In 2000s, the interest of ROHAS has been increased and the environmental problem has begun to be discussed as the environmental and global value, not the individual perspective. And the standard of value for eco-friendly awareness has been expanded to the economic category. The trend of eco-friendly fabric can be divided into 3 periods depending on the property. The period for natural fabric with visual effects(2002~2004) can be summarized as the creation of natural shape using the natural image, the interaction of cotton and the technology from the visual perspective. In the period of functional conjunction with eco-friendliness and technology(2005~2008), the eco-friendly awareness through the conjunction of technology and nature and the re-cycling, and the responsibility to the environment had been increased. In the period of sustainable development for nature and environment(2009~2011), it showed the conjunction with nature and the integration with technology and eco-friendly issues. Therefore, the characteristic of eco-friendly trend in fabric since 2000 can be said; firstly, the high-quality fabric has been developed with technological development for the functional progress. Secondly, the ethical creativity has been displayed with the development and utilization of eco-friendly recycling materials. Thirdly, the materials reflected with eco-friendly issues have emerged.

As globalization proceeds, transnational property development is increasing. Vietnam has began to experience a serious housing shortage throughout the urbanization process and they try to solve this housing problem in the city by development of New Town with an excellent technique. Of these, New city, Phu My Hung (PMH) is known as a very successful example. Therefore, this study researched 145 plan of 15 Apartment complexes which were completed after 2008 to analyse the plan characteristic of internal-external of Apartment in PMH New city in Ho Chi Minh City which effected the housing development in Vietnam. We collected the data from Internet and researched the characteristic of complex and an individual unit by visiting 6 Apartment complexes directly on Aug, 2014. In PMH, apartment has pattern of Mixed-use Apartment. There are stores on the 1st ad 2nd floor and consisted of 2 or 3 small complexes. They secure enough Green Space and Community Space and control visitor access for the safety of residents. Inside space organization is mainly consisted of 3LDK+2BATH and Public space and Private space is placed separately. Also, placed the Kitchen independently and it is quiet interesting that the entrance entry into the house directly from the external space.

The grid frequency is controlled cooperatively by the governor of the Turbine-Generator and the automatic generation controller(AGC) of the KPX(Korea Power Exchange). It is a basic requirement that the reliability of the governor is verified to enhance the power system stability but it is not easy to confirm the response characteristics of the governor because all generators are operated in the grid system that has the constant voltage and frequency. Therefore, it is necessary to study a new test method in order to examine the governor dynamic characteristic in the similar fault conditions. A study has shown that it is verified to simulate the turbine-generator power control system, the governor response characteristic under limited conditions and contribution of AGC with the gas turbine generator simulation model as well as demonstrate the dynamic response of the governor with the developed governor dynamic characteristic tester based on digital controller while the turbine-generator is connected to the grid system. This tester is constructed by the built-in functions of the turbine-generator main controller. In this treatise, the theoretical background, development method and the results of both simulations and demonstrations are described as another way to verify the turbine-generator governor dynamic characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to find how hybrid fashion and make-up responses to multiculturalism condition and how expression of hybrid. Today, every culture has taken on the compromise form by means of the cultural difference, variety, and pluralism according to the internationalization and the advance. In accordance with this current of the times, this study observed the hybrid found in the multiculturalism of the 21th century. The expression of hybrid in multiculturalism of contemporary fashion and make up combination of difference. Second, the society development and a generalized knowledge of multiculturalism and hybrid and history of make up. Third, characteristic of fashion about multiculturalism and characteristic of fashion about hybrid classify a divide into five according to fashion trend. Oriental and western of hybrid, the past and the present of hybrid, high society and the lower classes of hybrid, the main current and non mainstreamers of hybrid, the present and the future of hybrid. Fourth, characteristic of make up about multiculturalism and characteristic of make up about hybrid classify a divide into five according to fashion trend. Fashion industry is high value added indust교, whose price is decided by design value so it requires creativity and uniqueness for competition. The purpose of this study is to grasp how the design characteristic of LED that can express new creativity and uniqueness is applied to fashion design and find out the expression characteristic of LED used in fashion design. The study subjects, the design to which LED is applied, were extracted from fashion show and internet search. As a study result, the expression characteristics of LED used for fashion design are as follows. First, for function, tool function that can provide convenience for life and expression function that can provide user with emotional and psychological satisfaction and communication were allowed. Second, for aesthetic changes, many-sided, multiple colors and pattern displays of LED changed design meaning visually and caused aesthetic emotion for observer. Third, for interaction, physical factor of LED, user, dress and environmental factor interacted each other, enabling both-sided communication. Fourth, for amusement, multiple lights of LED activated visual and tactile sense, expressing usefulness and joyfulness on the basis of various display possibilities and changes. The study result will be helpful for developing more unique, creative design according to the change of age and development of science.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristic analysis and to date guidance of European high heeled shoes in 18th century. The research was conducted by stylistic analysis of high heeled shoes from literature review and museums resource. 14 comparative study on shoe objects dating from 1600-1790 in the Museum at F.I.T., New York, Museum of Art, Boston and Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York were selected. The result of this study are as follows: (1) The origin and development of high heeled shoes were accomplished by protection, social status and exaggeration of body, decoration and fashion. (2) According to the comparative study of Museum objects and literature, characteristic analysis of high heeled shoes from 1700-20s, 1730-40s, 1750-60s, 1770-89 and 1890-1900 were accomplished. (3) Significant elements of European women's shoes from 18th century that aid dating are identified as the presence of white rand, shape of tongue, heel shape and height, latchat, toe shape, color and materials.

As a display becomes large recently, Acquisition of high luminance and Luminance uniformity is becoming difficult in the existing CCFL or EEFL backlight system. So, study for a performance enhancement has enforced. but lamp development of flat type is asked for high luminance and a luminance uniformity security in of LCD and area anger trend ultimately. In this paper, we changed a tip shape of an electrode for production by the most suitable LCD backlight surface light source, and confirmed discharge characteristic along discharge gas pressure and voltage, and confirmed electric field distribution and discharge energy characteristic through a Maxwell 2D simulation. Therefore the discharge firing voltage characteristic showed a low characteristic than a rectangular type and round type in case of electrode which used tip of a triangle type, and displayed a discharge electric current as a same voltage was low.

This paper intends to predict characteristic of the balcony space composition in apartment that residents want by analyzing floorplans utilizing balcony that is directly described by housewives in competitions. According to change of age, Modern's lifestyle is variously changed and future housing life may undergo changes continuously. Therefore, development of apartment housing plans is reflected by grasping and collecting space residents desire. Purpose of study is 1) arrangement characteristic of balcony space housewives prefer 2) relations characteristic between balcony and room adjoining balcony 3) characteristic of balcony space composition Through this study, the public space that family use together prefer facing the front side and the kitchen is required to face the front side. Balcony adjoining bedroom is utilized according to user of the bedroom, and independent space like hobby room do not have distinctive relationships with adjacent space. Recent trend that space is reflected in various lifestyle of resident require needs that exercise room for well-being life and other room for various functions. Based upon the study, the results show the basic information and understanding how the plans are supposed to change, particularly to facilitate the usage of the balcony.
