  • It is difficult to estimate for deterioration of exterior wall by infrared thermography, because of amount of infrared-ray radiation effected by environmental factors such as temperature properties of materials, the outside air and the amount of solar radiation. Therefore we measured the distribution of temperature by times in the same reinforced-concrete structure in order to reduce problems, occasioned by environmental factors, then we analyzed physical influence factors of the infrared thermography. It is the aim of this study to suggest basic data with regard to method of estimation-system for deterioration of exterior wall in reinforced-concrete structures.

  • It is the aim of this study to introduce the application method for the new estimation system of deterioration caused performance decrement of exterior wall by infrared theromography. With this help of this trial test, the defect such as void and honeycomb of esveria wall can be shown easily. Espicially by selecting the weathering condition, it becomes easier to identify defect than with original image. It was confirmed that this trial monitoring system is very useful to identify the defect of exterior wall.

  • The masonry structure is constructed by cement mortar binding material of brick objects and uses reinforced hardware (connected hardware or wall tie) together when building. However, over time, the corrosion of reinforced steel and the deterioration of joint mortar as well as bricks cause the risk of collapse. In particular, when the externally decorated brick wall is installed on the concrete girder for each floor, the angle bracket is not constructed or corroded, the full-layer weight load is applied to the wall of 0.5B, which is an example of full-scale or collapse. The purpose of this study is to provide numerical information on the reinforcement design by experimentally studying the structural performance of concrete reinforcement brackets that reinforce the vertical load of the exterior wall.

  • 콘크리트 구조물에 발생하는 균열은 구조물의 내력, 내구성, 방수성 등 모든 기능을 저하시키는 주요한 원인으로, 그 대책의 필요성은 구조물이 존재하는 한 계속될 것이다. 하지만 콘크리트 구조물에서의 균열은 재료와 시공 및 사용환경, 구조적 요인 등 다양한 변수가 복합적으로 작용하고 있어 이에 대한 대책 마련과 사전 예방이 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공동주택 외벽에서 균열이 발생한 사례를 분석하여 이에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 발생한 균열과 부재의 속성간의 관계를 상관관계를 도출하고자 한다. 이는 각 부재가 가지는 기본적 속성이 유사함을 고려하여 균열과 부재의 관계를 분석하고 부재의 속성을 검토하여 균열에 대한 대책 마련에 일조하고자 함이다.

구조용 실링마감재의 내환경 조건에 따른 탄성복원 특성 연구 (A Study on the Elastic Restoration Characteristics According to Environmental Resistance Condition of Structural Sealing Finishing Materials)

  • 본 최근 건축물 외벽공사에 커튼월 공법의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 외벽 커튼월 공법은 공기단축 및 경제적 효용이 크다는 장점으로 인해 건물의 외벽으로도 널리 시공되고 있다. 그러나, 커튼월 공법의 프레임과 유리를 연결해 주는 구조용 실란트에 대한 내후성 및 구조물의 거동에 대한 열화를 대체한 시험은 KS F 4910 규격에는 부재한 실정으로 안정적인 커튼월 공법 도입과 품질향상을 위해서는 필요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 외기환경하에서 거동에 대한 탄성복원력시험을 실시하였다. 구조용 실란트를 대상으로 열에 대한 실링재의 열화를 평가하였다. 국내에서는 구조용 실란트의 가변형 변위거동에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 외기 환경에 노출된 열화조건을 대체하여 실험실 조건에서 재현한 결과를 확인하고, 설계에 반영하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면, 기존의 구조용 실링재는 KS F 4910의 품질기준은 만족하지만, 본 연구에서 실시한 조건에서는 시험체의 파단과 표면의 균열 등이 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 특히, 내후성 시험에서는 시험체 모두 불용의 상태를 확인하여 향후, 커튼월 공법에 사용되는 구조용 실링재의 장기적인 내구성능 평가가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 따라서, 기존의 구조용 실링재가 현장에 적용되기 위해서는 별도의 내구성능 평가를 실시가 요구된다.

달비계용 PP섬유로프의 야외노출에 따른 인장강도 변화 분석 (Analysis of Tensile Strength Changes by Outdoor Exposure of Scaffolding PP Fiber Rope)

  • The use of hanging scaffolding for exterior wall painting and cleaning in building construction and maintenance carries the inherent risk of fall accidents. While periodic rope replacement is crucial for preventing accidents resulting from rope breakage, current regulations lack specificity in determining appropriate disposal period for fiber ropes. This study analyzed the tensile strength of the most commonly used PP fiber ropes with different diameters (16 mm, 20 mm) in the domestic construction industry. Additionally, the effect of outdoor exposure was examined by measuring the tensile strength of new ropes and ropes exposing to outdoor conditions for 30 days and 90 days. The results showed that the new ropes and those exposed to outdoor for 30 days met the KS (Korean Standards) criteria for tensile strength. However, a significant decrease in tensile strength was observed in ropes exposed to outdoor for 90 days compared to both the new ropes and those exposed for 30 days. Furthermore, the ropes exposed for 90 days did not meet the KS criteria. These findings indicate the degradation of PP fiber ropes due to UV (Ultra Violet) radiation, highlighting the importance of considering this factor when determining the replacement period for fiber ropes used in scaffolding work.

탄소섬유길이 및 혼입량에 따른 폴리우레아 도막방수재의 인장성능 변화 연구 (A Study on the Tensile Performance Change of Polyurea Waterproof Membrane Coat by Amount of Carbon Milled Fiber)

  • Despite its excellent properties, polyurea coating waterproofing material is exposed to sunlight when it is applied to the exterior wall of concrete by exposed waterproofing method such as a roof of a building, resulting in a problem of causing a large deterioration in performance compared to initial properties. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of carbon fiber incorporation on the performance of carbon fiber - reinforced polyureas and to study the optimum carbon fiber length and content respectively. Result of the study confirmed that the performance of the carbon fiber was improved by 2% or more, and the carbon fiber length was 30 ㎛ and the mixing ratio was 3%. It is expected that stable durability can be secured when manufacturing fiber-incorporated polyureas.

장수명 공동주택에서의 SI구분 및 분리기준에 관한 법제화 방향 (The Legislation of SI Distinction & Separation in Long-Life Housing)

  • The apartment housing in Korea has been rapidly constructed by adapting the most suitable construction methods as like wall structure, wet and united construction. But most of short-lived equipments usually filled in the structure which has longer life, and it causes not only to make difficult coping with the deterioration of equipments but also to let buildings remained deteriorate themselves. The buildings can be remodelled to slow down the terms of deterioration or reconstructed to give a new life of themselves, although the disposal of wastes or the lack of natural resources still be problems and unsolved that can occurred in pulling down and reconstructing the buildings. Furthermore, it is the time to need keeping with worldwide trends and movements as like sustainability or 'green growth' movements based on low carbon emissions. The researches for Long-Life Housing apartments which has durability and variation have been advanced up to now. Long-Life Housing apartments can separate their structures from equipments and interior or exterior materials of buildings. Therefore equipments or materials of buildings can be easily repaired and replaced with new ones, even if they are deteriorated themselves. Also, the construction process of Long-Life Housing apartments can be independent from the matter of proprietary rights, terms of durability, decision rights and so on. 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and the 'Regulation of Management of Collective Building' established by each local governments are already legislated for declaring the rights of using and ownership, responsibilities of each parts of apartment buildings. These laws and regulations classify the ownership of each parts of apartment buildings, and divide the ownership with public possession and exclusive possession. Therefore, this study will conduct comparative analysis between 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and 'the Regulation of Management of Collective Building' and find problems which can be occurred in future construction of Long-Life Housing apartments. It will be helpful to revise laws and regulations.
