웹 2.0 전망 및 서비스 동향에 관한 연구 (A Study of Web 2.0 Trend & Service View)

  • Web 2.0 is a platform which produce various service offered data from many people and it is activity open space depend on user focused community in diversity web environment. Web 2.0 is simple link structure with web site connectivity in informations such as page to page in other words, it is meaning of developing of semantical and circumstantial connection. The core of web 2.0 is user participation. RSS, Mash-up, UCC are main service of web 2.0 which make user directly participate from center of service offer to center of user manufactured an informations and then they offer re-information to other areas, also user freely express what they want through UCC and blogger. However, recently it comes the argument of skeptic of web 2.0 problem. Thus, In this research I will try to give an right comprehension and will try to have more accurate prediction of web 2.0 with the study of open service of web which is the key of web 2.0 success in a future.

  • This paper presents a virtual laboratory system which can be creating efficiencies in the learning process. The proposed virtual laboratory system for digital logic circuits provides interactive learning environment under which the multimedia capabilities of world-wide web can be enhanced. The virtual laboratory system is implemented to describe the on-campus laboratory, the learners can obtain similar experimental data through it. The virtual laboratory system is composed of four important components: principle classroom simulation classroom, virtual experiment classroom and management system. The database connectivity is made by PHP and the virtual laboratory environment is set up slightly differently for each learner. Learning efficiencies as well as faculty productivity are increased in this innovative teaching and learning environment.

DTMNs를 위한 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송 지원 방법 (A Reliable Transport Supporting Method for a DTMNs)

  • While portable and wireless devices are pouring, a new network technology is needed as a breakthrough. The new network technology features large delays, intermittent connectivity, and absence of an end-to-end path from sources to destinations. A network which has one of those characteristics is called DTNs(Delay Tolerant Networks). The main 4 routing methods have been researched so far in extream environment. In this paper, we look into the reliability of DTMNs(Delay Tolerant Mobile Networks) in several different situations, and propose an algorithm that selects a positive routine by sending the only information of its position when making a connection to a detected node. We simulate the proposed algorithm here in DTN using ONE simulator. As a result, it shows that the algorithm reduces the number of message transmission each node.

  • This paper aims to examine the impact of R&D organization culture(diversity, autonomy, redundancy and connectivity) to Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Information Technology Companys. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 250 employees at R&D Gumi Industrial Complex. The findings of research are as follows : First, three factors of R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment except redundancy. Second, two factors of organizational culture in R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior except autonomy and redundancy. it is shown reliable criterion to effective organizational management in small and medium enterprises.

소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 만족에 미치는 서비스 품질요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Social Network Service e-Service Quality)

  • 본 연구는 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 의 만족에 어떠한 서비스 품질 요인이 영향을 주는지에 대해서 연구하였다. 웹 2.0의 확대로 커뮤니티에 대한 고객 수요가 확대되면서 나타난 개념인 SNS(Social Network Service) 시장이 급성장 하였다. 이에 대한 서비스 품절 요인을 측정하기 위하여 SNS 사용자를 대상으로 설문 연구를 진행하였다 연구결과 접속성, 충족성, 사용 용이성, 유희성 및 안정성 등 5개 요인 중 충족성, 사용 용이성 및 유희성은 서비스 만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났지만 접속성과 안정성을 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

청미천에서 제방에 의해 격리된 옛홍수터의 경계 설정과 토지이용 분석 (Delineation and Land Use Analysis of the Former Floodplains Isolated by Levees in the Cheongmi-cheon Stream, Korea)

  • 우리나라의 하천은 대부분 치수를 위한 제방공사를 통해 직강화되어 있다. 하천과 홍수터의 횡적 연결성을 회복하기 위해서는 제방에 의해 격리된 옛홍수터를 탐색하고 현재 토지이용현황을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 청미천에서 옛홍수터를 탐색하고 토지이용현황을 분석하는 것이다. 옛홍수터는 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 청미천 유역에서 수치표고모델, 연속수치지도 및 계획홍수위를 중첩하여 산출하였다. 탐색된 옛홍수터의 토지이용현황은 토지피복도를 이용하여 분류하였다. 청미천에서 격리된 옛홍수터는 총 104 지점이 탐색되었으며, 전체면적은 11.9 km2이었다. 옛홍수터의 토지이용은 농경지가 87.1%로 대부분을 차지하였다. 청미천의 하류에는 산지로 둘러싸인 소규모 패치 형태의 옛홍수터가 많았으며, 이러한 지역은 시가화지역의 비율이 낮고, 농경지의 비율이 높아 하천 횡적 연결성 복원의 효율이 높을 것이다. 청미천에서 탐색된 격리된 옛홍수터와 토지이용 현황은 향후 하천 복원계획에 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

Focus Group Based Evaluation of Social Media Usage in Indonesia's Digital Government

  • This article attempts to explain social media use within the relationship between the public and government of Indonesia in the era of digital government, as well as to consider public opinion on this matter. This research is based on the application of social media logic and the theory of dialogic communication and action. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to observe the general behavior of social media use by 34 ministries in Indonesia, including interviews with the resource persons within the ministries and focus group discussions with members of the public and observers. The research shows that the relationship between the public and government is accommodative and in line with social media logic. The public sector implemented social media as its platform, which has been further adopted by all ministries. The public sector cannot avoid social media, as it has become part of basic connectivity, even though the use of social media by the government still tends to be in the form of presenting public information. There are advantages and disadvantages of the usage of social media by the government. The advantages include allowing the government to be more open via social media so that communication between the government as the ruling organization and its public can be more fluent. Social media provides space to the public sector in the practice of digital government. Some disadvantages arise as logical consequences that usage of social media cannot be separated from the implementation of digital government. The adaptive behavior of social media by the government can be found by following social media logic as part of digital government implementation. Social media logic causes the government to follow the rules of social media. In this context, the strength and power of the country seems to be regulated by social media. Therefore, more studies on how social media is managed in the context of its usage as digital government support is needed.

디지털 컨버전스 시대의 모바일 뱅킹 사용 의도 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Usage Intention of the Mobile Banking Service in the Digital Convergence Age)

  • 유비쿼터스 시대가 도래하고 있는 요즘 디지털 컨버전스의 한 형태인 모바일 뱅킹이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근, 금융기관의 전략적 경쟁도구로서 자리 잡고 있는 모바일뱅킹의 확산을 지원하기 위하여, 모바일 뱅킹의 수용에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 실증분석을 병행하여 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 특징 및 현황을 파악하고 모바일뱅킹의 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 지각된 유용성, 서비스 품질 그리고 즉시 접속성이 모바일뱅킹 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 지각된 이용 편이성과 사회적 영향 요인은 그다지 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 통신업체와 금융업체, 그리고 모바일 기술업체 등의 모바일 뱅킹 마케팅/기술 전략에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 앞으로 좀 더 심도 깊은 추가적 연구와 토의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • 2000년부터 지속적으로 성장해온 한국 디지털 음악산업은 기존의 음반산업을 능가하는 새로운 음악산업 분야로서 엄청난 영향를 미치고 있다. 따라서 환경분석을 통해 여러 요인을 규정하고 이를 토대로 앞으로의 전망을 예측해 보는 것이 필요하다. 마케팅 전략을 수립하는 기법인 SWOT분석은 이를 위한 유용한 분석수단이며, 기존의 전통적 의미의 음반산업과 디지털 음악산업의 강점, 약점, 기회, 위협 요인들을 분석, 비교하여 디지털 음악시장이 음반시장의 일부분으로서가 아닌 여타 미디어 및 엔터테인먼트 산업분야와 더 활발하게 연계될 수 있는 가능성을 모색해 보는 계기가 되도록 해야 할 것이다.

IED를 기반으로 하는 디지털 수배전반의 지적추론기반 운전제어 솔루션 설계 (The Design of Operation and Control Solution with Intelligent Inference Capability for IED based Digital Switchgear Panel)

  • In this paper, DSPOCS(Digital Switchgear-Panel Operation and Control Solution) is designed, which is the intelligent inference based operation and control solution to obtain the safety and reliability of electric power supply in substation based on IED. DSPOCS is designed as a scheduled monitoring and control task and a real-time alarm inference task, and is interlinked with BRES(Bus Reconfiguration Expert System) in the required case. The intelligent alarm inference task consists of the alarm knowledge generation part and the real-time pattern matching part. The alarm knowledge generation part generates automatically alarm knowledge from DB saves it in alarm knowledge base. On the other hand, the pattern matching part inferences the real-time event by comparing the real-time event information furnished from IEDs of substation with the patterns of the saved alarm knowledge base.; Especially, alarm knowledge base includes the knowledge patterns related with fault alarm, the overload alarm and the diagnosis alarm. In order to design the database independently in substation structure, busbar is represented as a connectivity node which makes the more generalized graph theory possible. Finally, DSPOCS is implemented in MS Visual $C^{++}$, MFC, the effectiveness and accuracy of the design is verified by simulation study to the typical distribution substation.
