상관계수 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Allowable Correlation Coefficient Determination for Image Matching in Digital Photogrammetry)

  • 수치사진측량에서 공액점을 자동으로 결정하기 위한 영상정합은 가장 핵심적인 주제이며 이를 자동화하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행 중이다 본 연구에서는 영역기반 영상정합에서 영상정합의 정확도를 제어하기 위한 허용상관계수의 설정이 수치사진측량의 정확도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 영상상관계수 정합법, 영상피라미드 정합법, 특징점 추출에 의한 정합법을 각각 구현하고 각 방법에서 허용상관계수가 수치사진측량의 정확도에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하였고 최적 허용상관계수를 결정하는 방법을 제시하였다.

Damage characterization in fiber reinforced polymer via Digital Volume Correlation

  • An in situ experiment imaged via X-ray computed tomography was performed on a continuous glass fiber mat reinforced epoxy resin composite. The investigated dogbone specimen was subjected to uniaxial cyclic tension. The reconstructed scans (i.e., gray level volumes) were registered via Digital Volume Correlation. The calculated maximum principal strain fields and correlation residual maps exhibited strain localization areas within the material bulk, thus indicating damage inception and growth toward the specimen surface. Strained bands and areas of elevated correlation residuals were mainly concentrated in the narrowest gauge section of the investigated specimen, as well as on the specimen ligament edges. Gray level residuals were laid over the corresponding mesostructure to highlight and characterize damage development within the material bulk.

  • In this paper, we show the effectiveness of copulas by comparing the correlation of market data of year 2010 with those of years 2006-2009 and investigate copula functions as pricing methods of digital and rainbow options through real market data. We propose an accurate method of pricing rainbow options by using the correlation coefficients obtained from the copula functions depending on strike prices between assetes instead of simple traditional correlation coefficients.

집속 이온빔과 디지털 화상 관련법을 이용한 고 탄소 미세 강선의 잔류 응력 측정 (Measurement of the Residual Stress in the Steel Wires by using Focused Ion Beam and Digital Image Correlation Method)

  • The residual stress in axial direction of the steel wires has been measured by using a method based on the combination of the focused ion beam(FIB) milling and digital image correlation(DIC) program. The residual stress is calculated from the measured displacement field before and after the introduction of a slot along the steel wires. The displacement is obtained by the digital correlation analysis of high-resolution scanning electron micrographs, while the slot is introduced by FIB milling with low energy beam. The experimental procedures are described and the feasibilities are demonstrated in steel wires fabricated with different conditions. It reveals that the tensile residual stress is formed in all steel wires and this is strongly influenced by the fabrication conditions.

Investigation of Strain Measurements using Digital Image Correlation with a Finite Element Method

  • This article proposes a digital image correlation (DIC) strain measurement method based on a finite element (FE) algorithm. A two-step digital image correlation is presented. In the first step, the gradient-based subpixels technique is used to search the displacements of a region of interest of the specimen, and then the strain fields are obtained by utilizing the finite element method in the second step. Both simulation and experiment processing, including tensile strain deformation, show that the proposed method can achieve nearly the same accuracy as the cubic spline interpolation method in most cases and higher accuracy in some cases, such as the simulations of uniaxial tension with and without noise. The results show that it also has a good noise-robustness. Finally, this method is used in the uniaxial tensile testing for Dahurian Larch wood specimens with or without a hole, and the obtained strain values are close to the results which were obtained from the strain gauge and the cubic spline interpolation method.

간호대학생의 디지털리터러시에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Digital Literacy of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털리터러시를 확인하고 의사소통능력, 자기효능감 간 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구다. 2022년 3월15일부터 2022년 4월30일까지 D시에 위치한 일개 간호대학생 204명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0를 이용하여 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 디지털리터러시와 자기효능감(r=.394, p<.001), 디지털리터리시와 의사소통능력(r=.567, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 디지털리터리시의 하부요인 중 규범준수능력을 제외한 모든 요인은 자기효능감, 의사소통능력 간에 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이에 본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털리터러시를 파악하고 의사소통능력과 자기효능감 간의 관계를 확인함으로써 간호대학생의 디지털리터러시 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이라 판단된다.

  • An experimental method for measuring side-necking deformation near a crack-tip is described. It is based on Stereoscopic Digital Speckle Photography and Digital Image Correlation, and it is simple and robust to mechanical vibration inherent to a hydraulic material test system. The validity and accuracy are evaluated through a calibration fur rigid body translation. A case study has been performed for a CT specimen made of a ductile steel and the three dimensional profiles of the side-necked region are presented as the load increases. Also, the details of the procedure and the surface treatment are discussed.

Multiple cracking analysis of HTPP-ECC by digital image correlation method

  • This study aims to characterize the multiple cracking behavior of HTPP-ECC (High tenacity polypropylene fiber reinforced engineered cementitious composites) by Digital Image Correlation (DIC) Method. Digital images have been captured from a dogbone shaped HTPP-ECC specimen exhibiting 3.1% tensile ductility under loading. Images analyzed by VIC-2D software and ${\varepsilon}_{xx}$ strain maps have been obtained. Crack widths were computed from the ${\varepsilon}_{xx}$ strain maps and crack width distributions were determined throughout the specimen. The strain values from real LVDTs were also compared with virtual LVDTs digitally attached on digital images. Results confirmed that it is possible to accurately monitor the initiation and propagation of any single crack or multiple cracks by DIC at the whole interval of testing. Although the analysis require some post-processing operations, DIC based crack analysis methodology can be used as a promising and versatile tool for quality control of HTPP-ECC and other strain hardening composites.

A Parametric Study of Displacement Measurements Using Digital Image Correlation Method

  • A detailed and thorough parametric study of digital image correlation method is presented. A theoretical background and development of the method were introduced and the effects of various parameters on the determination of displacement outputs from the raw original and deformed image information were examined. Use of the normalized correlation coefficient, the use of 20 to 40 pixels for a searching window side, 6 variables searching, bi-cubic spline sub pixel interpolations and the use of coarse-fine search are some of the key choices among the results of parametric studies. The displacement outputs can be further processed with two dimensional curve fitting for the data noise reduction as well as displacement gradient calculation.

고속 디지털 카메라를 이용한 알루미늄 하니콤 샌드위치 보의 고유 진동수 계측 (Measurement of natural frequency of aluminum honeycomb sandwich beams using high speed digital cameras)

  • 본 연구에서는 디지털 영상 상관 기법을 이용하여 알루미늄 하니콤 샌드위치 보의 고유 진동수를 계측하였다. 고속 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 보의 진동 영상을 획득하고 디지털영상 상관 기법을 이용하여 변위를 계산하였다. 시간 영역에서의 변위 데이터를 고속 퓨리에 변환하여 주파수 영역의 응답으로 변환하였다. 랜덤 가진에 따른 주파수 영역에서의 잡음을 줄이기 위하여 스펙트럼 평균화 기법과 Savitsky-Golay 디지털 필터를 사용하였다. 가속도계를 이용한 기존의 방법 및 유한요소 해석 결과와의 비교를 통하여 방법의 정확성을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 고속 디지털 카메라와 디지털 영상 상관 기법을 이용하는 새로운 방법은 구조물의 진동을 잘 측정할 수 있음을 보였고, 센서를 부착하기 어려운 바이오 구조 등의 진동 계측에 적용할 수 있을 것이다.
