전통시장의 디지털 전환에 관한 연구; 전통시장 배달 앱을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Digital Transformation of Traditional Markets; Focused on Traditional Market Delivery Application)

  • 본 연구는 최근 전통시장의 디지털 전환의 시도로 진행되는 전통시장 배달 앱(application; app)의 성공요인을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 연구를 위해 전통시장 배달 앱의 성공요인을 앱의 시스템 특성, 배송 특성, 상품 특성, 고객 응대 특성의 4가지로 설정하고 운영성과와의 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 전통시장 배달 앱을 이용한 영업활동을 하고 있는 상인 148명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 연구 결과 앱의 시스템 특성, 배송, 상품판매와 관련한 판촉활동은 운영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객 응대와 관련해서는 유의한 결과를 얻지 못하였다. 이는 일부 배달 앱의 경우 고객의 리뷰를 확인하고 대응할 수 있는 메뉴가 탑재되어있지 않아 나타난 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 전통시장 배달 앱이 시행의 초기 단계이고 점진적으로 확대되어가는 현 상황에서 전통시장 배달 앱의 특성을 파악하고 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 전통시장 배달 앱의 개발 지표를 만들고 디지털 전환을 통한 전통시장 활성화에 기여하는 데 본 연구의 시사점을 두고 있다.

  • 스마트 폰 확산과 배달 앱의 이용 증가로 인해 배달 앱 이용 시 소비자가 지각하는 감정반응과 앱 이용의도에 관한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 배달 앱에 대한 이용의도를 높일 수 있는 변수로 배달 앱의 서비스품질과 PAD의 2가지 감정차원, 각성과 즐거움을 제시하여 그 역할을 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 배달 앱 콘텐츠 개발과 운영에 필요한 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구의 조사대상과 공간적 범위는 최근 3개월이내 배달 앱을 이용한 경험이 있는 전국의 20세 이상 남녀 내국인 거주자로 정하였으며, 조사대상자 중에서 배달의 민족, 요기요, 배달통을 통해 음식을 주문한 경험이 있는 외식소비자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 배달 앱 서비스품질의 디자인과 공감성은 각성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 디자인과 신뢰성은 즐거움에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 배달 앱 서비스품질의 정보성과 이동성은 앱 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. PAD의 즐거움은 앱 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 각성은 아무 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 외식소비자들이 배달 앱을 지속적으로 이용하도록 유도하기 위해서는 디자인과 신뢰성, 정보성, 이동성이 매우 중요한 요인임을 제시하였다.

배달 애플리케이션 품질이 애플리케이션 신뢰, 라이더 신뢰 그리고 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 온라인 플랫폼 물류에서의 신뢰 이전을 중심으로 (Effect of Delivery Application Quality on Application Trust, Delivery Rider Trust, and Intention to Use: Focused on Trust Transfer in Online Platform Logistics)

  • Purpose: Delivery food orders are on the rise due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Many customers are ordering food through delivery apps rather than visiting restaurants to eat out. Delivery application platforms are growing due to the development of O2O. Most of the people who provide gig worker for delivery applications are rider. Rider provides labor on their own terms and have more work flexibility and autonomy than ordinary workers. Trust can be transferred from a well-known entity to an unknown entity. From the customer's point of view of using the delivery application, trust can be seen through the third-party trust of the delivery application platform-rider-customer. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the effect on delivery application trust and rider trust through the well-known characteristics of delivery applications. Research design, data, and methodology: This study was conducted on Korean consumers over 20 years of age who have ordered food through a delivery application for the past month. After educating 5 investigators about the purpose of this study, 60 copies of the survey were conducted per person. During the investigation period, from September 2 to September 26, 2021, 322 copies were collected over 25 days. Among the collected questionnaires, 37 were excluded from insincere or partially unanswered, and 285 were used for analysis. In addition, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. Result: As a result of the study, convenience, price, and variety of restaurants were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on app trust, but design did not have a significant effect on app trust. Also, it was found that convenience had a significant positive (+) effect on trust in rider, but design, price, and variety of restaurants did not have a significant effect. App trust was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on rider trust and intention to use, and it was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on rider trust and intention to use. Conclusions: First, this study established a structural framework between delivery application characteristics-delivery-app trust-rider trust-intention to use. Second, in this study, it was found that customer trust in well-known delivery applications was transferred to less-known rider trust. Third, the delivery application should increase the convenience of use. Fourth, delivery application should set the delivery fee appropriately. Fifth, delivery application must continuously train the rider.

The Role of Public Food Delivery Mobile Applications in the Food Delivery Market: A Game Theory Model

  • Purpose: The study aims to assess the current status of domestic public food delivery apps and analyze the process through which sellers choose between private delivery apps and public delivery apps. This involves exploring strategiesto achieve the original purpose of public food delivery apps, which is to enhance the small business owners income and promote consumer welfare by preventing the monopoly of private food delivery apps. Research design, data and methodology: the research methodology is based on a model that introduces adjustments for non-economic effects, considering the preferences of multi-homing consumers, to more realistically reflect the benefits of sellers' choices. For data analysis, real business performance data from 'Daeguro', 'Meokkaebi', and 'Somunnan Shop' were used. Results: The study revealed that if the market share of public delivery apps within a specific region increases beyond a certain level, the benefits for small-business sellers also increase. This leads to the strategic advantage of simultaneously using both delivery apps. Furthermore, the results exhibit a tendency similar to real social phenomena. Conclusions: This analysis confirmed the role of public food delivery apps in the domestic delivery app market and presents policy recommendations, including application integration and the implementation of exclusive public interest functions, to effectively fulfill this role.

O2O 화장품 배달 서비스 앱의 e-서비스품질이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of e-service quality of O2O cosmetic delivery service app on satisfaction and loyalty)

  • 본 연구에서는 O2O 화장품 배달 서비스 앱의 e-서비스품질이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문지 총 210부를 수집하여 통계패키지 SPSS 25.0으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. O2O 화장품 배달 서비스 앱 e-서비스품질의 구성요소인 효율성, 주문이행성, 시스템이용가능성, 프라이버시 모두 만족과 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 만족 역시 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. O2O 화장품 배달 서비스 앱을 이용하는 소비자를 증가시키기 위해서는 만족과 충성도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 시스템이용가능성과 효율성을 높여야 한다. 이를 위해 소비자가 O2O 화장품 배달 서비스 앱을 이용하는 동안 빠른 접속과 끊김이 없는 쾌적한 환경을 제공해야 하고 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축해야 한다.

Y세대의 배달앱 선택속성과 결과 (Generation Y's Delivery Apps Choice Attributes and Their Consequences)

  • Purpose - Recently, the mobile application field has been receiving astronomical attention from the past few years due to the growing number of mobile app downloads and withal due to the revenues being engendered. Especially delivery apps by mobile service market is experiencing rapid growth and competition is intensifying. Therefore, delivery apps' choice attributes has become important as a strategy for survival of franchise firms. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among customer satisfaction, trust and revisit intention on delivery apps' choice attributes. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between choice attributes of using the delivery app, satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. More specifically, this study has been examined from the perspective of Generation Y who is enjoying electronic commerce and shopping with mobile phone. In this model, choice attributes of delivery app consists of three sub-dimensions such as service quality, system quality, interaction quality. So as to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. After excluding 24 invalid respondent questionnaires, 201 valid questionnaires were coded and analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, service quality and interaction quality had positive effects on satisfaction, and interaction quality had positive effects on trust, but system quality did not have a significant effect on both satisfaction and trust. Second, satisfaction had positive effects on both trust and revisit intention. Third, trust had positive effects on revisit intention. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study confirms the effect of delivery apps' choice attributes on satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. In addition, it is significant that we examined the influence of choice attributes of delivery apps on their attitudes and behaviors of Generation Y familiar with mobile environment. Through this study, we hypothesized that the attributes of service quality and interaction quality of delivery apps have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and this can be expected to provide meaningful implications for the development of franchise restaurant industry. To encourage continuous repurchase through customer satisfaction, franchise companies need to establish various strategic alliances with delivery app companies and new growth engines by providing diverse and high-quality services to customers in the smart age.

안전한 스마트폰 앱 사용을 위한 위협 요소 검토 연구 (A Study on the Threat Review to use Secure Smartphone Applications)

  • In this paper, it will study various problems such as personal information infringement from when using various useful Apps in the Smartphone environment. It also researched the vulnerabilities Mobile Apps and the risks of personal information leakage when using Smartphone information to decrease threat and find solution. In the second chapter, it will check the existing Mobile App related Apps. In the third chapter, it will check the threats and major factors that caused by the leakage of personal information which related to the app. Then it will suggest solution and end with conclusion. This paper also looked at various problems that caused by illegal adverse effect from illegal personal information collection. Then it researched and made suggestion to make consideration on safety of personal information and privacy infringement that threat to personal information For safety of mobile banking, it proposed a safety method to separate and manage the code which has the core logic which required to run the App. For safety of direction App, when running the direction App, even if the information is collected, location information for unauthorized accessed will encrypt and store in DB, so that access to personal information is difficult. For delivery App environment, by using the national deliver order call center's representative phone to receive a telephone order then, the customer information is delivered to the branch office when it receive order and it will automatically delete information from the server when the delivery is completed by improving DB server of order. For the smart work app environment, the security solution operates automatically by separating and make independent private and work areas. Then it will suggest initialization for company's confidential business information and personal information to safe from danger even if loss.

O2O 배달 앱 플랫폼 서비스에서 공급 업체의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Vender's Continuous Use Intention in O2O Delivery App Platform Service)

  • Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender's intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender's intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.

카노 모형을 활용한 O2O 배달 앱 서비스 품질 요인 분석 (Classification and Evaluation of Service Quality Factors of O2O Delivery Applications Using Kano Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 카노 모형과 설문조사를 바탕으로 O2O 배달 앱의 서비스 품질 요인을 분석하고, 서비스 품질을 몇 가지 차원별로 분류하였다. 분석 결과, 일원적 품질요소로는 정확한 정보전달, 다양한 종류의 음식점, 지불방식의 다양성, 메뉴선택의 다양성, 불편사항 해결, 서비스의 친절도, 음식의 맛과 질, 위생과 청결, 간편 결제 시스템 등이었고, 매력적 품질요소로는 최신 정보 업데이트, 신뢰성 있는 이용후기, 다양한 주문방법, 신속한 배달, 브랜드 이미지, 할인 포인트 결제 및 적립 등이었다. 당연적 품질요소는 나오지 않았지만, 불편사항 해결이 당연적 품질요소에 가까운 것으로 나타났다. 무관심 품질요소로는 정보알림 서비스와 이벤트 및 판촉이었다. 본 연구결과는 O2O 배달 앱 서비스 업체들이 어떤 서비스 품질요소에 집중해야 하는지 전략을 수립하는데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Study on the improvement of online food information services

  • Recently, food delivery apps are seeing rapid growth into a market worth 1 trillion won under a simple but unique business model of connecting nearby restaurants with consumers via smartphone. Though basic similarities with social commerce exists in aspects such as mail-order sales intermediaries, startups, types of services and market competition structure, food delivery apps resemble social commerce in many ways in that they use excessive marketing to secure market dominance, causing a spike in consumer complaints. If the excessive marketing and increase in customer complaints are not rectified, the food delivery app could also see rapid decline as it gradually grows distant from consumers, just like social commerce. Accordingly, this study will identify the factors consumers recognize as important for continuous use vis-a-vis social commerce and food delivery apps to perform an empirical analysis on what areas need improvement. After deriving the four upper factors of product, information system and service along with eight sub-factors by referring to existing literature, the areas with opportunity for improvement were derived through satisfaction level and relative importance evaluation. The results of this study present a strategic direction for maintaining customers of social commerce and food delivery apps.
