IFC 모델기반 표준건설도면 정보의 교환 및 공유를 위한 권한제어에 관한 연구 (Rights Control for the Exchange and Sharing of IFC Model-based Standard Construction Drawing Information)

  • Construction industry, which is a composite industry being performed by organic combination of various tasks, gives birth to a various of information in the stages of planning, designing, and maintenance management. In particular, the drawing information is broad in the scope of use because it contains all information about buildings as wall as bid, materials, contracts. Therefore, the management of drawing information security is one of the most important factors, which determines the success of failure of business. The major findings and result of this study are as follows to control the distributed drawing information in the collaboration environment. 1) Analysis for function and practical use of DRM in the construction industry. 2) Proposal for applications of DRM that can secure IFC model-based drawing information in the collaboration environment. 3) Extraction from additional IFC entities to apply DRM to part 21 physical files 4) Analysis for functions which are necessary in DRM application prototype system and development of the system. 5) Development IFC model-based DRM prototype system.

  • Today deep drawing and ironing are the major process in manufacturing of battery case used in cellular phone from aluminum. The same technology is utilized in manufacturing of steel or aluminum cans for components of medical instrument, portable PC, walkman and so on. Most of these processes require multi-stage ironing following the deep drawing and redrawing processes. The practical aspects of this technology are well known and gained through extensive experiment and production know-how. However, the fundamental aspects of theses processes are relatively less known. Thus, it is expected that process simulations using FEM techniques would provide additional detailed information that could be utilized to improve the process condition. This paper illustrates the application of process modeling to deep drawing and redrawing operations for High Precision Rectangular Battery Case. A commercially avaliable finite element code LS-DYNA3D was used to simulate deep drawing and redrawing operations.

  • In this paper,we will discuss in the forming process design of the making engine pulleys for automobiles. These pulleys are required to be made by precision deep drawing process because these are to be combined with bearings and engine timing belts. These pulleys are used of cold rolled steel plates starting with the initial blanking size of 115.2mm and the initial thickness of 1.2mm. Our deep drawing process is designed the continuous 5-steps process, that is, 1'st deep drawing, 2'nd reverse redrawing, 3'rd trimming, 4'th drawing-ironing and 5'yh piercing. This process need no in-process annealing.

  • This paper proposed to digital watermarking technique for architectural drawing using LINES and ARCs based on vertex in CAD system to prevent infringement of copyright from unlawfulness reproductions and distribution. After extract LINES and ARCs from designed drawing, we embed watermarks using adaptive algorithm in each characteristics. Watermarks robust to various attacks like as geometrical transformation as being embedded in LINE's length and ARC's angle information. Also, the proposed method satisfies enough transparency about watermarked drawing because have suitable embedding strength to each component. By experimental result, we confirmed robustness and invisibility of embedded watermarks in several conversions of architectural design drawing.

  • This paper describes $R_p,\;R_d,\;R_c,\;R_{cp},\;R_{cd}$ for design and manufacture of die by comparing the results. Results of this study could be reduced from three processes to two processes and drawing can be conducted using one die set by modifying structure of the punch head and die plate. Oil canning phenomenon can be prevented when circle blanking or ellipse blanking in blanking drawing. $R_c$, the important factor of drawing process was able to evaluate properly in designing of product.

  • 금형산업체에서 프레스금형의 성형 중에 적용하고 있는 리스트라이킹(Restriking)공법은 앞 공정에서 성형된 제품의 정확한 치수와 정밀도 높은 형상을 얻기 위하여 공정을 추가하는 것을 뜻한다. 이 공법은 벤딩가공(Bending work), 드로잉가공(Drawing work) 등에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상기의 요인을 해소하기 위하여 1벌의 금형으로 드로잉 성형과 리스트라이킹을 할 수 있는 각종 드로잉금형의 펀치와 다이블록의 형상설계를 제시하고 이것에 대해 고찰하였다.

  • 최근 국내 건축시장에서는 건설프로젝트 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 생산되는 정보를 3D 모델 기반으로 관리하는 BIM에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 국가적으로도 그에 따른 정책, 기술개발의 진행과 함께, BIM을 이용한 설계기준이 제도화 되고 있다. 그러나 BIM 소프트웨어(Revit Architecture)를 이용한 2D 설계도면 작성과 관련해서는 기존의 CAD와 같은 수준의 실시설계도면 작성이 어려운 것으로 인식되고 있다. 기존 연구에 따르면, BIM 소프트웨어가 가지고 있는 문제점으로는 시공수준의 접합상세가 나오지 않는다는 문제점과 효과적으로 상세를 더할 수 있는 모델링 기능이 부족하다는 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 BIM 소프트웨어를 사용하여 현재 납품되고 있는 2D 실시설계도면 수준의 도면작성과 출력가능 여부를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 설계기본요소를 분석하고, 단면상 세도를 사례로 BIM 소프트웨어에 제공되는 기능을 사용해 기존 CAD로 작성한 실시설계도면과 동일한 수준의 도면작성과 출력이 가능함을 검증하였다.

퍼스널 컴퓨터에 의한 디이프드로잉 공정설계의 전산화에 관한 연구 (I) (A Study on the process planning of Deep drawing using personal computer)

  • This paper describes a computer aided process planning system called "Deep-Drawing", "Deep-Drawing" is designed for the drawing sequence of cylindrical and rectangular cups with or without taper and flange. The computer program has written in BASIC language with personal computer. Design Rules for process planning are formulated from process limitation, plasticity theory and experimental results including the know-how of many manufacturing factories. "Deep-Drawing" Capabilities include the analysis of drawing sequence by the determination of optimal drawing ratio, the determination of intermediate shape, dimensions, punch and die radius etc., the calculation of drawing loads and blank holder force to perform each drawing step, and the graphic outputs for the operation sheet.tputs for the operation sheet.

조경드로잉의 변천과 의미에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transformation and Meaning of Landscape Architectural Drawing)

  • The purpose of this study is to trace historical changes and to show broad spectrums in landscape architectural drawing. Drawing has been both a locus of interpreting a site and a vehicle of imagining the new landscape. The designed landscape might be influenced by the way to draw in landscape design. Despite of its importance, landscape architectural drawing has rarely been discussed. Here, the drawing will be understood as theoretical issues and texts for criticism. Recently, the drawing has primarily been recognized in functional and instrumental ways. The stereotypes office drawings such as plan, section, perspective, axonometric are typical examples. Its symbolic and metaphoric dimensions have been seriously diminished. As a result, the poetic power in the designed landscape might be devastated. Composite drawing, notation are the alternative drawings to overcome the above mentioned dilemma along with the adaption of collage and photomontage. Finally, I would argue that landscape architectural drawing can be a creative tool to elicit the idea and to reveal the trace of memory. It could be also a poetic locus to postulating the vision. Designers should utilize both traditional drawing and experimental drawing in order to reconcile the instrumental representation with the symbolic representation.
