<동궐도(東闕圖)>의 러버쉬팅변환을 통한 창덕궁 돈화문 지역의 입체적 식생 경관 추정 (Estimation of the Three-dimensional Vegetation Landscape of the Donhwamun Gate Area in Changdeokgung Palace through the Rubber Sheeting Transformation of )

  • 본 연구는 조선 후기에 제작된 <동궐도(東闕圖)>의 분석을 통해 창덕궁 돈화문 지역의 식생 경관을 입체적으로 규명하고자 하였으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, <동궐도>에 묘사된 수목은 17세기에 중국으로부터 유입된 수목 표현 입문서인 "개자원화전(芥子園畵傳)"을 토대로 유형의 구분이 가능하였다. 분류 결과에 따라 <동궐도>의 돈화문 지역에 표현된 수목은 10종 50주로 확인되었다. 둘째, <동궐도>의 입면 제작 축척을 이용하여 그림에 묘사된 수목의 실제 크기를 산정할 수 있었다. 산출된 수목의 수고는 최소 4.37m에서 최대 22.37m로 다양하게 나타났다. <동궐도> 제작 이전부터 창덕궁에 생육하고 있는 것으로 확인된 노거수와의 비교를 통해 그림에 묘사된 수목들이 과도하지 않게 현실감 있는 크기로 제작된 것이 확인되었다. 셋째, <동궐도>의 러버쉬팅변환(Rubber Sheeting Transformation)을 통해 현재 수치지형도에 <동궐도>의 식재 평면도 제작이 가능하였다. 특히, 변환 지역의 세분화와 통제점 추가를 통해 제작된 평면도의 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있었다. 작성된 <동궐도>의 식재 평면도를 통해서 수목의 위치와 밀도의 변화를 파악할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 <동궐도>에서 취득된 수목의 형상 정보와 식재 평면도를 이용하여 3차원 식생 모델의 제작이 가능하였다. 3차원 모델은 실제 사람의 눈높이에서 조망축, 스카이라인, 주변으로의 개방과 차폐 정도 등 현황과의 입체적 경관 비교를 가능하게 함으로써 당시의 조망 특성을 검토하는데 유용하였다. 본 연구는 기존에 논의되어 온 <동궐도>의 사실적 표현을 입증하고 이에 근거하여 기록화에 묘사된 동궐의 식생 경관의 원형을 규명하기 위한 가능성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영상품질별 학습기반 알고리즘 폐색영역 객체 검출 능력 분석 (Detection Ability of Occlusion Object in Deep Learning Algorithm depending on Image Qualities)

  • 정보화 사회로 진입하면서 공간정보의 중요성은 급격하게 부각되고 있다. 특히 스마트시티, 디지털트윈과 같은 Real World Object의 3차원 공간정보 구축 및 모델링은 중요한 핵심기술로 자리매김하고 있다. 구축된 3차원 공간정보는 국토관리, 경관분석, 환경 및 복지 서비스 등 다양한 분야에서 활용된다. 영상기반의 3차원 모델링은 객체 벽면에 대한 텍스처링을 생성하여 객체의 가시성과 현실성을 높이고 있다. 하지만 이러한 텍스처링은 영상 취득 당시의 가로수, 인접 객체, 차량, 현수막 등의 물리적 적치물에 의해 필연적으로 폐색영역이 발생한다. 이러한 폐색영역은 구축된 3차원 모델링의 현실성과 정확성 저하의 주요원인이다. 폐색영역 해결을 위한 다양한 연구가 수행되고 있으며, 딥러닝을 이용한 폐색영역 검출 및 해결방안에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 딥러닝 알고리즘 적용한 폐색영역 검출 및 해결을 위해서는 충분한 학습 데이터가 필요하며, 수집된 학습 데이터 품질은 딥러닝의 성능 및 결과에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 학습 데이터의 품질에 따라 딥러닝의 성능 및 결과를 확인하기 위하여 다양한 영상품질을 이용하여 영상의 폐색영역 검출 능력을 분석하였다. 폐색을 유발하는 객체가 포함된 영상을 인위적이고 정량화된 영상품질별로 생성하여 구현된 딥러닝 알고리즘에 적용하였다. 연구결과, 밝기값 조절 영상품질은 밝은 영상일수록 0.56 검출비율로 낮게 나타났고 픽셀크기와 인위적 노이즈 조절 영상품질은 원본영상에서 중간단계의 비율로 조절된 영상부터 결과 검출비율이 급격히 낮아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. F-measure 성능평가 방법에서 노이즈 조절한 영상품질 변화가 0.53으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 연구결과로 획득된 영상품질별에 따른 폐색영역 검출 능력은 향후 딥러닝을 실제 적용을 위한 귀중한 기준으로 활용될 것이다. 영상 취득 단계에서 일정 수준의 영상 취득과 노이즈, 밝기값, 픽셀크기 등에 대한 기준을 마련함으로써 딥러닝을 실질적인 적용에 많은 기여가 예상된다.

유사물질 실험을 위한 자동화 현미경 실험 기기의 적용과 노캠퍼를 이용한 입자 성장 및 단순 전단 변형 실험의 예 (Application of Automated Microscopy Equipment for Rock Analog Material Experiments: Static Grain Growth and Simple Shear Deformation Experiments Using Norcamphor)

  • 암석의 미세구조에 대한 많은 연구는 실제 암석 관찰 뿐만 아니라 다양한 실험 장비를 이용하여 미구조의 발달 과정과 그 메커니즘을 이해하기 위해 수행되어 왔다. 변성이나 변형 작용 중에 입자 성장이나 입도의 변화를 일으킬 수 있는 광물 군집 내 입자 경계 이동 작용은 주요한 재결정작용 메커니즘 중 하나이다. 특히, 변형 과정 중 나타날 수 있는 입자 경계 이동의 연속적 관찰은 암석 유사 실험을 이용하여 수행될 수 있었다. 이번 연구에서는 다양한 실험 방법 중 유사 물질을 이용한 입자 성장 및 변형 실험 방법에 대해 기존 방법을 개량할 수 있는 실험 장비의 개발과 이를 통한 효과적인 미구조 분석 방법을 제시하였다. 개발된 실험 장비는 유사 물질 실험이 가능한 변형 장치와 실체 현미경에 회전 조작이 가능한 편광판들을 장착하여 광학적 조작이 가능하도록 구성되었다. 이들 장치들은 마이크로 컨트롤러를 통해 온도 및 변형 속도 제어 및 실험 동안 관찰되는 미구조 변화를 연속적으로 촬영할 수 있도록 자동화하여 구성되었다. 또한 편광판 회전 조작을 통해 취득되고 합성된 디지털 이미지들은 보다 정확한 입자 경계를 구분하고 분석할 수 있게 해주었다. 실험 결과의 입도 및 형태와 같은 미구조 분석을 위해 선분 교점 측정 방법과 입자 경계 트레이싱 방식을 비교하여 적용하였다. 유사물질로써는 석영과 유사한 광학적 성질을 가지는 노캠퍼(Norcamphor, C7H10O)라는 물질을 사용하였다. 개발된 장비의 실효성을 검증하고자 노캠퍼를 이용한 정적 입자 성장 실험과 단순 전단 변형 실험 및 이에 대한 미구조 분석을 수행하였다. 정적 입자 성장 실험은 시간이 지남에 따라 입자 수의 감소와 입도가 증가하는 전형적인 입자 성장 작용의 특징과 온도에 따른 성장 곡선들의 명확한 차이를 보여주었다. 중온-저변형율 조건의 단순 전단 변형 실험 결과는 평균 입도의 큰 변화는 없었으나, 입자 형태에 대해 전단 변형이 증가함에 따라 전단력 방향에 수직한 방향에 대해 약 53°의 방향으로 신장률이 증가하는 변화를 보여주었다. 이러한 미구조의 발달과정은 주어진 실험 조건에서 변형에 의해 입자 내부의 소성 변형과 내부 회복 작용이 균형을 이루면서 진행된 것으로 해석된다. 개량화 및 자동화된 실험장치를 이용한 이들 입자 성장 작용 실험 및 변형 실험의 예는 유사물질 실험에서 목적하는 바와 같이 실험 과정 동안의 입자의 미구조 변화과정을 순차적으로 관찰할 수 있고, 전체 수행 과정동안 수동적 조작없이 효율적으로 실험을 진행할 수 있다는 장점을 보여주었다.

산도를 조절한 왕겨 바이오차와 어분 혼합물을 처리한 토양 침출수의 양분용출 패턴 (Major plant nutrient-releasing patterns in the leachates from the soil incorporated rice hull biochar adjusted pH with dry fish powder)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 바이오차를 미생물 담체로 활용하기 위해 pH 조절제로서 구연산과 목초액을 각각 처리한 왕겨 바이오차와 어분을 혼합한 토양 침출수의 양분 용출 패턴을 구명하기 위해 수행하였다. 왕겨 바이오차 pH 6.0~7.0와 어분을 혼합비(4:6)로 조제하였다. 본 실험의 처리는 산도를 조절하지 않은 바이오차 처리한 토양을 대조구(RB+DF), 목초액으로 산도 조절한 왕겨 바이오차와 어분의 혼합물(RBP+DF)을 처리한 토양, 구연산으로 산도 조절한 왕겨 바이오차와 어분의 혼합물(RBC+DF)을 처리한 토양 3 수준으로 구성되어 있다. 왕겨 바이오차와 어분을 혼합한 토양 침출수 중에 NH4-N, NO3-N, PO4-P, K의 농도를 분광계를 이용하여 분석하였다. 실험 결과로서 RBC+DF 처리한 토양의 침출수 중에 NH4-N와 PO4-P 누적함량은 가장 높았고, 또한 RBP+DF를 처리한 토양의 침출수에서 NO3-N와 K의 누적함량은 가장 높게 나타났다. 대조구에 비해 NH4-N와 PO4-P는 구연산으로 산도를 조절한 왕겨 바이오차를 처리한 토양의 침출수에서, NO3-N와 K는 목초액으로 조절한 왕겨 바이오차 처리한 토양의 침출수에서 각각 흡착능이 낮아 더 많이 용출되는 것으로 관측되었다. 따라서, 미생물 담체로서 산도를 조절한 왕겨 바이오차의 시용에 따른 작물 생육 반응에 관한 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

고과당식이를 급여한 흰쥐에 있어서 토종보리수 추출물의 인슐린 저항성 및 비알콜성 지방간 개선 효과 (Effects of autumn olive berry extract on insulin resistance and non-alcoholic fatty liver in high fructose-fed rat)

  • 토종보리수 열매 추출물의 비알콜성 지방간 질환 개선효과를 규명하기 위해 흰쥐에게 65% 고과당 식이와 함께 토종보리수 열매 에탄올 추출물을 식이의 0.5%, 1.0% 수준으로 10주간 제공하였다. 고과당군은 대조군에 비해 공복 혈당과 혈청 인슐린, HOMA-IR값이 유의적으로 증가하였고, 고농도 보리수 열매 추출물군의 공복혈당은 고과당군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였다. 저농도 보리수 열매 추출물군 및 고농도 보리수 열매 추출물군의 혈청 인슐린과 HOMA-IR값은 고과당군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였다. 혈청 중성지방 및 총 콜레스테롤 농도는 고과당군이 대조군에 비해 유의적으로 증가하였으며, 저농도 보리수 열매 추출물군 및 고농도 보리수 열매 추출물군은 고과당군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였다. 간조직 중성지방 함량은 고과당군이 대조군에 비해 유의적으로 증가하였으며, 저농도 및 고농도 보리수 열매 추출물의 섭취는 고과당군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였다. 혈청 ALT 및 AST 활성은 고과당군이 대조군에 비해 유의적으로 증가하였고, 저농도 및 고농도 보리수 열매 추출물군의 ALT 활성은 고과당군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였다. 고농도 보리수 열매 추출군의 AST 활성은 고과당군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였다. 간조직의 SREBP-1c 및 ChREBP 단백질 발현도는 고과당군이 대조군에 비해 유의적으로 증가하였다. 저농도 및 고농도 보리수 열매 추출물군의 SREBP-1c 및 ChREBP 단백질 발현도는 고과당군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였고, 대조군과 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 따라서, 고과당을 섭취한 흰쥐에서 토종보리수 열매 추출물의 섭취는 고혈당과 인슐린 저항성 상태를 개선하였고, 혈청 지질과 간조직 중성지방 함량을 감소시켰으며, 간조직의 SREBP-1c 및 ChREBP 단백질 발현을 감소시켜, 비알코올성 지방간질환 개선 효과를 나타내는 것으로 사료된다.

성적 트라우마 경험자의 정신건강: 트라우마 사건유형에 따른 비교 분석 (Sexual Trauma Survivors and Their Mental Health: Assessing Based on Types of the Traumatic Event)

  • 연구배경: 트라우마가 초래한 정신건강 문제는 사건의 특성에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 특히 성적 외상사건 경험자는 다른 유형의 외상사건을 경험한 사람들보다 정신건강 결과가 부정적이라고 알려져 있을 뿐만 아니라, 디지털 성범죄 등 성적 사건에 노출될 수 있는 새로운 형태의 위협이 커지고 있다. 이 연구는 성적 트라우마 사건을 중심으로 트라우마 사건의 유형이 정신건강의 차이를 유발하는지 확인하고, 자살생각과 잠재적 post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) 위험수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법: 전국 20대부터 50대까지 성인을 대상으로 실시한 온라인 설문조사를 토대로, 경험한 트라우마 사건의 유형에 따라 분석대상자를 구분하였다(성적 트라우마 경험자, 비성적 트라우마 경험자). 성적 트라우마 사건 경험 여부를 제외하고 정신건강(자살생각, 잠재적 PTSD 위험수준)에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 인구사회학적 요인(성, 연령, 주관적 경제수준, 결혼상태)과 회복 보호요인(사회적 지지, 회복 가능성 인지, 아동기 보호경험)을 공변량으로 propensity score matching (PSM)을 실시하였다. 이후 정신건강에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 결과: PSM 후에도 성적 트라우마 경험자는 비성적 트라우마 경험자보다 자살생각과 잠재적 PTSD 위험수준이 부정적이었다. 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 성적 트라우마 경험자는 비성적 트라우마 경험자보다 자살생각이 1.9배(odds ratio [OR], 1.911), 잠재적 PTSD 위험수준은 2.5배(OR, 2.472) 높았다. 또한 트라우마 회복 인식, 사회적 지지, 아동기 보호 경험과 같은 회복 보호요인이 부정적일수록 자살생각과 잠재적 PTSD 위험수준의 가능성이 높아졌다. 결론: 이 연구는 성적 트라우마 경험에 대한 이해와 지원의 중요성을 강조하고, 성적 트라우마 경험자의 자살생각과 잠재적 PTSD 위험을 완화하고 회복을 돕기 위해 회복 보호요인을 촉진하는 전략의 필요성을 시사한다.

소형 개 정액의 단기보존과 동결보존후의 생존성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Viability of Short-preserved Whole Semen and Frozen Semen in Small Species Dogs)

  • 본 연구는 소형견 정액의 원정액과 정장제거 정액의 일반성상, 채취분획별 및 단기보존시 정자의 생존성과 아울러 동결보존시의 정자의 생존성에 대해 조사하고자 수행하였다. 1. 원정액과 정장제거 정액에 saline 및 Tris-buffer를 희석 후 각각 일반성상 검사를 실시했을 때 원정액의 경우 정자농도는 5.07$\pm$2.32$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 정자의 운동성은 95.42$\pm$2.65%, 기행정자수는 4.42$\pm$0.15%로 나타났으며, RSP(saline 및 Tris-buffer)군의 경우 정자농도는 4.69$\pm$3.27~4.25$\pm$3.65$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 정자의 운동성은 91.17$\pm$3.85~88.52$\pm$3.85%, 기형정자수는 6.57$\pm$0.43~5.54$\pm$0.52%로 나타났다. 2. 분획별 채취 전정액중 제 1 분획에서는 정액량이 0.92$\pm$0.7$m\ell$, 정자농도는 4.57$\pm$0.78$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 정자활력은 10.72$\pm$3,21%, 기형정자수는 5.50$\pm$0.70%로 나타났으며, 제 2분획에서는 정액량이 2.14$\pm$0.19$m\ell$, 정자농도는 2.01$\pm$0.12$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 정자활력은 95.44$\pm$4.21%, 기형정자수는 4.31$\pm$0.53%로 나타났다. 또한, 제3 분획에서는 정액량이 2.66$\pm$0.23$m\ell$, 정자농도는 2.35$\pm$0.21$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 정자활력은 90.71$\pm$2.63%, 기형정자수는 6.33$\pm$0.91%로 나타났다. 3. 원정액과 정장제거 정액을 4$^{\circ}C$ 와 2$0^{\circ}C$ 및 37$^{\circ}C$ 에서 각각 보존했을 때 보존시간별 정자의 활력은 2$0^{\circ}C$ 의 경우 1, 6, 13, 24, 30 및 40 시간에서 각각 98.51%와 98.32%, 86.32%와 92.15%, 83.71% 와 89.20%, 74.29% 와 82.08%, 52.98% 와 72.07%, 15.45% 와 60.02%, 2.41% 와 37.19% 의 정자활력을 나타내어 4$^{\circ}C$와 37$^{\circ}C$에 비해 높은 정자운동성을 나타냈다. 4. 제 2 분획 정액과 정장제거 정액을 각각 제 1차 및 제 2차 희석액으로 희석 평형 시킨 후 동결 융해했을 때 정자의 생존율은 각각 33.3$\pm$8.7, 54.7$\pm$9.5%로서 대조군의 15.4$\pm$5.2% 에 비해 높게 나타났다.

소형 개 RSP-S와 RSP-T 정액의 동결 융해후의 생존성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Viability of Frozen Removed Seminal Plasma by Saline(RSP-S) and Tris-buffer(RSP-T) Semen of Small Spcies Dogs)

  • 본 연구는 소형 개의 동결정액을 개발하여 인공수정에 이용하고자 제 2차 분획정액을 생리적 식염수와 Iris-buffer액으로 희석하고 원심분리에 의해 정장성분을 제거한 RSP-5 및 RSP-T 정액의 일반성상과 단기보존 및 동결보존시의 생존성에 대해 조사하였다. 1, 제 1분획의 정액량은 0.65$\pm$0.09 $m\ell$, 정자농도는 4.52$\pm$0.35$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 활력은 15,64$\pm$3.85%, 기형정자수는 84.36$\pm$0.62%였으며, 제 2분획의 정액량은 1.25$\pm$0.20 $m\ell$, 정자농도는 3.35$\pm$0.48$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 활력은 96.25$\pm$4.65%, 기형정자수는 3.75$\pm$0.46%였으며, 제 3분획의 정액량은 1.45$\pm$0.21 $m\ell$, 정자농도는 3.85$\pm$0.52$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 활력은 92.82$\pm$4.24%, 기형정자수는 4.66$\pm$0.58%였다. 2. 제 2분획 정액의 RSP-5군의 정자농도는 4.82$\pm$0.36$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 활력은 90.10$\pm$3.42%, 기형정자수는 9.90$\pm$0.68%였으며, RSP-T군의 정자농도는 4.55$\pm$0.45$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 활력은 93.25$\pm$3.85%, 기형정자수는 6.75$\pm$0.58%였다. 이는 대조군의 정자농도 5.45$\pm$0.82$\times$$10^{6}$cells/$m\ell$, 활력 95.55$\pm$4.65%, 기형정자수 4.45$\pm$0.45%에 비해 높게 나타났다. 3. 제 2분획 정액을 RSP-5와 RSP-T로 처리한 정액을 4$^{\circ}C$에서 보존했을 때 각각 1~72시간(97.54~6.25%)과 1~100시간(97.40~5.62%)에서 생존성이 유지되었고, 38$^{\circ}C$에서 보존했을 때 1~40시간(96.45~7.45%)과 1~50시간(95.60~B.65%)에서 생존성이 유지되었다. 이는 무처리 대조군의 1~50시간(97.24~4.82%)과 1~30시간(95.52~5.55%)에 비해 생존성이 높게 나타났다. 4. 제 2분획 정액을 처리한 RSP-5군의 정액을 완만 및 초급속 동결후 융해했을 때 생존율은 각각 67.3$\pm$4.45%와 46.4$\pm$3.84%였으며, RSP-T군 정액은 58.8$\pm$4.46%와 74.4$\pm$4.20%로서 대조군의 8.5$\pm$2.12%에 비해 높게 나타났다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times.
