Recent changes in the Korean education policies are promoting the advances in science and technology and cultivating people of convergence talent. STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) educational program is Korean styled convergence program for creative competent human resources. Therefore, Therefore the aim of this study is developing convergence hand-on educational program coping with climate change for elementary school students. For development of the program, we investigated the curriculum of the elementary school about the climate change, and allocated in the creative learning standard frame. Also, we selected themes related the climate change in the curriculum and learning activity. For more effective program to build the convergence competency, we analyzed the program based on creative problem based learning process and 4 core competency(creativity, communication, convergence, caring) elements. In conclusion, the STEAM program needs to develop by school curriculum and leaner's ability. For elementary school students, the STEAM program consists with creative problem based learning process. And the convergence educational program would analyze by the creative PBL process and convergence competency elements. So, this developing program has brought the promotion of the creative convergence competent talented person for the future global environment.

Nowadays computer technology is being applied in various areas of apparel design. In particular, since the task of pattern making is to be performed by a set of predefined drawing rules, the effect of computer application in pattern making will be significant, There have been a large number of studies on pattern making program. For instance, the previous studies have developed computer programs for pattern making of women's wear, men's wear, children's wear, Han-Bok, etc. Most of them have focused on the development of computer program for a particular kind of apparel only and, however, have disregarded the feasibility of developing a multi-purposed computer program so that is just can be modified to adopt for various styles. For example, by widening the hem-wide of the basic H-Line skirt and then connecting its waist line and widened hem-wide, we can draw the A-Line skirt. Therefore, we have developed a program which can make a pattern for the basic skirt and can mae, with a slight change of he program, other patterns for various style as well. The objective of this paper is to identify and organize modules which will be used for developing a general pattern making computer system. This general pattern making system is a computer program by which we can draw a variety of apparel styles. This system is restricted to skirt pattern making only. there presentation scheme used in organizing these modules is an AND-OR tree, the one being often used in representing a complex problem in artificial intelligence domain.

Post-processing programs play an important role in the CFD data visualization and analysis. A variety of post-processing softwares have been developed and are being used in the CFD community. Developing a good quality of post-processing program requires dedication and efforts. In this paper an experience obtained through previous studies and developing post-processing programs are introduced which includes data structure and visualization algorithms.

Sustainability has been a big issue over the whole global industry lately and is an important fashion trend that reflects the modern phase of the time. The concept of sustainable fashion includes physical fashion products made from eco-friendly or recycle materials as well as ethical value such as corporate social responsibility for environment, labor or working condition. Fashion companies of advanced countries who are aware of the geo-environmental and ethical issues found that generating profits by setting trends and pursuing external beauty can no longer be the ultimate goal of fashion companies, and started to recognize the importance of sustainable fashion as a future-oriented trend. Not only fashion industry but also governments of advanced countries have been playing a leading role to educate the people regarding the importance of sustainable fashion and making large investments to foster industry specialists in educational institution. The aim of this study is to propose sustainable fashion design education program that fits the domestic university curriculum and government-leading education program in order to set the foundation for sustainable fashion industry. Thus, this study investigates successful cases of foreign government-led sustainable fashion education that can be introduced to improve domestic sustainable fashion education. The empirical study of the research is developing 12-15 week university level education program to foster specialists in sustainable fashion. The survey carried out by the students who participated in the program shows the change of perception on sustainable fashion. Developed university level program can be spread to municipal corporation, school of continuing education, and etc. in order to derive participation and problem perception of the citizens on sustainability. Developing systemized sustainable fashion design education program would be the first step of sustainable fashion by educating students who will take the leading role in the future fashion industry. Moreover, it can strongly influence future customer education as well as a special education inducing interest on sustainability in everyday life. A follow-up study is expected to serve as a foundation for sustainable fashion to take root successfully in the fashion industry.

Railway accidents have caused tremendous casualties and loss of property. In order to reduce the rate of accidents, it is important for the railway operators to elevate their recognition and give effective training as a safety education and training. Through the previous study, we developed regulatory guidance for developing safety education and training program. Then, three educational technology specialists verified it primarily. In this paper, we investigated present condition for running education and training system of domestic railway through result of In-depth interview. And we verified actual reflection through result of Checklist. Finally, improved regulatory guidance for developing safety education and training program was suggested in this study.

The purpose of this paper is to explain the techniques of the data verification module achieved while developing a transient stability program which is suitable to korean power system. It concentrates on the concrete explanation about modeling of the dynamic models and the method of the data verification. This proposed module enhances the performance of the developing program. This developing module has been tested with the KEPCO system, and the simulation results obtained from the program are compared to those of commercial programs.

The purpose of this study is to constitute the background theory and framework for developing the family-empowering program of Healthy Family-Support Center(HFSC). For this purpose, first, this study emphasizes that the development of integrated and differentiated program for HFSC is needed. Second, this study shows the theoretical background including ecological system theory, family system analysis theory, and family life coaching process. Third, assessment and evaluation system and subsystems are suggested as a basic frame for developing family life diagnosis tool. This system is based on the comparative analysis about the studies relating family life planning and case management. Fourth, the process of family empowering program is suggested to accomplish the family needs and goals. This process include the assessment, family life coaching for problem solving and/or family life planning, and following education and counselling. Last, this study shows how this program is related to other programs of HFSC. Family members can participate various programs of this center for preventing or solving the problem on the basis of evaluation results. Family-empowering program for making family healthy can be a representative and integrating program for this center.

This study is aimed to be helpful a developing process for Apparel design and to investigate Idea abduction for Apparel Design which applied to the Morphological Method one of the Methods of Creativity which the creative technologists studied. The result of this study were as follows : 1. The Morphological Method which is one of the Methods of Creativity could be applied to Idea abduction for Apparel Design by CAD system. 2. This study developed a program for CAD system which could use the design process for Apparel Design applied to the Morphological Method 3. In the consequence of the program which could use the design developing process of Morphological Method, and trying to test with the selection of the essential variables about Jacket, Skirt, One-piece, Blouse, it is found that many design for Apparel Design could be producted in a short time, so that the conclusion have been made as a result that the Method could be a great help to design a variable sillouette for Apparel Design.

In this paper, we implemented an e-mail and chat program (client) for communication between mobile devices and PCs based on WIPI a South Korea's open wireless platform form developing device and content independent software to break from the way of developing contents that is dependent on different wireless platforms to each mobile communications company. While traditional e-mail and chat programs are written for PC-to-PC communication, we develop them for mobile-to-PC and mobile-to-mobile communications, and we expect to see various mobile contents in the future.

Conversion disorder is a psychologically produced alteration or loss of physical functioning suggestive of a physical disorder. Conversion symptoms are often superimposed on organic disease and can be overlooked. Psychological techniques are central to the management include the following: avoiding confrontation with the patients; avoiding reinforcement or trivializing the symptoms; reviewing results of tests and exams and creating an expectation of recovery; educating the patient before a treatment is begun; evaluating the patient's emotional adjustment and considering it at a treatment; using caution in labeling the condition; considering referral for psychotherapy; establishing particularly a treatment plan and making a definite treatment program; adjusting patient' s environment; letting participate a family at appropriate time; developing a reinforcement program for a treatment of chronic symptoms; developing a home program for outpatients. Use behavior therapy reinforcement may be helpful with more chronic or resistant symptoms, especially when there is a history of vague or excessive somatic complaints or significant secondary gain.
