In this study, we examined the cases of online video classes conducted under the COVID-19 situation for 46 first-year students majoring in electrical engineering at a 3-year college in Gyeongnam. The research was carried out according to the course development process so that classes could be conducted efficiently, focusing on electromagnetism(1) course in the second semester of the first year. The online class consisted of uploading PPT recorded videos and lecture materials to the LMS and giving assignments. The contents of the study were in the scope of examining learners' perceptions through online learning contents, assignment submission, mutual feedback between instructors and learners, university-level lecture evaluation, and free opinions on online video-based electromagnetism(1) classes. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that online lecture review and problem-solving are particularly important for understanding lecture materials, and also given the nature of engineering subjects that require plenty of mathematical expressions, the detailed and immediate feedback provided by instructor enhances learners' class satisfaction and understanding. Based on these, the direction of online classes to be developed after the COVID-19 pandemic and teaching and learning methods suitable for the characteristics of subjects were discussed.

현재 초등학교에서는 각 학년에 재량활동 시간을 활웅하여 매주 1시간씩 34시간이상을 정보통신기술교육 시간으로 배정하고 있다. 그러나 시대의 변화에 발맞추어 요구되고 있는 창의성과 문제해결력을 키워줄 수 있는 컴퓨터 교재가 개발되어 있지 않아 서 시대에 맞는 정보통신기술교육을 하고 있지 못하다. 그리하여 교육인적자원부가 발표한 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 분석하여 창의성과 문제해결력을 증진시킬 수 있고 현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 5,6학년용 교재를 개발해 보았다.

교육부 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2000. 8. 1)"에 따라 2001학년도부터 초 중등학교에서는 필수적으로 정보통신기술 소양 및 활용 교육을 연간 34시간 이상(1학년은 30시간)씩 확보하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 운영지침만 나와 있을 뿐 구체적인 실천 방법이 나와 있지 않아서 일선학교에서는 정보통신기술 교육과정을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 개정된 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2005.12)"을 바탕으로 창의성과 문제해결력을 신장시키길 수 있는 컴퓨터 재량활동 교재(2단계: 3, 4학년 중심)를 개발하게 되었다.

2000년 교육인적자원부에서는 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 내놓았고, 개정의 필요성이 제기되어 2005년 12월 개정지침이 나왔다. 그러나 현재 개정에 따른 컴퓨터 교재가 개발되어 있지 않고, 더군다나 시대의 변화와 발맞추어 요구되고 있는 창의성을 신장시킬 수 있는 교재가 개발되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육인적자원부가 개정한 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 분석하여 교육현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 1, 2학년용 교재를 개발하게 되었다.

지금까지의 초등 컴퓨터 교육은 파워포인트나 워드 엑셀과 같은 어플리케이션교육 즉 컴퓨터의 원리교육 보다는 활용교육에 중점을 두어 왔다. 하지만 정보화 시대에 살고 있고 더욱 발전된 정보의 홍수 속에서 살아가야 하는 아동들에게 이제 더 이상 컴퓨터의 활용에 중점을 두기 보다는 컴퓨터를 구성하는 원리를 파악하고 그 원리를 통하여 새로운 것을 창조해내는 창의적인 사고를 심어줄 수 있는 교육을 할 필요성이 절실하다. 컴퓨터를 구성하는 다양한 시스템에는 여러 가지 과학적인 원리가 들어 있으며 이러한 원리들은 우리 실생활에서 쉽게 접근하고 생각을 할 수가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 생활 속에서 발견할 수 있는 컴퓨터의 원리들로 접근을 시도하여 컴퓨터의 원리를 파악하고 나아가 새로운 생각과 사고로 컴퓨터 원리에 대한 사고의 확장과 창의성을 신장 시킬 수 있는 '창의적인 교육자료'를 개발 하고자한다.

The purpose of this study was to propose a plan of Information Resource Center(IRC) with various multimedia and Internet materials applicable in class for 'K' Elementary School in Daejeon. As for research methods, this study reviewed the basic directions and characteristics of Information Resource Center(IRC) defined by the Ministry of Education and Human Development, and literature from various sources. Standards for the Information Resource Center(IRC) were suggested, a plan was proposed according to them. Ultimately, a plan with stable and flexible layout and flow lines, facilities and spaces within the Information Resource Center(IRC) was established and executed. The basic functions of Information Resource Center(IRC) were information, reading, consultation, graphic production. The spaces suggested in this study for the Information Resource Center(IRC) for elementary school were space for the literature information, information search, A/V information, studying, browsing, reading. This results will support teacher's teaching with various multimedia and Internet materials applicable in class, help student's self directed learning activity, and play its role as a cultural center of the local community.

알고리즘 교육은 컴퓨터과학 교육의 기본 원리를 가르치는 도구로서 강조되고 한다. 그러나 초등학생에 적합한 알고리즘 교재자료는 매우 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 초등학생들이 알고리즘에 대해 쉽게 배울 수 있도록 컴퓨터과학 언플러그드의 내용을 기반으로 교육자료를 제시하였다. 학습자의 자발적 학습활동을 위한 문제 해결 탐구과정을 제시하고, 학생들은 개별 또는 조별 활동중심학습으로 구성하였다. 생활 속의 문제를 해결하는 알고리즘 학습을 위해 기본적인 검색과 정렬 알고리즘들을 바탕으로 해싱기법의 교수법 및 교육자료 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 교육자료는 전문가 집단의 설문 분석을 통해 적절하다는 결론을 얻었다.

본 연구는 실천적 추론 과정을 통해 생활문화에 영향을 미치는 다양한 맥락을 살펴보고, 건강한 통일공동체를 형성하기 위해 중학교 가정교과에서의 통일교육의 목표와 내용 체계를 선정하고 이를 적용한 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하고자 하였다. 한국교육과정평가원의 교수 학습 콘텐츠 개발 모형 단계에 따라 통일교육지침서와 통일교육 선행 연구, 북한이탈주민 관련 선행 연구와 2015 개정 실과(기술 가정) 교육과정 분석을 통해 중학교 가정교과에서의 통일교육 목표 및 내용 체계를 선정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 실천적 문제 추출한 뒤 실천적 추론 과정을 적용한 교수 학습 과정안과 학생 활동지를 개발하였고, 두 차례의 전문가 집단 평가 결과를 토대로 최종 개발안을 마련하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학교 가정교과 통일교육의 목표는 '사회문화적 맥락을 바탕으로 남북한 생활문화의 차이를 존중하고 공동의 가치를 발견하며, 통일사회에서의 발생 가능한 실천적 문제를 이해하고 해결하는 과정을 통해 건강한 통일공동체 형성을 위한 능력을 배양한다.'로 선정하였다. 둘째, 중학교 가정교과 통일교육의 내용 체계는 '생활문화 중심의 통일교육'을 핵심주제로 선정하고 내용 요소들은 남북한 생활문화에 영향을 미치는 사회문화적 맥락 이해, 남북한 소비생활환경의 이해, 남북한 생활문화 관련 언어, 북한 음식을 포함한 지역별의 식생활 문화의 다양성 유지, 사회적 규범과 옷차림, 올바른 주거가치관과 공동주거생활 예절의 6가지로 구성하였다. 그리고 앞서 도출된 중학교 가정교과에서의 통일교육의 목표를 바탕으로 실천적 문제를 '건강한 통일공동체를 형성하기 위해 우리는 무엇을 해야 하는가?'로 선정하였다. 셋째, 중학교 가정교과 통일교육의 교수 학습 과정안은 통일에 대한 문제 인식하기, 남북한 생활문화에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석하기, 행동의 결과 및 파급효과 파악과 대안적 방법 선택하기, 건강한 통일공동체 형성을 위한 실천하기의 4가지 주제를 포함한 총 8차시의 교수 학습 과정안과 35개의 학습 자료를 개발하였다.

This study analyzed the necessity of detailed items of fundamentals of nursing education in college by soliciting answers from clinical nursing educators in hospitals and nursing professors. The questionnaire consisted of four parts. The first part included questions about the general demographic characteristics of respondents, the second part. questions about the general necessity of fundamentals of nursing, the third part, questions about the necessity of 26 items in fundamentals of nursing in knowledge education and about the necessity of 81 items in fundamentals of nursing in practice education, the fourth part solicited free description of ideas about the problems education in fundamentals of nursing in Korea. Thirty professors from universities, 30 professors from community. and 30 clinical nursing educators were randomly sampled and the questionnaires were sent by mail. Seventy people returned completed questionnaires. Ninety three percent evaluated fundamentals of nursing as necessary for nursing not only in knowledge education but also in practice education. They also generally agreed on what items are necessary for fundamentals of nursing. However. opinions about some items were split between nursing scholars and clinical nursing educators. Clinical educators wanted fundamentals of nursing to be more practical and to incorporate recent developments and changes in clinical settings. They described several problems in fundamentals of nursing. One was that some the content of fundamentals of nursing overlaps with other subjects, especially with adult nursing. Some respondents also thought that fundamentals of nursing included too many topics. These problems make it difficult for students, scholars, and nurses identify what fundamentals of nursing is. This causes an identity problem in fundamentals of nursing. Some disparity between clinical nursing and knowledge education in fundamentals of nursing was also reported. This was also related to problems lack of clinical experience in teachers of fundamentals of nursing. Some respondents suggested requiring clinical experience for professors or establishing a system of clinical professorship. Problems of teaching material were also pointed out. Fundamental nursing skills and knowledge in teaching materials are often old or not appropriate for the Korean nursing situation. The respondents urged the development of teaching materials appropriate for Korean nursing. In order to solve these problems, the authors suggest forming an ad hoc committee which can reformulate and standardize education in fundamentals of nursing in Korea.

본 논문은 초등학교 사회과 3학년 그림지도 학습과 관련하여 기존의 CAI관련 교육매체들이 단순히 그림지도 관련 지식을 나열하는 방식에서 탈피하여 그래픽, 애니메이션, 사운드, 동화상 등의 다양한 멀티미디어 자료를 상호 연계한 코스웨어와의 활발한 상호 작용을 통해 스스로 그림지도와 관련된 지식을 구성해 나갈 수 있도록 개발하였다. 개발된 코스웨어는 3학년 사회과 그림지도 영역의 이해를 보다 쉽게 할 뿐 아니라 그림지도의 구성요소와 그림지도를 백지도 상에 그리는 방법, 지도를 활용하는 방법의 안내까지 효율적으로 학습할 수 있도록 함으로써 개별학습용 수준별 심화 보충학습 용으로도 활용할 수 있게 하였다.
