  • Overlay margin 확보를 위한 oversizing과, design rule checking, jog filtering를 통하여 side-lobe를 추출하였다. 이렇게 추출한 side-lobe를 extent하고, Cr pattern을 정의하여 side-lobe 현상을 해결할 수 있었다. 하지만 이 방법은 mask제조 공정이 복잡하므로 Cr shield방식의 단점인 복잡한 mask제작공정과 구조를 단순화하기 위하여 scattering bar를 이용하였다. 따라서, scattering bar를 삽입하기 위한 rule을 생성하여 metal layer에 적용하고 aerial image simulation을 통해 side-lobe 현상이 억제되었음을 확인하였다. 그리고 앞에서와는 반대로 background clear의 경우에 발생하는 side-lobe에 scattering bar를 적용하여 억제됨을 확인하였다.

  • 최근에 침입 탐지 시스템은 네트워크 보안의 강화를 위해서 방화벽과 침입탐지 시스템 상호간의 연동으로 침입자의 연결 상태를 차단하는 방법도 개발되었다. 하지만 방화벽뿐만 아니라 침입탐지 시스템도 공격자에 의한 우회공격에 대해서는 아직 상당부분 방어할 수 없다. 또한 우회공격 탐지 모듈도 기존의 IDS와 Rule의 중복이 불가피하다. 본 논문은 취약점 진단 스크립트를 통해 IDS의 취약점 진단 후 IDS우회탐지공격 시스템의 Rule을 최적화 하여 우회공격을 효율적으로 탐지 해내는 시스템을 제안한다.

  • A rule based controller is constructed for multiple robots accomplishing a given task in unknown environments by using genetic programming. The example task is playing a simplified soccer game, and the controller for robots that governs emergent cooperative behavior is successfully found using the proposed procedure A neural network controller constructed using the rule based controller is shown to be applicable in a more complex environment.

  • Recommand Systems are being used by an ever-increasing number of E-Commerce to help customers find products to purchase. Recommend Systems offer a technology that allows personalized recommendations of items of potential interest to users based on information about similarities and dissimilarities among different customers tastes. In this paper, we design and build a Recommend System using the historical customer movie purchase transactions and extracts the knowledge needed to make association recommendations to new customers.

  • 본 논문은 데이터 마이닝에서 사용되는 연관규칙(Association Rule)을 활용하여 고객에게 상품을 추천하는 방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 한명의 고객에 대하여 적용할 수 있는 연관규칙의 개수가 한 개 이상이 될 수 있다는 가정하에, 고객과 연관규칙과의 적합성 여부를 값으로 나타내는 방안을 고안하고 이를 이용하여 고객에 대한 연관규칙의 순위를 부여하는 방식을 연구한다. 또한 상품 추천 시 범위 값을 가지는 속성을 고려하여 상품을 추천하도록 하는 방법을 제안하고 이 방법의 타당성과 타 방식과의 비교우위를 실험을 통하여 검증한다.

  • A method of adaptive formation of the synthetic discriminant function(SDF) both in image plane and spatial frequency plane by using the Widrow-Hoff learning rule is proposed. The proposed method uses minimum number of interconnections between neurons so it can reduce the time for learning the neural net. Also complex valued interconnection weights are introduced for the purposes of handling the phase objects or Fourier transformed spatial frequency objects which usually have complex values for the representation of not only amplitude but also phase information. Also methods of optical implementation for the complex valued interconnection weights are discussed.

A Neurofuzzy Algorithm-Based Advanced Bilateral Controller for Telerobot Systems

  • The advanced bilateral control algorithm, which can enlarge a reflected force by combining force reflection and compliance control, greatly enhances workability in teleoperation. In this scheme the maximum boundaries of a compliance controller and a force reflection gain guaranteeing stability and good task performance greatly depend upon characteristics of a slave arm, a master arm, and an environment. These characteristics, however, are generally unknown in teleoperation. It is, therefore, very difficult to determine such maximum boundary of the gain. The paper presented a novel method for design of an advanced bilateral controller. The factors affecting task performance and stability in the advanced bilateral controller were analyzed and a design guideline was presented. The neurofuzzy compliance model (NFCM)-based bilateral control proposed herein is an algorithm designed to automatically determine the suitable compliance for a given task or environment. The NFCM, composed of a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and a rule-learning mechanism, is used as a compliance controller. The FLC generates compliant motions according to contact forces. The rule-learning mechanism, which is based upon the reinforcement learning algorithm, trains the rule-base of the FLC until the given task is done successfully. Since the scheme allows the use of large force reflection gain, it can assure good task performance. Moreover, the scheme does not require any priori knowledge on a slave arm dynamics, a slave arm controller and an environment, and thus, it can be easily applied to the control of any telerobot systems. Through a series of experiments effectiveness of the proposed algorithm has been verified.

Design of a Hierarchically Structured Gas Identification System Using Fuzzy Sets and Rough Sets (퍼지집합과 러프집합을 이용한 계층 구조 가스 식별 시스템의 설계)

  • An useful and effective design method for the gas identification system is presented in this paper. The proposed gas identification system adopts hierarchical structure with two level rule base combining fuzzy sets with rough sets. At first, a hybrid genetic algorithm is used in grouping the array sensors of which the measured patterns are similar in order to reduce the dimensionality of patterns to be analyzed and to make rule construction easy and simple. Next, for low level identification, fuzzy inference systems for each divided group are designed by using TSK fuzzy rule, which allow handling the drift and the uncertainty of sensor data effectively. Finally, rough set theory is applied to derive the identification rules at high level which reflect the identification characteristics of each divided group. Thus, the proposed method is able to accomplish effectively dimensionality reduction as well as accurate gas identification. In simulation, we demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed methods by identifying five types of gases.

A implementation and evaluation of Rule-Based Reverse-Engineering Tool (규칙기반 역공학 도구의 구현 및 평가)

  • With the diversified and enlarged softwares, the issue of software maintenance became more complex and difficult and consequently, the cost of software maintenance took up the highest portion in the software life cycle. We design Reverse Engineering Tool for software restructuring environment to object-oriented system. We design Rule - Based Reverse - Engineering using Class Information. We allow the maintainer to use interactive query by using Prolog language. We use similarity formula, which is based on relationship between variables and functions, in class extraction and restructuring method in order to extract most appropriate class. The visibility of the extracted class can be identified automatically. Also, we allow the maintainer to use query by using logical language. So We can help the practical maintenance. Therefore, The purpose of this paper is to suggest reverse engineering tool and evaluation reverse engineering tool.

Design and DSP-based Implementation of Robust Nonlinear Speed Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (영구자석 동기전동기의 강인 비선형 속도제어기의 설계 및 DSP에 기반한 구현)

  • A design and DSP-based implementation of robust nonlinear speed control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) under the unknown parameter variations and speed measurement error is presented. The model reference adaptive system(MRAS) based adaptation mechanisms for the estimation of slowly varying parameters are derived using the MIT rule. For the disturbances or quickly varying parameters, a quasilinearized and decoupled model which includes the influence of parameter variations and speed measurement error on the nonlinear speed control of a PMSM is derived. Based on this model, a boundary layer integral sliding mode controller to improve the robustness and performance of the nonlinear speed control of a PMSM is designed and compared with the conventional controller which employs Proportional plus Derivative(PD) control. To show the validity of the proposed scheme, simulations and DSP-based experimental works are carried out and compared with the conventional control scheme.
