이 연구의 목적은 국내에서 지역경찰 현장관리자의 리더십 연구를 활성화하기 위해 한국형 파괴적리더십 척도의 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 이 연구를 위해 2017년 경남지방경찰청에서 근무하는 경사 이하 경찰관 전체를 모집단으로 하였다. 표집을 위해 비례할당표집을 사용하였고, 할당기준은 근무지, 근무부서, 계급, 성별 등을 설정하였다. 자료수집은 2017년 4월 1일부터 2017년 4월 30일까지 총 1개월에 걸쳐 500명에 응답자를 대상으로 시행하였고, 최종 433부를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구에서는 파괴적리더십의 신뢰도와 타당도는 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 등을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 한국형 지역경찰 현장관리자의 파괴적리더십 척도는 신뢰도의 경우 부하관련 문항은 .948, 조직관련 문항은 .974로 높게 나타났지만, 확인적 요인분석의 모델 적합도는 낮았다. 따라서 추가적인 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 최종적으로 부하관련 문항은 4문항이 삭제되어 총 6문항으로 재구성하였고, 조직관련 문항은 기존 10문항 모두 적절한 것으로 검증되어, 한국형 지역경찰 파괴적리더십 척도는 2요인 16개 문항으로 재구성하였고, 모델도 통계적으로 적합한 것을 확인하였다. 한국형 지역경찰 현장관리자의 파괴적리더십 척도는 향후 경찰관 대상으로 수행될 리더십 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

역설적이지만 리더십에는 드러난 순기능 못지않게 숨겨진 역기능도 많다. 본 연구는 상사의 역기능 리더십의 행동 유형, 선행 요인과 그 결과를 밝혀서 역기능 리더로 인한 조직과 구성원의 피해를 최소화하고, 효과적인 리더십 개발을 위한 HRD 차원의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 S그룹에 종사하는 구성원 28명을 대상으로 본인의 상사를 통해 직접 경험하였거나, 또는 잘 알고 있는 리더 1인을 상정하여 해당 리더가 보이는 역기능 리더십의 구체적인 행동 특성과 이에 영향을 미치는 선행요인, 그로 인해 조직과 구성원에게 영향을 미치는 부정적 결과에 대한 심층 인터뷰 기반의 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 상사의 역기능 리더십 행동으로는 '비인격적인 비난과 모욕행위', '권위주의적 독단적 행동', '자기 권한 강화', '편향적 인력선호와 활용', '지나친 자기과신', '과도한 관리와 통제', '변화에 대한 저항', '언행 불일치', '상사에 대한 지나친 의존', '비윤리적 행동' 등이 공통적으로 밝혀졌다. 역기능 리더십 행동에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로는 '개인의 성향과 경험', '과업 특성', 그리고 '조직 내 외부 환경' 등으로 확인되었다. 그리고 상사의 역기능 리더십 행동이 조직 구성원에게 미치는 부정적인 결과는 '이직 증가', '업무 효율성 저하와 자원낭비', '업무 의욕 저하', '혁신적 사고 제한', '소극적이고 수동적인 조직문화', '조직 활력 저하', '조직 시너지 저하', '애사심 저하', '상사에 대한 신뢰 저하' 등으로 조사되었다.

이 글은 공공도서관 현장이라고 하는 직업 세계를 매개로 하는 일상적 업무 속에서 공공도서관의 최고관리자인 도서관장과 실질적으로 공공도서관 일선에서 실무를 담당하고 있는 평사서들과의 역할에 대한 기대와 의식, 그리고 업무에서의 인식의 차이를 관찰하고 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 질적 분석 방법을 사용하여 공공도서관의 평사서들의 일상적 의식세계에 나타나는 공공도서관장의 자질과 역할에 대한 기대를 밝혀내고, 실제로 공공도서관 운영을 책임지고 있는 도서관장의 직업세계를 일상사적 관점으로 조사하여 비교하고 분석하였다.

본 연구는 파괴적 리더십 중에서도 가장 많은 관심을 받아오고 있는 상사의 비인격적 행위가 부하의 이직의도와 조직몰입에 미치는 부정적 결과를 살펴보았다. 또한 상사의 비인격적 행위와 부하의 이직의도 및 조직몰입 간의 관계를 조직의 심리적 계약 위반과 부하의 자기통제력이 조절하는지를 검증 하였다. 이와 함께 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점, 한계 및 향후 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

The main purpose of this study was intended to analyze the image of N대-Expressionism represented in the late of 20th century fashion design. By the late 1960s and the early 1970s. the prevailing notion of modernity, which had pushed the limits of art beyond previous boundaries, had begun to lose its urgency. Critics called the new pluralistic era which the West was entering Post-Modern. Furthermore, the predominance of America and the New York scene is diminishing, and artistic leadership is now international. Post-Modernism dialectcally made denial of Modernism as likely as New Image Painting and Decorative Pattern Painting Art in 1970's and it was availed as a dialectcal means for the pre-diction of new comings that would be appeared at painting art in 1980's. New Image Painting has been called as Neo-Expressionism. The N대-Expressionists selected human's feature because appeared flankly, directly irregular agitation in the visual effect and they believed human's destructive and amputate body was cruelty. So they express it on the surface canvas. Under the these background, the image of Neo-Expressionism was represented in the late of 20th century fashion design such as the upside-down image of human feature, the image as ameditation on German myth and history, culture, the ecletic image is made of use a mixture of material. The properties of composition, line, color, texture, and form, common to all plastic art, are now more readily recognized and historically valued in every work. That is, individuality, humanity, and the human condition have been at the core of most Western art and Fashion design. Especially Fashion design has been one of the principal instruments used to examine our nature and to promote the notion of growth, self-understanding, and change.

North Korea's science and technology policies are being pursued under strong leadership and control by the central government. In particular, a large part of the research and development of science and technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution in North Korea is controlled and absorbed by the defense organizations under the national defense-oriented policy framework, among which North Korea is making national efforts to develop advanced technologies in artificial intelligence and actively utilize them in the military affairs. The future weapon system based on AI will have superior performance and destructive power that is different from modern weapons systems, which is likely to change the paradigm of the future battlefield, so a thorough analysis and prediction of the level of AI militarization technology, the direction of development, and AI-based weapons system in North Korea is needed. In addition, research and development of South Korea's corresponding weapon systems and military science and technology are strongly required as soon as possible. Therefore, in this paper, we will analyze the level of AI technology, the direction of AI militarization, and the AI-based weapons system in North Korea, and discuss the AI military technology and corresponding weapon systems that South Korea military must research and develop to counter the North Korea's. The next study will discuss the analysis of AI militarization technologies not only in North Korea but also in neighboring countries in Northeast Asia such as China and Russia, as well as AI weapon systems by battlefield function, detailed core technologies, and research and development measures.
